Jamaican beef patty, lemonade with cane sugar is delicious & refreshing. Entree meals are great too. As an American I don't care for heavy spice. Theirs is perfectly seasoned. I frequent that spot mostly. In addition, lots of fresh produce variety found at the mkt.
While this repair shop offers quick fixes, it's crucial to clarify in writing or get clear confirmation from the owner regarding their policy on screen issues post-repair. There seems to be a discrepancy regarding the cause of the problem with my screen. Despite my screen being in perfect condition with no drops or added pressure, the owner suggested an inside crack as the likely cause, which is puzzling given the presence of a glass screen protector on the device. This raises concerns about potential charges for additional repairs at full price if anything happens post-repair.

My phone broke in the middle of the work and fixed by the end of the day. Deshawn provided top notch customer service and answered all my questions. He fixed my phone and put on a new screen protector. Josiah rang me up and was also super nice. Will recommend!
Great Service! Last night, I was having an issue with my phone (the battery was unable to charge due to dirt buildup in the battery jack) and took my smartphone over to the "UBreak" outlet in Bethesda on Wisconsin Ave. The customer service rep, Josiah, was so professional and provided prompt, efficient repair to my smartphone. He's a very competent young service rep and certainly knows what he's doing. If you ever have a problem with your smartphone, I would strongly recommend this "UBreak" location. The service is magnificent.
Just visited this location and the associate Josiah P was really helpful! He fixed my iPhone 13 Pro Max rear camera lens in less than an hour. Super efficient and friendly staff, I would definitely come again!
I only had my iPad Pro two years when it stopped charging. Went to the Apple Store who said the charging port had gone bad and they couldn’t do anything. They suggested ubreakifix. I had very low expectations, but figured it was worth giving it a try. I went to the Bethesda, MD location. They warned me that the screen could break and is costly to replace. So we agreed that if the screen broke, we’d call the iPad a loss and I’d only pay the diagnostic cost. Bill did a great job replacing the port, the screen didn’t break, and now the iPad works again! There is a one year warranty. The pricing was reasonable, and they were very friendly. Since Apple doesn’t seem to repair hardware, ubreakifix is a great resource. Like I said, the Bethesda location was awesome.

DeShawn is the best! I had been having an issue with my phone fingerprint sensor for 7 months and kept putting off getting it fixed. It was under warranty so I went and made an appointment with Asurion. It turns out it was the simplest fix and DeShawn had it done within 5 minutes, with no charge! Would definitely recommend getting a phone fixed here before looking for pricey alternatives.
Store closes at 7:30 not 8, they should change that before someone pays $40 round trip for an uber. They’re also apparently out of Routers anyways, so that’s great.
This is easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with customer service period. This isn't a "real" Verizon store, but an authorized reseller called Russell Electronics, one of the worst vendors in DC. We went in to upgrade our phones, and were told we were getting a free upgrade. Wifi for the employees tablets kept cutting out, there was a mass of people waiting unable to get help, and the manager stayed in the back the entire time. After we got our phones, Verizon told us a few days later they never received any information from Russell and we had to pay for the entirety of the phones.

Bill was awesome. He fixed my stupid z fold 4 main screen protector and it looks great. Highly recommend, and the price is fantastic. Great customer service and very patient with all of my questions many of which were stupid.

Yesterday was just a few things needed at Acme but the mall has several good stores and a new restaurant which I've seen very good reviews so far.
I'm a Pensacola native, and have been in Jax over 10 years, but I'd never even HEARD of this place until Chef Lopez introduced me. (She's been here three years, and has it ALL workin', I'm telling you. Walk around and you're bound to run into her and the juices, oh yeah, lemonade!)

This place is supposed to open at 9am. I got here at 9:45 and it’s still not open. 9:58 and still not open. Verizon was supposed to send me a modem but they somehow screwed it up and I can even pick up the damn thing because the store isn’t open when it’s supposed to be. Can google fiber please come to DC so we have more options for internet!!!
One of the best if not THE BEST experiences with any mobile store I’ve ever had. I walked in one day just to chat with a Joe about what offers or deals they had because I just got back from T Mobile and they couldn’t offer anything that made sense financially.
So Joe tells me to pull up my account with T Mobile, finds me an even better plan with Verizon for the same amount I’m paying T-Mobile … here’s the twist … he did this all in less than 10 minutes

Incorrect operating hours on their door QR code. Called several times yesterday to confirm their hours: no answer. Show up just before 9am (when they open according to Verizon’s own website and the store’s individual website.) not a soul in sight. Check the reviews on the Verizon site and you’ll see. They do not open on time. Complete disregard for customers. Deciding not to get Fios now.
Looking a little old and beat up. Company that runs stores need to put some effort in or the Two of Lower may have to put some pressure on or else gonna be like other shopping plaza on breakwater.
Security is needed in this area the place gets busy with the WaWa nearby with security in the store. Watch your back being alone.
There's plenty of parking and a nice variety of stores to get what you need all in one spot.
This place is honestly a life saver. The staff is always kind and understanding. I will continue to come because of their great service!

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He sat with me until we found the best solution possible for my phone and plan. He answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend visiting this location for any and all concerns/questions regarding your service.
Variety of stores available. Ample parking. Well lit parking. From grocery to dollar tree to hardware store, some of your shopping needs may be met from shopping here. Sidewalks are maintained and if you wanted to get some exercise you can park from one end of the building and walk to the opposite end and shop in between and rack up those steps so you can shop and get healthy at the same time. There’s even a gym in this shopping center, although I don’t have an opinion on that on since I don’t belong to it.

I was just here and i came to get some info about home internet. I had to wait more than 1 hour for just find out some basic information and they applied to home internet without getting my approval. They asked me some information which includes my ssn?! (i was like, why do you need my ssn? And then the guy told me you have to fill out this form to find out your internet speed and i said okay) Once i find my internet plan out they gave me a paper which shows they already sign up for me. I was shocked and furious, it was really unsatisfying experience.
They were so fast to respond and swiftly took care of my key fob! They were patient with me and very kind. Found exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. Very impressive!
Joe went above & beyond today to troubleshoot my iPhone network services. He understood my frustrations, came up with alternative solutions, and stayed committed until we had a solid plan to resolve the issues, no matter how long it took. Very friendly! I walked into the store without any cellular service or data and left with a working phone! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Did my first online order with batteries plus. The order was ready within minutes and the price was better than the auto parts store! Best to walk in to get your item upon arrival due to the lengthy automated prompts when calling for curbside.
I ordered and paid for an AGM battery online. I then received confirmation of my order and that the order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived the battery had been set aside. The salesman who assisted me went through a sales process suggesting other items I might want/need. Although I didn't purchase any additional items, I felt he did a great job trying to get more sales without coming across as too aggressive or pushy. Overall it was a perfect buying experience for me. Great job to everyone at Batteries Plus, from your website designer to your salesman.

Truly a lifesaver! - My phone was dunzo. Cracked & busted beyond repair, or so I thought. I walked in just before 10am on a Sunday & had a fully functioning iPhone w/ new screen, screen protecter & cleaned charging port by 11am. Bryan hooked it up & had me out the door in 1hr. ⚡️Would absolutely recommend!
I was in the store this past weekend needing to update my Google Pixel 5 to an iPhone 14. Brenda was so incredibly helpful and patient as she worked with me on the upgrade. The transfer of files from my old phone to my new phone took several hours, but Brenda allowed me to leave and come back a few hours later while she monitored the transfer for me. When I came back to get my phone, she allowed me keep me old phone for an additional day to make sure all of my files had transferred and could bring it back the next morning to get the trade-in credit.
Such a great experience, we will definitely be back for any further Verizon mobile support!

From start to finish, we had an outstanding experience at this location. They were able to service us within minutes of calling them, it took Evan 10 minutes tops to change our car battery, and the customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend if you need a new car battery!

This is a great place for batteries, flashlights, bulbs and anything connected. They are a great place to replace your car's key fob as well. Just had that done today. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, and the lifetime free replacements on key fob batteries is a big Plus ;)
Batteries plus is a great store. Its the only place I go for watch batteries - they give you LIFETIME warranty so I'll never have to buy a new one again! They always have them in stock and it takes seconds to get my second hand ticking again:-) Also have used them for cell phone repairs. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable!
Called to verify they could cut and program my jeep fob. Told yes. Drove 40mins only to be told they do not have the connector. fletcher ave. tampa.
It's a nice shopping center. The Three Main Stores I come for are Dollar Tree, Big Lots, and Acme. There is a hardware store, McDonalds, a Chinese restaurant, and a Beer Store plus a few others. Nice place. Like everywhere down here during summer, it's crazy crowded.
I went to this store to upgrade to the iPhone 14plus. I was assisted by the absolute best associate Brenda. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of the process. It’s not everyday you get great customer service. Great experience, smooth transaction and a great location.
What is this. They charged me for activation fee in $35. I figured that was the activation fee but no, I get billed for another $35 in Verizon following month and that is the actual activation fee. The representative is did not say this was anything else. This is a setup fee. This is really dubious to call it activation fee and the amount is exactly same as the actual activation fee. I will be disputing this for misrepresentation of what you are actually charging me for and not being honest with me.

This flea market is great! It has something for just about everyone! I did a review on this flea market about a year ago ( when these photos were taken) and I still feel the same! Can't wait to visit this flea market again! They have everything from homegrown fresh produce to major appliances. Mostly all from small businesses and generally those wanting to just make an honest buck! They are mostly nice people! The flea market is clean, large, outside and covered. It's not too too crowded but maintains decent amount of traffic!
Showed up at 11:10 and this was on the door. Waited until 11:40 before going to the back door behind the building and knocking loudly. Employee answered - he was sitting in the break room ignoring four people waiting at the front door for an hour. Not worth your time - support another location.

Despite the cold weather there were plenty of vendors out there. Stopped at a place to get a snack. I wish I could remember the name of it but it was filled with beef. It was so good. The person in front of me got ox tails and he said they were absolutely delicious and a great portion too.
Diana was amazing, she displayed patience despite the store being full, and answered all of my questions with kindness and grace. She even helped me get a new phone, without me knowing I actually had good credit. I can't say enough good things, and I wish they can clone her in every Verizon store. Thanks again Diana you rock!!
Best deal on phone. Got two phone bill paid with cheaper price. Fixing phone estimated cost was $200 but paid below $200 got two brand new android phone. Highly recommend this place. They have lot more other options at the store.
i rented a uhaul truck from this location, it was pre reserved but when i went to pick it up it wouldn’t allow me. i asked mayra, the customer service rep who informed me what i already knew. i had the reservation confirmation & the ok to come pick it up but she couldnt and wouldnt tell me what the problem was. she didnt care to try and look into it or help in anyway. she was rude & unapologetically not willing to offer any customer service. even though the truck was there i had to drive 20 mins to a diff location & im not sure why but i know ill never waste my time going to this place as long as mayra works here
Francisco was great- he helped me with exactly what I needed and provided great answers to all the questions I had. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was set up properly on my new phone. Overall I had a quick and lovely experience!
