I got super lucky to get a slot of next day from Shan to clean my sofa bed! After use of 7 years, it got moldy and dirty. Now brand new again after deep cleaning! Thanks so much for the professional service and love it!
We got a sofa and mattress cleaning done. The results were fantastic as all the stains were gone (we have pets so both mattress and sofa had stains) and the mattress looked like new. We were thinking of discarding the sofa but the cleaning gave it a new life.

Super bad service and nothing as what is claimed in their website or WhatsApp. They are very prompt in response when they want to get biz but once they got the biz and there’s issues, they won’t response at all. First, they come way before appointment time like 1.5 hr early without calling first and 20mins later done cleaning 1 king and 2 single and left, leaving all mattresses wet and stain not lighten at all. We are left to dry it ourselves. Call them few time and they claim will get the staff to call me back but never.

Not worth it. Cost $450 to clean a 3 bedroom condo yet quality was not up to standards.
- The team didn't do a thorough job (didn't clean skirting and top part of cabinets).
- Claimed four people team but only two came.
- Equipment was not prepared well (they don't even have a proper suction head for vacuum).
Only redeeming quality was their attitude which was decent - yet the quality of job couldn't make up for it.

However the cleaning agents used are quite strong smelling and overpowering. So for those who are looking for natural cleaning or have animals or people who are sensitive to chemicals and perfumery, may want to reconsider.

The service price is extremely steep if you compared with other competitors on the market. The cleaning work is disappointing. We’ve to re-engage another company to do another round of deep cleaning after their service. Suggest to survey all cleaning professionals in the same field before making your call.
Used their cleaning service for pre-move in around a month ago (19Oct). Cleaning team of 3+supervisor ran a bit late & took longer than 4hrs to finish so i just checked things quickly after their done & ended so i can rush to my next appointment 😅 (i totally relied on the 3-4hrs contract statement. i should have given some time allowance for my schedule). anyway, the staff were polite & grateful and cleaning result was fairly good. thank you.

4 cleaners & 1 supervisor came for my 1+study unit. Very quick & responsive. They ensured everything was cleaned. When I asked for something, they immediately actioned on it. This was myy first time using Kleepers service. It was satisfactory, Moe Moe was assigned to cleaned our home who did it thoroughly and quite fast as well. I have already signed up for regular cleaning with them!

I'm really surprised that the kitchen & bathroom which were very dirty and with alot of stubborn stains were handled with exceptional care and attention and thanks to their professional skill the stains are all gone now. I am absolutely delighted with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Axgee. As I prepared to move out of my apartment, I knew that leaving it in impeccable condition was crucial. Axgee not only met but exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Giving my honest feedback of the cleaning services that I’ve received. It’s really not worth the price at all. The moment I walked in after they’re done with cleaning, I saw the floor having one patch of dirt, and the supervisor told me that it can’t be cleaned off, but when I tried to scrub it with my fingers, the dirt came off.
The entire flooring still feels dusty even it’s supposedly professional cleaning that I paid for. Every room still has black dirt marks on the ground, I really wonder if they even did any work to the flooring. After walking around the house, my feet were black and dusty.
The kitchen cabinets look worse with marks all over after cleaning. I think it looked better without the cleaning services.
The windows are also still stained, if which the supervisor also said that it can’t be cleaned off. I really don’t know why I engaged their services when the house looks exactly the same or some parts worse off before the cleaning.
My friend was the one who has engaged their services twice, and recommended the company to me. but I received an extremely bad experience from it. She mentioned that usually the cleaning will take 5 hours, while mine finished in less than 3 hours and it’s obviously because they barely did any work. I've been employing Kleepers for house cleaning for 2 years and their service is very good. They clean my own apt and my parent's apt and the response is very fast. When I needed an urgent move-in cleaning and booked 4 days away from the required date, they were able to quickly accomodate.
Would not recommend anyone to use this service. Paid for post Reno cleaning and the result after cleaning = not much difference. It’s impossible to check and touch every corner of the house before they leave. While moving stuff in I started to realized all internal carpentry was not cleaned at all (both lower shelves and upper shelves)!! The dust at the hinges and a sample of my wet wipe when I did a wipe down. What’s the point of paying SGD450 if you have to do it all over again yourselves? Also, please note that saying thank you (as a sign of being polite) is treated as high compliments by them so better to not say thank you unless it’s for sure a great job. Regretted using this service and wished I went with another company instead.
Engaged the company for post tenancy cleaning and the cleaners did not wash the hood filters. They also broke the fridge’s compartment. When communicated this to the management they claimed we have no proof that it was done by their cleaners….I must say who will stand and watch the cleaners for 5hrs??
Beware of this company. They are very helpful at first when it comes to booking a service but after they "cleaned" our carpet spots started to come out. Initially the company was responsive and saying to just let the carpet dry, later on after showing more photos of the carpet they said they'll have someone come over the week after.
Tried reaching them to schedule multiple times however STOPPED REPLYING. Better to take your carpet cleaned elsewhere. Our carpet was way better before the company touched it ~ what a waste of money and time!!!

Have been using abba maintenance's service for 2 years. Other than the professional cleaners, what I like is their customer service, always prompt and update us when their regular cleaners are on leave and schedule replacements without us needing to chase them for one! Keep it up!
I was quoted $301 for 7 hours of cleaning for a condo which was vacant for months. Unit was dusty at best and only required maybe 3-4 man-hours of cleaning.
I conveyed this to the company but they insisted on sending 3 workers and told me they would pro-rate the amount if less man-hours were taken.
On the day of the clean, the 3 workers told me they would be late and would reach around 9.30am. They were done at 11.30am. That’s a total of 6 man-hours of work.
Final invoice was not pro-rated for 6 man-hours of work and the supervisor still tried to argue with me that they completed 7 hours.
1) 6 man-hours to clean a 700ft apartment that is at best dusty is ridiculous.
2) Supervisor tried to lie and tell me they did 2.3 hours of work/person. How they can come up with that timing so accurately is beyond me.
3) After some back and forth, they agreed to pro-rate the last 1 hour but the amount was incorrect – they reduced my charge by $35/hour. $301/7 = $43/man-hour

The smell is SO TERRIBLE that it doesn’t go away even after I opened my windows and turned on the fan for more than 24 hours. The chemical smell is so horrible. Hire at your own risk.
My cleaner was Cindy and she was incredible! Rarely I had such a good experience. First of all She was very sweet and communicated well despite her English was not perfect. I gave her few tasks at the beginning but then I was on the phone for a long time so I lost track of what she was doing, she didn’t disturb me and she went on performing other tasks without me telling her anything which turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Really good technique, attention to details and that pro activeness that is just really so rare! 10/10 for me! Kleeper also has a very good customer service, Amanda is reachable through WhatsApp and she is very accommodating and nice. Very good service overall!

Hard to believe anything stated on their website. It promises no moisture and no chemicals:
“Besides cleaning mattresses without moisture, our cleaning products are 100% chemical-free.
Don’t expect to inhale or touch chemical residue after our cleaning techniques are complete.“
But 3 hours after the cleaning, despite open windows and blowing a strong ceiling fan, my mattress is still soaking wet and there’s a strong chemical smell.

I am posting this review in response to David C's review below. The cleaning agents did a good job in cleaning up the place at the end of our tenancy, and were kind and patient enough to deal with a complicated situation.
The new tenant, David C, who was taking over my tenancy was not supposed to be on site at the time of the cleaning. However, he was there, and his presence obstructed the cleaning agents from doing their job. Not only did he verbally abuse the cleaning agents, he also abused the customer service staff of the company, Carol (whom I, as the paying customer who engaged CWCS's services, spoke to on the phone later). Towards the end of the cleaning, David C also exploited the cleaning agents by forcing them to help him move his personal items into the unit, locked them inside the unit, and refused to let them leave.
Despite this dramatic saga, upon checking, the unit was cleaned to satisfactory standards. The company was also kind enough to accede to additional demands of David C (beyond my control), such as providing additional equipment at their own cost, which were not part of the package.
Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning services and customer service. Thank you.

The cleaning lady sent was good but the company has very lousy and rude admin support. They will send multiple reminders about payment even after payment has been done. During this Covid season, the onus is on yourself to check if the cleaner is healthy for work (pre FET, hopefully better now). Company does not instruct them on safety measures and definitely does not monitor. When feedback is given, they choose to give excuses instead of acknowledging and addressing client’s concerns.
They comw to my house with 4 bottles of cleaning products that you can find in value dollar. Not a single professional cleaning product neither a ladder to clean my cabinets.

Charges $270 for a 2 bedder 1 toilet unit moving out cleaning, inclusive of vacuum cleaner and ladder rental, with a set of cleaning agents/ detergent.
Overall was service was ok, some things left out here and there. Like the fridge/ freezer compartment was washed and placed back when it’s still wet, water droplets will freeze. I informed the cleaner but she say “no time already”.
The cleaner did make sure that overall everything was done before she left instead of leaving at 5 hours punctually. Cleaner was also punctual when arriving in the morning.
Some stains require strength to scrub to remove, but cleaner was not willing to use strength to scrub after attempt to remove by spraying with detergent. Saying “this one is difficult to remove”.
For the $80 charge of cleaning detergent, I feel that the items provided, Especially the detergent & cleaning chemicals can be of much better quality than basic house brands.
The cleaner also left out emptying the bathroom drainage filter. When the landlord went to check the unit, there was still hair & dirt in the bathroom drainage filter.

I do not advise! I ordered Move in / out cleaning for 1 bedroom apartment, 2 women came on the weekend, stayed with us for 3 hours, I came 3 hours later, they had not finished yet, but they said that it was done. I pointed out to them that it was not washed (and this is equipment in the kitchen, bathroom, sink, etc.), given that no one has lived in this apartment for 2 weeks and there is no furniture at all, it is very easy to wash everything. As a result, after 20 minutes we arrived, the floor was sticky, as if the rag hadn't been washed at all in all these 3 hours, stains on the tiles, papers in the bathroom on the floor and a loose mixer in the bathroom. The next morning I checked again, the floor was the same sticky everywhere! I had to wash everything myself before handing over to the landlord: the floor, the tiles in the bathroom, the toilet! kitchen (sink) wall. And this is taking into account the fact that I bought them all new and excellent quality detergents for washing everything in the world! All possible brushes and rags, gloves, everything new and expensive! Why should I wash after your cleaning? I paid 180 $!

Engaged Kleepers and used their Post Renovation package after my renovation of my apartment was completed. Although I opted for a cheaper package for my apartment size (1 cleaner instead of 2 cleaners) The end result was still very good and my unit was left in a very clean condition. The assigned customer officer Amanda was also very detailed in her responses to ensure I know exactly which service I was purchasing. I am very happy with my cleaner's (Moe Moe) work ethic and attitude. Would surely recommend Kleepers to my friends and family. Kleep up the good work! 🙂
Don’t. Just don’t. I availed of spring cleaning package for 2 BR (3room hdb). They didn’t get to the 2nd room, only 1 room serviced. My floor wasn’t cleaned, surfaces were not wiped and my chairs were left dusty. No answer when contacted. Attempting to post photos of their job (bad job) they did at “cleaning” but there’s no option.

11/01/2020 UPDATE: I also got them to do a pre-tenancy cleaning of my apartment after the polishing/grinding of the marble floor (review of that service is below - that was good).
I was out of the country when the cleaning happened, and the handover of tenancy was immediately after I returned so I didn't have time to do a check. I assumed all would be ok.
On the handover day, when my new tenant took over, she immediately complained about the condition of the apartment to the agent - the apartment wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the fridge did not appear to have been touched at all - see the attached pictures which my tenant sent me. I called up the company and they said would send someone down to rectify. They said that the cleaning team would arrive by 1.30pm that same day. My tenant had made earlier plans but came back specially by 1.15pm to open the door for the cleaners.
By 2.45pm, my tenant contacted me to say that the cleaners still hadn't arrived. I called up again and the boss said there was a mix up with the cleaning team and that they "confirm will reach within 15 mins" - that was 2.52pm. They only arrived 30 minutes later.
That would be fine if they did a good job on the re-clean. The cleaning team told my tenant that cleaning of the fridge was NOT INCLUDED in the package. This was the first time that I, or my agent, have heard this for a pre-tenancy cleaning service.
Anyway, called the boss again, and he said that he would sort it out and he would get them to clean the fridge. So they apparently "cleaned" the fridge, but the feedback from my tenant (who was witnessing the cleaning of the fridge) was "The agency that came just used water in front of me, no cleaning products. They just wiped, not cleaned." - see the photos for what the fridge looked like AFTER they "cleaned".
So I WOULD NOT recommend this company for their cleaning services, although the floor polishing and grinding were ok.
10/12/2019: Engaged them to grind and polish the marble flooring in my apartment. Yusof and team did a great job, very polite and efficient. Gave me tips on how to maintain the flooring so that it is kept in good condition. Price was reasonable and I'll look to use them in the future. 5 stars for the floor polishing and grinding.

Jason and team were helpful and several of the team members went out of their way to complete their tasks, despite one having to stay till past 8pm (Dao). the other stand out was Lucy, who returned after her other offsite to help out the remaining mates. as with most teams, there's always one that deter the perfect score. worked with Jason on the way forward in improving this individual and Jason was receptive to the feedback provided 👍👍👍👍
Excellent and prompt customer service. They manage to find me a weekly cleaner at short notice. They recommended me my current cleaner Vic who does a very good job of cleaning the house, much better than my previous cleaner. It is better to go through them as they have a big pool of cleaners, and I trust them that the cleaners are of a certain standard. What's more, their charges are very reasonable and there is no 1 time agency fees like other agencies. Thumbs up 👍
Have been using this agency for 3 months for regular weekly cleaning. Very prompt service, they have been very helpful and adjusting whenever we requested for replacement or change of date. Our regular helper, Vic, is fast, thorough and honest .
Carol's service as the agent is superb. She's very customer oriented and tries her best to match home owners' requirements with the appropriate helpers. I go back to her if I experienced any issues with the helpers and she will manage them. A few of the helpers I had provide good service as well.
Recently engaged the service of Clean Lab for my mattress cleaning and sanitizing and the Specialist that came down was very thorough. I was shocked when they showed me the amount of dirt extracted out from my mattress. Will definitely engage their service again and will recommend them to anyone in need of a deep mattress cleaning.
