One of the most delicious ice creams I ever tried. Any of those ice creams ha such a deep and rich flavour, that is something impossible to describe 😍
Moreover, the guys working there were extremely nice!

Posso dire da amante del cioccolato bianco che avete la miglior crema spalmabile al cioccolato bianco . Vi assicuro che ne ho trovate tantissime e di solito non sanno di niente . La vostra invece è spettacolare

Very good ice cream or Gelato as they say in Italy. With a wall of Chocolate! Definitely a must visit. I got sweet creme and limon in a waffle cone. Kids got vanilla and mango.

Wonderful gelato flavors. They do sell you up on the chocolate coating and nuts which was a surprise cost adder. Stay with the basics and this place is a+. Tried several flavors and they were all delicious.

We were recommended the place and it did not disappoint at all. The service, gelato consistency, the quality of the cones and the flavours were all top notch. There were good number of flavours. We tried the mango, 79% chocolate, custard cream, tiramisu, cappuccino flavours and they were top notch. The shop is very welcoming with the wall of chocolate topping the decor. I recently visited a local ice cream shop with high hopes of indulging in some delicious frozen treats, but sadly, my experience was far from pleasant. As soon as I entered the shop, I couldn't help but notice the presence of insects buzzing around the ice cream display. It was truly off-putting and made me question the cleanliness and hygiene practices of the establishment.

First and foremost, sanitation plays a pivotal role in any food-related business. It is expected that food outlets, especially ice cream shops, maintain an insect-free environment to ensure the health and safety of their customers. Unfortunately, this particular establishment failed miserably in that aspect.

To make matters worse, the insects were not limited to just a stray fly or two. They seemed to be everywhere, landing on the ice cream containers, crawling on surfaces near the toppings, and even hovering around the seating area. This alarming sight completely shattered my confidence in the shop's ability to maintain proper hygiene standards.

While I understand that insects can be an occasional problem, it is the responsibility of the establishment to actively combat and prevent such issues. Regular pest control measures should be in place to eradicate any pests and prevent infestations that could compromise the quality and safety of the food being served.

Aside from the unsightly insect presence, the overall experience was marred by a sense of discomfort and unease. It was difficult to fully enjoy and appreciate the ice cream, constantly worried about the insects potentially contaminating the treats. This is an absolute shame, as the shop boasted an appealing selection of flavors and toppings that were unfortunately overshadowed by the alarming insect situation.

I strongly urge the management of this ice cream shop to take immediate action to rectify this issue. It is crucial that they prioritize the implementation of stringent pest control measures and invest in regular inspections to maintain a clean and insect-free environment. Customers should be able to visit an ice cream shop without any concerns about the quality and hygiene standards of the treats they consume.

In conclusion, my experience at this ice cream shop was extremely disappointing due to the pervasive presence of insects. I sincerely hope that the management takes this criticism seriously and takes the necessary steps to address the issue promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a clean and enjoyable ice cream experience.

This place has a lot of flavors for gelato, but is limited to the two flavors for granita. There is also no place to sit if you buy a crepe. Its also A bit on the pricier side compared to others but the chocolate on the crepe is amazing.

Venchi never disappoints. This particular place has wonderful and friendly service. Thank you Pietro. On a hot day the lemon, strawberry, and vanilla together were perfect.

Delicious icecream:) After a sightseeing in Florence we decided to try the local gelato - craftmade icecream that is one of the famous things in Florence along lampredotto, Duomo and Uffici:)
Based on the reviews in Google, we visited this gelato shop.
They had a campaign to subscribe for their email bulletin in exchange for a bar chocolate that we gladly did:)
The biggest icecream cone with 4 choices of icecream is 5.80 Euros without Sales tax.
The chocolate bar is four varieties, 2.20 Euros without Sales tax for 35 grams of chocolate.
The cone is dipped in liquid chocolate that flows from a faucet and you have three choices in what you can roll the chocolate into. I choose nuts.
You can pick up between two types of chocolate biscuits that is put on the top of the ice cream.
The icecream is delicious and real, not cheap substitute and wonderful.
I highly recommend to visit amd taste it.

This place usually always has a line (note: there are a ton of locations nearby as well), which should mean it’s good.

In this instance, no disappointment outside of having to hang out in the heat waiting for your turn.

Price is slightly higher than the other gelato places in Italy, but the chocolate flavours are so rich. It really just tastes like eating a ton of chocolate. The gelato shake is also very refreshing if you go with fruit flavours, but again, slightly expensive.

Cool store to get some souvenir chocolate to bring back, and an after dinner dessert.

Venchi is a specially & unique place for a chocolate and ice cream experience.
It's exists in different locations, but I chose this one to try a regular cone of ice cream with different tastes.
It's not so sugary even thought I got it with kinder, pistachio and dark chocolate.
It was so tasty and smooth.
The staff are so kind.

One of the best ice cream in Milan. Pistacchio and 90% dark chocolate are recommended.

Il gelato è buono, gli ingredienti sembrano di qualità, la cioccolata anche. Hanno più scelta in cioccolata piuttosto che per i gelati. Hanno anche la mousse alla vaniglia e al cioccolato. Ci sono stata di recente e ho avuto la sensazione di un leggero peggioramento dei sapori rispetto a qualche anno fa, ma può essere una mia sensazione data dal momento, ero di fretta e comunque me lo sono gustata poco il gelato. Mi piacerebbe avere altri feedback a tal proposito da chi conosce il posto e lo ha frequentato da più tempo. Non manca il sorriso del personale. Spero solo che resistano, è un periodo duro. Comunque con quello che ci mettono ora nei gelati confezionati, la mia scelta va sempre più verso l'artigianale, soprattutto chi c'è sempre, estate e inverno. Non ha la panna montata, ma è sostituibile con la mousse alla vaniglia, che è golosissima.

Pasticceria ottima e sempre fresca! Dopo le ore 13,00 i cornetti, le ciambelle, i fagottini e altro sono a metà prezzo. Meritano un applauso i maritozzi con passa buoni come quelli di una volta

Ottima pasticceria assortita e di eccellente qualità. Sono stata letteralmente catturata dal profumo che mi ha fatto entrare. Ho assaggiato il bombolone ripieno di crema. Una prelibatezza, la crema è stata farcita al momento dal personale, che (nonostante la mascherina) è cordiale e disponibile. Ora che so dove siete diventerò una cliente abituale. Grazie.

Great pastry shop for a quick bite in the morning. The staff are wonderful, patient, and helpful. You select your items first, then pay at the counter after you finish. Cream filled pastries here are divine. There might be a line so get there early! Very reasonable prices, and don't forget to bus your own table once you are finished!

Lovely Café with absolutely friendly staff. Cakes are very delicious. Can totally recommend!!

The staff was friendly. They also spoke English which was a plus. Their products were delicious. The only negative for our visit was the other customers. Several people cut in front of my kids and I. The gentleman behind me kept pushing me. Despite all of that I would visit again.
