Love the new Pondok Indah location! Had a great session with Mba Ella & Asmi, woke up feeling refreshed and managed to get all my sore points. Shower provided, but somehow liked the shower at their old Terogong branch better. Soap etc also provided, no hairdryer tho and disposable undies are extra charge so bring ur own spare. Plus point, power outlet is available inside the massage booth so u can charge ur devices while ur body gets recharged. Ginger drink after shower very recommended. They also have a salon at this branch but didn’t try. Overall lovely experience and will definitely come back!

I took signature 90 minutes massage and it was very good. Relaxing atmosphere, calm music and stylish interior. Rooms are nice, staff is very polite and friendly. Prices are very good. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going for a year. However, I’d booked for 3 people for a 2 hour massage this week. In fact, I’d booked and paid a deposit more than 48 hours prior to the massage yet they told me 30 minutes before our appointment that their address has changed from Cilandak to Pondok Indah. It’s absurd that such an important piece of information wasn’t mentioned to customers.

Secondly, the move was done so haphazardly. The toilet was filthy. There wasn’t any place to wash our hands. Some men including a so called manager were having their dinner while talking loudly in the room next door.

Thirdly, we were taken to a room where the new mattresses were uncomfortable and hard, placed right under the freezing air conditioning. Despite several attempts telling the masseuse (just inform the manager ya), nothing was done other than shifting the temperature up 1 degree and turning off for a short while. Being blasted by freezing a/c for 2 hours lying on a hard mattress is not what I call a tranquil experience.

When I informed the staff of our experience (staff asked “bu, please provide feedback”), they mentioned they’ll replace my session with another for free. I’ve told them that if they took this seriously, they’ll put it in writing via WhatsApp so that there’s a record of it. I wasn’t surprised nothing has come through. Lip service and nothing more.

My favorite spa since 2019 is located beneath Woodpecker Coffee. If you enjoy traditional massage, you must visit this place. It's worth every penny.

I had a back pain back then and went to several 2 massage places prior to this place. Sadly it did not work until I visited Sense by Jari Jari. I pick back massage service and hands down this is the best massage place in the area. Will definitely visit here again to try another service

I had a signature massage for 1 1/2 hour here and it was a relaxing experience. The staff was nice, love the ambience, they have a shower so you can take a shower after your massage. The location is inside a coffee shop, so you had to come inside and go downstair to go to the place

Sense by Jari Jari Pondok Indah is a peaceful getaway with lovely vibes. The spa treatments are top-notch, and the staff is super friendly. It's a great place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!
