Can't believe that they charge $5.99 for this amount of wedges, my wife and I decided to have pizza and wedges for lunch, pizza was good but such a pathetically small amount of wedges, we got 6 wedges eah and they were also small.
Pizza hutt should be ashamed of serving such dismally small amount and having the cheek to charge $5.99

Almost every time I go to kfc you get different from another. There was not enough spice on the zinger burger. The service was good but it felt drive through took priority over people dining in. The staff were friendly. Place was clean.
I was served by a very lovely and professional young man named chris today. He clearly loves his job because he’s very good at it, other people in retail could learn a lot from this young man

Firstly the staff were exceptionally, helpful, friendly and created the atmosphere at KFC Ashburton tonight. The food was delicious - best we've had in years! Flavoursome, crunchy and not just sloppy grease! Restaurant clean and enjoyable to dine in. Thank you for restoring our love in KFC - leaving with a smile. Keep up the good work!
Went to get pizza for lunch, they were really friendly. The loaded pepperoni was amazing! Definitely coming back soon
I haven't had Kentucky fried chicken for over 30yrs. Chris at the Ashburton shop was lovely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him to his employer.

Something obviously must have gone wrong with their software, as no pizza delivered just the other two items. Who on earth would order a small chips and small onion rings and pay $22? Certainly not me, as could have gone down to the chippy less than a block away for less than $10!

We had Doug and the team cater for our after day wedding event! Boy these guys delivered. The communication, service, and food was insane! An event that our guests will not stop talking about! Close to 90 burgers and fries! Full belly’s and hearts! Cannot thank you guys enough. Kaylee and Jacob 🫶🏻😎
I discovered that my chicken and cheese burger was missing from the order that my my partner ordered. Whose responsibility is this? I drive all this way for an order that was messed up, and all you offered was a refund for the missing burger with no burger? or free chips. When I mentioned I already had chips at home and asked for an alternative, perhaps even chicken, your response was, "we can’t do that as we count our chicken?" Are you truly that pathetic? It seems you prioritise your stock and profits over customer satisfaction. I'm furious and won't ever return this store ever again. This isn't the first time our orders have been wrong—over five times now. Despite specifically requesting no bacon in my burger, your staff suggested a chicken and cheese burger with bacon. Why add bacon when I asked for it to be removed? This is unacceptable. It would have been appreciated if you offered something we didn't already have, and it's disappointing that no one answered the phones despite several staff members standing around, I even swear I seen the guy in the back licking fingers.

We have always loved bacon Bro's and recommended them, however today I was disappointed with my Andy the electrician burger. It is the one i always order, but today It just lacked flavor and was well below average. I hope it was just a once off. My wife says her Vegan burger Bryan the fireman was still as nice as they always have been. I would probably want to eat somewhere else next time.
EDIT: The owner contacted me and arranged for me to come back to have another Andy Burger...and I must say this one was really good...the balance of flavors with sauces was just right and evenly spread on the burger so that all of it tasted great. So I have upgraded my rating based on the good service and making up for the previous burger 🙂

Won't even pick up the phone to hear your complaint after they leave $30+ worth of food out of your order and provide no receipt. avoid at all costs
We had Bacon Brothers cater our wedding and it was perfect! Everyone raved about the burgers and fries! Such a friendly team and so easy to deal with! We had just over 80 people to feed and they did it so quickly! Would definitely recommend their food truck for wedding catering, everyone that came said it was such a good idea and my husband and I couldn't agree more!

Travelling through today, very busy in store - interestingly enough, the guy in front of us returned swiftly and said he had been overcharged. I didn't give it much thought and ordered. Then later did the math, I asked for the plus one smoothie which comes as $7 extra with the combo, but I was charged the pita and smoothie separately, ripping me off several dollars.
I read other reviews where there are trust issues with these owners. And the pita, disgracefully small fillings, and I'm cruisy as, but this review has been placed out of pure principle.
This was by far the most pitiful pita I've ever had from Pita Pit in general, but hey don't take my word for it, just read alot of other experiences here, there's a pattern, and if the owners truly cared for their customers they'd be replying and looking to rectify these issues.

If you are going to be the most expensive fast food in the area can you at least warm the buns for the burgers? Every time the whole burger is cold after 5 minutes! the chicken and chips are hot and burgers are always cold. Sort your **** out.

Went to this location last night-by far the worst in the country; if not the world. Service was next to none, person was rude and rather unhygienic. Food was a joke, missing multiple items too. Been sick today and all clues point solid to this outfit. Save yourself stomach trouble and never go here!

Last Friday night I wanted to dine in and it was 9.11pm. But a worker informed me that they're going to close and I left the place. It says that it's opened until 10pm but I had to leave before 9.30pm. Disappointed.
Outrageous...we went in to order a quarter pack for our son at 5:10pm others came in and ordered, got there food and left but we were left waiting and waiting. When I questioned the manager he didn't understand why I was angry and had so many stupid reasons like we are waiting for some chicken...hmm, did nobody else that came and went order chicken? We eventually left at 6pm, that's 50 minutes for fast food.
This is serious and no way to run a business. I don't recommend this awful place. I won't return.

Was looking forward to a tasty burger after hearing great reviews but was sadly left disappointed… there was more bun than burger. Asked for the pesky red onion to be removed yet there it was shining bright in my burger… at least it was only one little ring I suppose.
Really good service, the staff gave good recommendations. The burger was mouth watering. Not greasy despite having a fried egg, sausage and bacon on it. Left me wanting seconds.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by a young lady, mucked up my order and instead of just fixing it proceeded to argue with me and telling my son he got it wrong, then walked away, someone else came to assist with the refund, she then continued to go off at me, I asked her to not speak to me, which she then told me to shut up, I asked for the manager who I was told was on break, she then piped up again and told me he was the manager. Tried to make contact with the store, their phone line is about as good as their customer service, non existent

Can be hit and miss honestly it depends, when I've gone in store they always seem to not be bothered and takes forever. But when I get it on deliver easy, it seems to be better than when I go in store.
Got a Zinger Burger. It was truly disgusting. Not sure what part of the chicken they used. It was tough and inedible. Washed all the coating off and gave it to the dogs. Chips were OK although hardly what I would call hot. Will be the last time at KFC for me. Would rather starve.

We bought two falafel bowls and two kids wraps. We have ordered both of these from the store previously and had enjoyed them but this time was a terrible experience. My falafel bowl was mainly carrots, at least two carrots worth. The rest of the ingredients were sparce including only a few falafel crumbs and a tiny sprinkling of feta on top. Some ingredients weren't even there. We were also given no cutlery or serviettes, in a stapled up bag. The kids wraps were mainly lettuce and mayo. Very disappointed and won't be going back!

The absolute worst burger king food I have ever had. Went through the drive thru and orderer 2 double woppers with cheese, a double cheesburger, 10 chicken nuggets, another 6 extra chicken nuggets, onion rings and a medium fries. Whilst I was ordering the lady who took my order was really rude, waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. Eventually when I left there with my order I went home to find that there were no fries. I didn’t have time and patience to go back and just left it. I then discovered hash bites in the bag which I never even ordered but I payed for it. Now is the best part of this review… I looked at my receipt and saw that it cost me $4 just to add cheese on the wopper burgers. Open the burgers just to find half a slice on the one burger and just one slice on the other. The patties were also dry. I’ve never left a burger half eaten. The food was disgusting and the staff extremely rude. Wake up burger king. I do not recommend to anyone to go there. Mcdonald’s are way better, faster and the staff a lot friendlier

Must say fries were delicious and about the burger Veg burger was too good and yummy and another we order was chicken burger which was okay but over all we had a great time and also the lady who worked there was very sweet and quick at her work.

Food is delicious as always. The place is tidy. Never had issues with food from this store. Highly recommend. I will say avoid the East Tamaki branch, though. Never had food poisoning like what they've given me.
Long wait for tiny portion on broken wrap. I bought the same pita in Timaru 1 week earlier and it was double the size and didn't fall apart. Horrible value for $17 won't be going back.
If you are looking for a great little place to kick back and eat some very good rather quick food, especially a large portioned hamburger, this may be your ticket. As a couple visiting from the USA. It was almost perfect. We sat at hightop bar stools over looking the street while we feasted on nice sized hamburgers and a large bowl of skinny fries. A wine and beer. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful in getting things ordered.
Came for lunch. Ordered chilli chicken. The chilli chicken was very soupy and had a super chickeny flavour. Returned it and exchanged for butter chicken. This also came as a very soupy dish and the chicken had a very chickeny flavour. Not pleased at all. The food here used to be very good. I guess the quality of the chicken used is not that good now and watering down curries is in place.

It's a Pita Pit, stopped in for lunch. Service was fantastic, but the spinach was old and not that good looking and no lamb... Not sure if my expectation of the veg being really fresh is too much.
Very rude and entitled staffs! Honk at us! We were told they'll be open at 10am and we need to move our car coz we parked in a disabled parking that didn't have a sign and mind you the parking was all empty. Told us we parked at her boss's parking spot that didn't have a sign or anything.
Disappointed. Paid extra for the Blue Cod but surprised it came crumbed rather than battered? The chips were good but both fish and chips had way too much salt. Maybe our fault for not asking. Will ask for batter and no salt next time. Just a bad experience overall.

FOOD: The food is hit and miss. I will not be going back to this KFC again. My last visit there was 3cm of oil in the bottom of the bucket and the chicken was inedible, skin and meat were soaked in oil and most of the skin had fallen off.

Hoping we don’t get sick from old cold rice.

The sausages are phenomenal, the chips good, and dad said the blue cod was good, but filleted a little thinner than back in his day. 🤣
Tried a Bacon Bros Burger at Little High. The burger and chips were good, I tried the electrician, which is one of the more simple burgers, but still tasty. The patty is a homemade style, beef mince slapped together, but it all tasted great. They also have a wide range of drinks available.
One of the best places to visit with family or friends to fulfill delicious Indian taste. Was little bit noisy surrounding obviously as expected on foodcourt of malls on busy days.

Are they bad? Not at all. Just not my sort of burger. Patty is too small for the bun, and the bun is super soft and crumbly making them hard to eat. Service is great.
Everytime I've been here the chicken is always super nice and not dry at all, the only issue I have is alot of the times with the mayo it'll be drenched in my burger and all over the wrapper because of how much mayo they had put. Sometimes I've also had brown Lettuce quiet a few times which I've had to take out.

Hell yeah, this is a good burger. Small for sizing and a little sloppy but it’s worth it. The loaded fries were pretty good. Kind service. They have an organic cola that I tried, not a fan but nice aesthetic.
Went for early dinner, only one other diner seated. The place was clean and quite quiet. We ordered the plain Dosa and Chicken briyani. The dosa was very nice the accompaniments were tasty. The briyani was nice too with 2 generous pieces of chicken (bone-in). Will return to try the curries next time. Quite a few folks after us ordered the curry combo.
Dined here for lunch. Enjoyed the chicken dosa was delicious. Butter chicken combo was yum. Curry wasn’t hot on arrival which was only downfall. Great ambience big let down is the cleanliness - butter chicken splattered on the walls we were sitting, water jug was not clean and very dirty which put us off also. Would suggest management look at speaking with staff around cleaning and check water jugs before bringing it out too tables.

I waited in line for about 30 minutes as I ordered the classic bucket meal. When I got home, the batter of the chicken wasn't golden brown ,it was more light brown and soggy. I was really hungry so I grabbed me three pieces, and as I did, two of the breast pieces was burnt underneath and one of my thigh pieces was undercooked. Dissapointing ,when people have to go get food after long hours of work and I understand that it does get busy but this just doesn't cut it man.
Look at your reviews calling you rude. I am not the only one. Your customer service needs improving. Argues on the phone about pizza oven temp. If THIS is your "automated" setting on "all" your pizzas then you have a problem. Overcooking dries the pizza out, it's very basic. We don't want to eat bits of charcoal with our pizza!! The way they speak to you if you ever have a problem is terrible and SO rude. I wont bother with the refund or pizza replacement as after the way I was spoken to I don't trust you one bit. You don't want to lose money re-making but you will lose more money in long term as ppl will stop coming back to you. Did you go to business school? Edit: Calls me to tell me new pizza is ready - I tell them I will pick it up later and then hangs up on me. I am not eating anything you make after your total rudeness.

Best fish and chips we have had for years. Very clean and nicely cooked. Egg burger good value for money and not a soggy mess. Very nice, thank you.

We got 5 meals, the lady taking the order was not the best but friendly. Nice ambiance, food was good. 4 of us liked it, one of us did not. Garlic cheese naans were great. Curries were not very hot when served but lovely presentation. Serving staff were nice. Seating a plenty. Decor nice and clean. Slippery tiles, beware.
Look at the bowl Nowadays providing less quantity & less sauces,Using their own rules not match with PitaPit standards we are not asking for free food,looks like they are not here to serve food,In this small town customers wants nice gestures more than anything.earlier I never had bad experience with any PitaPit. I was a regular customer but not prefer to go at Ashburton PitaPit.

Good service, clean. Apart from brown spots sprayed over the wall by the table we sat at. The butter chicken was beautiful 5/5 but the lamb madras a 2/5, was quite salty and the meat was stripped of its fat - I like fat lol it took 20 minutes for our mango lassi to arrive - among the best butter chickens in town IMO. The pic attached speaks volumes.
Food was good but cleanliness was super poor. The entire time we were there 7 tables still had dirty dishes people had eaten and left. The tables which didn't have dirty dishes had pools of butter chicken on it. Multiple people walked out because there was no clean place to sit. One couple chose to sit in the food court instead. And it wasn't because they were short staffed. 2 ladies and 1 man were serving food and it was as if they were trying to look for other things to do so they didn't have to clear the tables. It made me feel very uncomfortable to eat in such a dirty environment
I ordered the $17 Chicken Combo meal which came with rice, a bit of leaf salad, a cumin poppadom, some nan and a drink. I enjoyed every bit of it! I was suprised it came with a bit of leaf salad too which I was really happy with because I find it's rare to have vegetables when having Indian. I really loved the butter chicken, it really hit the spot for me. My partner got Chicken Tika which was nice too. We were really full after the meal. We will be coming back to try the dosa because that looked really good across the table from us
Quick friendly service. Large sized fish with crunchy batter and chunky chips. Yummy treat!! I recommend this shop. If you buy in bulk they give you a bottle of fizz! Kind thought. If only eaten as a treat your health wont be too compromised!! I admire the young girl who takes the orders- well done!!
Amazing customer service. The wait time is excellent less than 10mins. We got the family pack for $25.50 and it was definitely money well spent for a family of 4. The only flaw is that the food is a bit too greasy for our liking but still very yummy and crispy.
