This villa is surrounded by nature in every way. There's a natural stream beneath this where you can swim or do boating (inflated boats will be provided). The package included barbeque/grilling at night.

Rooms have an ethnic look. The location is excellent, right in the heart of things. The service is excellent. The host doubles up as an excellent guide. For those who know him, Yesudas' ancestral home is next to this one.
A decent home stay situated in Fort kochi
5 star because this was a monument and the uncle there was very kind to us and for the fact that whenever we exited we would see tourists taking pictures in front of our gate.

Amazing place to stay, I totally love it here. I stayed here for 4 days and it was lovely. The location is great, so many amazing places nearby to eat and roam around.
This is a beautiful Villa surrounded by nature. Very friendly caretaker and owner. A great place to hang out. The hospitality was wonderful. There is a stream and a hut where you can relax. We enjoyed the place a lot. This property is very unique & most recommended.

it's a beautiful Villa. Very friendly staffs and owner , And nice place to spend time. Food is very delicious. Very well maintained. It has a nice view of mountain ranges and a stream. It's realy good place for family, couples and friends also....Very relaxing place, where you can hear the stream sound and birds chirping sound. We loved the place and we recommend this place for people who plan for visit Wayanad.

I visit to wayanad with my family was delightful due to River View, Comfortable stay and amazing hospitality and well maintained home stay. Hut and natural pool （River）is very attractive. The kitchen facilities are good , feel like our own home. Very useful for a group of families.

I am from Australia and stayed in Wayanad Stay. The family is beautiful and organized transport for me to see the places in Wayanad and also made the best food using the various spices and crops found in their back yard! Absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend to others. If you want a homely place to stay with genuine people, look no further!
If anyone is looking for the most authentic Kerala vibe, scrumptious food, cleanest room with a vintage feel and the warmest smiles you don’t need to look no more. Paul and Susan are by far the best hosts we have ever been welcomed by. This was literally a home away from home. Not to forget the most hospitable kids Linu and Livin who leave no stone unturned in making your stay ultra-special. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The glorious surrounding , coupled with the cozy interior makes this stay a perfect getaway spot for all. Best place for every type of vacation with friends, family, groups. privacy of the place, cool atmosphere and all that just adds to the vibe. Very large parking spot and play area. Accessibility to the local town and many sightseeing locations is extremely good.

Our stay was nothing but amazing. Awesomazing hosts who make you feel like home and provide you the best food! Uncle Paul and Aunt Susan are such a loving couple themselves and who gives so much of love, care and comfort! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with very good architectural aspects. The pricing is very reasonable. The location is in prime area. Don't forget to buy their fresh products like cloves, pepper, coconut oil and many more. I highly recommend this place and wishing you all a pleasant stay!
We really appreciate the effort and kindness given by Mr. Paul in the family. Right from the very beginning they provided us with an early check in without any hassle. The whole family greeted us with a warm smile and the food made by aunty was delicious. And the organic juices which came as a surprise were so refreshing.
The property is located in a very calm and green habitat which was so refreshing after coming from a city crowd.

We had an amazing stay. The property is conveniently located a short tuk tuk ride from the town and in the quietness of a forest.
Paul and his family are lovely hosts. The food was delicious! Paul was very helpful giving us advice about places to visit.

Indeed the most awesomest place i have stayed in my vacation. Thank you Mr. Paul and team for making our vacation so memorable and wonderful. The rooms were so clean and tidy. Really felt like home. The food was also very tasty and thank you Susan for your Cooking class. That was very helpful. Linu was also such an adorable and cute boy who helped us in every way he could. We were at Paul and Susan's homestay at the beginning of September. Although we couldn't visit all places because of road damage, it was one of the best experience in India. We visited nearby places and were overwhelmed of the friendly farmers in this area. The room was very big and everything was clean. Every day another kind of breakfast and dinner. Susan is an excellent cook and Paul will help you with any issue. Both are welcoming people and it felt like home. Thank you very much! Tanja & Mathias

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The owner George was unbelievably helpful and a super host. The room we stayed in was mind blowing, the two double beds were fab and we were able to watch all of the new years build up on the street outside. The house has been used in the film Big B, expect slot of locals taking pictures of the building outside.
