I have a history of being afraid of the dentist. The sound of the machinery alone terrified me. But this location finally put my fears to rest. The location is so beautiful and welcoming. They walk you through everything gently to calm your nerves. Ashley was the best hygienist I’ve ever had! And Dr. A was so knowledgeable and kind! They also have all dental specialties there, which is fantastic. Having my fiancé transfer here then planning for our future kids to join as well if we’re fortunate enough! So thankful for them changing my mindset about dentists. Looking forward to my next appointment… for once! Lol
This is a great dental office with a very clean space and the staff are nice. I always dread the dentist but Ashley my hygienist made me feel comfortable. She was gentle and kept making sure I was okay through the process. I will definitely be coming back

This is a wonderful dental office with very professional and friendly staff and up to date technology. They took me and my husband at a very short notice when we needed emergency dental work, they were so nice and accommodating. The office itself is bright and modern! Dr.Yuliya Khodak is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend her.
Lastly, the front desk staff here is caring and polite and you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes or so for your appointments.

This is the typical dentist office where people that work in there look forward to make money off your mouth...such disgusting people. These are not professionals, just money makers. They don't care about your teeth, just about their pockets. They are not there for a just in case situation, nor to help you. I would stay far away from these dentists, especially Mohammed, who is just a money maker and treats people as if they were his own and treats the assistants as if they owned him something. NO THANKS. And the only reason they are getting a star is because i was forced to put one.
Excellent experience with Dr. Rhodes and all his staff! He spent so much time with me explaining everything he did. I went through the implant procedure and he put the crown on today. He did exceptional work and he and his staff are so kind and friendly. Thanks so much!
Just switched dentists to this place and I’m glad I did- they offered up solutions to problems I’ve been told couldn’t be fixed by my previous dentist. Friendly & efficient service from the assistant, to hygienist, to dentist. They are booked out a few months but recommended I call regularly to check for cancellations which I did and was able to be seen 2 months early. This is a large facility so it does feel less personal than a family dentist, but I’m not picky in that sense. Scheduling team needs a raise & good recognition with how many people they were working with in-person and over the tele.
I reached out for a new patient appointment and within a few days got a call back and was quickly scheduled. When it came to my appointment, I had a minimal wait time. The staff was nice and helpful. The dentist was efficient. Would absolutely recommend American Dental!
From the first phone call to the very end of my visit, I was shown so much care. As soon as I left the appointment I called my mother. Who is now a patient here too..thank you for making my visit so easy and smooth. Best service and care!!!

I am so relieved to have found Family Dental in Watertown! My entire family, including my mom, have started going here and it’s been an absolute breath of fresh air. It’s always exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, the pricing is very fair and the staff is wonderful. We have even started coming for orthodontics for our daughter. We particularly love Nikii. She’s a gem.
Was At American Dental Care for a cleaning. All staff were courteous. I didn't have to wait and my appointment was exactly on time. The dental hygienist was kind thorough and even had a sense of humor. All went well, x-rays taken, teeth cleaned. X-rays reviewed by doctor and I was on my way, Great visit
the doctors are very aggressive and have no patience what so ever. today i cleaned my teeth and the russian lady who cleaned it worked VERY AGGRESSIVE. she kept hurting my GUMS this place needs to work on themselves n learn how to better work with their patients ughh

A few months back I took a chance on Smile Care Dental Group after faithfully going to the same dentist for almost 20 years. I had moved away from the area and put off going to a new dentist for a few years. Then, I got pregnant with my first child which caused my teeth to start to break down very easily. It was extremely nerve racking to go to a new dentist after all this time had passed.
From the moment Mary answered the phone I knew I made a good choice. Mary was so sweet immediately. I had several questions, and she answered every single one without making me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Then, after I walked into the office Mary had a bright, beautiful smile. She is very warm and inviting! Perfect start.
Next, I met Daryna. She was my dental assistant who is a dentist in her native country. By the way Daryna handled me with confidence and care you can feel her expertise. Daryna could tell I was quite nervous and uncomfortable. I knew my teeth were in rough shape. As soon as she started speaking I could feel her soothing energy and began to relax in her presence. That was a gift for me. Daryna was very gentle with me which was exactly what I needed. She is a very kind soul.
Dr. A was my dentist. Although the A stands for something else, I opt to think of the A standing for AWESOME. That is indeed what she is!!!

Although I have insurance, it is not even a small percentage of the money I that I would need to get all of the work done. Dr. A was extremely compassionate and understanding of my situation. At no point did she make me feel bad or awkward about it. She was delicate and direct.

Paid upfront as requested. Only partial work done. Requested the difference at completion of appointment. Told they had to verify with the owner and it should take a week. Called after 2 weeks and was told on refund list but have to wait for claim to
be paid. Claim was paid and called. Was informed refund area must review and should be 2 weeks. It has now been a month and a half. I have called, left messages, sent emails! No response. I called today and was told referring to refund department. When they said I owed $35 that they realized, finally, that I did not owe. They sent notifications back to back. When they owe me, it's as if I am not important, nor a priority. The work was not done. So I do not see what the problem is in getting the money refunded. Signed, frustrated....

Customer service was outstanding. This is not rated on the baseline of what we see in today’s society. I was acknowledged and greeted at the window. Once escorted back for my appointment, the dental assistant what pleasantly verbal with his instructions and directions for what was needed. Upon speaking to the dentist, he was quick and thorough but didn’t make me feel rushed. Everyone seemed happy and like they enjoyed their workplace.

I had a toothache suddenly while traveling in the US and went to see this place. The dentists and everyone including the receptionist were friendly and gave me the best care possible. Went to Family Dental and saw Nikki and Dr. Will for a filling that fell out. Great experience throughout the entire time I was there. They are very knowledgeable and are excellent at what they do!!

Had what I thought was a dental emergency and they were able to book me within 24 hours (they take Anthem). The front staff, the dental assistant, and the dentist were all super friendly and helpful. It ended up being nothing alarming, but I was so grateful they took the time to assure me and explain everything.
They have the most amazing staff in both departments vision and dental. My son loves coming here! Very convenient to be able to get dental and vision check up in one location.
I recently had a crown done and had Nikki as the assistant who made the crown. She did an amazing job! I almost can't tell it is a temporary tooth. Doctor Kyle is very easy to talk to and does great work, too!
Supertooth in Bethesda, MD has such kind and accommodating staff! They have taken such great care of me at all of my past 3 visits and really worked to provide the best services that worked with my insurance and budget. I happen to be a retired dentist in the Roanoke Valley. This is the best dental office in Roanoke. Staff is Everything! They make you feel like family. I have referred many of my own patients to their office. Enough said! The greatest compliment I could give out. Try them out you can't go wrong!

The hygienist was AMAZING with my special needs daughter. My daughter was nervous and figety, even though it was just a cleaning. She's had issues with her teeth before and needed some pulled or had fillings, so I understand why at 8 years old with autism and ADHD she would have anxiety.
But the lady who cleaned her teeth kept my daughter calm, engaged, and even happy. She was patient with my daughters needs and even had her laughing at a few points. My daughter can be quite difficult and the hygienist put her at complete ease. I can't say enough good things about her. I couldn't be more impressed with her. If you have a special needs kiddo, bring them here!

We had a dental emergency for my daughter whom had never been to the dentist before! For such a stressful situation that we were in they made her the most comfortable ever. Every single employee there was so kind and amazing! Our dentist was the absolute best! He was so gentle with her and reassuring every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough! Amazing staff amazing atmosphere!

This office is phenomenal! As someone who just moved from Arizona and not really having connections to any doctors, I was happy to have done my research and found this place. The staff is very professional, and everyone seems to love what they do. They are honest about pricing and always check your insurance before making any decision About what to do with your teeth. I felt informed throughout the entire process, and I did not feel rushed at all. I am so glad that I went here and will definitely be recommending everyone here as well. Also, the place is very clean and inviting. It does not have that old dentistry smell. It’s giving new! Being a public figure a smile is everything! We've used Smiles 4 Kids since our children were toddlers and they are teens now. A great place for every age, they do their best to educate, not just tell them to brush their teeth. They have always been on point handling any scary moments, my middle daughter preferred them to pull her teeth vs herself when she was losing teeth. A great staff, a great atmosphere, if I could give more stars I would.
They have very friendly, sympathetic and caring staff who give detailed information about the treatment and take the patient's benefit into consideration. We also had my daughter's Invisalign treatment done here, they took very good care during this process, thank you.

I called their office because my Kids’ dentist told us she needed a root canal and no one in our town had any availability until two months away, I called several offices in Grand Junction and this one was one of them. I asked if they did root canals because my child needs one according to her dentist the lady who answered the phone said yes we do but we will need to make a first appointment and then schedule the procedure. I thought that sounded reasonable, so I scheduled it for today. Keep in mind that we live an hour away and I had to take time off work so I can get the ball rolling with my kid’s treatment. We get here and for some reason, their windows have been vandalized (that should have been a tip-off) we check in and they want to do X-rays I asked them if they did not get the ones from our dentists because I was worried our insurance would not pay for another set of X-rays. The lady said we did not but no worries we like to do our own anyway and your insurance will pay. Finally time to see the dentist he goes in checks her teeth and says yup she needs a root canal and a filling on another molar. We can refer you to someone for this root canal. Wait a minute I thought you guys do root canals, dentists say nope we don’t so I explain my frustration and he just says well there must have been some sort of miscommunication and that pissed me off even more. I was very clear when I made the first phone call there was no misunderstanding on my part. You just like to scam people and bill their insurance. Don’t waste your time here they are not worth the boards that are covering their windows.
It’s always such a great experience coming to this dental facility. My honest daughter was a tough one when becoming comfortable with a dentist and dental assistant. After four different times of coming back after grew an attachment to Enrique he is hands down the best! My daughter Ari will not go with anyone besides him. Thank you Enrique for making my daughter feel so comfortable, thank you for being so patient and friendly and comforting with her you are the best!
BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND FURTHER TRAUMATIZED FROM AN OVERINFLATED EGO...... Seemed to be a really cool and accommodating dentistry at first and it is to an extent, that is if you get helped by the right people. Not entirely sure who the clown is that doesn't know how to do his job, so i wont put him on blast entirely but him and his clown assistant should probably figure it out and be more professional. If i tried to voice my concerns it was met with smart remarks and rude things said in a demeaning way which really caught me off guard because the consult showed me two entirely different people. It took until the sweetest assistant ive ever met came along and actually took the time to help me and the situation her rude coworkers had gotten us in. I was hurt pretty bad and needed a second to process what a "doctor" had just put me through and he went on to say " im not sure this is going to work because this is not normal behavior" like oh yeah im sure bub, id wager when someone gets an injection into the front of their mouth without any previous numbing gel on the spot he was "trying to get" so every ounce of the "pinch" was felt to the most extreme degree it should be expected.... not "taken as a surprise" and then shoved off as blame on me. REALIZE WHERE THE NUMBING GEL WAS ACTUALLY PUT AND MAYBE DONT INJECT INTO GUMS THAT WERENT IN ANYWAY NUMB AT ALL. When the incident was happening I raised my hand and winced the best i could without spitting everywhere because ms.little no help assistant thought borderline water boarding me was a good idea. I sat up as soon as they were clear from my mouth and he then couldnt wait at all for a response and instantly went on to make demeaning remarks and say beyond unprofessional things and he even asked my partner if i have a "medical condition" because the anxiety and physical pain he had caused not 60 seconds prior made me get overwhelmed and emotional.... real quick just wanted to mention that i did indeed fill out a medical history/medical chart, did dr.clown not even look at that? I was referred to this dentist by someone that had gone for more than 10 years without a single problem and i truly think my biggest mistake was not making sure i was seeing the same dentist that was nothing but wonderful for her.... if any more things need said to stay away from that clown you can look on their website and i believe the clown is the so called "doctor" with a three word description of himself. Beyond disappointed and as a patient, dont see how such a disgusting person could even get into such a position to "help people"....Dr.clown, you know who you are. Ill be waiting for an apology.
10/10! The entire staff is phenomenal! What an absolute find. I originally came to this due to an emergency, and their caring, welcoming staff put me right at ease. Doc is really great and looked put for MY best interests and treatment plan. Transparent pricing and billing based on my insurance was available throughout the process. For me, dental is never easy, and good dental is never cheap, but these folks made it the best possible experience I could ask for.
I look forward to having my dental work done at the North Roanoke Dental Associates. Dr Rhodes is very knowledgeable about the procedures his patients need. He takes time to explain them to his patients. The staff is also very knowledgeable and encouraging. The office atmosphere is cheerful. I highly recommend their services.
All the staff that I’ve had the pleasure of talking & working with truly went above and beyond for my son and I. I had to find a new dentist for my 4 year old as the previous place wanted to put him to sleep & cap all his cavities with silver, which I felt was very drastic. I was able to thankfully find and work with Dr. Ryan who took the time to fill his cavities instead of capping them (there was also 4 less than what the last place said) and he was able to be awake with local anesthesia + laughing gas. Regina and him were very patient, kind and reassured my son through all of it. Lindsey and Robin also were very sweet, helpful and really care about their patients. I would 11/10 highly recommend to anyone in need of a new dentist. Thank you again for all of your help and for taking the best care of my son! 💖
First of all this place is very LGBTQIA+ friendly! Huge plus, I couldn't recommend them enough. Mel was the one who did my dental cleaning and exam and she was absolutely lovely. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past and have avoided making a new appointment for years because of that. After one visit here I can honestly say I don’t feel the need to to do that anymore. All of the staff were very kind and relaxed and the atmosphere was pleasant. It was a really good experience. Definitely recommend!

They made me cry, worse experience ever doctor didn’t introduce herself when she came in and started working aggressively. I didn’t feel confident to even ask a question and she w walked out and left as soon as she was done.
I am a new patient to Bookcliff Family Dental as my previous dentist retired. I was so blown away by how cohesive the staff's teamwork was. My interaction with Bookcliff started with Robin who was employed at my previous dentist's practice. She facilitated matching me to a hygienist she thought was similar to the one I had at the previous practice, which made me feel well taken care of from the get go. Also, it was nice to see a familiar face at a new office. Melanie was my hygienist and it was evident that she knows what she's doing. She gave me so much information that I wish I would have known about my teeth and oral health sooner. Melanie was kind and listened to my questions and concerns. I am newly postpartum and Melanie genuinely asked if I was doing okay and how the healing was going, validating how beautiful, albeit difficult at times, motherhood can be. Dr. Ryan introduced himself as 'Ryan' which I thought was very humble, he did not have an egocentric energy to him and rather looked at our appointment as a collaborative effort. Overall, I had a comprehensive initial appointment. I was well informed every step of the way. The care was safe, clean, efficient, and caring. I have referred my husband to start receiving his care here and look forward to having my children meet the office as well. My only possible gripe is that I was informed my teeth were too white for whitening treatments, lol! Which I suppose is a wonderful thing for my teeth (and wallet) afterall. Went here to get a check up and cleaning, the hygienist cleaned about 3 teeth before the dentist walk in, told me, not asked, that he was going to schedule me for wisdom teeth surgery, which when I politely declined he seemed irritated at me, and told me I need 2 root canals. They never finished cleaning my teeth, And I never heard back from them to get the root canals I "needed".
I went for a second opinion at a different office and the other dentist saw no need for invasive root canals, or for wisdom teeth removal as they are not giving me any problems and grew in just fine and just simply gave me the fillings (not root canals) I needed and did it in a nice professional manner.
I am biased based on my negative experience with yes dental and this is purely speculation but it seems based on what happened to me, money earned per patient was a deciding factor on what care should be provided. Not what would be best/ healthiest for the patient.

Scheduled an appointment for a 6 month cleaning, 2 weeks in advance. Arrived on time and was told they were running 15-30 minutes behind. Waited for 30 minutes, only to watch 4 patients that arrived AFTER me get called back.
Best practice I have been to ever. Kind, courteous and informative. From basic cleaning to replacing old fillings, I was told exactly what was going on. Always on time, never sitting in the waiting room while assistants are chatting. Professional and clean. Finally found a dentists office I can count on
My wife went in with pain from an abscesses gum he took a bunch x-rays didn't even look in her mouth and charged the insurance for which she only has a $1000 worth of dental and "referred" her away once he billed out all her insurance money on x-rays...SCAM ARTIST
AWFUL!!!! DONT GO HERE!! was coming in for a root canal and to get a tooth pulled and they were incredibly unprofessional!!!!!!! Don’t recommend this place to anyone. The dentist walked out of my room and refused to help me simply because I have anxiety!! Truly an awful place to go especially if you have anxiety. I’ve never had a worse experience
I wish i could give this dentist office more than 5 stars. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bahrami, and I can’t express how amazing he is! He’s truly changed the way i view dentistry. He’s so efficient with his work, kind with great bedside manner. He is down to earth while still being extremely professional. More than anything you can tell how passionate is about giving his patients confidence and a great smile. He educates you, and genuinely listens to your concerns.

Excellent experience all around!! We highly recommend!! The office is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, super thorough exam, and the dentist gentle, knowledgeable and kind!! As new patients we are very happy we found our new dental group :)

Two days later, my face swells to the size of a softball because of a massive infection that i didnt have to start out with and I have to go to the ER on Sunday and miss work. AND then they still charged me for the full root canal when they didn't even complete half of it!

I have always had crippling anxiety about the dentist. I had a great experience today at North Roanoke Dental Associates. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and calm while explaining every part of the process. I had no pain during my fillings and even got to watch The Office while I was there. I have a few more dental procedures coming up and I feel more at peace knowing they will be done by people I trust. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Dr. Rhodes and his whole team!!!
Worst dental experience. They caused me physical pain when I had cavities filled. They miscalculated the numbers of fillings and added one on my second visit. They also spoke very little English!
Always professional and friendly. Good atmosphere. Very thorough and let you know your options before performing procedures. Dr. Rhodes is the best and his staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!!!

It was my first time going to this dentistry and I had a great experience! My hygienist, Abby, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable! Dr. Ryan was also very friendly, when I expressed that I had a referral sent out to an ENT from my primary, but had not heard anything, he processed to give me the contact information of one and speed up the whole process. Overall, I had a great experience and will continue to come here.

Very bad services. Waiting time can way pass your appointment time. Will waste you time,make you come back more time then really needed. The dentist is very impatient. She don't explain to you what needs to be done. If you ask an question she doesn't explain to you so that you can understand it better. No patience at all. The front desk will make some mistakes with you appointments.
This is the dentistry to take your children to! They work at an appropriate pace for the child. The front desk staff are friendly and the Dentist is very skilled, family oriented, and funny. They work wonderfully with Special Needs Families
This was my first visit to Monumental Dental. I was impressed first with the friendly office staff and the pleasant waiting room. My hygienist, Maddie was very efficient and thorough. She explained everything she did and answered all my questions. She did a very comprehensive cleaning. Dr Parker is very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way I could understand.
One of the best dental facilities I’ve even been to. The care was amazing as well as the staff. Professional, pain free and fast. The doctor was personable and kept me in the loop the entire time through the procedure. Not to mention the cleanliness was top notch. A very easy 5 star decision.
Family Dental Practice, across the fence from Riverside Middle School, is the most pleasant and nice dental experience I’ve had in a long time. The workers are all friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors carefully explain what they’re doing and always with a why. After years of dentists, this was the first place to explain my jaw alignment to me and why it matters! They also leave the big choices up to you, and don’t force you into any one choice or another. The care my wife and I have received here is second to none!
BEST dental care in the area! Ana (Anastasia) was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She made me feel absolutely at ease with the procedures I needed to get done - and that says a lot because who feels at ease knowing they need to go to the dentist and have work done?! From the moment I walked in and met with Ana, she made sure I felt safe and comfortable. She is great, and I highly recommend her! Everyone at Smile Care Dental Group is great at what they do! Overall, I highly recommend.

My dentist retired and I had no place to go. After 4 different practice I found SuperTooth!! What not to love about this practice!! From the folks at the front desk (Adam was wonderful), to the technicians and all the staff. And Dr Ben Manesh, just very Patient driven care. Loved my experience and the clean, fast beautiful office in Bethesda. Found my new spot!
Dr. Parker has been my dentist for about four years, and I have seen him and his dental hygienists several times. Every time I walk away more than pleased with their care, demeanor, and professionalism. Shout out to Maddie, the dental hygienist! She is thorough, gentle, skilled, and a joy to talk to during the procedure.
I never write reviews but this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Right when you walk in something seems off. It looks like a pop-up telemarketing office more than a medical/dental office, and there is zero effort made to appeal to their kid patients. I brought my toddler here and was told he would need 4-5 extractions. This seemed suspect since less then 2 weeks prior his regular dentist had seen him and that's not at all what the referral was for. They also wanted me to come in for multiple appointments because my insurance would "only pay for so many teeth at a time". Luckily my gut feeling paired with the uneducated, misinformed, highly disorganized, and RUDE front office staff put me off brining him for the appointment. Upon getting a second opinion he needed ZERO EXTRACTIONS and just some simple caps which was all done in a single appointment lasting less than 1 hour. This place's staff DOES NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL PEDIATRIC TRAINING. It is exactly what it looks like: a bottom rung operation run by minimally educated and unprofessional staff milking insurance money with unnecessary procedures and visits. The only reason they haven't been sued is probably because they cater to low-income medicaid patients who can't afford to stand up for themselves in a legal battle. RUN FROM THIS PLACE and believe the bad reviews.
Definitely would not recommend. My son needed cavities fixed and the procedure that was recommended seemed very intense and traumatizing so I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion, turns out the procedure that smiles for kids offered is extremely traumatic for kids to go through and goes against guidelines.
I went to this dental office today. Firstly, I was late which is my fault. Long story short this was my first visit. I was emailed a copy of a CT Scan from a previous dentist I saw earlier this year. That was a so I thought this would have been good start . After filling out my paperwork I sat for at least half hour. Eventually after I had.enough of sitting I asked the receptionist when will I be seen she said in a few minutes. Then I was called in and I sat for another half-hour and a female dentist saw the CT scan and she hit the ceiling and she proceeded to tell me that l cannot be treated because the insurance will not pay again for another X-ray and she would not be treating me. ( her attitude was lousy and I became annoyed) I said that I was told that I would get my teeth cleaned and my fill-ins done. Needless to say that answer was no Any way I was told that even if I could be treated their one hygienist available to a cleaning and one other person to do a fill-ins. Made an another appointment but I will not go back there.
Our 4 year old daughter was so scared about going to the dentist but thankfully the whole team at Smile Care Dental Group was able to change her attitude in one visit! From the moment we walked through the door, she was greeted with big smiles and a relaxed and calm environment. Once she was in the chair, Dr. Saliba, the pediatric dentist, explained to her exactly what she was going to do and asked our daughter to participate by helping her count her teeth. After the check up, she was so excited to select a toy from the Jake and The Neverland Pirates treasure chest and get a balloon animal and a goodie bag with a Frozen toothbrush, kids toothpaste and a few other surprises! We left the appointment with her saying she can't wait for her next visit in 6 months!

My visit at Smiles 4 Kids was really great everyone in the office was amazing from start to finish everything was super professional and my Assistant Perla treated me amazing and Dr.Ryan was very funny. I ended up making friends with all the girls in the office they were all like family. Such an amazing experience for sure.
