As soon as I entered the shop, I couldn't help but notice the presence of insects buzzing around the ice cream display. It was truly off-putting and made me question the cleanliness and hygiene practices of the establishment.

First and foremost, sanitation plays a pivotal role in any food-related business. It is expected that food outlets, especially ice cream shops, maintain an insect-free environment to ensure the health and safety of their customers. Unfortunately, this particular establishment failed miserably in that aspect.

To make matters worse, the insects were not limited to just a stray fly or two. They seemed to be everywhere, landing on the ice cream containers, crawling on surfaces near the toppings, and even hovering around the seating area. This alarming sight completely shattered my confidence in the shop's ability to maintain proper hygiene standards.

Customers should be able to visit an ice cream shop without any concerns about the quality and hygiene standards of the treats they consume.

In conclusion, my experience at this ice cream shop was extremely disappointing due to the pervasive presence of insects. I sincerely hope that the management takes this criticism seriously and takes the necessary steps to address the issue promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a clean and enjoyable ice cream experience.

Great pastry shop for a quick bite in the morning. The staff are wonderful, patient, and helpful. You select your items first, then pay at the counter after you finish. Cream filled pastries here are divine. There might be a line so get there early! Very reasonable prices, and don't forget to bus your own table once you are finished!
