SSgt Graves has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process! From talking with me about various careers I was considering, to recommending different sources I could research them on, to guiding me through the preparation for MEPS, etc, I never felt out of my depth or like I had no idea what was going on, he definitely really good!

Working with Jonathan has been a truly transformative experience! I have been trying to get the process started to obtain my cdl. I did the WIOA Orientation in person due to technical difficulties. Natalie, the receptionist has always been professional, courteous helpful and friendly. I was put on the case load of Annette Ortiz, a rude, and unprofessional mad at the world type of individual. She returned a phone call and was loud, unprofessional rude and demanding. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional conduct from any of the staff there. These centers are placed there for the purpose of helping people seeking guidance and help to try and better themselves and make a change for their current situations whatever they may be. It is because of people like me, going there seeking help that these staff members get a paycheck. It seems to me that Annette Ortiz should talk to people the way she would want to be talked to and treated. She definitely is in need of further training in customer service as she is there to help and provide guidance and support to the clients of this center.She has a bad attitude and if she doesn’t know how to leave her nasty cocky attitude at the door when she walks in at 9am then she should seek employment elsewhere. She is there to do a job! To provide a service to the clients that office serves. Not to talk to people any type of way. It’s obvious she has no home training. I am going to file a written complaint with the center and talking to the Director in order to prevent anyone else from being talked to and treated the way she did me.

I am incredibly grateful to have found Resume Target to help update my resume and cover letter and meet today's ATS guidelines. Very responsive office and very helpful. TSgt. Neunsinger made the process really easy and was very helpful in the transition process from my first recruiter unto working with her. With her help I was able to finish my process and was able to join the United States Space Force! Don't blame your bad experience with one resume writer on the entire company or other resume writers. Justine is the perfect example of a writer that did the best she could for my resume. I never believed in paying someone to write my resume, but after working with Clare R, at Resume Target I admit I was completely wrong. To begin with, Matt called me right away after I filled out the form on their website and he explained to me the process which included a ninety-minute-long phone interview with the resume writer, this was an amazing offering. Clare R called me and was very professional with a great demeanor, and great listening and understanding capability. We went through every detail in my resume draft, what I now call my mumbo-Jumbo. We went through three revisions, and now my resume and the cover letter looks like a piece of art. I am very impressed by the professional and helpful nature of Clare R.

Whenever I think of my coaching sessions with Jonathan Wachtel, the first thing that comes to mind is the Argentine Tango. Here is how tango teacher, Miles Tango, describes the dance:

I couldn’t describe my sessions with Johnathan better. It sounds like an exaggeration I know, but I’m not kidding—at least not for me. I have a very rich, complex, multifaceted life and abilities. I sought a coach to help me untwist those facets and get down to the depths of my needs and desires with clarity and vision. I also have a comprehensive spiritual understanding of the way the Universe works, and Johnathan instinctively speaks to me from that much higher vantage point—beyond the logistics of my businesses. He listens—really listens. I know because I usually make the first dance move with a discourse of people, and events and he silently trails around the dance floor of my storytelling.

When it’s time for his counter step, he remembers and reiterates every detail, reflecting back to me that 1) I’m being heard and respected but not placated, and 2) always takes it to a higher level. Not to say he doesn’t offer practical advice and professional expertise, but he has a keen awareness of how the Universe and our inner guides respond to our creative nature and they love it when we’re working in harmony with them and not trying to do their job. Which, admittedly I have been stumbling around on the dancefloor of life, freestyling it by myself until it begged the question, “how’s that working for ya?” Hence the need for a good dance partner. Not to get too esoteric sounding but seeming reality is far more esoteric than we realize. Jonathan understands the delicate balance between the mystical and the hard edges of materiality.

Now, you may ask “what has he has actually done for me”. We’ve peeled away the fruitless, false career opportunities that have been presented to me in the last few months that would have proved to be far more detrimental in the long run. We are evaluating the low hanging, fruit, and reexamination how that could get me my heart's desires while at the same time working though the resistances due to fears and old programing. At the end of every session, he always gives me homework. Focusing first on how I want to feel this week rather than how am I going to get there. He is good at reminding me that everyone—everything in my life is a reflection of me. So, what am I trying to tell myself? That helps me to get any judgment or deflection by blaming out of the way and find and appreciate everything that is revealed to me, good, bad or indifferent. Evaluating how the events of my day-to-day life unfold from an emotional standpoint reconnects me with my internal guidance system. If it feels good, then there is my answer and continue doing it. If it doesn’t then there is my internal guidance reflecting back to me what’s not working or what needs to change. Together we’ve come to the conclusion that in my case, I have to stop giving my 50 years of accumulated intellectual property to everyone else to make huge profits in exchange for a paycheck, albeit a security blanket, I have to keep asking myself, is it making me happy or just sustaining my existence. May you get the same satisfaction in working with Jonathan Wachtel as I have. He’s a great dance partner.

I have been working with Jonathen for almost a year now. After the second call I wanted to quit lol. Not at all because of Jonathen. It was because I knew this was not going to be a quick fix and investing in myself was something I just didn’t do.
I always made everything and everyone a priority over myself never realizing that this was even a problem. It took a failed relationship to start me on this journey. I tried different counselors but they just didn’t feel right and then I met Jonathen. As I said I wanted to quit but I am so glad that I didn’t. He has helped me so much in the past year. Very disappointed. I spoke directly with the recruiter and setup an appointment. I filled out the preliminary qualification document and reviewed it over the phone. On the day of my appointment the recruiter was NO-SHOW. Also, the same number I'd spoken to the recruiter on just a few days prior was disconnected. What a terrible example to display. This office doesn't even deserve the minimum 1-star rating.

Terrible experience, the recruiter there is not helpfull at all and does not seem to care if someone enlists in the Air Force. Go to the one in Laurel.
