Second time I've been to this location and the steaks just keep getting better and better. Cooked to my liking and seasoned perfectly, I don't need to add salt or anything to them like how I would in other restaurants.
Linda the hostess, I believe is always so kind and welcoming. Every server I've had to is nice and not dry like in other restaurants. Great prices and meals compared to other chains and what's out there. And you can always walk your meal off outside while you look at the Hudson River and NYC.

Simply disappointing all the way around. Ten minutes to be acknowledged at the table, only when we asked of course. Ten minutes after finally got drinks. Never once how food was by server.
Later towards the end of dining someone actually stopped by the table to ask how is everything. Proceeded to tell her not good, she said "let me see what I can do" and never returned. That is great customer service......NOT!

We are from Florida and moved to Englewood, NJ. Our outback in Fl doordash or eating in was always delish. We door dashed a ribeye meal with apps meal from here and received no bread. A loaded potato, see pic was very disappointed. The meal was 85.00. Never again!
I love this location! The food is always cooked to perfection. I can’t remember my waiters name (tall dude with hair who gave me a to go lemonade) was really attentive and sweet! Shout out to you sir. We just left tonight at 9:45pm if that helps identify him!

Had a very warm welcome upon entering. Stephanie our waitress was very quick and attentive to our table. Very friendly staff and the food was perfect!
We are visiting from Chicago and stopped at this Outback. Our server Q was on point. By far the best service we have had in a while. Q elevated the enter eating experience. Q let us know they were busy and asked us to be patient and we would be taken care of. This was no lie. The food was standard it was good and got, they made a mistake with a prime rib but corrected it promptly. But the best thing we had wasn't in the menu, it was the service. Thank you Q for excellent service. I hope they take care of you.
Wow! What a cool little place, with great looking and tasting dishes. We had the blue bowl and avocado sandwich and hot apple cider with cinnamon on the side. Instaworthy 😋

Really great breakfast and brunch spot. The food was so fresh and delicious, especially the avocado toast, bacon side and eggs on toast. The banana bread was one of the best i have had. The staff was so friendly and overall atmosphere nice!
The staff at this outback is incredible! I have worked with Monica in the past for catering orders and she is so nice. The food it always accurate, delicious and on time! Our most recent visit we hosted our company holiday party there! Monica worked with me to ensure everything was perfect and ran smoothly! Layla and Rusty took care of us at the restaurant. They were great! They did an amazing job with a large party. I appreciate everything Monica and her team helped me with! They will continue to be our go-to spot!

Celebrated my son’s birthday on December 12, 2023 with our family. There were 15 of us and we had one of the nicest celebrations together! Sydney was our server and she was awesome and before the end of our dinner; she felt like one of the family! Great time , great food , and great service! Thank you to Sydney K for making it so special!!!!
I got here on a Thursday evening. My servers name was Q. He did a diligent job and kept my drink full and answered all the questions I had for him. Food was great. I had the Tasmanian Chili and a Bloomin Onion. Great experience would highly recommend.
They just remolded the inside, looks they are upping their game with longhorn across the street. Food and Service are great and now it’s even nice with the upgrades.
Happy and friendly staff! We got the Smokey old fashioned, it was delicious and came with an extra surprise! The French onion soup is perfect to warm up with on a chilly day. Nothing beats a baked potato!
Service was outstanding. Linda was so nice. She greeted us at our table and told us about the rewards program, which I was happy to be informed about. They have awesome rewards. Jasmine was our server. She was amazing. The food was perfect, steak juicy and mashed potatoes were hot and tasty. Perfect dining experience.
First of all, this is an Outback, and I am rating this restaurant versus other chain steakhouse restaurants (not as a high end steak house restaurant).
This is perhaps the nicest Outback that I have been too!

This is such a great Outback location. I have been coming to this location for awhile now! The food is always hot and fresh. Never have had an issue. Also, love the new up-to-date renovations they have done. Sad to see the TV in the center of the bar gone, however. Thankfully Patty, the bar tender, is so personable - along with the rest of the staff.
Their avocado toast is the absolute best!!! I never regret a meal from here. My go to spot for breakfast. I also ordered their Caesar salad with the cappuccino and it was amazing. It does get crowded during the weekend. So I recommend going early or going during the weekday.
Absolutely amazing time !! Went out for a date night with my husband and I was greeted by the manager who was very kind. Our server was a very nice gentleman who was very attentive. 100/10 will eat here over and over again. Get the coconut shrimp !!!!

I recently requested a quote for a custom cake and they responded quickly and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the party planners decided to use a bakery closer to venue. That said I’ve been to this neighborhood staple several times and the cake is delicious and the service is friendly. Definitely recommend this place for cakes and other baked goods.
Mariah was out server today and she was one of the best we have had. She said she has worked there for awhile but we never see her. She had a smile and had everything we needed without us having to ask. Will be back to see her
I had the pleasure of being served by Maria at Outback Steakhouse, and I must say, her customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. Maria was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided excellent recommendations. She ensured our drinks were always full and that our food arrived promptly. Her pleasant demeanor and willingness to accommodate our requests made the dining experience enjoyable.
I'd never ordered from here before, but it was great! The to-go host, Juliana was awesome and my food came hot and just how I ordered. She even recommended my new favorite salad! An easy 5 stars for Outback steakhouse, thank you for the great experience Juliana!
Honestly my server Mariah was exceptional! She was so sweet and catering to me to ensure I had the best dining experience. She was always on top of making sure my drinks were filled and was always so friendly to me and my family!
We made a reservation for 30 on a Friday night and everything was excellent.
Kristen was great getting everything organized and Mike our server ran everything so smooth. Food was hot, came out super fast, never waited on a refill. Definitely appreciate all the hard work and great service.

Grectchen gave my husband and I a really good laugh. Very light and and friendly also very attentive to us. Service was really quick and her recommendations were very good.

We have been coming here for the last 20 years. Tonight’s service was the best we’ve experienced. Our waiter, PJ am was very courteous and professional. He did an outstanding job. The overall atmosphere around us from the rest of the staff was very pleasant. We look forward to dining with you more in the future. Keep up the great job!
My server, Chris, did an exceptional job welcoming me to Outback Steakhouse and getting all the details of my order correct. He checked back several times and I was very impressed with his service! I ordered the prime rib sandwich with their new (and very delicious) wedge salad. Shoutout to Samantha too, for stopping by my table to chat for minute. Very friendly atmosphere!
Waited an hour before getting a table. I was disappointed in the experience. Not much variety for a meat eater. Make sure to double-check the menu before eating here. The pork was very good.
This place is amazing. We were told a 30 minute wait but it ended up only being about 10 minutes. Coffee is phenomenal, definitely order it here. I had the kimchi toast and I have no idea how they make these scrambled eggs but damn are they fluffy and delightful!! My friend had the egg sandwich and said it was fantastic. Adding this to my go to breakfast spots in the neighborhood!
Went for a late Friday lunch, it wasn't busy at all. Service was prompt. I think the pricing was fair! I spent more to eat a chilis. My only complaint was the steak was tough on the outside. But I'd definitely eat at this location again
Just an absolutely delightful brunch. The staff are so nice and the food is really something special. We were quoted 30-40 mins but it ended up only being about 25 mins.

Experience was great. Food arrived hot, well-timed, and with specific requests. Mixed drinks were well-balanced. Mallie (at the bar) was top-notch, checking on me consistently and providing excellent service throughout my meal there.

My hubby and I visited Outback Hialeah on a random Thursday night. Everything was amazing, really. The waiter Eduardo D was such a nice guy, super friendly and personable. He made our night so pleasant. The food was perfect. My steak was cooked to perfection. We will be visiting this location again.
I used to work at this Outback over 10 years ago and I still mention to people, as soon as last week, that Outback has the best rack of ribs you can find. I am also still customer after all these years and have fond memories of working there. I visited this location not too long ago while visiting friends in the area and was not disappointed, as its only gotten better.
Highly satisfied! Our server Sue took the best care of us. She provided great information about the menu, brought all of our food within a timely manner, & she was hilarious! You can’t go wrong w/ having a kind server in addition to being served a delicious dinner. She will be requested every time I come to Outback! Thank you.
I generally don’t have comments for restaurant chain locations because they all blend together, but this visit has my steak perfect, but I had outstanding service. The waitress (Abby) could tell I was having a bad day and she , literally, made my day better. I cannot say thank you enough! Great job!
I dined at outback last week and I don’t go out to eat often. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience that I had. Elyse was our waitress and she was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating while still giving us space to chat, enjoy the meal, and she did not make us feel rushed. I have a tree nut allergy and when made aware, she was understanding and knowledgeable about the precautions that were needed. The menu also had a nice mix of salads, steaks, and appetizer/side options. All of our food was delicious. This experience makes me want to dine out more often!

Came here with my boyfriend, the food was nicely made. The food is light and tasty, satisfies you but doesn’t leave you feeling heavy. Not only was it nice to look at but also tasted amazing, the coffee was delicious as well. The waiter was really nice and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Mike was a great server and very attentive. And I've never seen a harder working busboy than Duane. The food was great and the service even better. Always a good time. I ate my fill and look forward to my next experience. As a former employee it's nice to see a place only get better over time.
Had a great experience! The server Thomas was extremely friendly and timely. He frequently checked up on us and got us our food much faster than we expected. The place seemed pretty busy and he treated us like we were the only table he had to serve. Will definitely be asking for Thomas as our server next time we go
The overall experience was very good. Our server was so nice and she made us feel very welcome. I can’t quite remember her name but I do remember the name of another lady we talked to who was so pleasant and also did an amazing job working, her name was Eugenia. I was looking forward to the fried Oreos but heard they were just a seasonal thing. Hope to see them back on the menu again!
Clearly labeled gluten free options. The fries are even in a dedicated fryer so for someone like myself with celiac that’s a big win! This wrap was so good I confirmed with my server that it was gluten free.
Delicious does not begin to describe the breakfast. The mascarpone and pistachio pastry was perfection! And the pistachio latte was so flavorful without being too sweet (the common downfall of a latte at most establishments). The rest of my family had savory breakfast sandwiches and declared them the best ever. You MUST try this bakery when in NYC!
Took my son to Outback steakhouse... absolutely fantastic experience! Our waitress (Alisha C.) exceeded our expectations. She was kind, patient, and helpful. She kept our drinks full and served with a smile. The food was cooked just right. I asked for med well steak and it was perfect. The manager checked up on us as we were leaving and was super nice as well. Definitely coming back! Five ✨✨✨ stars!
They couldn't seem to get it right on this visit. Blooming onion looked half eaten when we received it and cut of steak ordered was wrong when it arrived. Also food was cold.
The food and service were great as usual at Outback. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had a pretty large party and they were able to accommodate us with ease. The food came out hot and cooked as ordered. The restroom was clean and so was the restaurant itself. Will definitely visit this outback again.
Been here for brunch on Saturday. There is always waiting here so better to reserve a spot in advance. The menu was limited not that great for brunch. Food was good not bad not great just average. Tried mushroom wrap which was overloaded with only mushrooms and lacking flavor. The chicken sandwich was decent. Definitely better spots around for brunch.
I understand what the hype is about. Great sweating outside, lovely service, and a great breakfast - I had their ciabatta roll with egg and bacon and extra avocado. Portion was big but if this was for lunch it would’ve been perfect. As it was my breakfast it was too big but absolutely delicious.

This is one of my favorite places to go after a long work week. The cocktails are always beautifully made and the dinner portions are generous and plated very well. About a year ago, the service was a bit rough, but over the last couple of months it has been outstanding! Not sure if there’s a new manager, but if there is I hope they stick around!! We used to just go for the incredible bartender, but now we go for the entire experience. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable all around.
Went kind of late for dinner on a Friday night, but was treated wonderfully. Our server, Mike, was still upbeat and not only was he on top of our service, but we could see him staying busy between check-ins with us and helping out his coworkers. As someone who has worked restaurant work personally, I appreciate seeing this!

The waiter comes first to bring the receipt and to “ let me know they know I’m here” whatever. Then he brings the order out 1 min later… but without the drink because they don’t have it available🤦♀️. So for the 3rd and final visit my drink.
I might as well go in and sit down and eat inside the restaurant.
I ordered a steak and sweet potatoes. The steak was cooked well but absolutely no flavor- no salt no pepper nothing, not a piece of butter NOTHING.
The sweet potatoe were mostly burnt. I asked to be provided toppings for it and got nothing.
The fruit punch was colored water.

Asked for medium steak, it was cooked well done. Waited too long for our meal, and the place was empty. Need to try someplace else next time. 😔

Clean place, nice people that know their menu. Let's start with the bread and butter. Enough butter for anyone. The coconut shrimp was as good or better than anywhere I've been. The meal. I have ordered mushrooms and onions with my steak before but WOW. Look at how much came out. I normally get a third of that. The mushrooms was in gravey with a hint of pepper, I like that touch. The meat cooked perfectly. The sweet potato was amazing. All in all will decently make another meal here. I was blown away with my entire meal.
30 minute wait to get into the bustling cafe. I got the buttermilk chicken sandwich and a capuccino. Sandwich was good but not great. The accompanying sweet potato fries were awesome though.

For years, I’ve been going to the Outback in Miami Lakes so when this location opened up in Hialeah, I was thrilled! This place is awesome, staff is friendly, people go out of their way to serve you. Place is very clean. Food is fresh. I am a regular! highly recommended.
I'm giving Betty Bakery a 3 Star for now. I came for a slice of cake but decided on an individual Cherry Pie. I appreciated they offered some savory items as well, which is not typical of bakeries-kudos. They offer common cakes like Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, Vanilla (with some rainbow sprinkles), and and their version of Coconut Cake. I was looking for more of a seasonal flavor cake. There are cookies, bars and an array of other baked goods.
It's true prices have gone up, however, customer service should always be kind and genuine. And, because it's a scratch bakery, not all baked good look exactly alike, which is hallmark of a scratch bakery. It's always best to ask the customer if there's a slice, a bar, or piece of pie they see they prefer. We do eat with our eyes first. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I patronized the bakery. Note, they were not busy. One customer came in and I kindly suggested they be attended as I was still deciding. When I suggested the pie I'd like to buy, the bakery attendant mentioned she already grabbed one. And, they were not too happy to grab the one I wanted to buy. I thanked them for grabbing the pie and they didn't bother to say Thank You or make any eye contact. Cost of goods have gone up, but having to pay for bad service shouldn't be factored in that.
I'll return and try their cake as I like to give businesses another chance.

Decent place for healthy brunch option, but I think it is overpriced. The food was decently good. I recommend their pato punch drink and unfortunately was charged full price for the sweet potato fries which I would definitely recommend to order.
I absolutely love breakfast and brunch and when I discovered that this restaurant serves breakfast all day I had to come and try it. I ordered an ice coffee with oat milk and the overnight oats with toasted coconut and berry compote. Both was absolutely delicious! I will definitely come back to try other things because I really enjoyed my experience there.
Best outback visit we have had in many years. Steaks were cooled perfectly. Apps were awesome. Gluten free options available. Drinks were nice and cheap. Staff was friendly. Great overall experience.

The food quality has stabilized. For years, the quality was dropping each time I visited. My wife got the Alice Springs chicken, and I got the chicken tenders for my son. The chicken tenders' portion was very small, so I didn't try any. The garlic mash potatoes and bread were good. Also the service was good.
Always a great go to for a good meal without breaking the bank. Part of the reason wecome often is for the waitress Layla. Super attentive and great detail to our needs. Thanks for awesome service Layla!
This is a great place to take the family to. We went last night for an early Mother’s Day dinner. There were six of us. The host seated us right away. The waitress was friendly and checked on us often.
We ordered their cheese fries as an appetizer. Everyone enjoyed them. There was a little too much pepper for my little one though. My husband had an 11 oz. sirloin, fully loaded baked potato, and macaroni and cheese. He eats his steak medium, it was cooked more medium-rare, but he still liked it. He also really liked the bread.
My mom had an 8 oz. sirloin and coconut shrimp combo, French onion soup, and a baked potato with sour cream. Her French onion soup came out first. She said the soup would have been better with more bread and onions. She said her medium-rare steak was cooked to perfection! She also said her steak was very juicy and tender.
My niece had adult size plate of chicken tenders and a double order of fries. My son had the kids chicken fingers and fruit. My niece didn’t leave many fries on her plate and said her chicken tenders were good. My son ate his fruit first and two of the chicken fingers.
I had the lobster tails which were two 4 oz. tails. I also had French onion soup and a baked potato with bacon and cheese. The French onion soup was good, but needed more bread and onions. The baked potato was perfect and had a generous amount of bacon bits and cheese. The only complaint I have is the lobster tails were a little overcooked. They were a little chewy and tough.
I really commend the staff for being so by kind to my nephew. My nephew is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair. He grabs at people sometimes. He turned his chair just enough and he grabbed at one of the male waiters as he was walking past. He grabbed a female waitress’s hand while she was walking by. She smiled and said, “he wants to hold my hand.” We turned him around so he couldn’t grab anyone else. Some people wouldn’t have been as understanding.

I really commend the staff for being so by kind to my nephew. My nephew is non-verbal and uses a wheelchair. He grabs at people sometimes. He turned his chair just enough and he grabbed at one of the male waiters as he was walking past. He grabbed a female waitress’s hand while she was walking by. She smiled and said, “he wants to hold my hand.” We turned him around so he couldn’t grab anyone else. Some people wouldn’t have been as understanding.
The service was great. Food happened fast. We had a large group of people (24), and the food still happened quickly. The servers were on top of drinks and very well managed. The bathroom areas were clean on my visit, which closed the deal for me. I would visit this location again when in the area.
I absolutely loved it, Teressa was our waiter and she was good at checking on us and timing, she was also so sweet to our 6 month old. Definitely coming back we loved it and the dessert was amazing!💙

A cute little spot! I had the shepherd’s pie and a red velvet cupcake. Shepherd’s pie was super delicious; crispy on top but warm and moist on the inside without being too mushy and falling apart. Red velvet was OK—I’ve had worse cupcakes and I’ve had better cupcakes. Still hit the spot as I was craving red velvet. Definitely would go back to try another savory pie and one of their cookies.

Running errands, and working as a master barber @ray.sbarbershop could be strenuous. Stop stop stop right now and let’s get a bite. Look up and there it was. My life saver Outback Steakhouse. The overpowering smell of the grill meat and sautéed veggies as well as the taste fried mushrooms made my endless appetite go into a roar. My goodness this is some real flavored meal. My watering mouth and the loud sounds that my stomach makes oUt of hunger will end this tasty review to begin munching on my meal. Thank you Outback Staff and steakhouse for the great stay. Highly recommended to all
The food is great & the drinks are on point. Depending where you sit depends on how good your service is. Luckily the manager Jose Villarreal is amazingly attentive. He's very willing to help his team and make each guest feel like they're the only ones in the restaurant. I would definitely come back to this location because of him!
Australian themed steakhouse with a large selection of high quality steak. The menu also features the famous blooming onion (fried whole onion), chicken, seafood, pork, sandwiches and salads. The food was hot and fresh, something many restaurants are bad about these days. Average wait times depending on when you go. Highly recommended.
Brunch was great! The stuffed French toast was a winner and the chicken salad wrap was amazing also. Needless to say I cleaned my plates. If you sit outdoors during cold weather you’ll be fine, the heaters work wonderfully. A slight draft through the cracks in the deck but your coat over your legs saves the day.
Great experience at outback steakhouse tonight. The food was delicious cooked to perfection. The steak was tender moist and well seasoned. Our server Jeremiah was only five days in training and could not have been more fantastic. One of the best experiences I have had at an Outback in years.
I ordered Blooming chicken. I do not like breast meat. But this was the best I ever.
You must try their chicken ribs. They actually taste like ribs. Ask them without the ghost peppers as garnish.

Food and service is terrible. The food they remade looked better but still not good. Server was very forgetful and should be writing stuff down. I am never going back there.
Took my mom here for her birthday dinner. Shanna was our waitress and she did an amazing job. Even when one of my sides were missing, she was very prompt about making sure I got the missing side. She made made sure we had full drinks and checked on us throughout the meal, even as she was working the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak practically melted in my mouth, the grilled shrimp was perfectly seasoned, the mushrooms and loaded baked potato were cooked to perfection. And the cheesecake was absolutely divine. It's definitely worth the money.

Dominick our server went above and beyond to go back and forth between our table of over 40 adults and our younger adults to pair us up to split the check. The food was fabulous and arrived at our table quick enough. The blue cheese vinaigrette on my salad was delectable! A completely pleasant dinning experience for our extended family.
I had Betty make a custom cake for my sisters baby shower and everyone was super obsessed w the cake. The design process required minimal back and forth and the cake came out looking exactly if not better than what I had hoped for. It also tasted great. It was ready on time and was also like packed very well.
I tried the Chicken Curry pie, it is spicy but I loved it. Balanced spices, great portion
The chocolate cake they have is amazing. Just the perfect soft texture, frosting is not so sweet yet super balanced and not over frosted.

Very impressed for a chain restaurant. Quality of food was above expectations and service was impeccable. My wife and I had the Sydney Shrooms as an appetizer. Fried to perfection and succulent when I bit into them. I ordered the lunch menu coconut shrimp. The shrimp were big and delicious, especially with the provided sauce. My wife had the soup and salad special for lunch. She enjoyed the house salad along with the two soups she had: French onion and potato. I tried both soups and I recommend the potato soup. We'll be going back here for sure. The food was good but the service was amazing. Way to go Outback Rockford! Coffee sucked..
First, let me say that our server, Madison, was excellent from start to finish! My surf n' turf (filet & lobster) was absolutely scrumptious! Even though the filet appeared to be charred on the outside at first glance, it did not taste charred at all. I ordered it medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection! The carrots in the vegetable medley were a bit undercooked but the rest of the vegetables were perfect. I did add on shrimp to my entree for an extra cost. 4 shrimp came with my plate and I will say they were a bit dry, but overall the meal was amazing. My son ordered the chicken tenders for kids and he said they tasted bad. But, I often find with kids that they can eat something one day and think it's the best thing since sliced bread and then eat the exact same thing the next day and swear is horrible! Lol Just to be sure, I tried one of his chicken tenders and they tasted fine. I think maybe the fryer oil might have needed to be changed because they did seem to have that "old oil" taste to them, but I certainly wouldn't say they were bad. He ate all his fries and of course that whole loaf of awesome bread they bring you so he definitely didn't go hungry! Overall, I give our experience, meal and service, ☆☆☆☆☆'s! We love Outback and I was so glad to enjoy a date night with my little guy (he's 11 so not so "little" anymore!)
One day I was walking down Atlantic Avenue and I was stopped in my tracks by a beautiful window display. I just had to stop and admire the rare beauty of this little shop. As I entered the bakery, I was greeted warmly by the young lady at the cash register. Every pastry behind the counter looked absolutely delicious, and I was dealing with the horrible predicament of choosing one pastry. The young lady at the cash register was very patient with me until I made my choice. After a few minutes of contemplating, I choose a Lemon Tart with strawberries on top. I took my desert home with me so that I could enjoy it in the comfort of my own home. The pastry was amazing from start to finish, all the flavors blended perfectly together. I was completely satisfied and I felt that the tart was well worth price. Try the red velvet Halloween cupcakes !!
