Swastha Heritage Homestay

Beautiful place, perfect ambience for a relaxed holiday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is near to many tourist attractions. Loved the cottage styles. Lots of flowers, birds and trees. If you are a nature lover or need a break from the city or simply needs a refreshing of mind and body, this is the place!

We had a peaceful stay at this place. The host is extremely friendly and helping , we would love to visit again.

The rooms can be better maintained as the property is a heritage one. Other than that the location steals the show

You'll feel it's little bit far from the city. I was here with my friends, we enjoyed the stay. Spacious and peaceful. Wifi is a bit issue if u are on workation. Jio and Airtel signals are strong though

Stay was very beautiful, they helped a lot with the itinerary, we were a group of 15 people with kids. The location was beautiful and rooms were really big enough to fit all 15.
They even helped us arrange the cake for the birthday celebration. We would like to go back to the place next time n wayanad

I booked rooms at Swastha Heritage Homestay in advance for a family trip, but our stay was an absolute disappointment. We arrived late at night, and it became evident that "Heritage" in their name meant nothing in terms of cleanliness and hospitality.The rooms were dirty, and the overall hygiene was subpar. There was no room service, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We couldn't let kids stay in such conditions, so we had to book another place for the night.To make matters worse, they refused to provide any refund for our unused reservation. This lack of customer care and cleanliness standards was shocking. "Heritage" should imply a commitment to maintaining a high standard, but sadly, this place didn't live up to its name. I strongly recommend avoiding Swastha Heritage Homestay if you're looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

Location of the stay is isolated and also accessible with nice ambiance
Caretaker is very well receiving...

We were group of 12 peoples with 10 adults and 2 kids and this place is very pleasant to stay with family. No disturbance from surrounding except Nature 😊. Special mention to Anas, who is the care taker for this place. Whatever request we ask him, he never say no until it's not possible for anyone. He took care everyone and he always give suggestions about the itinerary if we ask. I never seen a caretaker like him before.
