The employees at this discount tire have the patience of a saint. They do amazing work. The people that come in are SO RUDE AND STUPID I don’t understand how they deal with it. Do people not know how to patiently wait in a line?? INSANE. LOVE IT HERE. BE NICE TO THE PEOPLE FIXING YOUR CAR.

Such a shame I had to get a manager involved just to get serviced. I called 30mins before arriving and spoke to a gentleman who checked for my tire size to make sure they had them and that I was scheduled an appt since it was appt only this day. When I arrived the lady made up some lie about not having the tires available after 30 - 45mins & getting the manager involved the lady says she had the wrong number on the tires. However even the tires she THOUGHT it was I seen it on the floor. This is definitely a need for corporate to address the issues at this store. This is a big inconvenience and is need of better management. My car was the only car and it still took 3hours. I will be contacting corporate!

The staff and the Battery replacement were satisfying.However they need to do more on communicating with the customer on how long the The job will be done.It took literally too long for battery replacement.

I had an appointment and was given a time work would be completed. It’s now time for it to be completed over an hour after I arrived and car is still sitting in the parking lot. Have used them for decades. Will never be back again.

Complete waste of time. Made a appointment day before. I get there day of my appt time to leave my car. After 20 mins of waiting for someone just to help me the guy tells me I'm not on the schedule and there's nothing he can do. But remembers what I wanted over the phone. 2 other ppl waiting complaining of long wait times and terrible service. Don't waste your time like I did. Everyone there is unprofessional.

By far the BEST customer service I have ever received. I live up by Flint and came down to Chesterfield because of the people who work here and the amazing job they do. They got the tires I wanted ordered and shipped within a day then when I went to purchase the tires I decided I wanted new wheels as well. The ones I wanted were not in stock but my man Mike made a phone call and I had the wheel and tires on my car within 4 hours. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Mike, Cole and Brendon as well as the ENTIRE staff at Chesterfield Discount Tire! I will be a forever customer at this location!

Discount tire wants you to make appointments to plan their work. They send several texts and emails to confirm the appointment, only to overbook on the day of the appointment. The tire installation itself was fine, but the appointment procedure is ridiculous.

I have been going to Discount Tire for years and am never disappointed. The service today was quick, and the staff was great and kept me informed of everything that needed to be done with my tires. I was impressed they came out and met me in the parking lot when I arrived.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Had an appointment for two slow tire leaks. They had my car completed under a hour and sooner than the mobile link said it would be done.

Let me say, the guy that I dealt with was polite. ALL OTHERS INVOLVED were useless. Dropped off my truck to get 2 tires replaced. Walked to go eat . Except they call as soon as I sat down. I kid you not " we can't get your tires off" ¡¡!! AT THE TIRE PLACE !!! SO , I asked if I can take them off will you still do the tires. They said "yes....but the won't come off". Needless to say , I walked out to the parking lot and loosened them right up !!! Then this woman employee there copped a weak ass toddler attitude . Obviously angry because I just made them look stupid. So I went to Costco....were they EASILY removed my tires and replaced them. Moral here is NEVER go to this Wal-Mart auto center for tires...they don't know how or are just incapable.

Made a 7 AM appointment, arrived at 6:50 in the morning. Nobody there. Time goes by, finally see someone at 7:15. Guy manages to setoff the alarm on the door. I leave at 7:25 without an oil change. No phone calls or anything to indicate they were going to be late.
This place sucks, don't waste your time scheduling an appointment, you'll be disappointed like me.

The greeter Jaime G. was very kind and got us checked in very quickly. Our technician Leonardo C. did very well in taking great care of our car as well as getting things done in and efficient matter. Great service for a great price! Very much appreciated!

I've been calling the Norwood store for over half an hour trying to get information. I've called several different departments and the "operator" and no one will pick up the phone. Its past 9 am, they've been open for hours, does anyone work there?

I go there often enough for them to recognize me especially the very slim guy with head band. He usually believes everyone didn't do or say what they need to do to get service. Also, he is always making up stories to suit the situation when wrong. Prices great on oil changes and tires usually but customer service/accountable sucks at times.

I ordered my tires off there site which it wouldn’t let me order the correct size, but the size that the site wanted me to order, and it was wrong. So. They had another brand to give me in the correct size for 10 bucks more each tire. Which was fine. I had an appointment at 11:00am and at 1:45pm they finally got my tires on which by the way was only two tires! 😳 they have 15 people running around in there doing nothing 🤷🏻♀️ about 7 other people in the waiting room waiting on there cars and trucks 🙄 Not one person in there happy that they have waited so long! Ridiculous!! This place needs a strict manager and someone to organize the place! So if you have all day to shop and nothing to do, then this is the place to get tires or your oil changed!!

My car has been totally fine hasn't been leaking oil hasn't been burning oil it's been in really good running condition until I Went to Walmart for an oil change at the end of October 2023, they did something to my car because all of a sudden it started burning oil and it's not leaking it's burning inside the engine. By the middle of November I almost seized my engine because there was no oil in the car. I don't know what they did to try to bring in more business but they really messed up my car and I can't afford to fix it. Never ever ever bring your car to Walmart.

I visited this location on a Wednesday and arrived at 4pm to ask if they had time for a battery replacement. I spoke to Fernando and received really friendly service. I was surprised given the low ratings here, but I understand many people only write reviews to give low ratings.
So I was told there were two people ahead of me and it would be a 2 hour wait. The check in process was seamless and they sent me a text saying my vehicle was checked in. They sent me another text 10 minutes later to notify me the service has been started. I did my grocery shopping and the service was finished within 1 hour. I was pleasantly surprised how quick it was (mostly because of coming in with low expectations) and I checked out quickly as well. Really appreciate the friendly and seamless service provided by Fernando.
I did try calling the auto care center multiple times to try and get an appointment but never got through. This was the case for multiple Walmart auto care centers around Austin as well. So this was the only frustrating part. I ended up just showing up, I think it is first come-first serve for battery replacements anyway.
Also there is a small waiting room you can sit in while you wait.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome, I didn't get his name. I was waiting in line and the guys who were initially in the bay just kept looking at me but didn't come and help so I went inside and the two black males that were at the register advised me that they should come to the car and I explained they just kept looking at me and did not help so they took it upon their selves to help me. I never been there before so first time and didn't know what to do. Glad I went in to try and check in because I would not have known what to do. Thanks to the two guys.
