I don't really like to go their specially when it rains

always flooded when it rains..but still livable,

Use to be a nice and quiet subdivision, until it is heavily flooded almost every heavy non stop rains.

I'm a resident of this subdivision. The people are nice and friendly. Yes it's flood prone area but the City Government of Davao is trying to lessen the damage by putting flood controls and drainage.

It should have been a nice place to live but unfortunately, the floods won't let us.

This area is flood-prone yet the neighborhood is excellent. Who just left the building? Not Elvis, nor anyone in the community. The City should also give residents options where to transfer since this side of town, everytime the weather seems naughty not nice, water becomes abundantly unpleasant. They are everywhere where you don't need them.

Good area, they are putting flood control at the river side. A safe place to stay.

That Jade Valley was a stagnant lake before. So, how come that residential developments and so on in that bloody place took place without a geological survey? - My question frantically lingers in my mind. The Bisayan word for "valley" is "walog".
