This store sucks when it comes to customers welfare and customer service, there's a particular staff who doesn't even know how to act professionally, wondering if she even got a proper training on how to deal with customers accordingly
My teenage daughters were fitting clothes for upcoming Christmas party,
What this staff did was, all of a sudden banging on the fitting door, trying to barge in while my daughters were inside
This experience caused them stress
Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!!
Creating a scene to humiliate my daughters when all they want is to fit the clothes they have chosen for the occasion!
Planning to file a complaint on this

This is the 1st time you failed to deliver my parcel on time. Usually, it would only take a day the parcel stays in the hub & it would be delivered the next day. Now, my parcel arrived 4 days ago, but until now there is no delivery. What's wrong with this courier?

The rudeness of you delivery men can't even delivery in the exact place then they make the buyer go to there location!! What kind of delivery services are you!!

They will rts the parcel without complying to their policy which is 3rd attempt first before rts. 1st attempt then later on they will marked it second attempt the next time you checked its already tag as failed delivery and will be returned to seller all of this will happen in one day only, No 2nd nor 3rd attempt. Courier is so hard to reach out. Staffs are super lazy af.

delivery time too slow. this should not be called Shopee express. Shopee Phil. should address these issue.

If you are ordering in Shopee, you better ask the seller about which courier they are using. Avoid shopee express. They will keep your item for weeks, and they won't even allow you to pick it up yourself.

My parcel has arrived at this Banilad Delivery Hub since April 9 and until now, no attempt to deliver was made.

Delivery man called today just saying "shopee ni" I acknowledged him and asked where is he now so that I will go out and meet him but he is not acknowledging my questions multiple times. Then he hanged up and texted "cancel ni?"

I dont like the attitude of your delivery man. J&T calls and texted me every time when they deliver and never has been rude to me. This delivery service has always been a pain and takes a very long time to deliver your parcel.

Very bad service and delivery men are lazy and rude.

WORST COURIER! RIDER DOESN'T WANT TO DELIVER MY PARCEL BECAUSE MY PARCEL WAS OUTSIDE HIS WORK VICINITY, IS IT MY FAULT?! WHY DID HE GOT MY PARCEL IN THE FIRST PLACE! HE SAID HE WILL "RTS" MY PARCEL RIGHT AWAY. THAT PARCEL WAS VERY IMPORTANT! YOU ARE THE WORST SHOPEE EXPRESS CEBU!!!

Parcel has been delivered reflect on Feb. 14,2023 but the date appeared is Feb. 11, 2023 besides no text from rider on that day that he is on way to deliver that day in which all riders did as SOP of the company and the picture taken is no parcel shown only the logo of the condo outside the street had been taken a shot as proof of delivery.

The 1st rider who attempted to deliver my parcel was very rude. He said he called my number many times, and blamed me for having wasted his time. But actually, I didn't receive any text messages or calls from him earlier than 9:41am yesterday. I showed my messages and call record to our guard; he can attest that I'm telling the truth. The rider also insisted that he left the parcel to our guard when in fact, there was none! He didn't think there are different factors that could affect tele-communication; one could be poor telecom connectivity.

I think it'll be better that Shopee Banilad Hub management reorient their personnel about this matter. Please tell your riders, if you can't reach your customers, don't judge them right way. Not all people are gruesomely evil as what that rider thought I was; he mentioned his personal problems in his text messages and blamed me which is awfully unprofessional.

Poor telecom networks in certain areas can impair communication process. Riders should know about this. And if you can't contact your customers, talk to the guard. Most guard's house have an intercom (like here in our building). They can call us ASAP. Don't let your brain sleep; use it.

My shipment arrived there last Monday according to lbc tracker and today it's already Saturday and it is still there. 6days with no movement? Why?????

I received a txt advisory that my item will be delivered on Dec 6, 2021. I've waited until Dec 7 but no delivery arrived, I did not even receive a call/txt from the rider. When I checked the shipping tracking, my parcel was tag as RTS because of 2 "unsuccessful" attempt by the rider/delivery. How come the 2 unsuccessful attempt when I'm waiting for their call for 2 days? If the delivery team cant contact the receiver, at least they will send a txt message to inform the receiver. They should give extra effort, not just tag RTS right away. VERY BAD SERVICE.

If only I could rate you guys a negative star! I understand if there's a delay but would've been nice to be told what the issue is. 4 customer service provided same story, will create a case to escalate the issue and one agent even told methe parcel will be delivered the next day??? Such a lie! Then when asked for a supervisor took forever to connect me to one like they don't want you to be connected to a supervisor!
I even offered for the item to be picked up as it shows it is already in cebu, no one could give me a clear resolution until I finally gave up and just ordered again the same item from a diff. Seller. Hopefullly it won't get stuck like the first order.

The place you must go for your industrial needs at reasonable price.

As of June 2021, the hub is still a month old in operation. The operation of the hub is still disorganized. The physical ambiance of the hub still needs to be fixed. Parcels passing through this hub might take sometime before shipping out. Hope this will be address by Shoppe Express Main Office Admins.

Package expected to arrive by Oct. 21, but failed. Tract and trace updates on Oct. 23, that package will be delivered within the day but not realized. Again, this morning, Oct. 24 as reflected in the track and trace, package will be delivered, but suddenly this afternoon, you said "tried to deliver but office was close?"...your service level LBC👎👎👎... so frustrating.

Until now, I am still here in the office. Waiting for nothing.

LBC did not inform me if they will deliver the package!! No more txt.. you should text nexttime if you deliver the package. Now how can i get my package no one texted me or inform me where to get it...😡😡 negative ⭐️

THEIR DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY SERVICES IS VERY EFFICIENT.

No system. Our cargo was not delivered for almost a month. Never even informed us, we waited for almost an hour just for them to locate our cargo which was somewhere in their warehouse.

They have a good selection of clothes are reasonably, affordable prices.
