Great coffee with average food. First of all I want to mention that at this place we tasted one of the best coffees in Crete. Flat white and iced latte were perfect. Unfortunatelly the food was just acerage despite good coffee, interior and atmosphere suggested otherwise. We ordered Salty pancakes and one Sweet pancakes. The Salt pancakes are made out of pancakes with not bad cheese sause, egg on top and slices of ham between pancakes. The problem is that ham which is basically grocery store quality (you can see in photos) so overall the whole dish doesnt taste as good as it should because cheap ham ruins it. Then the sweet pancakes it was just pancakes filled with three color nutella nad few berries on top. The problem is that there were three types of melted chocolate, milk, white and strawberry, also strawberry chockolate was between pancakes. It was way too much of chocolate and there were not enough berries on top. It would be so much better to reduce quantity of chocolate and increase quantity of berries aswell as I believe there was cranberry sirup that gave a bit of sourness to contrast with sweetness of the chocolate but there was very little of that sirup (btw those pancakes didnt look pleasant either) overall I can recommend this place for the coffee, but keep in mind of average food at least from brunch section

Best food we had in Thessaloniki, everything we ordered was delicious. We ended up trying around 5 different small dishes, which was really fun, and the food was reasonably priced. It is also a little hidden, which we found great, much less noise than on main streets.
honestly best club in Rhodes! went there a year ago, but tbh all the other clubs were weirdly pushy. this one wasn't trying to force people in,, it was just genuinely a good place to go. the bathrooms are ehhh~~, but that's to be expected. it has genuinely good music and lots of people. it's a good club to go to for a good night

Really good coffee here, highest quality, very cute staff & nice interior…. It's definitely worth stopping by for good drinks in the evening too, the Paloma was so good I had! Keep it up guys - Efharisto ✌🏼

The sunset views at Exo Meria were incredible. Amazing bar and the kindest staff. Really loved the breakfast we had (French toast with feta was incredible) at the restaurant & the cheeky lemon pie dessert at sunset.
We were out for drinks and a dessert.(around 50€) The atmosphere was quite nice and with a lovely music. The bar/restaurant almost empty, with 2-3 free tables in the first row. After exactly 30 min the waiter came to bring the bill, and after that taking the glasses and controlling if they are empty or not, and removing them. It gave me a bad taste and was the best way to tell us not to come anymore even if we are staying near it.
This is the perfect breakfast spot in Iraklio. The coffee is refreshingly great for the standards here, the staff is very kind and the food fantastic.
Excellent traditional Macedonian-thracian food. You need to dare and try the local delicacies such as pastourma on eggs, liver, siglino. It really reminded me of my grandmother's cooking!
Amazing views down to the sea. We had a cheese and charcuterie board which was really good! Staff were very friendly and everything was reasonably priced

The staff insisted we vacate our table due to other waiting clients. This deprived us of the opportunity to relish our dessert and coffee. While the food was satisfactory, it failed to offer anything exceptional and came at an inflated price. The extent of rudeness displayed by the staff became intolerable when they heavily insisted we get a 800€ bottle of vodka for 2 persons.
Very nice atmosphere in one of the best terrace of Tinos. You should try the amazing cocktails.

very rude people and staff, The beds at Nammos are packed together, they are very expensive, non redeemable (250euros per bed and 250 euro for the umbrella) We didn't get the table we booked for lunch because they had a private party that day that we didn't know about. The music stopped at 6pm so it didn't really become a nice evening party.

I have never experienced this type of service in all my time all over Greece. We initially ordered a shisha, while waiting we ask an employee if there are any bathrooms to which they say no. We thought that really weird as they are a cocktail bar lounge. Our waitress then comes back after we initially ordered the shisha 15mins ago to tell us we now need to order cocktails as well to which we answer we would but were told there were no bathrooms. All of a sudden there are bathrooms available. We then ordered two 6€ beers.. shisha tasted like cardboard, they never came to change the coals on the Shisha. When asking to pay the waitress, she stood at our table and asked for a tip. I have never seen someone have enough diginity to ask for a tip after this type of service that we were all in complete shock. I hope you read this review before considering this place. Spend your night elsewhere and enjoy Chania for what it really is. This place is a complete scam.

Scam. I have to admit, the old guy nearly bagged me. Was having an ice cream nearby and he sits down and asks me where I'm from. Turns out his "brother" owns a Greek restaurant in my city. But we can't find it with Google. Hmm. But he's charming and fun. And he wants to bring me to his "taverna" where he has the address and name of his brother's place. He pays for my ice cream (I had not paid yet). On the way to his place he starts telling me how I have to try an Ouzo and Orange.
Next thing I know I'm in this seedy place, and I immediately realize I'm in a "gentleman's" bar of some kind. An "ouzo and orange juice" appears on the bar, he has one also, and we clink glasses and have a sip. Next thing I know he's introducing me to one of the girls and my Spidey sense goes into high gear. She claims to be Greek but I'm hearing an Eastern European accent. She says "it's just conversation.". I ask about the other guy. And ask if he's the owner. She says he just works here. And that was that.
I stood up, said I wasn't comfortable with the situation and was leaving. All of a sudden my new buddy shows up to convince me to stay. I decline, then he asks me to pay for the drink. I say no. We visited Mayou bar to watch the sunset from its beautiful terrace. We managed to get a first row table with little to none waiting, even though we were there in August. They have a great variety of drinks and food options, however, we only drunk. There is even a selection of local beers from Tinos (Nisos beer), which was awesome. I highly recommend it! If you visit, Insternia Mayou is a must-visit bar!
Went during August that most of the other restaurants were closed. People were very friendly and the food that we ordered was truly freshly made. Excellent combinations of flavours. It was a mixture of traditional recipes with a modern approach. Will visit it again for sure

Honestly very bad experience. We were basically shoved in by people probably paid to get customers in, even tough we said we already wanted to go there and were waiting for some friends. The cocktails list was small and while they were all listed as tiki cocktails, the ones we got were hot served in the tiki mugs(which was basically me reason to go to a tiki bar). The cocktails themselves were nothing special. The location had incredibly loud music that was mixing with the loud music of the others bars nearby, making it impossibile to have a conversation and giving a good headache. Lastly, the quality of the cocktails were not up to the price.

Der Sand ist total dreckig, dieser wurde bestimmt seit über Wochen nicht gesäubert.
Die Menschen rauchen hier und bekommen keine Aschenbecher, somit landet alles auf dem Boden.
Ich möchte nach der Antwort der Verantwortlichen erwähnen, dass ich da wahrscheinlich einen wunden Punkt gefunden habe.

In diesem Laden wird an jedem 2-3 tische geraucht und da Ihr zu unfähig seid stellt Ihr keine Aschenbecher hin, was dazu führt das leite wie wir unsere Zigaretten in Bechern ausgemacht haben und andere Ihre Zigaretten auf dem Boden ausmachen.
Seht die Rezension bitte nicht als Angriff, ich denke jeder sollte mit offenen Augen durch seinen Laden laufen, und das sind die Punkte die mir als GAST aufgefallen sind.
In der Saison ist es evtl auch mal schwer bei viel betrieb, nicht desto trotz sollte eine gleichbleibende Qualität gewährleistet sein:

Not worth it. We had a reservation for lunch. Waited 40min and decided to walk out. I understand you are busy, but don’t overbook and keep your customers waiting. And if you are so nice and service based place, inform us of your wait time with reservations!!!! I hope you keep getting the rating you deserve until no one wants to come except the pretentious people that serviced us at the door.
This establishment poses as a luxury destination but in reality gets far too many of the basics wrong to be considered so. It was chaos when we arrived and had to queue and then wait for a combined hour before being seated at a table we had reserved. Staff were disinterested and talked down to us. Food was good but waiting staff were poor (though they were hard working). Avoid this place - Other destinations so much better e.g. Scorpios is another level of service and quality.

A place with magnificent view, and cozy atmosphere, worth visiting for the location alone. We had breakfast, which was delicious, if fact one of the best strapatsada I have ever had. Portions seemed are rather on the small side, given for the price. Staff were very polite, however everything runs slow, so be prepared to take your time while enjoying the views.
We ordered eight Budweisers and were charged 56e. We've never drank Budweiser so slowly in our lives - I think we saved the Greek economy. Admittedly, there was a nice vibe, but my advice to anyone who does not speak Greek is to keep on walking and go to Macedonia instead. Much better country and the people are friendlier.

Very bad experience!! Been to Many beautifull places and beaches, but Nammos is no good! Wanted a nice day at the Beach, but when we arrived there was a long queue in the middle of hot sun. Everyone was discussing. Prices of beds had suddenly changed from €210,00 to €300,00 for 2 beds. Take it or leave it!! We reserved 9 beds, but after a long time of waiting got 7 beds. 3 beds in the hot sun, without umbrella. We had to pay €100,00 extra for 1 umbrella!! Before lunch at 14:30 we had to pay our drinks in the Beach before. With extra 10% tip. After lunch, Food was expensive, and mediocre Food, Max time 2 hours, 3 of our beds where given to other people, they also payed €300 for 2 beds!!!! It was a day of discussing and scam. Never go there again!!

The place is amazing, with a beautiful view on Isternia bay and sunset. The vibe is also very chill and friendly, and quite intimate. Unfortunately though, service is lacking in rhythm and courtesy at times, and food is average. Also, pretty expensive compared to the island’s standards and the menu offer. Drinks are good.
This is a lovely little café, just off the roadside with a lovely view out over the chuch and a great spot to watch the world go by.

Went there for brunch. Good food, (great coffee), friendly service and nice place. I recommend it.
The ”hard” liquor is mostly water, order a Gin and tonic and it taste like lemon water

Fantastic food, great view, awesome vibe. I had the Tinos sausage and it was quite possibly the best meal I've had in Greece. Definitely recommend!
DO NOT PAY! They will not call for police and can do nothing. While you are in - they can't cheat other tourists, so they will be interested that you go out as quick as possible. I had not pay anything. Fight for your rights!
Loved the pancakes and the specialty coffee. The area was also super nice between some other restaurants, close to the city center of Heraklion.
You should definitively visit around sunset, don’t miss this view before it gets dark! Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, tasty options (excellent burger perfectly grilled) and a solid wine list! A must go when in Tinos!
Modus Operandi : Old Man with walking stick will approach you infront of the Acropoli Metro. Invite to buy your first drink, then in the bar bring in girls which their champagne (30€) will be put on your tab. Waitress asked for 200€ but managed to escape by pretending to go to the atm to withdraw. The bouncer is a tall old guy with white hair infrontof the bar, as you can see. The other guy next to him is the russian boss. They didn't bother chasing since i was making a huge commotion and paid the right amount. Im just pissed they inflated the price and threatened me, i am pretty sure i can take them on easily hahahha.

The waitress was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 45 minutes for our shisha while other tables that had arrived and ordered after us received theirs. I had to ask different members of staff several times how long it would take which resulted in the waitress raising her voice at us. She also openly talked badly about us to the hostesses. Disgusting and disrespectful treatment. We had to leave without getting our shisha. The waitress also struggled to do simple math.
Excellent breakfast with breathtaking views. The sun might be too hot for some as the front tables are exposed to it but the views more than compensate. The village of Isternia is super interesting as well and is definitely worth a walk.

These kind of places should be reported on the police, scam bar with shady probably Russian bar-tenders and oldie bouncers making sure, that you’re going to pay for an „offered drink”. Lost 10€ there
Terrible! All other reviews are true. My boyfriend was out looking for ice cream when the old man approached him to come see "his bar". It was framed that the man would buy my bf a drink. The bartender poured herself a 40euro glass of champagne and when he went to leave was stuck with the 50euro bill. It was clear that they were trying to get him to stay and drink to rack up an inflated bill. They had two bouncers to make sure people pay. Disgraceful and clearly targeting tourists.
We had three drinks for 44 euro’s, without any good reason. They couldn’t tell us why it was so expensive. Also the bar staff was not nice

It's fun for after-party, greek club. The place gets pretty packed, and there is no proper ventilation. I had my fun, i won't deny that, but I'm not sure if it's even legal to have a place that everybody smokes, forming an artificial cloud. I'm not sure i would have fun if i wasn't already a bit tipsy before visiting 😅

Was approached by the Old Man himself a week ago when I was in Athens. Sporting his set of bright white fake teeth, and his fucci swag, the Old Man is a master of the small talk. He probably knows your language and some facts about your country. Careful with your ego! He will stroke it, and when you look back around, you’ll find yourself inside his den. The bar, of course has nothing to offer but peril to your wallet (and your physical integrity?).
There are no free drinks, anywhere in the world - everything comes at a cost. Once he’s done asking you for the time, or for directions, or “giving you his card” or asking you about your city, or whatever fabricated reality he crafted specially just for you this time, he’ll ditch you. Those fake teeth are no longer smiling.

It's a scam. Don't go there! The elderly man started talking to me when I walked out from Acropolis. He claimed he's from Italy and is spending his holidays in Athens. Then he invited me for a drink and we went to this bar. Luckily I walked out this place as soon as we entered as it looked suspicious for me. If I stayed I would have to pay crazy money for the drink.
We came to News Cafe in the evening for Shisha and drinks. The waitress there was really lovely and made some great wine recommendations.
I can only give 5 stars to this place. The view from the balcony is amazing, the staff friendly and the prices very good. We ordered two glasses of wine and a juice, and we spent one relaxing hour during sunset. Awesome experience. 5 stars, highly recommended!
So I'm only giving my review to the bar staff since my husband and I went straight to the bar seating since he tends to think we get seating faster there. In this case we did and I only think it was because we were out early, which means 8pm. I was on a hunt for a specific drink that is made with Mastika, which I have previously visited other places showcasing a "mixologist". I ordered a Bar Spoon, I swear after a hot day sweating from hiking or even shopping and carrying those bags. You are going to love this drink, it was perfection. Plus like the signature drink name, it comes with a frozen delicious spoon of vanilla🥰🙄🤤. Oh, if anyone was wondering what my husband ordered, he got an Alpa beer(it was good) 😁. Music, atmosphere, staff were great and attentive. 💋

Nice beach bar near the end of St. Phocas beach at Tinos island. Friendly staff, nice collection of beers from Hellenic microbreweries, decent beach food (sandwiches etc) and above all : PET friendly . Unfortunately, the virus of the sunbed hike price is unstoppable in the Aegean.
Nice easy going beach bar with courteous service - invariably a good choice for any time of the day to visit. The DJ consistently plays cool music!
Great cafe and bar in Heraklion. It's near the lion square at the heart of Heraklion. I love their freddo cappuccino. And the whiskey sour I tried was amazing. I always visit this place each time I'm in Heraklion. I highly recommend it if you're in Heraklion too. Prices are great too.
The view will blow your mind. Food wants to be more than it is, but it's presented perfectly. One of the best Greek salads ever. Service was a tad slow and the prices are on the upper side. The vibe of this place is just amazing though. Also: a very cuddly house cat.

This is quite possibly the best place I have ever been. The staff is beyond and the chairs and lovely and the DJ is amazing. 10/10 experience. Wonderful prices and overall my favorite day on Greece.
Great beach with a great bar. The beds cost 12 euros per set. Water was nice and calm on the day we were there. The food is quite nice, I would recommend chicken sandwich here. Also aperol sprits was good. It was not too many people in the first half of the day. And the music was chilly
All-day bar at Isternia. Amazing views and very friendly staff. We had our favourite kaimaki ice-cream. If you fancy cocktails and gin is not too bitter for you, have a go with "Orizontas" House cocktail with gin and mastiha liqueur.

Nice location but drinks are terrible. It is very expensive and no happy hour at all.. the difference is around 1 euro. We really wanted to try the cocktails because of the cool glasses we have seen online. But we got it in normal glasses and there was almost no alcohol in the cocktails.

Stunning view. Worth coming here in the hour leading up to sunset to get a table right at the edge. Cappuccino Freddos were great, and the orange cake was delicious; moist and flavourful. The chicken salad had too much mayo, but other than that, this place was great. Super friendly staff.
Amazing sea view and atmosphere at the cafe- bistro “Orizintas”. Service was great and everyone really friendly. We ordered a waffle which was fresh and really tasty and an orange pie which was so good that we ordered another one. Definitely recommended to everyone visiting Isternia.
The view from outside is outstanding. I won’t deny that the prices are high and the service could be friendlier, but this is the most touristy street in Heraklion.

Superb coffee, great music on the stereo. Staff are really pleasant and welcoming. Great menu for new nibbles. I like to sit upstairs on the sofas when they are free. Outside you have a nice pedestrian street overlooking a church and a square. The internet is super fast and reliable for Greece which is why I like to come here and work.
Perfect place to enjoy one of the best coffees I have ever tasted! The decoration is very nice and the staff is super friendly. They celebrate the preparation of coffee. At our second visit we were already recognized and had a quick chat with the barista. The place is very frequented by the locals and always busy. Even though, the staff takes the time to make you feel comfortable. A must try if you visit Heraklion!
Perfect location in the centre of Heraklion to sit and enjoy the view with some food and a drink. Talking of which, excellent food, large portions, great taste and low prices all make this a super restaurant. Homemade lemonade was particularly delicious.
