My experience was amazing. The owner was very friendly, reasonable, responded to questions in a timely manner, was very detailed with instructions, super accommodating. The venue was perfect, clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Parking lots are available nearby. I do not have anything negative to say about the owner, the venue and/or my experience. Everything went smoothly! Thank You Loft Life!!!

I highly recommend this venue and Mrs Cheryls decorating.Mrs Cheryl and Mr Marvin went above and beyond for my daughters Sweet 16 from the beginning to the end of it all.But most definitely Mrs Cheryl’s decorations had my family talking on how elegant and beautiful it was who traveled from NY and Louisiana.Can’t forget the Intrigue venue staff they are absolutely amazing and so helpful I truly appreciate them forever.BOOK INTRIGUE VENUE FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!

Loft life was wonderful in helping me set up my event. They were responsive answered all my questions and had staff on site the day of the party to help make things run smoothly. The space is beautiful and easy to customize and make it your own. I had a wonderful event at Loft Life Venue

I've played here three times while visiting my son who lives in the area. I like the course and it's been in reasonably good shape each time. I've played both 18s. I have to say, though, their management of tee times is really lacking. Two of the three times they changed our tee time on us on the fly and moved them up earlier with no notice! The first time they sent the pair out the decided they wanted with so we had to tee off and catch up to them. This was AFTER I had checked in with the starter and told they were running late. Then they ended up sending us early. No way to start a round - rushed off the tee by the starter. We played just a few days ago and they did something similar. I checked in, starter told me they were 30 minutes behind (for a 10:06 tee time!). I checked back in around our original time to see how it was going and the starter gruffly said he was looking for us and he wanted us to go then with a group from an earlier time - AS A FIVESOME. They don't have it together. Not even close.

We had our daughter’s golden sweet 16 at the Vanderbilt on 2/16/24. It was so special full of amazing memories. I was so stressed out with all the planning, but Brittany was such a big help with getting me through all of that to the end! John, the maitr’d was fantastic on the night of the party, very attentive. Everything we asked for, we got. The room was beautiful and we got so many compliments. Thank you for making my daughter’s dream sweet 16 come true! Also, compliments to the vendors we used: elegant touch decor, silk and fleur, Ariana Soto and co designs, sound explosions DJ, and morettis bakery.

The venue was amazing ! Very clean and well kept ! This truly was an amazing place to have an event ! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to throw an amazing event !

Avoid on weekends if you can, price is right but expect a delay to your tee time between 20-60 minutes on weekends. No apologies ever, but if you want to play here then try and grab a tee time before 730am

We recently had the pleasure of having a gorgeous winter wedding at Lakeview Pavillion. The venue itself is stunning with high ceilings, dark wood floors, and beautiful chandeliers. On top of that, the food was outstanding from cocktail hour, to entrees (short rib and salmon), to a breathtaking dessert table that felt like it spanned the width of the entire room. We are still getting compliments from our guests about how perfect everything was.
The service from the Lakeview team was outstanding. From the initial planning stages to the execution of the event, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating to our needs and preferences. They took care of every detail on the day of, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment of our celebration.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. Lakeview exceeded our expectations in every way and provided us with memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple looking for a romantic and unforgettable setting for their special day.

Skylight is absolutely one of my favorite wedding venues in Denver. I've photographed several weddings there and it just keeps getting better and better. The outside courtyard is SO FUN for cocktail hour, food trucks, and yard games. I love that the inside is a blank slate that people can set up however they like. I've seen a huge variety of ceremony setups and reception floorplans there that accommodate any size party. The getting ready space is one of my favorites to photograph, and I love that it's not super "girly" so it's not weird if an LGBTQ+ couple uses the space. There aren't many venues without specifically gendered getting ready spaces. Skylight's also amazing about inclusivity in general, and consistently features LGBTQ+ weddings.

I love walking around the Santa Fe Arts District for photos, and the venue is super close to a bunch of hotels and parks for photo ops! Looking forward to working there again and again!!

Carmella truly worked so hard to make my experience of wedding planning smooth as possible she's amazing, professional and organized! The VSB staff were very attentive and very professional as well! After a whirlwind weekend of venue hunting, Lakeview Pavilion stood out from a dozen others. From the moment we arrived, we knew our search was over! The elegant white space with modern architecture set the perfect tone for our ceremony and reception. The ballroom, adorned with chandeliers and a spacious dance floor, was breathtaking. The well-maintained landscape, surrounded by a serene lake, provided an awe-inspiring backdrop.

A top priority for us was having an indoor ceremony space as a backup plan. Little did we know that New England's summer of 2023 would be defined by rainfall and humidity. With only a few rain-free weekends, we were grateful for the stunning indoor ceremony space. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to enjoy the landscape while staying sheltered. Guests commented on the lovely and comfortable indoor ceremony, making us forget any consideration of an outdoor setup.

I recently had my 21 st birthday party here at the loft life in Newark New Jersey and when I tell you it was an experience!!!! Even that may be an understatement!! This was the best way to go into my 21st birthday. The space was beautiful. The decorations went so well I don't think I could've pulled it off anywhere else but here this is the most perfect venue ever and I will definitely be back.

I visited this place because a family member was celebrating her 80th birthday. It was nice and spacious. I never knew it was behind the post office. 👍🏽👍🏽

We chose The Vanderbilt for our daughter's 16th birthday after having come to see the space and meeting with Brittany, an event planner there. We had come to a wedding there over 10 years ago and remembered that we liked it there. We appreciated how they offered different size rooms which could accommodate our smaller size party and vision, as it was not your typical "sweet 16". We decided to have a brunch. She helped us to stay on track with the details for food selection as well as answering any questions I had immediately. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was very good. I definitely recommend the Vanderbilt for all types of different events. You won't be disappointed!

Where do I begin? Wedding planning is not for the weak. I searched for months to find a venue. I found LVP and I fell in love! I walked in and I knew this was the place I’d get married in. We were always greeted by one of the amazing staff members with a smile! Every single person knew the status of our planning anytime we called for a discussion! The process was SMOOTH! We had a traditional Indian wedding and they accommodated anything we needed and were so respectful throughout the whole process. On the wedding day, we felt like a king and queen. Our families were always guided and we didn’t have a single thing to stress about that day. My family raved about the service that was provided at the wedding and reception. They were ecstatic to see how the amazing staff called them by their names even in a group. Natalia, Michelle, Katelyn, Anastasia and everyone else were the reason why we had the best day ever. From the moment we stepped into LVP for a tour we knew this would be where we had our dream wedding. It fit our aesthetic perfectly, but more important the staff was so incredible and made the what could be a very stressful wedding planning process, very easy. The Lakeview staff and coordinators are professional, charismatic, organized, and truly care about their clients.

Fast forward to our wedding day 12/01/2023, our family and guests were blown away by how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and once again how great the staff coordinated and directed our special day.

Our wedding day could not have been any more perfect and I have countless of my favorite memories, but one in particular sticks out when it comes to LVP and their staff. After our ceremony everyone disbursed to cocktail hour and my now Husband and I had a few minutes alone to fully take everything in. We were eager to greet all our guests and join them in cocktail hour but my MOH or bridesmaids were not nearby to help bustle my dress. Before I could even ask my Husband to go find someone to help, Michelle and Patty fully bustled my dress as well as took out my veil and adjusted my headpiece exactly how I wanted it; All within 2 minutes and in the middle of the dance floor while the reception space was being set up. As if I didn’t already know it before, that gesture by the staff just solidified for me how much they truly care about their Brides (and Grooms! Lol).

We can not thank the Lakeview Pavilion team enough for making our wedding day everything we envisioned and more.

Al is very inviting. Everything question or request I had he was very helping and responsive. The space is just perfect. I will definitely be using one of his venues in the future.

After touring and reviewing many different wedding locations, my now husband and I chose Skylight and it was the best decision we could have made! The staff, space, and recommended vendors were incredible in every way and truly made our wedding dreams come true. Working on creating our wedding vision with Jill was not only fun but she truly listened to us while giving us the best advice. She helped us transform Skylight to be the most magical, moody, and romantic space to host a wedding. Clay worked on creating a custom beverage menu with the best specialty cocktails. Jill recommended LovePop as the food caterer and each and every one of our guests commented on how we had the best wedding food they have ever had! Thank you to the Skylight team and their amazing recommended vendors on bringing our wedding vision to life- we had the best day of our lives!

I had an 11:45am Tee Time on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Los Lagos Course at Costa Mesa Country Club. I have played both courses at Costa Mesa Country Club for many years. The pace of play has gotten progressively worse over time. Last Friday, it took my 4 some 3 hours and 15 minutes to play 9 holes. This is unacceptable as we would not be able to finish 18 holes. It cost me $44 + $24 for a cart. $68 for 9 holes because we could not finish before dark. We asked about refunds or rain checks and we were denied. The Tee Times are only 6 minutes apart. It appears Costa Mesa Country Club is more interested in maximum profits rather than having their customers being able to enjoy a 4- 4 1/2 hour pace of play.

Decent venue. Another older building in Portland. The main room was warm but the rest of the building was ice cold. Would be good for big group events.

Best public golf course in the area. Probably should send groups out a little more spread out, but when you want a full day activity not a big deal. Two good courses and great staff.

Great place to send my husband when he has friends coming from out of town. Get some fresh air and walk-in sessions are available. This golf course is located along harbor boulevard.

We loved having Skylight as our wedding venue. The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process, and leading up to the wedding day. Skylight has a great vibe, which was exactly what we were looking for - An elevated, modern industrial elegant blank slate that we customized to our style. Our guests raved about the venue and how they loved it as well. We were able to have tons of flexibility in picking our vendors, which was a huge highlight. The ability to pick our own catering and other vendors made such a difference to our wedding and how personal it felt. They also provided additional decor items that we rented out, which was helpful to not have to find elsewhere. We would definitely recommend Skylight, and if I had to do everything over I would pick Skylight as our venue every time!!

What a beautiful place my husband and I got married at the Vanderbilt 18 years ago when they first opened. Our daughter Rochelle just got married there on 11/11/2023 What a beautiful wedding it was everything was done down to the last detail and made the day go so smooth. A Bug Thank You to Britney for taking care of everything and making sure the day was perfect. And stress free. Thank you to the staff and GM. Down to Rob the valet guy. Thank you to all for such a memorable experience can’t wait to have the next wedding or party there.

What can I not say!!!! What a fairytale Wedding I had, at The Vanderbilt at south beach on 11/11/23!! Brittany making sure everything was perfect for me, Gianna and the staff were all amazing went above and beyond. There are no words that can explain what a fabulous day I had. Had such a GREAT TIME! Captured Great Moments & Memories!

We used Skylight for our wedding in September 2023 and can't recommend it strongly enough! Everything went so incredibly smoothly and made for a spectacular night. The open space was so fun to decorate ourselves and we really appreciated being given total freedom to fit everything to our aesthetic. The night of we used both the indoor and outdoor spaces and had to do exactly zero thinking about room flipping or arranging, it was all taken care of so we could focus on celebrating with friends and family.

The outdoor space was fantastic, it was so nice to be able to have dancing inside and an area for chatting and catching up outside with a little less volume. The couches provided by Skylight were comfortable for our older relatives so they could stay out later.

The 24 hour rental was exactly what we were looking for. Our vendors were able to start setting up in the morning without us being there which really took a lot of the time pressure off. We were also able to leave that night without worrying about cleaning everything up. We had been to weddings in the past where we got tasked helping break down the venue as guests, but this wasn't a concern with Skylight. We loved that we could stay with our friends until the wee hours and nobody was put to work.

We planned our wedding remotely and neither of us are Denver natives so we included the partial planning option. We specifically worked with Erin and we still talk about how absolutely perfect she was in helping us. We can't extoll the virtues of this option enough, it made everything such a breeze. People often talk about how stressful wedding planning is, but for us it was almost entirely fun because we had such a good support and someone making suggestions after taking a ton of time to understand what we were going for. Erin made suggestions about vendors for everything, so we just had to pick from a couple of options that she already had experience with and that so great. She was open about the pros and cons about each option so we felt like we were making informed choices without needing to do a ton of research ourselves - exactly what we were hoping for out of the process! Erin was super organized and available every step of the way for when we had questions about random things pop up. She also was able to take great control the night of the wedding so we had to do zero thinking about what was happening when or coordinating vendors.

We also used the in the in house drinks package and loved that! We are cocktail people, so were delighted when Clay was so open to all of our ideas. We ended up having 7 (!) signature cocktails in addition to wine and beer. They were creative and honestly tasted like drinks you would get at a dedicated cocktail bar, not just something put together to be quick for a wedding.

Overall, we absolutely loved our wedding at Skylight and found them to be a breeze to work with every step of the way!

This is a follow up post to reinforce what my daughter Tara Scoville went thru for her wedding at this venue. And I not going to go rehash all of what my daughter said but I would like to make a few additional points. First, the only reason my daughter chose this venue was for the view. The forest setting was awesome. Also realize that the $5k we paid to Cedarville was only for the view. We did not use any of their other amenities. And we ended up having to change the view to have the procession in the opposite direction to avoid the "construction view". And it's very clear in my mind that this could have all been avoided. The equipment had clearly been there a while because dirt and trees had clearly been disturbed. So when we showed up on Friday evening with all the construction equipment still in place we would have expected Cedarville to rush up to us and say they were already working on clearing the equipment. Instead we had to raise a stink to get Cedarville to do anything. And the bottom line is if we hadn't shown up on Friday and instead done a walk thru on Saturday morning we never would have got the equipment cleared in time. They had had all week to clear the venue but really never intended to clear it. They expected us to live with it. So we didn't get the view we wanted, had a depressing rehearsal dinner on Friday night and really until early afternoon on Saturday when it was clear things would get cleared my daughter went thru emotional distress for 24 hours. After all that Cedarville offered us a 30% refund. And remember all we paid for was the view! WE NEVER GOT THE VIEW! We never should have been treated like that!

Skylight is the perfect venue! The outside courtyard option (our first) is so beautiful. We had a snow storm for our wedding weekend - and the team at skylight quickly moved into Plan B, which was an amazing indoor ceremony. The venue is so beautiful on it's own- and you can really design it any way you want. The event space was perfect for our 150 guests, still feeling very spacious. The planning (Erin!) & beverage team (Clay!) were amazing to work with. Very helpful with their insight into how things work best but encouraging you to stay true to your vision. An amazing experience - would recommend to anyone in the Denver area.

The loft life venue, where do I start from the moment that I contacted Al, after seeing so many beautiful pictures on the Internet, I knew than I wanted to do my wedding there. I recently was involved with a wedding at the Cedarville Lodge in 2 ways from the actual wedding ceremony to playing in the the band for the reception. I can tell you honestly that this venue is a great place for ANY event. One of the most important parts of any event center is the event coordinator and Cedarville has one of the best I've worked with in my over 40 years of playing music at events in the Portland area. Maria (event coordinator) was truly concerned about making sure every aspect of the event went off as planned. From the outside ceremony to the reception dinner and dance she was continually working with everyone involved to make sure things were perfect. Unlike some coordinators I have worked with she was open for any suggestions that made the event go better with the ability to change in the moment. Complete HOMERUN Cedarville !

Do not use this venue. The day before my wedding I arrived for my rehearsal to find bulldozers, cranes, orange construction fencing etc. ALL around the ceremony site. The venue team acted like they didnt know about it and werent going to move it, although it was very clear the equipment had been there for days. I had to throw an absolute fit (in front of my whole wedding party and family) and demand to speak to the owners to get any sort of movement. This absolutely ruined my rehearsal night, as there was no confirmed answer they were going to move it before my wedding the next day. They did end up moving SOME of the equipment but not all, and I could not arrange my ceremony with my original vision as we had to skew the whole set up to the side, in hopes guests wouldnt see the equipment that was left and it wouldnt be in the photos of me walking down the isle (you could still see it).

I had been planning my wedding for almost a year, with a very special vision in mind, and solely booked this venue for how gorgeous the wooded ceremony site is. You expect a few things to go wrong on your wedding weekend but this was unreal, & for $5k you would hope that there wouldnt be a construction site at your wedding. Beware of this venue.

Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the course is kept in surprisingly "good" shape for the amount of people on it. Spent almost four hours trying to get through the Lagos course last Saturday. Not one marshall, no cart service, and ultimately myself and the others I was paired up with all split off after 9 holes because we were not willing to play a 7.5 hour round. Asked the clubhouse for a partial refuned and was told to call their Director of Golf on Monday to inquire. Called Monday morning and still haven't heard back. Unless you have an early morning tee time or enjoy 7+ hour rounds of golf on a weekend without any cart service, this is not the course to play.

We had our wedding at SKYLIGHT, and it was the PERFECT venue! They have such a cool indoor/outdoor space (with tables, chairs, patio, and bar!) and we were able to customize it for exactly the vibe we were going for. We also found pretty much all our vendors through SKYLIGHT's epic vendor list, and everyone we worked with was so fun, so professional, and made our day the absolute easiest & best celebration. We also opted for month-of-coordination and worked with Erin, who was FABULOUS. She answered questions we didn't even know we had, and when the day came, she made sure we didn't have to worry about anything. We also had a build-your-own beverage package through the bar and worked with Clay, who was AMAZING. He even went above & beyond trying to find us a certain wine. Choosing SKYLIGHT was by far the easiest & best decision we made, and we're so thankful to Erin, Clay, Jill & the entire team for being part of our day.

Everyone who attended my wedding told me it was the best wedding they ever attended. The VSB has the most attentive staff. From the moment we booked until the day came our Event Manager Brittany was an exemplary partner in planning this event. As a professional event planner myself I couldn't be happier with every aspect of their service. While I had a large wedding, the multidimensional space can easily be adapted for a much smaller and more intimate affair. Our beach ceremony was incredibly moving and the food quality is tremendous - this is truly the most beautiful venue to get married at in all of New York City. If you are an anti Staten Island snob, I dare you to spend one evening at the Vanderbilt! I am so grateful to have shared this experience with the incredible staff at the Vanderbilt!

Skylight was the perfect venue for our wedding disco. We wanted to do things a little different, and this venue really helped us achieve that! What really hooked me in was the fact that this is a 24 hour venue rental, so we didn't need to clean up directly after the wedding, and be out of there by 10PM. It was amazing to throw the ceremony, reception and after party all in one place. We had about 120 people and it was perfect. There was room for everyone to hang, and eat, and dance which was all I was hoping for! Erin was really amazing to work with. She helped me in many ways, and was able to guide me through the insane world of wedding planning. I appreciated that so much. They went way beyond for us, which made our day so amazing and memorable. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking to do something a little different. There is 100% creative freedom here for your vision to come to life ( and if you are not sure on your vision, the Skylight crew can definitely guide you.) Shout out to Clay for managing our event day and taking care of the beverage side of things!

The space is perfect for large gatherings. There was plenty of space for several tables, a stage, and a dance floor. The servers were very helpful and accommodating as well.

Our journey with Lakeview Pavilion began when we attended a wedding there in 2016. From that day forward, we always knew it would be the perfect place for our wedding. Fast forward to July 21st, 2023, and our dream became a reality. Everything about the venue is beautiful in its simplicity, yet modern, elegant, and luxurious - exactly what we had envisioned.

From our very first meeting until our wedding day, the entire experience with the staff and coordinators was incredibly smooth. They were highly professional and kept us well-informed throughout the planning process, but were all simultaneously so warmhearted and gracious across the board. Our minds were at ease and a substantial portion of the pressure was alleviated knowing we had such a great crew in charge. The two of us and the rest of the wedding party were truly impressed by their exceptional ability to seamlessly coordinate, direct, and take charge on the wedding day, ensuring that everything unfolded flawlessly.

The tasting event, in and of itself, ended up being one of the most enjoyable experiences we have had together as a couple and on our wedding day it was no different. The food, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main dishes, were all exceptional in both quality and presentation. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting absolutely everything, and many told us it was the nicest venue they had been to and one of the best weddings they had attended.

My daughter's Law school graduation party was awesome at Loft Life. The owner Al was great, the communication with him made the process so smooth. He was also very accommodating. It’s a pretty good and supe cute booth, easy to use taking the pictures in high quality, but they make you write this review & send them a screenshot and have them email you to get the pictures which I think is pretty complicated.

I had the best day of my life at Lakeview Pavilion. The place is very neat and beautiful. The staff is amazing. Communication between me and the staff was very quick. Organization and planning were excellent. They all show professionalism during the year and half that i dealt with them. Although i did not have a planner, Anastasia boosts my confidence that everything was going to be fine and everything at the end was beyond my expectations. Michelle was very patient with me with my guest list. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to someone else.

The Vanderbilt @ South Beach made our wedding day perfect. From the inception and introductions to the final song. Our wedding planner Brittany was amazing. Her personality as always upbeat and uplifting. She made Jen and I feel so at ease.l all the time. Always reassuring us and making suggestions that were perfect and meaningful. She listened to use and what we wanted and she delivers, 110%. Every venue needs a Brittany.
John the Maitre’d did everything possible to give us a seamless, stressless experience. He was making sure the staff was on point, making sure the ceremony was went unblemished. Every time I was looking for something he was right there to ask what I needed. Truly, a great guy and host and then there was Giana the bridal attendant. Geez what can I say, this young lady gave us exceptional attention. From the time we walked in, which was early by the way, to the very end. She had a glowing personality and made all In the bridal party fell at ease and provided excellent attention. A god send in this kind of business. The venue was beautifully decorated, the table layout perfect and the menu we choose with the help of Brittany, was nothing short of outstanding and succulent. Every detail was ideal and done with precision. I have to give credit to the waitstaff, bartenders and the back of the house. They killed it and their friendly, outgoing demeanors and personalities were noticed by all. I have to say a job well done by the Vanderbilt for giving Jen and I an experience that will never be forgotten.

I just had my wedding here July 14 and we had such an amazing time! This venue is beautiful and is exactly what my husband and I wanted. You don’t even need much decorating because it already looks so good! They have several options for outdoor ceremony areas too.

One of the reasons our day was great was due to our coordinator Maria. She was running around like crazy making sure everything was in order, bringing us water and just checking up on us all night long. She was always so sweet and kind since the first day we met her! She was even fanning us because it was a pretty hot day. She is very responsive throughout the planning and leading up to the day. She is awesome!

Had the wedding of my dreams at this perfect, beautiful venue! The staff was amazing, I can’t brag on them enough. They all made sure I was happy and everything was what I wanted. Salon Acapulco is an awesome place that’s a hole in the wall! Great spot to throw parties of all occasions.

I played on the Los Lagos course. Usually there are quite many people and slow during the weekends. Fairways are long and greens are fast. Since each hole is right next to each other, you should alway watch out the balls.

This is a really neat place. A little hard to find in the dark at first but gps gets you there. Plenty of parking and a cabin feel inside. We had a holiday party there.

We LOVE having Sarah and her team at our venue! She can work magic when transforming the space into our couples wedding day dreams! She is so creative and a joy to work with! I would 10/10 recommend Branson Party Rentals to our couples!

Awesome venue with great amenities. The kitchen space made it easier for food prep, and the bar station definitely added to the atmosphere, what really sets this venue apart from others, is the awesome owner ( Ms Cheryl and her Husband) and her team . Ms Cheryl made the experience so much more enjoyable.I only had to show up! The decorations were top notched and she always kept me informed of all matters pertaining to our contract. Beautiful event space. Not too fancy, but fancy enough. Held a 100+ person wedding comfortably. Beautiful outdoor grounds for a ceremony with space inside for catering/dancing/ live band, etc. Bathrooms could use an update, but otherwise, lovely space.

Sarah and her team at BPR/Rosewood did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding decorations and flowers. She took my vague ideas of what I thought I liked and created an absolute stunning vision. She also was great at perfecting the specific boutonnière that my husband asked for. She was creative on ways to save us money and keep costs within budget while still getting a lot of great bang for our buck. I was OBSESSED with my bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and received so many complements from guests on her work. The final result was better than I could have imagined. If you are looking in the Southwest Missouri area for a florist/event decoration rentals Sarah will not disappoint. Would highly recommend the BPR team!

Sarah and her company was an absolute dream to work with and made my wedding perfect. When I first started to plan my wedding, I was going to do all of the decorations myself. But people kept recommending Sarah and her company to me so I thought I would check it out. Seconds after meeting her I realized how wrong I was, and how much I needed her in my life. She was essential to everything that happened from the planning to the actual wedding day. She understood exactly the look I was trying to design an executed it beyond my expectations. She was in constant communication with me, asked all sorts of questions I never even thought of, and was an advocate for me at the venue when I was not present to make sure that our plan and set up was exactly what we had talked about. She is a very detailed oriented, conscientious, hard working person and was the heart and soul that my day so magical. Choosing Sarah to help me with my wedding was the best decision I made while planning and I could not have done it without her.

Sarah and her team did an amazing job! It was a destination wedding for me and my family. We ironed out all the plans up front, and then they took care of everything! The CMCC consist mainly of the clubhouse and two 18-hoke golf course. The Mesa Linda golf course is the a shorter one but is more narrow and greens are smaller compared to the other one. That being said, this course demands more accuracy. The other course is the Lagos course which is longer but has bigger greens. Both of these courses are challenging but these are the best in value among the courses around the area. The management try to maintain the fairways in good shape all year round but some parts are just not responsive to the sod or grass. However, the course is in it's best shape around the time of the Costa Mesa City Open when the fairways ang greens are at their best for the annual city tournament. These courses are challenging especially if you're not familiar with the layout. The rough is not easy to get out of, so with the bunkers.

There are other courses in the area better than CCMC but as far as value for the money, these two courses are winners.

This place goes up and above to provide quality service. The owners Marvin and Cheryl are fantastic and they make sure they listen to what you want for your event. They held my birthday party on 1-31-2020 at their venue and they did an amazing job in decorating my party. They created an elegant atmosphere that my guest enjoyed. I am happy that I chose this venue and would use it again.

We had our wedding reception at the West End Ballroom on April 26th 2018 and it was amazing!!!. Working with Natalia was great!! She kept the lines of communication open so that we could have the wedding of our dreams. We used the bottom space as our cocktail hour and the upstairs ballroom as our reception area. The whole building was gorgeous and elegant we could not have asked for a more beautiful space. The included up lighting really set the ambiance and lit up marquee was so unique and charming. Natalia and the West End ballroom were flexible and willing to accommodate our ideas and make this wedding awesome. During the night of the wedding Natalia was present and attentive making sure everything went well. We are so grateful for the awesome wedding and the great experience we had.

Loved the venue especially the 2 separate spaces for ceremony and reception it's a blank slate you can make your own. Lauren and Natalia were great to work with. Our wedding was amazing! 03/03/19

The Intrigue Venue 1 & 2 are absolutely Fantastic! The owners are two of the nicest people Ever! Both spaces have their own unique looks and are spacious & affordable! Highly Recommended!

Once we saw the West End Ballroom, we knew we had found our venue! Our wedding was 10/29/2016 and you never know what the weather may be like at the end of October so we loved that everything was inside as well as that the ceremony and reception space was in the same place. The venue has a very classy elegance by itself so it doesn’t need much decoration but it is also neutral enough that you could do whatever theme/decorations you wanted in the space.

Our venue coordinator Lauren was wonderful! She answered all my emails completely and in a very timely manner and always had suggestions if I was a little lost for some of our decisions.

Everything turned out perfect the day of the wedding and I can’t say thank you enough!!

The only downside to the venue is that it is not ADA accessible. Bonus though – we were able to rent out the parking lot across the street (the parking lot for the Portland Clinic) so that our guests did not have to worry about trying to park downtown Portland on a Saturday night.

It's hard not to rate this 5 stars because we had our wedding here and it was spectacular. My only complaint is actually with Lauren, the manager. At first she was incredibly helpful and helped us coordinate day of stuff, but then, I heard from a few of my family members that she was short and rude to them while they were setting up for the reception.

Also, when you book with them, you have to purchase a certain amount of wine through a local vineyard that they are partnered with. We didn't have a problem with this, even though having to order $550 worth of wine seems excessive... my big bugaboo is that Lauren forgot to bring out our wine. We had purchased some cheap back up wine, just in case ours ran out and we found out later that we had served our guests cheap wine all night when we were forced to purchase 27 bottles of wine when we signed up. We could have returned the cheap wine that wasn't opened and saved a lot of money, especially after spending $550 on wine , just to book the venue.

My maid of honor tried to get in touch with Lauren to see if we could be refunded for the unopened wine that she forgot to bring out. Lauren never responded to her email. So now, we have 2 cases of wine that we had intended to share with our family and friends to celebrate our wedding.

We loved the venue, it's gorgeous. We had an amazing wedding day, we were just incredibly disappointed that a huge thing was missed that ended up costing us money by not being able to return the wine that we purchased as a back up. Also, the lack of response was unprofessional.

We are a bit disappointed in The Events Company as we recently used their services for a wedding. Unfortunately, they were not as creative as we had hoped for. We continue to disagree with their performance as they attempted to bill us for services that we did not receive and items that we did not order. Eg, we required and ordered 189 chairs - they billed us for 232 and were quite defensive in doing so. There are additional examples which we do not need to go into. They are competent and can do the job - we just had higher expectations I guess and were just hoping for more creativity and pro-activeness.

The West End Ballroom is a beautiful, fun and inviting place to host your Wedding. Working with Lauren was awesome because she was so helpful to help us plan out a lot of the details and spacing for our big night.

Whats great about this venue is that they already have a lot of the tables and chairs that you will need for your Wedding as well as a photo booth! There are so many little things that really make this place a diamond in the ruff. I couldn't have imagined my wedding anywhere else and really enjoyed working with the West End.
