Placed an order online and received our order yesterday! (1x Exotic Plunger, 1x Natural Plunger, 1xNatural Espresso, 1x Vanilla Syrup and a sweet Chai) Really impressed as only took two days to arrive from order. The coffee is to die for. Rich, smooth, aromatic and simply unbeatable. The syrups are so delicious, but not overpowering which is refreshing! I syupodly ordered an espresso grind by mistake, but fortunately am learning a technique on how to plunge or cold brew that. Haha. Excellent place, will order again!
Awesome place for a quick catch up, informal meeting or simply picking up a coffee to go. Lots of different coffee options available, and very well made coffee.

I found that the coffee is a hit and miss at this place. Potentially, the coffee could be 5/5, but I think it also depends on how busy the place is especially in the morning. I would really like to see that potential though.

Yesterday, I ordered an iced oat milk latte at this cafe, with a lady attending to my order. She quoted a price of $7.50, and had already input the amount into the POS system, ready for me to pay. However, a man with glasses approached her, exchanged a few words, and she subsequently adjusted the price to $8.50. I found it a bit peculiar but didn’t challenge it as the cafe was bustling at the time, so I went ahead and paid. Later on, my curiosity piqued as I noticed that a previous order of a large hot oat milk latte was only $7.00, leading to a $1.50 discrepancy that I found baffling. I decided to reach out to the cafe for clarity and attempted to call them around 2 PM, but despite multiple calls, no one answered (their closing time is 2:30 PM). Consequently, I visited the cafe again today and inquired about the pricing. Upon triple-confirmation, a male staff member confirmed that the price of the iced oat milk latte should be $7.50, refunded the difference, and offered a possible explanation for the incorrect charge, which I appreciated. However, I am still left wondering why the price was revised yesterday after the lady had already keyed in $7.50 into the POS, especially following a brief dialogue with her bespectacled colleague. This ambiguity leaves me somewhat puzzled, and I hope the cafe could elucidate this matter. By the way, the coffee here remains commendable.
Lovely friendly place to stop at for a quick coffee and muffin. Great service, clean and tidy. Actually the only clean inviting place I found in the area. Unfortunately only cabinet food available but plenty to pick from.
Decided to try here after reading such fab reviews about the coffee - very mediocre nothing at all to rave about . Definitely won’t be coming back not sure why the reviews have been hyped up about the coffees for - (best in the world ect ) service was fantastic however very friendly - just the coffee let it down and small seating area .
Almost every 3 weeks to back to buy their coffee beans bc they r so good!! And you can try them from difference countries which is wonderful.

Free range dogs roaming guest tables unleashed belonging to employee/ owner (not ideal), extreme noise of machinery in seated area (less ideal), espresso shot not pulled with decent crema and served nearly 30 minutes later (add insult to injury) and charged $6 for pot of tea to discover it's only a dilmah green tea (did I step into the right business?). Had good coffee here before but will think twice about arranging a meeting here again.
Haven't been to their cafe, but ordered a set of grinder burrs from their website because price was as good as anywhere else, and freight was free for orders over $40. I've found that often this means that a seller will use a cheap, slow courier service. So when I ordered the burrs midday on a Friday I expected them to maybe be sent Monday, then turn up (interisland) maybe Wednesday/Thursday. But no, I had those burrs in my hands by 9am the next morning, a Saturday too! So thank you Toasted, It's so nice to be surprised by excellent service.

The toasted sandwiches were affordable from the cabinet selection and deliciously flavoured.
The flatwhite had the option of choosing the coffee bean blend which was fantastic.
Atmosphere was cozy and busy in the main area, but it appeared there was extra seating at the back.
Will be back!

A cafe with bright, lively interior design and spacious indoor seating. It has 3 varieties of coffee beans to choose from for your coffees and it has a good selection of pastry and cakes too.
The coffee was good but the breakfast was pretty average.
We ordered eggs Benedict and it comes with two pieces of over-toasted ciabatta stacked together. The one on the top of the stack is rounded (on the side facing down) and so my poached egg rolled straight off of it when I tried to separate the two pieces of bread.
The hollandaise is nice in flavour but the meal overall was not enjoyable at all because you couldn’t even cut through the ciabatta.
I wouldn’t come back here or recommend it unless you’re just stopping by for a takeaway coffee.

Highly recommend this place . It’s very nice place , staff are friendly and welcoming. The place concept ( coffee lab ) and all the machines are very nice . We tried flat white, decaf latte it is the best one we had before . The cheese scones and almond croissant are very delicious and fresh.

Great premium coffee. Super busy in the weekend, be prepared to wait for seats, coffee and car park space. Otherwise, great coffee and muffins! PS: Ask for the strong flavor of coffee bean of the day for the intense flavor, it stands out compared to all other coffee places i have ever been to!
Great coffee here :) in fact, "surprisingly good." The staff were all very prompt, friendly and helpful. The venue was pretty lively and busy but there was more space near the back that could be opened up - had a great vibe. Fun to watch the coffee beans getting roasted. Would recommend for coffee fans and general cafe goers looking for a meeting spot!

I've had their coffee at events and have bought the bags of whole roasted beans and have always been blown away by the quality and taste. Exceptional.
Good Coffee and selection of food. Very friendly and fast service. Popular with local people/workers. But limited parking spaces if you happen to drive. Otherwise it would have been rated 5 Stars
Best coffee I've tried. Took it with me when I went to Thailand and Spain. Love the organic range too.
