Good atmosphere and good range of food to choose from.

I found that the coffee is a hit and miss at this place. Potentially, the coffee could be 5/5, but I think it also depends on how busy the place is especially in the morning. I would really like to see that potential though.
The banoffee pie I got was pretty good.
The service is great, but I ordered a matcha twice on different occasions and they didn’t have it.
I like the set up of the place where the barista is near the door and has a window for takeaways, as the space does not accommodate the amount of customers they have especially in the morning.
More car parks would make this place more attractive for people to visit, as that can be a bit of a struggle.

Yesterday, I ordered an iced oat milk latte at this cafe, with a lady attending to my order. She quoted a price of $7.50, and had already input the amount into the POS system, ready for me to pay. However, a man with glasses approached her, exchanged a few words, and she subsequently adjusted the price to $8.50. I found it a bit peculiar but didn’t challenge it as the cafe was bustling at the time, so I went ahead and paid. Later on, my curiosity piqued as I noticed that a previous order of a large hot oat milk latte was only $7.00, leading to a $1.50 discrepancy that I found baffling. I decided to reach out to the cafe for clarity and attempted to call them around 2 PM, but despite multiple calls, no one answered (their closing time is 2:30 PM). Consequently, I visited the cafe again today and inquired about the pricing. Upon triple-confirmation, a male staff member confirmed that the price of the iced oat milk latte should be $7.50, refunded the difference, and offered a possible explanation for the incorrect charge, which I appreciated. However, I am still left wondering why the price was revised yesterday after the lady had already keyed in $7.50 into the POS, especially following a brief dialogue with her bespectacled colleague. This ambiguity leaves me somewhat puzzled, and I hope the cafe could elucidate this matter. By the way, the coffee here remains commendable.

Lovely friendly place to stop at for a quick coffee and muffin. Great service, clean and tidy. Actually the only clean inviting place I found in the area. Unfortunately only cabinet food available but plenty to pick from.

Decided to try here after reading such fab reviews about the coffee - very mediocre nothing at all to rave about . Definitely won’t be coming back not sure why the reviews have been hyped up about the coffees for - (best in the world ect ) service was fantastic however very friendly - just the coffee let it down and small seating area .

Haven't been to their cafe, but ordered a set of grinder burrs from their website because price was as good as anywhere else, and freight was free for orders over $40. I've found that often this means that a seller will use a cheap, slow courier service. So when I ordered the burrs midday on a Friday I expected them to maybe be sent Monday, then turn up (interisland) maybe Wednesday/Thursday. But no, I had those burrs in my hands by 9am the next morning, a Saturday too! So thank you Toasted, It's so nice to be surprised by excellent service.

Very friendly staff. Coffee is ok. Pie is amazing!
