👍🏻Location: great. Walking distance from the old town, close access to the harbor and to the bus station.
👍🏻Staff: the ladies at the reception were always smiling and kind.
👍🏻Food: the breakfast is amazing. Some of the things you can eat: 2 kinds of juice, milk, tea, coffee, cappuccino, ham, cheese, tomatoes, butter, jam, chocolate spread, peanut butter, boiled eggs, fried eggs, beans, toast, bread, bacon, sausages, croissants, cake, nuts, fresh fruit, pickles, cheese pastries, spinach pastries, compote, yoghurt, figs, cranberries, etc. Everything you can wish for.
👎Rooms: poor and small. Our room looks totally bigger on the website, but it was small. We could barely move between the beds and the suitcases. Besides, there were cracks on the walls, in the bathroom, the curtain was dirty... the rooms need SERIOUS renovations.
👎Cleaning: lacking. We found a random bug in the bathroom one day, then we found several on the stairs. The floors were dusty and clearly the cleaning staff did not vacuum under the beds. The bathroom did not smell clean when we first came into the room.
👎Amenities: lacking. We went to the cleaning ladies and to the reception several times to ask for toilet paper and clean towels, as the cleaning ladies forgot to bring them when "cleaning" and changing the beds. The first moment we came into the room we were surprised that there were no towels... a bit strange.
👎Noise: a lot! The walls are very thin, but we were not bothered by the other guests, but by the cleaning ladies. They are programmed to clean between 9:00 - 14:00 (a huge stretch if you ask me) and they do not respect the hours. At about 14:30, even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, they were speaking loudly while cleaning the rooms on our floor. They were constantly bickering, gossiping, screaming at each other, making it impossible for us to rest. No respect here.

Wonderful hotel ! Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the friendliness, kindness and availability of the team.

Affordable and delightful in a modest way. Daily breakfasts of yogurt and honey and fresh-squeezed orange juice in a building that still has it's massive stone olive press. Comfortable, well air-conditioned rooms with views of the pomegranate, orange, and olive trees on the property. Snacks and drinks by a large pool. About a five-minute taxi ride from downtown or a 30-minute walk downhill. An absolute breath of fresh air compared to the pandering, touristy areas in Chania. I won't even bother considering other places to stay in the future.

Location near airport was great for early flight out. Rooms very clean and great AC. More lounge chairs and umbrellas needed at pool.

Fabulous wee hotel. Lovely room's, you couldnt get closer to the beach! Hotel staff were just lovely. Very helpful.

One of the best places to stay at Santorini. Super clean, awesome location and best hospitality. Sergio and his Mother were the best hosts we could ever get. The food prepared was awesome and we really loved every bit of it. Will stay again, whenever I visit Greece next.

Great location, beautiful beach, entertainment and fabulous restaurants on your door step. The hotel is clean, with good size rooms. Disappointing that despite being family run hotel the owners seemed to only make an effort with selected guests, only speaking to us if asking for money for sunloungers. The staff however were fantastic and made us extremely welcome, particularly Henila and Silver who are amazing and really made the stay special. More choice for English TV channels needed and better walk path on beach, instead of burning feet every time because of gaps. Would definitely return. Breakfast has no choice but thankfully is due to change to buffet Emma & Colin

The photos on the webside are photoshopped very well. The room nearly does not look like the pictures on the website. The walls are broken, when you sit on the bed you sit almost on the floor, the sheets are dirty and in the bathroom it stinks. We left the hotel after a few minutes. Refund was not possible but it was not worth the money to stay there!

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice beach right across the street. Highly recommended.

Staff were amazing they were very friendly, helpful and always had time for me. It is located just off the tourist area which is a big plus. My only problem was the room, although it had bed, bathroom, balcony and Aircon it needs updating also a safe is nice in the room but when it's not bolted to floor or wall makes it pretty useless. Overall I was happy with my stay and will return.

Couldn't say enough nice things about En Plo. Very clean, comfortable and stylish. Should be 4 or 5 star hotel. Staff are very nice, always available, great service, lots of info if you need it. Very helpful with any special requests. A lot of attention to detail. Pool was very nice in nice surroundings. Breakfast was incredible with variation every day. If you need to catch the bus you can directly outside at the suites entrance. Highly recommended.

On the whole is good, nice pool, bar, service is very friendly
however for this price there could be a better internet. Had a very poor connection unfortunately.
The breakfast is also quite small, not much choice..

Very good value for money and at the price you pay for a room for a night can't justify anything less than a 9/10. Was quick stop over. Very close to the airport.

Stayed here one night on arriving in Crete. It's a simple, comfortable place very close to the airport. Staff was friendly and very helpful getting us a late dinner delivery.

A great small city hotel.
Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Highly recommend!

This is an excellent hotel, perfectly sited by the beach at Finikas. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet is varied and of the highest quality. But most of all, the staff are amazingly helpful. A little gem of a hotel!

If it were up to me, not even one star would deserve it. Very bad vacation--I stayed at that hotel several years ago and had a bad experience.
Rooms nothing of excellence as I read here, very bad management, the owner did not behave as she did with other customers, she seemed to be dealing with enemies, but not because we brought her work, but because of respect that was evidently lacking on her part, then on the last day she wanted to greet us by shaking hands, she called us uncooperative (not even if we were at the Police headquarters).
Oh I forgot the Albanian waiter who served us breakfast one morning threw our cups on the table in a gesture of annoyance...I don't know what we had done to him in the last I just want to say learn to be entrepreneurs in the tourist industry than just treat well whoever you like...BANNED

We stayed here two nights on two occasions, we chose this hotel due to it's location close to the airport as we arrived late and left early. the front desk is friendly efficient and helpful. The breakfast is simple, not a lot of options but all good quality and tasty. No surprise being next to the airport, the hotel is super noisy. Not only from the flights overhead but also from the constant coming and going of guests. Perhaps it was the placement of our room but it seems the hallway and walls are not well isolated and we ended up waking up to the alarms of several other guests 🥲
Rooms are clean, spacious, and has complimentary water. It’s a convenient spot for a stay close to the airport and a quick transfer. Bring some earplugs.

Very impressed - on arrival our room felt rather small, mentioned this to the receptionist and it was changed immediately to a larger one. All in all very good value - fridge and balcony as standard. Room cleaning is exemplary, with bedding and towels changed every couple of days. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Great location.
The only criticism is that more attention could be paid to details like toilet roll holder (part missing, unusable), shower curtain is too short to contain water, handle on fridge missing. An excellent hotel which we would recommend.

Excellent 3 star hotel close to the airport. Very helpful reception and the breakfast was good too. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool. I would definitely visit again if I visit Heraklion.

My friend and I stayed at en plo just recently for 9 nights and couldn't have been happier. Sergio was the BEST...every question we had he helped us with even if it meant making a phone call. Clean and beautiful place with excellent service. Great people and great food. We were set up with taxis and excursions as well. We would definitely stay there again. We miss Sergio....Great personality

A lovely hotel, and a great spot opposite the ocean. The views from the breakfast terrace, and from our bedroom window (get a Seaview if you can), when really lovely. The town of Finikas is pretty quiet but there are good bus connections everywhere.
I can't rate the young lady receptionist highly enough, she was super super helpful, and really friendly.

We stayed her only for one night, prior to moving on with family to accommodation in Crete. It was a short distance from the airport, 15 euros for a taxi at night and only 11 euros back to the sirport in the morning. It was clean and comfortable, but relatively basic. The staff were friendly and although we arrived very late the bar was open till 1 am. The breakfast was good, offering some hot food as well as all the usual continental fare. For only 53 euros, it was great value and would happily stay here again if I needed a hotel close to the airport.

Very close to the airport.
Good service. We asked for a baby crib and it was waiting for us in the room when we get there.
Also the breakfast was good. Eggs, fruits and vegetables, bread and coffee machine.

We chose this hotel due to it's location close to the airport. Easy access to public transportation was a bonus. We wanted to rent a car one day and the front desk recommended a company that they use which was a perfect and seamless experience. We would have stayed longer but ran into an issue unrelated to the hotel however Maria at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and her assistance was invaluable in sorting out our issue! Definitely staying here again next time I visit Heraklion

We've been here during mid October so off season. It was a mixed experience for us.
The hotel is really close to the beach. It was not too crowded in October but we can imagine that it will be during main season. 12 euros for sun beds are very expensive however you can also just use the ones at the pool for free. We preferred going to Patamos or other beaches.
Rooms are modern, clean, beds are comfy. Don't expect any special amenities though. 7 euro each day for using ac, 4 euros for a safe... If you have a problem with noises at night you should opt for the sea view. There was permanent noise on the street and I don't want to imagine how it is during high season.
Breakfast is okay. Mostly the same things every day Ham, cheese, bread, butter, jam, sometimes bacon and egg, fruits and coffee, always severed on a plate (no buffet).
Service was kind. Especially Costa (I guess the owners son?) did a great job. The drinks at the hotel bar were great.
Location: tbh Malia and Stalis are disappointing. There is one big road with very little space for people walking next to busses, scooters, squads and rental cars. The city consists only of the most touristic shops, car rentals and restaurants. No oldtown in sight. You have to walk a bit to get there.
While we had some decent cocktails in the more expensive bars the food in the restaurants of malia was mediocre, don't get fooled by their good reviews. Check out the small oldtown of Malia instead. We were happy to finally get our rental car and discover other parts of the island.

This hotel amazed me to see it has a trip advisor score of 9.7???? When we arrived we were told we did not have a sea view room which had been booked. We arrived at the room to find a kettle and three sleeves of sugar, nothing else to make a brew?? We were offered two camomile teabags and two tubs of condensed milk because thats all they had. The guests must have placed the excellent comments before the beginning of October as our experience of this hotel is very different. Lots more disappointment but time will tell. I will be extremely wary of trip advisor in future.

I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2018, and I really like it. Its ideal for a base to explore Rhodes Town and beyond.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are really comfortable and you get a good night's sleep. There is an option for air con if you need it. The shower in the bathroom is great. No issues with hot water.
Service is great. From the receptionists to those in charge of the breakfast area; nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly.
Location is ideal for me. It's just down the road from the port that Blue Star Ferries use, plus you're central for either the local beach, Zaphyros Beach or Ellie Beach on the other side of the Old Town. You're also near the Old Town - a 5 minute walk.

We could hear everything going on in the room above ours (when they walk + when they talk) as if we were in the same room. The stores don't cover all the windows so the light comes through easily.
They do not provide shampoo.

Really lovely staff, laid back atmosphere. If you like cats they have a few walking around who are super relaxed. Great pool as well.

Booked it through a travel agent. Pretty place but very remote from city center. Spent quite a bit on just up down travel. No good eateries around. Rooms are average. Small toilet. One AC did not work properly. Internet sucks.
The manager is kind of friendly and helpful. The tour company goofed up our volcano tour pick up 2 times and we missed it for no fault of ours. And not even a sorry from them. Overall just hated Santorini! It is the most overrated place. Just dry mountains and desert plants interspersed with white huts! Would never ever visit again.

Lovely little hotel, right across the street from the beach. Our room faced the sea, and we really enjoyed sipping on a drink out there before heading to dinner: nice view and breeze. Breakfast is a tasty buffet with cakes, cheeses, breads, eggs, fruit, and more. Our favourite thing about the hotel though? The people. They were so helpful and friendly. The room and location were great, but the people took it to the next level. We were so grateful: when they realized how early we were leaving they rushed to make us a great packed breakfast before we left. I would gladly come back again and again.

It is an ok place to stay BUT very simple!
Breakfast was pretty sad, had only hard boiled eggs, greek jogurt, white bread, two basic cereals and coffee (water that tastes like coffee)... there was no fruit or vegetables. We brought coffee vegetables and fruits with us to breakfast.
The rooms were okay but very simple. No hanger for shower head and hard mattress.

Great Hotel with a fantastic sea view and delicious breakfast. We stayed almost two weeks and never got tired of it. The host is very friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and the beach is directly in front of the hotel. Big recommendation! You’ll enjoy your stay here in Finikas.

Fantastic hotel and location directly on the beach. The food in the beach bar SummerTime is reasonable and very tasty, cocktails are delicious. Easy to get trips, the tour companies pick you up outside. Free breakfast is good with slight variations each day. Staff are so friendly, helpful and caring. Would absolutely stay here again.

NASTY, NOISY, RUDE!
Longing for an authentic hostile ambience? Look no further! Unlike its Tripadvisor AND website description , "The hotel consists of 30 rooms facing the deep blue of Cretan Sea." this human storage capsule masquerading as a hotel under represents its luxurious offerings to include noisy road views sprinkled with soothing party music like ac/dc Hell’s Bells sung at full drunken volume just below your hotel window, perfect to mask the continuous vehicle traffic. Moving inside, the interiors are sure to disappoint. Exceptionally clean yet sterile rooms (we rented two with our kids) were baron. No shampoo, no conditioner, no bars of soap, no cups, no expensive mini bar, no shower caps, no mini sewing kits, forget about slippers, or beach towels.... all unhandily absent. There is a soap pump on the bathroom wall you’re welcome to walk out of your shower for each lathery pump. What makes cleaning even more epic for staff are the crackly plastic covered bed liners luring your unsuspecting heads onto tiny twin mattresses creating more symphonies of noises with every nighttime body shift. It’s like drifting off wrapped in a Ruffles chips bag, inside a disco. Speaking of talent...I’ll post the suite decorative artwork, only appreciated with a visual aid. The management, although not truthful or helpful, are very direct and confrontational so you know exactly where you stand. We mentioned the smashed toilet seat and bathroom door gaping hole. The owner was helpful to describe excuses like “we’re too busy now at high season to repair those things”, and “yes yes we know about those things, don’t worry you won’t be charged for the damages.” Food? yes, breakfast is included. This meal is a perfect complement consisting of dry breads, soggy cheese and single slice of tomato, garnished lightly with 3 slices of cucumber. Amazing.... memorable, and perfectly paired.
There’s a beer guzzling 8am drunk at the bar, f-bomb yelling hallway patrons outside my door right now, so the kid friendly environment is really more an educational experience for your children, discussion on safety and life ambitions.
I could go on...but you’ll need to book a room for the full experience. Did I mention the rude dismissive staff .... avoid!

The owner is wonderful! Breakfast from the family garden...figs were divine. Simple, yet elegant breakfast with orange juice and coffee/tea, cheese/spinach pastry, fresh Greek yogurt, and perfect sesame bread. The private rooms were beautifully decorated. Ocean view from private deck with sunset.....intoxicating. Will definitely stay here again.

Sergio and staff are amazing!
First off, the rooms are lovely! Open & airy. Amazing views of the Aegean Sea!
The breakfast is incredible! Every day was different! Sergio’s mom made the most delicious baked goods! Greek yogurt with honey, spanakopita, fresh rolls, juice & coffee. Eggs, meats, olives…..it was a feast every morning! Sergio kept our coffee cups full (we drink a lot of coffee).
The location is perfect! Sergio arranged for us to rent a car which made our sightseeing and touring so much easier. Whatever we needed, he was there!
They really made you feel like family! When I had a difficult time finding baklava (it was on the menus but no one had it), Sergio asked his mom and she made it for us on our last breakfast! It was incredible! They even packed us a bag breakfast to eat at the airport since our flight was super early! Even gave us extra baklava to take home).
I can’t recommend En Plo Boutique Suites enough! You won’t be sorry!
See you next year Sergio and family!!! We are going back!

Υπέροχος χώρος και άνθρωποι

Excellent place to stay! Sergio and his team were very helpful. The pool area is nice. Breakfast is served every day and is delicious!! Also, Sergio was able to help with car rental and had helpful insights for daily excursions. We recommend it a lot. The view from our room and pool area was beautiful!!

We never actually rented a room at this hotel. We rent an apartment nearby, and enjoy our lunch and drinks at Malliotakis, while our kids swim in the pool. The pool is situated at the beach, so you can enjoy both the pool and the sea. Very friendly staff. Returning customer for three years now. Definitely recommend.

Ωραίο μέρος μέσα στη φύση, το καταλύμα πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό.

Lovely greeting on arrival - basic but adequate accomdation good breakfast and reasonable evening meal if required - lovely pool area surrounded with fruit trees - drinks a little expensive but overall thoroughly enjoyed it

Sooo nice! People there are so kind and helpfull.
This is a quiet place near the city center (3km) and near the autoband. There is a parking. There is a "restaurant". You can book the day dish for the night. There a large pool with a bar. Room a big enough, they have a fridge and clim. Really love this place

Awful service! Parking is always full and there is nowhere to park the car. A lot of mosquitoes, because of which you can’t sleep at all. Conditioners are not working. Breakfast is always the same, no choice at all. Staff is not helpful at all.
