Went to get my battery checked by Greg younger guy and help me out perfectly he gave me some pointers He's at my battery was good he said maybe when I'm dealing with is an alternator even though it says my alternator is still good very polite attentive and very helpful 10 10 plus in my book

I was very frustrated about my battery dying after only a year and a half, and I was not putting my best foot forward. But these gentlemen were still compassionate to my situation and did the best they could to help me out. They installed the battery and made sure everything was tight. I appreciate them being kind to me even when I wasn't the most pleasant person to be around. If this AutoZone wasn't an hour from my house, I'd come here every time.

09/18 I was ill and had dead battery. Got a new one from a different location, 20th street Indian school. Again, a friend took it. When I got out of hospital two weeks later, ran good but lately is was failing to start. Made it to this location, Greg helped me, dead battery but this was the worse. I’ll include photo. Contacting corporate! Thank you Greg for your outstanding service! And clapping it on correctly without and extra screw!!!

They charge 22 dollar core charge for their batteries and only give 10 dollar store credit back. Also, their battery lasted less than a year for me.

I needed my battery checked as it was giving me some issues. The parts guy was polite. He said to me that he needed to finish up with another customer that purchased some wiper blades. After waiting patiently for about 15+ minutes, he came out to my car. His first comment caught me off guard. He wanted to know where the battery was on a 2011 Chevy Impala. I really think that he was kidding around. After the test was over we both walked back inside the Store. A few minutes later, he told me the battery tested good. No problems. I had him print out the report so that I could take it to the shop I use. His question to me before I left, he wanted to know if I still wanted to purchase a battery. I said no to him as I just didn't want to spend money on something that needs to be further diagnosed. I left the Store and got into my car. Guess what? The car didn't start! So, I went back into the store and went to the same person that helped me a bit ago. I told him that my car doesn't start. Can you give me a jump start, please? He didn't have a car. So he asked some guy next to him. Apparently that guy didn't want to help me out. I almost asked if they had a Jump Starter Box? But, I didn't want to waste there time. As I was leaving the person that helped me, asked me again if I wanted to purchase a battery. No, I don't buy parts to chase the bad part! Two items for AutoZone Corporate Office. Can you maybe invest in a Battery Jumper Box? Next Item, your parts person needs to go back and get some training on "Taking care of the customers needs!" To end this story that is so true, my friend which is a certified mechanic drove from 91st Ave to rescue me. Lol 3x, my mechanic opened the hood, and told me to keep starting it. Lol 3 more times again, the cable to the positive side was loose. The moral of this review is not to badger a young wanna be parts person it's about going the extra mile to take care of the customer that almost made a decision to purchase a unwanted part to fix my car which was not broke. I'll take my business to another place to purchase my car parts.

Johnny is a rockstar! Took care of me quickly and got me back on the road in no time. My battery died at work and he got a new one in my car right away no questions asked. I’m a wheelchair user so I was concerned about getting the battery installed in my car, but Johnny said don’t worry about it. I’ll take care of you! Ask for Johnny for awesome service!
