The pharmacists are unhelpful and unapologetic. The first time I had a bad interaction I let it go but it’s been quite a few times now. They will not hesitate to turn you away, they don’t care if you’re nine months pregnant or with a small sick toddler. Their customers are not their priority. Recommend any other local pharmacy.

They were awesome for me my doctor's office prescribed insulin for me and no needles and upon returning to the pharmacy on Saturday they were able to tied me over with a supply until I could get in touch with my doctor's office, and this gesture meant the world to me.

This is easily the best, most low-key hidden gem dispensary on Broadway. The staff is nice and knowledgeable, they have great product at great prices. I love it!

I came in to buy a soda and use the bathroom. I'm old and sometimes don't get a lot of warning that I need to go. I came in here, there bathrooms are locked and they said I can't use one, didn't care that I was inside to purchase things either. Just didn't care. I will never go to a Walgreens again for as long as I live. No one should be afraid of having an accident in an unfamiliar city. Where I'm from (florida) business's don't treat potential customers like garbage

I never leave reviews, but my past few experiences has prompted me to. I’m honestly tired of going to this location’s pharmacy. Every time I go here, there’s always someone with an attitude or you’re somehow making an “inconvenience” to them. Although it’s their job? Make it make sense. These people have chosen to work in customer service. No it’s not an easy job but that’s no excuse to take your attitude or anger out on someone else. I have worked in customer service as front line, team lead & supervisor and this type of service should never be acceptable. I refuse to go back to this location. I’m tired of feeling uneasy after leaving here. Please address your staff or hire better people. I can see by the other reviews I’m not the only one.

I love this place on South Broadway. They've always got great assortment of product and they grow in the dispensary. Behind a glass wall you can watch the plants grow. It's really cool. the staff is always nice and knowledgeable. Although they don't have the greatest selection of carts I always go for the flower anyway. They've always got House deals going on and top-notch smoke.

I have been with Capsule for a few years, and I'd recommend it to anyone. The delivery is so efficient and convenient, and the app is very easy to use. On the day you schedule delivery, you receive a window of time in which your medication will be delivered. The order is actually GPS tracked, so you know exactly when it arrives. I have had the most positive experiences with one of the drivers for Capsule - Victoria. She is extremely personable and goes above and beyond to get your medication to you. I missed her call during a delivery time slot, and she circled back to bring my my medication 15 minutes later. I've also changed the delivery address of my medications at last minute, and Victoria was super accommodating. Thank you Victoria!

Horrible. My younger sister went to get toothpaste and candy for us and the older front desk lady berated her asking if she was soliciting or buying something and called her mute. She came home crying. I 100% believe it. Every time I go here the same older lady makes me feel so incompetent and unwelcomed. In what world should customer service make you feel this horrible? Everyone else is nice but this is unacceptable. She actually needs to be fired. I will try to not step foot back here again.

This week I attempted to go to the drive through and it was out of order. Today I've been trying to reach the pharmacist with their torturous automated phone service that when you request to speak to a pharmacist it prompts you to download their app which of course is not going to assist me with needing to speak directly to the pharmacist. 2 hours still haven't gotten through.

I picked them because they promised same day delivery for my antibiotic, but upon checkout they only offered times more than 24 hours in the future. They wouldn't let me transfer it back to a traditional pharmacy so I'm stuck with them. Still suffering waiting for medication that I could have had by now. Not worth it. Plus the $5 delivery fee is more than the price of the medication itself.

I’ve just finished talking with Alissa on this Sunday morning, Jan 7, and she did an outstanding job helping me transfer an antibiotic prescription from the CVS located at the Target in South Hills Village to this location because the CVS South Hills Village location is closed all day on Sunday. My dentist sent the prescription to the CVS South Hills Village location this morning and I would have had to wait until tomorrow to start taking the antibiotics if it was not for Alissa’s help. I have an extraction scheduled for later this week so starting the antibiotics today was key. My family have been CVS customers for many years and we will stay with CVS for many years more. Thank you Alissa for picking up the phone so quickly and then problem solving on a Sunday morning! It was truly outstanding customer service!

I discovered Herban Underground while exploring my neighborhood. Very unique experience to find a dispensary that grows in house. It’s very neat to see the plants as you shop, however, the quality of their top-tier premium cannibas was extremely disappointing. So if you’re more of an edible or tincture user this place is really fun to check out and take out of town guests to visit but if you are like me and an avid user of flower, I would suggest heading down the road to LivWell for something stronger.

Although the pharmacy is fine, the front desk is completely awful. They are rude and lazy. Even if there is no one, literally no one in line, they want you to check yourself out, which wouldn't be so bad except their self-checkout machine doesn't work properly. There is a reason why Rite Aid is collapsing into bankruptcy, and this pharmacy on Cooke Lane is a perfect example why. They try to force you to use the inoperable, confusing self-checkout even if the cashiers are literally standing there with nothing to do. It's my choice if I want to check myself out or wait for a cashier to check me out. They have no clue how to provide courteous customer choice. In this store, the customer isn't always right, they are. This is a very bad to place to shop for anything, although the pharmacy employees are competent. But don't be surprised to find empty shelves and problems finding items that any competent place of business would have plenty of. If you are looking for a pharmacy, don't go here. You'll regret it.

We have been with Capsule for the past several years and we very much appreciate the work ethic and cooperation with our physicians office as they prescribe new prescriptions that my Husband and I take. They have been to the point when it comes to refills. They always notify us when they are low or out of stock. The app is user-friendly and we enjoy all the wonderful couriers that come directly to our door. If we aren’t available our packages are left with the front desk receptionist.
The pharmacy is very detailed and orientated. Always making sure to capture signature from us or the individual who is accepting our package. Thank you for the great service. 10 Stars would be my rating for anyone at capsule.

I used to love Capsule but their customer service and delivery options have declined so much in recent months, I can no longer use their services. I needed a prescription filled ASAP last Thursday and the earliest delivery window was Monday. I waited for the prescription and found out shortly before my delivery window they wouldn’t be able to bring my prescriptions because of staffing issues until the following day. In addition, there supplier no longer carries one of the medications I needed. I had to get everything transferred to CVS, which was a lot of additional hassle. I won’t be using Capsule anymore, which is so disappointing because they were so excellent in the beginning.

I dont know why I keep going back. Customer service is lacking. I have asked to redeem points but they said I didn't have any but the receipt showed there were redeemable points. They seem reluctant to make sure you use your phone number to get the points as well.

Going here is literally the most stressful experience. Staff are mega burnt out and it shows through customer interactions. I only come here because my insurance fills through CVS and it’s close, but I’d rather drive to west mifflin because they’re much nicer.

I would like to give a shout out to the entire Capsule team, but especially to my courier Victoria and her dispatcher Cameron. I had forgotten to update some of my information in the system. As a result my Capsule Courier arrived at my old residence. Fortunately my super star courier reached out to me immediately and was able to rectify the issue with the help of Cameron updating my file. The two worked together so effectively that I had my order delivered to my new residence within 5 minutes. This speaks volumes to their dedication and efficiency placing customer cares first. Given my positive experiences and my relationship with Capsule I would highly recommend this service to everyone.

This store is the closest store to my home. I had never been in because my experience with Rite Aid on the west coast - where I moved from - was not good. This store and the people have made me a fan. First the store is immaculate. They aisles are free from boxes or other obstacles. And it's well lit. The people working there were friendly, helpful, welcoming and made me feel like my business was valuable. They put the local Walgreens and CVS to shame.

Local Rite Aid front end reps are nice, fast and helpful. And that, is the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars. The Pharmacy however, is the main reason why I shop Rite Aid and it is out right agitating they never answer the phone. If, after multiple calls back to back for hours, they do answer, there is a lack of courtesy in the voice of the person answering. Automated system? Don't bother leaving your number for a call back you will never receive one. I noticed the last few times I physically came there the ringer on the phone is very low but even so, if I can hear it at the window while being rang up, the individuals inside must hear it too. The phone is on the counter and no one even makes an attempt to acknowledge the phone is ringing. Very poor customer service

I had not been to this particular Rite Aide in McMurray I quite some time. I had always enjoyed going into this particular Rite Aide, however as I give the entire store top ratings …. The pharmacist who I dealt with this past week in the evening after my doctor visit to pick up a prescription… I rate her ZERO… I as told to have a seat and she was angry!! I said there is no reason to be upset… She blamed it on the heat and fan and noise.

Terrible. I called to check on prescriptions and they said they’d be ready in 10 minutes- I stopped by an hour later. and they were not ready. just dropped by again 2 hrs later and my prescriptions still aren’t ready. Rude response when I was upset.

Dropped off 4 prescriptions on a Thursday. Pharmacy was short staffed, which I understand. However when I went to pick up script almost a week later, they said is was not ready. for two weeks now I have been trying to get my medication. I went up to CVS and some of the employees are very rude then on top of that they told me that must've had to be put in but I called two weeks later and it still has not got put in there, I am a severe asthmatic and and I get my medication from here and you can barely talk to anyone or get medication or on time I shouldn't have to wait a whole month for my controlling medication when I'm coming to the pharmacy to make sure that it gets ordered. 1star is to high for this location. This location advertised as being open 24 hours. When I arrived the doors were locked. I saw employees in the store. They chose not to let customer's in. My neighborhood pharmacy, all the rest have closed. CVS is at 8th Street NW. Walgreens has a small selection of immediate needs. Can get vaccines when needed, but be careful in the fall and winter to wear a mask. People come in for vaccines and they're already sick.

Would recommend you go literally anywhere else, it couldn't be worse than this place. First, the pharmacy techs are so horrendous they typically only last a month if that. The pharmacy is also closed during posted open hours ALOT!! I get text and email updates saying my prescription is ready only to show up and be told they'll get it started for me soon. Second, I have nothing against elderly people working but this place only has like 3 cashiers and there all atleast 65 or older. That being said they are unable to help work the basic self checkouts at all. If you try to get checked out by one of them good luck. They are typically talking to another elderly neighbor friend for 15 plus minutes at a time. That's not a one off experience its 75 percent of the time. Incorrect prices posted cause everyone to have to argue prices and be voided and rerung which always takes multiple attempts to get right. Lastly, they don't even know how terrible they are, I'm pretty sure they think they're doing a good job. Which from a cooperate level they probably are. Understaffed underpaid elderly people with a single manager hitting bonuses for underpaying the understaffed elderly people. The whole place is gross in all aspects of what it should be.

RX is never ready on time and pharmacy techs don’t appear to know what they are doing and are very slow. Was told RX would be ready for pick up yesterday and wasn’t ready today. I guess my experience is similar to the other reviews, lazy and unfriendly staff. Will be moving my business to another pharmacy.

Updated: Since the daughter prescription incident with her medicine. I called corporate on the CVS and it looks like they don’t take complaints serious! yesterday I needed antibiotics and forgot to tell them to switch the pharmacy (that’s how much pain I was in) and they sent it to this CVS of course them! SMH. This prescription was for me now! I’m like I haven't been here in a long long time guessing maybe they improved. I was so wrong by the time I got there only 2 ppl were working in the pharmacy and not to mention they don’t ever answer the phone. I was told a 20 min wait so I waited. 20 turned into 45 min. I had to get back in line for him to come and look at what prescription I was waiting for. Wasn’t even working on it. That’s what made me mad!!! I was in pain and the male pharmacist didn’t care that I need my antibiotics to heal me.
I will never use them ever again in life rather be in pain then get a prescription filled by them. I will drive out my way to the “white neighborhood” then return there! Honest truth! And it’s corporate CVS FAULT. They don’t take complained serious so for those that don’t have a vehicle to drive to other places it’s sad. They kept tell ppl come tomorrow and I’m like it won’t be ready! One lady in line was waiting for heart medicine and he told her come back tomorrow she said no she needs it now! Extremely sad and they won’t take use serious til we file a law suit or protest!!!
Horrible customer service. My daughter been waiting a whole week for her medicine. I called multiple cvs and wanted to switch to the children’s hospital pharmacy since none of the cvs had it. I called the cvs on 40th street to have them transfer her prescription and the lady said she would have the prescription ready at 8pm on Friday. I decided to wait to give them time to fill it so I ended up going on Saturday around 6pm and guess what they don’t have it and she like do you want us to order it. Of course it’s for my daughter and she needed it. I was told first that the medicine wasn’t covered by my insurance which was a lie I called and they cover it and apparently they ran the medicine twice on the 17th and 22nd and then reversed it. Call to verify with insurance before you take their word for it. A lot of the medicine they say insurance don’t cover they do! If something happens to my daughter before she get her medicine I will be looking at a lawsuit with cvs.

Literally the worst customer service I ever experienced in a Walgreens store! I’m just in total surprise writing this. I needed to print a visa / passport photo and one of the associates (his name is Ron, Black guy, bald with glasses) who is apparently a manager was so flippant the entire time. I explained to him that I needed to print a specific photo size and after uploading the photo in the app and on the website, he made me feel like an idiot after following HIS own instructions when I could not do it at the kiosk and had to print the photo in the store. After what had been already 20 minutes, I waited near the kiosk for maybe 10 minutes while he walked by me and never asked if I needed assistance! Just wow, really! They weren’t able to even do the size I needed with their machine, so I gave up and just left. Definitely go to the UPS store or another Walgreens location if you need a passport or visa photo. Please save your time.

Every time I call the automated system hangs up the phone on me, the service inside and outside of this CVS branch is horrible! There are limited item in stock and what is in stock is locked up or behind the counter and it’s crazy long wait time for the pharmacy. Something needs to be done soon with the customer service or they need to shut this location down.
Update: back at this cvs location and the line is backed all the way up aisle 13, No positive changes have been made within the 8 months since my last review. No one from management or corporate has commented on my post, this is very disappointing. Something needs to be done ASAP! @cvspharmacy

Last several times using CVS, was asked to call around to find somewhere that did have the medicine. It’s an antibiotic for an ear infection, not a rare medication. They indicated the closest that would have it was 30-40 minutes away. So I called that CVS to verify and they didn’t have it either… Called the pharmacist at Walgreens across the street and they had it in stock. Walgreens also offered to reach out to the CVS and get it all transferred over for me and text me when it was ready. I’ll be switching my business going forward.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, pharmacy is always backed up. I called in an order 24 hours early and it was not only not ready, the attitude I received in response was unacceptable. It is not the customer’s fault you don’t have help or short staffed or can’t fill an order. That is corporate greed. Take it up with your clearly lousy managers. The whole store save for the woman manning the main checkout desk was outright hostile. This is unacceptable.

Everytime I have a refill and call it in the day before the young guy pharmacist ne ver has it ready. I always have to wait 10 minutes for him to count it. Ordered it yesterday said today by after 11:15 came in at 12:15 still had to wait. He was working.

6:20 appointment was available on the website which wouldn’t let me click “confirm” after filling out all of my info. Went back to the website and the 6:20 appointment was pulled because I was trying to book it. It was 6:17 and I couldn’t be seen as a walk-in because they “were backed up.” What’s the difference? Got my COVID booster there by appointment, with no hassle & timely, friendly service by the pharmacist. Even though he had a line of people, he took me in order and took his time to prep and provide the booster and answer questions. So refreshing after my experience with my large local grocery store pharmacy.

EDIT-----OK I have to go back and edit this review because I forgot about the most important part--the pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy is so nice EXCEPT the pharmacist herself. I’m not sure of her name but I know she’s a short Indian lady...and she’s brown skin. But she is extremely rude and she makes decisions on your medication as if she is your doctor, she questions you as if she is your doctor, and she will not give you medication even though your doctor prescribed it, I know a few people who have issues with her. I have actually moved my pharmacy to another location because of her . Even though it is convenient to go to Rite Aid and I do everything else at Rite Aid I had to switch pharmacist because she is just too much to deal with and to rude I will never ever ever again have my prescription filled there!!!!
I mostly shop at this location during the night time. The associates that are there at night time are wonderful. I never have an issue with them. The only issue I don’t like about the nighttime procedures are that at 9 PM well it’s usually 8 PM or between 9 PM you are not able to get cash back because they close or count out the drawers. Also recently I had another issue where at 8 PM one night I went to pick up a Western Union and they did not have the money available ($250) I came back twice the next morning and afternoon and the money still wasn’t available until I made a fuss about it and the acting manager called the supervisor and they made the money available to me. That I find unacceptable because Western Union is a third-party service in your store and you should always have money available on hand the senders pay a fee which in my case my sender paid $50 in order for me to have that money right away and I couldn’t get it .I do not shop so much during the daytime but the experience that I have during the daytime is completely different from night time. Almost all of these associates are friendly during the daytime most are not and I do not get a chance to get to know them as well as I know the nighttime employees. So I am not saying that they are bad they are just not as friendly and talkative as nighttime employees. either way I will continue to shop at this location I come here for everything I love the prices I love the bonus program and the associates switch a lot but for the most part they are very well. I love my Rite Aid pharmacy in RVC, they know me by name and make sure they call and follow up on my prescriptions. The shelves are always stocked, the workers go out of their way to help you locate products and make suggestions. I appreciate having their service in the neighborhood.

The 1 in liberty is great, the 1 on 3rd street in Connersvill is a little messy but seems to have bigger variety then the 1 on 30th. May it's just displayed better don't know,but seem to find more just take a little bit became I think the customers must throw stuff around instead of placing it back. Not the employees fault I don't believe, they're always rearranging and working.

The workers here are SO nice. They keep the place clean and they never slack off. There are some stray cats behind the building and the workers even buy cat food to feed them. How nice is that? The Dollar General has everything you need.

While you have to be careful at Dollar gen because you might think something it's cheaper when actually it might be a smaller version of what you're used to buying, but that's not always a bad thing. The prices on their cleaning supplies and paper goods, stationary and snacks can't be beat! Plus they're usually local to neighborhoods so people don't have to get in their cars and drive there, they can walk to the store and get groceries and everything they need without having to go to a bigger store. They are very convenient to have around!

Dollar general seems to have a slight issue hitting good employees. This location is no different. The employees are usually not rude, but indifferent to customers is the norm. Outside of that, the stores are very well stocked, and almost all your shopping needs can be met here.
