Great custom car shop if you want to do from a oil change to a big off road project this is the place, they made my Toyota Fj Cruiser and now looks great with all the improvements that hey recommended to me for sure I will do all my basic maintenance in my cars they deserve more than 5 stars Thank you

Wow, that was the quickest, most hassle free car buying experience I have ever had!! Conklin is the only place for this kind of an experience! Do not take your truck to these people. I installed a bull bar on my 4-Runner with the help of a friend. It interfered with my adaptive cruise control so I wanted it removed. I couldn’t take it off by myself so I struck a deal with Tulsa Truck Works to take it off. I gave them the bull bar in exchange for the labor to take it off. A $200 bull bar. There were four bolts that were part of the vehicle that held the bull bar right behind the radiator. They took the bar off and didn’t put the bolts back in. They also removed (stole) my plastic flashing below the bumper and installed some sort of waffle grid stuff underneath the engine so I couldn’t see up under my truck. I’ll NEVER recommend this place.

I had my Nissan Pathfinder towed to Conklin and after diagnosising the problem, It was fixed. Joel called and explained what had been wrong with it, the cost, and how soon they could have it fixed. I ask Joel if we could get an oil change squeezed in, and he was very accommodating….I’m very happy with my repair….

Really appreciate the guys at Tulsa Truck Works. They will get you what you want and may need not what they feel they should get you. That’s customer service! They are polite and fun to make deals with. They installed lift kit on my truck and put LED lights on my 63 impala. Couldn’t be more happier. Take advantage of Black Friday with them. You will definitely be pleased.

My Terrian had an issue with the panoramic sunroof not shutting all the way. I had taken to various body shops and no one wanted to touch it. You guys fixed it for a reasonable cost, repaired a recall and did it all in a 1 1/2 days.

I had to get a new transmission in my 2016 Rogue. We called around to other garages, most didn’t return our calls, but the ones that did couldn’t/wouldn’t get us in for six weeks. Conklin had the part in 3 days. We took the car in on a Wednesday and had it back by Friday. They were wonderful to deal with and we will go back for sure!

This dealership is the reason why dealerships have bad raps….they lie; and they are slimey. Was promised; and was sent prestine pics of an Altima seen online; told it was in excellent condition before taking the 1.5 hour drive. Well; it wasn’t; as seen in the pics….they will do anything they can to get you into their dealership….including lie. That’s ugly and bad business. Don’t waste your time; online prices are merely to get you in the door….they are false advertisement; also; they have the highest dealership fees out of any dealer I have visited. Again; was told it was in excellent condition; clearly a lie based on the pics. And all 4 tires had damage to them.

We had to have our vehicle towed as the recall of our fuel pump went out prior to our scheduled appointment and the part(s) were ordered and our vehicle was repaired within two days; they also completed the second recall on the seat. They also kindly rented us a car to drive while ours was being repaired. Very professional but personable too. Highly recommend.

The employees were lethargic. One was trying to nap, at 9 am, and the other seemed inconvenienced at having to use the computer to look up bumpers for my truck.......which they had no suppliers that could provide for my vehicle. This is about customer service. I walked in and there was one customer. I stood there for 5 minutes without acknowledgment. One word: OUTSTANDING! Joel in the service dept that "checked me in", was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Had an oil change. Later, I was on the road and had a blowout tire . I called AAA for services, and they sent 2 helpful guy's , #1 took my donut tire and said that it needs air, but he returned to put on the vehicle for a spare, but it didn't fit. No one had my keys last but the WALMART auto shop. What happened to the new spare tire? How they switched.

So I actually stopped here to get my alternator checked and they couldn't find their machine in the other one wasn't charged. The machine was on their battery recharging station lol they were pretty nice though I guess he told me come back in 10 minutes so he could charge the other machine but I didn't have time

Having come from a nearby (Portage) Walmart auto care center that won us over from competing tire shops, this location has had the complete opposite effect. You need an appointment for any tire work done, but it typically takes 4-7 calls (with associated time on hold) to get ahold of them to set up an appointment, then for a significant portion of our "appointments" they are running so far behind that they don't pull the car in until 45+ minutes after the appointment, so they're effectively running the place like a doctor's office. Completely normal for shops to have the occasional bad day, but issues, mistakes and delays are the pattern at this location.

The staff is phenomenal at finding hard to locate parts for older cars. I rarely have to return parts for improper fit.

I visited Tulsa Truck Works and purchased window visors, hood protector, streamlined tonneau cover, and eyebrow tint. The guys on the service desk were professional and helped me select the best products for my vehicle. None of items were in stock but the guys ordered that morning and by 1600 the items were installed on my vehicle. The service technicians did a fantastic job installing all of the items. So after walking 2 miles with a battery in the hot Florida sun and being disabled at 42 years old. The lady told me she couldn't test as she could see it is swollen and then preceded to make me walk home with the dangerous swollen battery because I wont be able to buy a battery until tomorrow as living on SSDI; but she didnt even check warranty!!!!! She could have held battery in back until tomorrow when if I had to purchase one I would have the money; instead walk home in hot sun with huge heavy swollen battery. Customer Satisfaction at its best in Florida.

I bought fender flares described as, "OEM textured." They arrived and they were smooth. I asked for a refund and to return the item. They told me that the description was accurate and they wouldn't refund my money. I involved Ebay. Ebay forced them to send a shipping label. xtremetrux refused to schedule a pickup. I explained to them that I live in an area without a UPS location and required a pickup. Still nothing. Ebay scheduled the pickup on their behalf. The company received the product back, but still refuses to refund my CC. I have filed a fraud complaint against them. Do not buy anything from them.

Fender flares came. Box was not opened until it was at the shop to get the paint work done and installed. That’s when it was found to have no hardware kit. Contacted these dummies about the issue in which their way to fix it was to tell me I have to purchase the kit now and that’s how they can help me. After back and forth a few more times they then said would provide a tracking number for a new kit. But then came back with I had to pay for it and purchase the item. Which has been paid for and not sent to me in the first place. A ethical and good owner would say our mess up. I understand why it wasn’t noticed in the 30days from the order because it was going to the shop. Let me get this out to you. Instead they continue to attempt to get me to spend more for an item that should have came in the first place. The owners name is Mark. Theft by conversion is actually a violation of the law. I warned I’d be making that report on then as well and they responded by saying they are happy to help me purchase another kit. What a joke. Don’t spend your money or waste your time with unethical poor business practice place such as this joke of a company

I bought a white LED Ram letter emblem for my truck, from Extreme Trux, when received i scheduled install from a great truck shop in Vegas called The Truck Shop. Upon install i realized they were "Red" The lights looked white no indication it was another color until installed. When i called the company i spoke to the office manager, she checked the order and confirmed I had ordered white. They requested a picture of the lights installed to verify my claim. After they received my email detailing the red color they then require me to send the wrong color red lights back to them before they send me the right color white ones.
I paid just over five hundred dollars to have them installed as they have to remove quite a bit of the front end to get to the grill
remember this was not my fault. This company has a strict return policy and would not replace the lights that they sent wrong to me until i send them the wrong lights to get the right ones in return. I even offered to send the lights back to them once i received the correct ones. This would cost me another thousand dollars to remove them and add the right color ones if done in two stages as they requested . Of course they never offered any monetary compensation for there screw up. The lights only cost 99 dollars its not like they were tons of money. Its the point .There customer service policy and there customer service has been very very disappointing

Purchased a hard cover for my ‘22 F250 via eBay in April 22. Was falling apart by July with only gentle use—frame separating, glue’s releasing, plastics failing. Poor design and construction. Company not returning my calls or emails and won’t make it right. Don’t waste your money or time. Will replace with a Backflip.

I really appreciated the time and care the staff provided. The staff was very approachable. Staff provided me knowledge about the product I was purchasing. The staff guided me towards areas of the auto section i was looking for products in . The selection of products at the super Walmart center was great. Most of the Walmart brand items were of the best quality and best price. I did find everything I was looking for; and used the app to find things that were in stock elsewhere. It was clean, easy to navigate, and well lit. Overall, a very pleasant experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center.

They can be helpful at times. Usually just permanently short staffed anymore. I used to come here for basic automotive needs. It’s less hassle and stress free if I just do my own basic car things like changing oil. The days of Walmart lube centers is dying.

Messaged specifically before buying about buying these flares for my truck. Ordered what was their “display” set with light scratches. But I was having them paint matched anyway so it didn’t matter. Flares showed up. They body shop who had my truck for some repairs and painting were going to paint and install my flares “as falsely advertised to fit a f450”. Wouldn’t cover the holes from the factory fender flares. Contacted the company to return them but they responded with “we have a 30 day return policy” mind you these are still in the same condition as when I received, plastic and all. I was 15 days after the 30 day mark. Terrible customer service. I even offered for a partial return just to send them back for less than what I paid!!! Would not recommend and do not buy any of their cheap, false advertised JUNK!

BEWARE! **READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES**
I am someone who very, very rarely posts reviews (this is the third one I’ve ever written), as I generally only share/write when I have an exceptionally pleasant or extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately this review is for the latter, as this experience with Xtreme Trux was very disappointing.
I purchased a set of 4 fender flares from Xtreme Trux on eBay, which they verified to fit the specs of my vehicle. When I received the fender flares, they were clearly the incorrect part because they did not fit at all. I even took them to a shop to have them installed and the guys there concurred that the flares were not the proper size.
Went to submit a return request on eBay and they claim that my return was for a “remorse” return, which is false because I labeled the return as an item that is “not as described”. eBay is supposed to make the seller pay return shipping in instances when an item received is not as described (regardless of what the seller claims their return policy is). However, eBay did nothing to resolve the complaint and I was forced to pay $130 in return shipping expenses to send the flares back (which costed $294). If you do end up submitting a complaint on eBay, make sure you select “not as described” as the reason so Xtreme Trux will be held responsible for return shipping expenses (since eBay doesn’t clearly disclose that anywhere on their return portal). Otherwise, they’ll make you pay and they will not offer you a refund. It wasn’t until I filed formal complaints with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that Xtreme Trux wouldn’t stop calling my phone off the hook trying to “assist” with return shipping expenses. They claim that they’ll offer you a “discounted” return label, but don’t believe those smoke and mirrors. The return label offered was $128 (so I guess they consider “discounted” as $2 less than the fair market value of the $130 I paid). Yet another lie they feed to the buyers who keep their doors open.
Don’t buy from these guys. Read some of the other reviews left on Google (their site just keeps a bunch of positive ones to boost their ratings so they seem more reputable). Clearly a lot of people have had similar issues with them coding their return as a remorse reason, and even using competitor’s photos to market their products. Also, if you do end up having a negative experience, file a complaint with the BBB—even though it’s not in their parameters to review, they’ll send you references to all of the numerous organizations you can file a complaint against Xtreme Trux with. These guys need to be held accountable and pay when they send incorrect items to buyers.
Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a more reliable seller. Amazon is my go-to and after this experience, that’s exactly why (Amazon’s return policy is truly hassle free). I hope this review helps others not get scammed by these guys. Again, take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Went to submit a return request on eBay and they claim that my return was for a “remorse” return, which is false because I labeled the return as an item that is “not as described”. eBay is supposed to make the seller pay return shipping in instances when an item received is not as described (regardless of what the seller claims their return policy is). However, eBay did nothing to resolve the complaint and I was forced to pay $130 in return shipping expenses to send the flares back (which costed $294). If you do end up submitting a complaint on eBay, make sure you select “not as described” as the reason so Xtreme Trux will be held responsible for return shipping expenses (since eBay doesn’t clearly disclose that anywhere on their return portal). Otherwise, they’ll make you pay and they will not offer you a refund. It wasn’t until I filed formal complaints with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) that Xtreme Trux wouldn’t stop calling my phone off the hook trying to “assist” with return shipping expenses. They claim that they’ll offer you a “discounted” return label, but don’t believe those smoke and mirrors. The return label offered was $128 (so I guess they consider “discounted” as $2 less than the fair market value of the $130 I paid). Yet another lie they feed to the buyers who keep their doors open.
Don’t buy from these guys. Read some of the other reviews left on Google (their site just keeps a bunch of positive ones to boost their ratings so they seem more reputable). Clearly a lot of people have had similar issues with them coding their return as a remorse reason, and even using competitor’s photos to market their products. Also, if you do end up having a negative experience, file a complaint with the BBB—even though it’s not in their parameters to review, they’ll send you references to all of the numerous organizations you can file a complaint against Xtreme Trux with. These guys need to be held accountable and pay when they send incorrect items to buyers.
Save yourself the hassle and find yourself a more reliable seller. Amazon is my go-to and after this experience, that’s exactly why (Amazon’s return policy is truly hassle free). I hope this review helps others not get scammed by these guys. Again, take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Thought I would give them another shot. Their website states they are open until 7pm. I went in today at 12pm for 2 rear tires and was told they are closing early today and unable to do it... It seems to me all these guys care about is when their next break is coming. Bodhi is a good enough guy but if I can't purchase the product they offer, why would they advertise it? Don't go here unless there is no other option.

Fantastic showroom, with some amazing cars on display. 3rd time I have called by and there is always something worth seeing. One day I will get there for the Cars & Coffee, maybe later this year.

They seemed like they didn’t like their jobs, and they need to brush up on their customer service. The head of the auto center was even there when I got my tire changed and it took them over an hour and a half to change one tire and they only had one other car in the garage. It doesn’t make sense, are they riding the clock out? Do they even care about the work they do. I honestly don’t think so. They need a new car center manager ASAP

This was very disappointing. We live 20 miles from this Walmart. We took two mounted tires in to have new ones put on, even gave the guy a paper with tire size written on it. We were nearly home, when we thought we should have checked the size. Not only was the receipt written to some other person and lined out and our name handwritten, but the incorrect tire size. We stopped and checked tires, sure enough WRONG SIZE. Going back was a nightmare. The desk clerk blamed the tech for putting the wrong tire on, but it was the size on the work order. Trying to get a refund was an hour process. Had to go to service desk and stand in that line instead of Automotive handling it. No tires in that size, so we had to take our bare rims to Walmart in Bloomington, to start over.
Very pleasant, and the young man even loaded them into our truck when finished.

Last time I got my oil changed it took 4 hours because they were trying to take the tire off with 2 lug nuts left on... They are always super busy so be ready to wait a long time regardless. The only reason they get 3 stars is because their staff is nice and knowledgable.

Do not purchase anything through eBay that involves this company. Complete garbage. Placed an order for F150 grill and only received letters F&R. Paid $135 for something you can get for $33. 30 minutes after I executed the order, I continued to read reviews on this company and located a review that reflected the same exact problem I have now experienced. Advertising F150 grill and sending only the letters as previously reported. 30 minutes after I placed my eBay order and reviewed the negative post, I immediately contacted Switch City USA via phone and got voice mail. I left message regarding my new concern and stated to cancel the order if all that was being offered were the letters (and not the grill). Immediately after I left the message, I sent Switch City USA email correspondence through the eBay channel (as required by Switch City USA) reflecting my issue. Received no response to either within the required 48 hour notice and GUESS WHAT? THEY SHIPPED THE PARTS!!! eBay didn't support (I'm done with them too) and Switch City USA is non-existent. Hope they feel good about jacking me for $105 in profit.

They have my vehicle for over an hour they had my telephone number they knew I was in the store they could not be bothered to contact me either over the loud speaker at the store or buy my telephone number to let me know that they couldn't service my vehicle and the issue that they were having was an issue I knew how to fix very easily. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this Walmart to get it serviced. To top it all off I got there in a couple minutes after 7 and they were closing down with my keys in their possession still and hadn't bothered to Try reaching out to me still Which would have stranded my kids and I at Walmart unless someone else was able to get the keys for me.

Took my car to get new tires and they didn't even put the righ tires on, we bough 215 65r17 size tires but they put on 215 55r17 and tried to tell me that it's what the factory specs but oh well, it gets the job done but about 8 hours later, the new driver side tire became flat, so taking the car back, turns out it's leaking air becasue of tire sensor which was not faulty when I took it there. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here ever again, seeing they don't know what they are doing

No experience with the dealer itself but they host a monthly car show on the first Saturday of every month, 9am-12am. They are some of the most mental car shows I've ever been, with popular car vloggers being a pretty common sight. Highly recommend going to one of their car shows. You won't be disappointed.
