Das Essen war leider ein totaler Reinfall. Die frittierten Calamari waren staubtrocken und es fehlte an Geschmack. Alle Zutaten unserer Gerichte waren nicht frisch sondern aus der TK.
Die Portionen waren zu klein um davon satt zu werden. Und insbesondere deshalb waren die Preise nicht angemessen. Q
Der Service war freundlich, hatte aber kein wirkliches Interesse daran ob wir zufrieden waren.

Don’t listen to the one star reviews, it’s a lovely family run restaurant with fresh fish specialties above a fresh market. Absolutely awesome host and above all very friendly. Very nice place to watch the sun set and beers are very well priced. To conclude, would definitely recommend to eat here.

Lovely place at the market with tables on a balcony with a nice breeze. It’s a family restaurant and the waiter is really kind, we came back for a second time and he gave us free shots. The food is relatively cheap and you get a good amount and good quality as well. Definitely recommended!

Really nice place to eat at, the customer service is very nice and friendly. There is not to warm because of the sea cooling down the ally, so you are not gonna be baked after you’re done eating. Overall I give this a 5 stars. I ordered spaghetti carbonara, it was nice but there were something missing in it, and there tiramisu is amazing.

Tiefgefrorenes Fleisch, als frisch angepriesen- furchtbar! Vorspeise Oktopussalat alt! Man hat Angst vor einem verdorbenen Magen! Wenn man es zurück gehen lässt, soll man es bezahlen und man muss erst diskutieren!Dieses Lokal sollte man meiden ! ABZOCKE!!

Essen war gut, die Fischplatte lecker. Die Trüffelnudeln waren leider bitter und nicht so gut. Das Risotto war eine gute Portion und geschmacklich gut. Die Pizzen sind groß und gut belegt. Preislich alles akzeptabel. Man kann nett sitzen.

Bistro Municipio in Pula is a gem! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, blending modern and rustic charm. The menu offers a perfect mix of traditional Croatian dishes with a contemporary twist. Bistro Municipio in Pula is a must-visit! The ambiance is delightful, merging modern elegance with a cozy feel. The food is outstanding – the octopus salad was fresh and flavorful, and the pizza was rich and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a wonderful dining experience.

Finding food in Pula is easy. But finding tasty and delicious food for a good price can be a little bit more challenging. And then there is Bistro Municipio.

There are more than enough restaurants in Pula, but the quality of the food and service really change from one restaurant to another. Bistro Municipio is a really nice highlight in between all the restaurants.

We went there during the Europa Cup football 2024. The staff was really friendly and kind and not pushy as you might find in some places.

The food we ordered, Gnocci Goulash and a Vegetarian Plate, was extremely tasty and filling. Also the bread with butter with herbs was super tasty and served on a nice plate.

Restaurant also offers a great selection of beers when you are thirsty.

leckere Fischgerichte, oben in der Markthalle, wir haben eine Fischplatte für 2 bestellt, mussten war ca. 30 min warten, aber es hat mehr als gelohnt. Nette Mitarbeiter, Kartenzahlung möglich.

Schönes Restaurant. Wir saßen draußen. Tische schön gedeckt. Freundliche kellner. Haben sehr gut gegessen und uns wohl gefühlt. Kann ich empfehlen.

Best food my stomach has ever received. If I ever get married I will ask them to cook for the wedding.

Excellent service and wine selection. Corkage fee$50 also acceptable. Listen to your waiter they honestly know what is the best on the menu.

We visited the restaurant which was amazing. I had dietary requirements which the waiter was more than happy to help me with. Me and my partner had amazing meals, all presented beautifully! A great experience thank you.

Absolutely fantastic seafood dishes, fresh, well-seasoned. We were warmly welcomed by the smiling staff. The dishes were served quickly. The price was reasonable, and we didn't feel like we overpaid. Highly recommend.

What a place. It's one of my favourite spots so far. If you're looking for a fine dining culinary experience in Dubrovnik.. look no further! It's very pricey but definitely worth every penny. The service was top-notch, everyone was so friendly it made me want to come back again! The wait staff made sure we were happy with where we were sitting, the food choices, and always went the extra mile to make sure our dinner was everything we were expecting. On a less breezy day, I recommend sitting by the water outside. We weren't as lucky, so they sat us upstairs on the terrace, which was equally as nice! Next time :)

2nd October 2023 - AMAZING restaurant and memorable experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door we were given 5 star treatment until the end of our visit. I did book several months early before to secure a table on the terrace for the sensational view. I am so glad I did this as it was spectacular.
The food was a whole other experience. The flavours and textures were fantastic, and the service from the staff was first class. Whilst it is a little expensive, this restaurant is worth spending the money as it is an experience in so many ways.

We only dined in the restaurant. It was a great experience. Our server was charismatic and great at recommending local dishes and wines. We did a table side fish special that was excellent! The local prosciutto is delicious! The poached pear dessert was also good!

Wie das Essen schmeckt können wir leider nicht beurteilen, denn obwohl seit 11 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte wurden wir um 11:45 Uhr vom Chef auf sehr barsche Art und Weise wieder hinauskomplimentiert und auf meine höfliche Frage nach einer Speisekarte wurde uns ebenso "charmant" mit den Worten "so etwas haben wir nicht!" geantwortet.
Schade, aber es gibt ja andere NETTE Fischlokale in Pula, die sich über Gäste freuen...

Possibly the best meal we had on our visit to Croatia. This place is Michelin star quality through and through. We ordered a la carte and every dish was absolutely excellent. Soups, lamb, desserts - all some of the best we've had anywhere. The staff was warm and welcoming and full of recommendations. We were on a waiting list and got a table last minute - sat on the corner terrace overlooking the St Lawrence Fort and it could not have been more beautiful. Book ahead for sure.

-Small diner with seatings within the old market hall (unfortunately the lights and colours makes it a bit uncomfortable) and outside on the balcony

We came here as a group of six hedging our bets without a reservation on a Saturday night. We were given a lovely table at the rear of the restaurant. Across our table we had a range of dishes and were all very impressed with the flavours and presentation of our food. My only criticism would be the size of the main meals as these felt small given the price of food in this restaurant. Our server was really friendly with brilliant knowledge of the food and wine on the menu. If you are looking for some fine dining in Dubrovnik in a lovely central location in the Old town I would definitely recommend a visit the Forty Four.

Cannot comment on the hotel but we had an excellent dinner and service at the restaurant. Ordered the sea bass and swordfish main plates and they did not disappoint. Our server offered a delicious liquor as a dessert alternative (home made). Would recommend!

We had high hopes for Nautika based on the reviews and the photos. The service is outstanding, and the fancy food is mediocre on flavor. You are paying for the location. The lobby is in dire need of a renovation. They get away with charging around 50 euros per entree for hotel banquet style food and having cheap furniture in the lobby because so many tourists only come to Dubrovnik once and never come back. I watched a table of six Millennials get served the soup course and then they left. I also thought the bisque was boring. We had dinner at Port22 the following night, and the food was twice as good for half the price.

We spent an amazing evening at Nautika. Make sure to make a reservation way ahead of time! Location: Beautiful. The tables on the terrace overlook the city wall and offer a spectacular view. Indoor seating looked terrific, too. Service: All staff was extremely nice, fast and highly professional without being overly distant. We were taken care of with perfection. Food: impeccable. We had the 7-course-menu alongside different local vines and every single course was lovely. Honestly, the food was so good I almost teared up. That a visit here is pricey is absolutely justified - it’s money well spent.
100% recommend. I am still in awe.

Das "La Vita" befindet sich oben in der Markthalle.
Es hat einen schönen Balkon mit rustikalen Holzmöbeln. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Es wird sogar Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch gesprochen. Die mehrsprachige Speisekarte bietet eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Fisch, Fleisch, Salaten und Pizzen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir absolut ok.
Thunfisch 17,90€, Peterfisch 18,60€. Dazu gab's Mangold mit Salzkartoffeln. Alles frisch und sehr, sehr lecker.
Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und können es weiterempfehlen.

The food was good, but definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

I has the seafood risotto and my partner had the tuna steak. The risotto was ok, but nothing special in my opinion; the tuna steak was delicious! However, the portions are really small for the price you pay.

If I were to ignore the prices, I would probably give a 4 starts review for the experience. But all in all, I believe there are many other restaurants in Dubrovnik that are better when it comes to price quality ratio. The waiters were nice and very attentive and the location is cute and central.

Had such an amazing dinner on the terrace overlooking the fort. Extremely romantic or good for business meetings or nice dinners with family or friends. Cocktails were an amazing experience- they came to our table and made many of them in front of us. Highly recommend.

We visited the restaurant to make a reservation in person, 3 days before the actual date. We asked for a specific table outside (we don’t like to sit inside during a summer holiday when the weather is nice) upon recommendation of the staff. The specific table got confirmed and a credit card guarantee was needed to complete the booking.
We arrived 2 min before our reservation - only to see to our big disappointment that our table was taken by another couple.
The manager Mark quickly came to us, profusely apologizing and offered us a 20% discount - with a table inside. The lady who took our reservation was there too- she just shrugged and did not seem to care much. Mistakes can happen - but such behavior is not the way to go in hospitality.

We got seated inside- and Mark immediately offered us a drink to start with. Then, unfortunately it took 40 min until our appetizers were served. I wanted to order the swordfish from their menu as a main course - and was told it wasn’t available anymore. Our reservation was at 8pm- how can a dish already be gone?

The food: it was fantastic. Beautifully presented and simply very delicious. Highly recommendable.
Our server Antonio was very friendly, welcoming and eager to please the customer.

After finishing our appetizer, it took a while for our empty plates to be taken away. I understand each server is in charge of a certain area in a restaurant- but many a times other servers passed by our table empty handed. Not good. Even if it’s not your area, servers should be attentive and take away empty plates when they pass by.

When our dessert was served, I picked up our spoons and to our horror, they were both dirty. They both still had chocolate from previous customers on both sides of the spoon. Absolutely unacceptable. (See pictures)

At the end of our dinner, we had a nice, constructive conversation with Mark. We gave our big compliments to the chef- and to Antonio our server, and shared the problems we had tonight. Mark received them very well, deeply apologized once again, and on top of the discount, our drinks had been taken care of as well.

We wish the restaurant well- as the food was truly excellent - so with fine tuning in the details- it will then deserve 5 stars.
(and we personally think the ambience inside would be much nicer when the lights are dimmed as we felt it was too bright)

We have been travelling Croatia for three weeks and ate in many restaurants.
However, we have never had such a fantastic seafood meal ever!
The Tuna steak was of very generous side, perfectly cooked, and had mangold and potatoes on the side.
The octopus salad was also of very generous side, the octopus nice and tender, and not too many potatoes added.
The service was friendly and very helpful.
When you arrive at 1pm, as we did, some of the dishes are not available anymore.
Unfortunately, we have leave tomorrow otherwise we will be back and back and back....

Small busy restaurant in the heart of the Pula market. The atmosphere is very authentic. The food was absolutely amazing. Wonderful in its simplicity, very fresh and perfectly cooked. Special thanks for the service - so warm and friendly. We only had time for a quick lunch, but it was one of the best experiences in Pula! Thank you ❤️

The food was excellent and fresh, we could choose from the catch of day. I asked for scampi which wasn't offered on the counter, but there was a fresh catch delivered. 😁

Had to try it due to the good reviews. The food is FANTASTIC & Extremely good seasoned with lots of garlic and herbs. The waitress was also super friendly. I had it to go bc the place was super packed, worth the wait tho. 🫶🏼 I’d definitely go again!

Such a great find in Dubrovnik. Our waiter was Alberto, sold us on everything (he was definitely right about it). The food, wine, ambiance everything was perfect. A great dinner and an excellent service.

Also Alberto went above and beyond to charge my phone and meet every need we may have.

Ambiente: Balkon über der Markthalle. Man schaut auf die Hochhäuser von Pula. Wellblechdach darunter mit vielen Möwen.

We love eating at family-owned informal places wherever we can. We stumbled upon Furia at the market in Pula, on the second floor. The menu changes based on what’s available fresh from the fishermen. We ordered from the cook who works tirelessly six days a week, while his sister watches the tables and counter. The food is exceptional. My tuna steak was cooked perfectly, and my partner’s squid was grilled to perfection, with a nice caramelization. The octopus salad was tender and fresh. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this surprise!!

Excellent food. One of the best fish and seafood dishes we've ever had. Service was kind to us with good energy. The restaurant itself is really "retro", you cannot expect anything luxurious, except for the food !

Me and my mom loved this place. We stayed in Pula for a week and had eaten 4 times in Municipio. The food is delicious, the waiters are incredibly nice and we were truly sad to say goodbye to our favourite waiter. And there's a cute cat walking around in between tables🩷 We hope to come back to Municipio one day🩷

I don't recall a hotel but the restaurant was good. We ordered two fresh fish and veggies. They also served us bread with some delicious olive oil. The service was fantastic and we especially liked it waiter who impressed us with how fast he could take the fish and cut it up into our plates. The fish was some of the best in Croatia but unfortunately I didn't get the name of the fish. Great service great food.

„Fish-Food More“ in Pula

Für mich eine Muss-Adresse zu Mittag bei jedem Pula Besuch.
Fans der lokalen Küche, hauptsächlich Einheimische, kommen hierher.
Eine einfache Osteria mit feinsten Fischgerichten Gerichten und einer schönen, fast Vintage anmutenden Atmosphäre, ein wenig, wie dalla nonna. Der Fisch ist täglich frisch und hervorragend zubereitet, so wie ich als Kind bei meine Oma gegessen habe.
Außer Fisch bieten sie auch vegetarische Gerichte, die hier ebenso sehr gerne gegessen werden.
Bei schönem Wetter sitze ich lieber auf der Terrasse, doch in der klimatisierten Gaststube, neben der offenen Küche, ist es ebenso angenehm und auch urig.
Es gibt auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. Leider ist „More“ nur Tagsüber zu besuchen, Montag bis Samstag von 10.00 bis 17.00 Uhr.

Eigentlich bin ich kein Fischliebhaber, aber ohne zu übertreiben, wenn mann hier Fisch gegessen hat, wird Mann zu einem. In der offenen Küche wird nur nur der Tagesfang verarbeitet. Der Inhaber ist ein ehemaliger Fischer. Wie gesagt eine Speisekarte gibt es nicht, angeboten wird das was am Morgen gefangen wurde. Überwiegend waren einheimische als Gäste vertreten. Ob Risotto mit Prawns, Muscheln, , grüner Salat aus heimischen Anbau, Dorade, beste Fischsuppe!!! Alles war superlecker!!!!

4 stars. Located on the top floor of the marketplace building. Offers seating inside the building or on the balcony. Food was nice and fresh. Understandably not everything on the menu was in season / available. We had the octopus salad and a couple of pieces of fish. Fresh and cooked well. Washed down with a lovely glass of local white wine. €30 for 2 people. Can't fault the value. Happily recommend this place.

We were in Fish food More at least 7 times during last 3 weeks. The reason of coming back was an incredible service Sandra has provided together with an outstanding seafood pasta. Well done! Worth every penny.

Oh. My. We had an incredibly delicious dinner. Upon entering, we were invited to come inside and take a look at the fish that was about to be cooked. No frills, no fake courtesy, just pure good food. We had spaghetti allo scoglio, various grilled fishes, and a cheesecake. The pasta was proper, amazingly good. Really recommended ✨
