I work as a mobile groomer. Yesterday our work van (Ford Transit 350 HD) had a flat tire that I found around 7:30 am. I called Paul's around 8 am. They quoted an hour to get to me in Zephyrhills. They arrived early! They were done fixing my tire in about 30 minutes. Their price was extremely reasonable in my opinion as a mobile worker. It was under $200! They saved my entire work day and I am extremely grateful. Todd was our technician and he is amazing! Professional, understanding and fast. I passed along their info to my boss and we will absolutely being calling again if needed. Thank you for saving the day!!
We woke up to find a flat tire on my spouse's work van. This would have ruined the whole working day and the business would have suffered as a result. We called Paul's to get a quote, not only were they super nice and professional, but very understanding of the time crunch this created. They sent Todd to patch the tire and he showed up very quickly, much faster than the quoted time. He was able to get the tire off and patched and had her back on schedule within 30 minutes. Todd was Very polite and was very professional and he made the whole process less stressful. These guys understand how vital time is to a mobile business and it shows with how hard and quick they got this done. 10/10 would recommend and use the services again. You've got a friend in Paul's!

This location is *extremely* busy and I initially had a miscommunication over an issue with some bolt nuts which are mostly related to the Subaru car make because every car has its idiosyncrasies. I got a bit frustrated at first, but Carlos and especially Jacob worked very hard to make it right. Jacob was a magician in fixing the issue!

In the end, they helped me with an issue that other actual shops had quoted me at being a much more serious repair. They saved me a lot of money and worry. In the end, I definitely would trust them and go here again. They are honest and do a great job, even while they are turning out a ton of jobs every day.

My experience at Discount Tire at 8219 Research Blvd was absolutely excellent. Their service reps came out from behind their counter to greet you, and then walk around your vehicle to understand your needs. They are polite and professional. After you sign in, they send you a text that lets you see the status of the job. I arrived 15 minutes before my 9 am appt and by 8:58, they had me checked in and ready to start the job. The store is bright and clean with very comfortable chairs for waiting customers. My car was ready as promised in 45 minutes. One of the best service experience I have had…and this is how to run a business. Thank you Discount Tires!
Great Service and Quick. Technician Tae came to service one of my wheels as it was flat when i woke up this morning. He was friendly and greeted me right away. Tae found my issue and pointed it out to me and got straight to work. I would recommend this service to anyone in the area.

⚠️ Beware of Unauthorized Work and Misleading Practices at This Discount Tire Location ⚠️

What started as a simple tire replacement for my Tesla turned into a nightmare. The initial experience with the sales rep was fine, but everything went downhill from there.

Upon pickup, the manager convinced me to pay extra for a wheel that would "match" my other three. Instead, they swapped ALL FOUR wheels without permission, replacing my valuable Tesla wheels with cheaper silver ones. Worse, this unauthorized swap triggered multiple brake system warnings in my car.

When I called to resolve the issue, the manager blamed me for the brake problems and refused any refund, claiming the new wheels were now "used." Red flags I missed: they initially tried to sell me four new tires on my 2023 Tesla with only 11k miles.

I've contacted corporate and hope for resolution. The second person I spoke to there was helpful, unlike the store manager. I'll update this review if the situation improves.

Avoid this location if you value your time and money. They seem more interested in upselling than providing honest service. I've added photos of the warnings and the unwanted wheels as proof.

(I'll update this review if Discount Tire resolves this fully without further action on my part.)

No accountability, sloppy service.... I went there to get tires mounted. There were about 8 people before me. I mostly waited outside on a bench. I was watching my tires being worked on, and then I got a text stating my car was ready for pickup. I could see there were still at least 2 tires not even mounted yet, but I went in anyway in anticipation that they would be pulling out my car and then come call my name and hand me my keys. That never happened. I waited 10 minutes and then I noticed my car was nowhere in sight, and I went and asked about it. The "Senior such and such" - no manager on duty this day was handed me ,y key out of the pouch behind him and told me my car was probably parked in the back. So I guess it's up to me to locate and retrieve my car. I walked out back - no car. I went back in and "Senior whatever they like to name themselves guy" told me it was probably across the street or in the adjacent lot. They finally located my car but that's not all. This is not the biggest deal even though it is bumbling idiocy - the reason I am writing this review is because the "senior blahblahblah guy" tried to Gaslight me twice which really pisses me off !! Don't stand there and tell me (TWICE BTW) that they called my name when I walked inside the moment I got the text saying it was ready - and the car was still up in the air with not all the wheels on it yet. Therefore they had NOT pulled it out and there is no way they would have called my name to give me the keys or tell me it is ready. DO NOT BLAME THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE WRONG!!! OR ELSE YOU WILL GET REVIEWS LIKE THIS. I don't like to argue with people who are trying to gaslight me and tell me something was MY fault in front of a room full of people when it was actually THEIR fault. I don't write reviews often, but Discount Tire "Senior Cornholio" Needs to just say sorry instead of blaming the customer for their own shortcomings. Now please excuse me while I go post this on the other review site.

How do they do it? The service is outstanding, even when the store is packed. Some of the friendliest and most helpful gentlemen around. Truly a relic to see this kind of service these days. Bravo to Discount Tire for your incredible hiring and training.
Tae was awesome! we had a flat tire on interstate 75 and he took care of us. He was very professional, fast and knowledgeable. I will definitely use your service again whenever needed. Thanks 😊
Tay was very professional and just by speaking to this young man on the phone, I already knew I was in a winning situation! People Like Tay are getting harder and harder to find. I’ll definitely always use Paul’s from now on, just because of Tay.

David was very helpful and understood that we needed help with our flat tire over the phone and when we got there Jose immediately came and assisted us and got us what we needed right away even though they scammed us for 2 new tires at least they were quick with us and gave us a time frame of an hour they got us in and out within 20 mins. Also the water boy in the corner was really nice, quick, and even cute would come to this location again.

Primo service. I scheduled online, arrived 15 minutes early and they were done installing my 4 new tires in about 25 minutes. Really good communication and customer service in a world where that’s hard to find these days.

These guys are great. Quick, economical, and reliable work. Plus, they obviously respect and enjoy working with each other and helping customers. If you have to deal with a flat, these guys make it as painless as possible. Making an appointment by phone was effortless. Only good stuff to say about DT.

I was running on some bald tires, needed a quick solution that could keep me on the road. Antone from Tireworks provided me with an estimate of choices specifically for my make and model of my Toyota Corolla. He got me in next day and worked with my difficult schedule. I would definitely use their services again. It feels like I’m driving a new car again!

My partner brought our car here on a Saturday morning for tire repair after we suffered a major flat the evening prior. We didn't have an appointment but they had no problem getting us in. We found out that our tire actually had two punctures (a huge gash and a smaller puncture next to it) but they were able to repair both quickly without issue. We were impressed with their outstanding customer service and will definitely return for future tire needs.

I had a leak in my tire and I called a bunch of other tire places and they were all either rude or completely booked and didn't have time to help me. I called Tire Works and right away they were polite and helpful. I came 10 minutes after calling and was done within 15 minutes. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely be using them again! Great experience!!!
These guys are my good Samaritan! I was stuck on the side of the road with flat tire and a spare that was low on air. They stopped, changed the tire for me, inflated the spare, and did not charge me a dime! I would have been stuck there for hours waiting on my roadside service. It's great to know that we still have kindhearted people in the world!

Came twice with my old mustang and was given tremendous service, last time I went I went to their sister store and got all 4 done for a great price. Coming soon because I just noticed a nail in my rear tire on my bmw and after seeing still nothing but great reviews I know they will do great. Don’t forget to tip the tire guy!

Customer service is great. I had an issue with my bolts being cross thread and we figured out that it was the front end damage on my car and not the mechanics cross threading them out of negligence. Lesson learned on my end. This is the best tire shop I've found in my entire 33 years in Tampa.

I’d give this place more stars if I could!
A co-worker recommended Tire Works to me, and they were great!
They gave me a few options to choose from, and I ended up getting Michelin Defenders, which made a HUGE difference in how my car handled, especially in all this rain.
They are my go to place now for tires!

Ask for Tony; he answered all my questions and had my car in and out in no time. Great customer service.

I was in a pinch, Alex was on top of it within 30 seconds of pulling in. Just a quick plug and gone. Cheap, fast, friendly tire repair what else could you ask for?
Very satisfied with my service work performed. My service advisor, Ashley, was AMAZING! She was extremely friendly, kept me updated and answered all of my questions. I was worried about where to bring my truck for 3 recalls due to bad experiences with other service advisors at other service centers in the past, but I truly believe my experience was even better because of Ashley. The mechanic also found a broken rear axle shaft which was not something I was aware of, but I am happy they pay close attention to stuff like that and they got it replaced asap! Would definitely recommend, especially for any recall work!
Truly can't and won't complain about the service here. They communicated with us throughout the whole process and gave us a better deal than a competitor without even knowing it. Arrived at 8 left at 3 due to them needing to find parts. The overall cost was $1500 for breaks and rotors on my 2021 Ford Transit 250.
Four calls during business hours to check on tire availability. It rang for almost three minutes each time and nobody ever answered.
Woke up.. had a knot in my shoelace. Thought my day couldnt get any worse...
I made an appointment for service 90 days ago through the call center Schomp Ford contracts with to schedule service. When I got to the dealership there I was told I had not been scheduled. I even received a text confirming my appointment. This is the second time I have scheduled service through the contracted call center and I have left the dealership in my vehicle without service. It is a frustrating experience trying to have a vehicle I bought from Schomp serviced at Schomp. The dentist is less stressful.

I had/ corrections. I have a recall that was repaired by the service department. However, the recall before being repaired cause over $400 in cosmetic damage (which I repaired out of my own pocket) the first time. The second time, I got a quote for the same damage and once again 400+ to repair it. The service rep documented the damage and stated that she would submit it to Ford. That was Dec 2022, and other than a response to my inquiry 100+ days ago. The rep still has not let me know the status
Turned away 15 minutes before closing time due to not having enough staff. There were 2 employees back there. Not sure how many it takes to change 1 tire

Horrible experience here. Took my wife's car in for a warranty oil leak. Received the car back after a week and almost zero updates. However, the biggest problem was that her entire car was still COVERED in oil from the leak. It's absolutely everywhere. Then, to top it all off, both of her quarter panels now need painted because of giant gouges in the paint. Our service writer, Alec, has been incredibly unprofessional throughout. I've left him 4 messages to call about my issues, and still no call back after 4 days. That's terrible service. Hopefully, the boss reads this and actually will handle our problems. But after several calls i doubt it.
On-time reasonable price warranty keeping tire cost ten extra from rate given
Had an oil change. Later, I was on the road and had a blowout tire . I called AAA for services, and they sent 2 helpful guy's , #1 took my donut tire and said that it needs air, but he returned to put on the vehicle for a spare, but it didn't fit. No one had my keys last but the WALMART auto shop. What happened to the new spare tire? How they switched.
Having come from a nearby (Portage) Walmart auto care center that won us over from competing tire shops, this location has had the complete opposite effect. You need an appointment for any tire work done, but it typically takes 4-7 calls (with associated time on hold) to get ahold of them to set up an appointment, then for a significant portion of our "appointments" they are running so far behind that they don't pull the car in until 45+ minutes after the appointment, so they're effectively running the place like a doctor's office. Completely normal for shops to have the occasional bad day, but issues, mistakes and delays are the pattern at this location.
Customer service was great! I called right before closing because of a tire issue I was having. I can't remember the lady's name, but she told me she was from New York. and told me to come right over, and thank goodness I did. My tire had split inside. The tech said I could have had a major blowout riding in the interstate! Thank God I toke the side and backstreets to get there! She was so helpful and so courteous. Hope Management sees this review and gives her a raise! Also, if you have any service done at Walmart, make sure you keep your receipts. The store had a new upgrade with their system, and everything I had done didn't show up but I had my receipts.
Cindy kienow happy us so mush thank u.

I had a great experience with them! I could not afford a brand new tire at the moment, but with the rain, I felt I needed something better than what I had. The gentleman was super professional and polite, even offered me a heater while I waited a very short time for him to replace my tire. I highly recommend them!

Do not go to this service center.

The only leniency I will overlook is the fact that I do drive a low-quality, manual 2014 Ford Focus... But that does not excuse the atrocious customer service.
-After 3 separate visits over January, the initial reason for my visit, a check engine light, was never fixed; in fact, the advice I was given was to purchase "better quality gas."
-No follow-ups from my attendant (unless I went out of my way to contact them).
-No sense of urgency or transparency regarding whatever work was done to my vehicle...
I understand mechanics must make daily quotas but to have to wait 3 to 5 days just for them to start diagnosing (regardless of the 2nd or 3rd attempt of turning the vehicle in) seemed ridiculous. Telling me "I'm a priority" and proceeding to not do anything is an absolute joke.

I cannot stress this enough, do not waste your money at this establishment.

After having poor experience down the road with another tire shop, I turned to Tire Works to repair of a flat. Super friendly, quick, helpful and professional. I wish I had been using them before and I’ll definitely be going back for future needs.
Buy tires, ship directly to the store, and schedule all in the app with no hassles in less than 3 minutes of you k ow what you want to purchase. Along with warranties honored at all walmart tire centers no matter where you go. Highly reccomend!
Long story short, they didn’t fix my issue and were not much help. Long story longer I took my vehicle in to have the windshield camera calibrated due to having a new windshield put in. I was having issues with one of the safety features. They went and looked at the windshield and then said they’d let me know when it was done. I came back and the technician report said all is working correctly. I got in the car and drove a couple blocks, I was still having the same issue as when I took my car in. I returned to the service department and let the representative know. She returned to my car with me and let me know that it was likely because the incorrect windshield was put in originally. However, if that was known beforehand and it was known that the calibration would not have fixed the issue, that should have been communicated to me. Overall, everyone was pleasant and courteous, I just can’t rate them any higher because I paid for them to service my vehicle and fix an issue and nothing was different from when I brought it in.

I personally have no experience when it comes to tires. Having to replace and keep up on maintenance always makes me nervous. I heard from my friend about this new family business - so I thought I would give it a shot. I’m very pleased with my interaction from start to finish. Prices were FAIR, service was FAST. The refreshments they offered were a great treat too! I will definitely be back, and share the word to my friends and family.
I really appreciated the time and care the staff provided. The staff was very approachable. Staff provided me knowledge about the product I was purchasing. The staff guided me towards areas of the auto section i was looking for products in . The selection of products at the super Walmart center was great. Most of the Walmart brand items were of the best quality and best price. I did find everything I was looking for; and used the app to find things that were in stock elsewhere. It was clean, easy to navigate, and well lit. Overall, a very pleasant experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center.
They were incredibly efficient! Jake helped me, and he was professional, friendly, and expedient. This was my first time having my car serviced at Schomp Honda, and they completed my 60,000 mile service. Their inspection report was incredibly detailed, and they quickly identified an inexpensive fix to an ongoing problem that I had delayed fixing, because a different company wanted to replace my entire airbag system, when it turned out all I needed was a new cable. I will definitely be getting my future service at Schomp Honda.
They got us in and out of there, although we had to go back and have a valve stemvm replaced, they still managed to get us out of there fast do that we could reach our destination. We were on our way to vacationing..
They can be helpful at times. Usually just permanently short staffed anymore. I used to come here for basic automotive needs. It’s less hassle and stress free if I just do my own basic car things like changing oil. The days of Walmart lube centers is dying.

Worst ran tire center I've ever seen at a Wal-Mart. Ordered 4 truck tired on 5May. Website shows they arrived on 10May to the Hammond Wal-Mart. I had an appointment on May16 to install them.

I showed up on the 16th, parked IN FRONT OF THE SIGN SAYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, went inside, and I was told they do NOT take appointments or honor appointments scheduled online. They ignored me asking, "What about the sign I am parked in front of saying you do?"

Anyway, they couldn't find 1 of my ordered tires. Told me to come back the next day. I did, and they STILL didn't have the missing tire. I came back on 23May, and they had the tire but were not taking any more customers that day.

I returned on 24May before 3pm, and I was told they were about to close EARLY. I STILL couldn't get my tires installed. That was my FOURTH attempt to get tires installed they had since the 10th.

Screw them. I got my refunded and went to a different tire place. I had my new tires within 2 hours!
I was there with my Mom, she was getting her car serviced for it's 60,000 mile warranties. They were very kind and explained everything in detail to her, about what needed done and even gave her a $50.00 discount! They have a wonderful, clean, & accommodationing waiting area. Were they have a personal who brings you drinks, salespeople who answered all of her questions about trading her current car on, for a new 1. They offered us a shuttle to anywhere in the city, while we waited the 2+ hours. We stayed there. The only "ding" was the tv didn't wouldn't work. And in fairness I didn't bother asking for help, I'm sure they would have gotten it on for me!
OMG, this WM is the worse, from cancelling grocery orders to TLE. We get a flat, it's raining, and everyone's annoyed, mainly because it's raining. There's 3 ppl sitting around on their phones, it's 4:42pm, WM TLE closes at 7pm and you're not taking any customers, I don't understand how you have 2 plus hours remaining on your shift and you would rather play on your cell phones, why not just close, you aren't doing anything but riding the clock. You can clearly see that we were on a flat; at the least offer us some air. I hate that this is now "My Walmart." I still have to drive to Covington for good service. If I could've given this store zero stars, I would've; PERIOD! We went next door and it was just the valve stem, the job took about 5 minutes to fix. WOW! So disappointing, and I'm a Walmart employee!
They are so nice they try there best to get me into a car and what's great that still looking in there inventory to find me a car meet my budget!
1st time here for service. They were very courteous and informative. Will definitely go back.
Took my Altima to a different dealership first and was told I had to get a new transmission, but they might be able to fix the problem by updating the computer for 300 dollars.
Then contacted Conklin in Hutchinson where they changed the fluid and discovered that the computer Update is covered under extended warranty. Did the fluid change for a reasonable price, updated the computer, did another update for free, and gave the car the best wash it's ever had.
I'm a very satisfied customer! Love Conklin!
Love these people, great friendly folks. Appreciate doing business with them.
They Did an awesome job repairing my pickup. Always kept contact with me.
Thought I would give them another shot. Their website states they are open until 7pm. I went in today at 12pm for 2 rear tires and was told they are closing early today and unable to do it... It seems to me all these guys care about is when their next break is coming. Bodhi is a good enough guy but if I can't purchase the product they offer, why would they advertise it? Don't go here unless there is no other option.
The body shop did an awesome job on my truck, also the repairs we're completed under the original estimate. Saved me money, time and hassles. Definitely, recommend.
Haven't had any issues. Employees were helpful and willing to make any issue right.
I went in to get four new tires put on. Took over two hours, but the bad part is someone who was there before me was still waiting when I left, and they were there to get ONE tire. Checked my paperwork, and it said my tires were inflated to 33. My recommended psi is 30. I checked them when I got home only to find they we're all filled no less than 36. They were all different, and one was almost filled to 38. I had to remove one of my tires myself so I could fix the hubcap, which was not put on the right way and covered the valve stem. Unacceptable.
They seemed like they didn’t like their jobs, and they need to brush up on their customer service. The head of the auto center was even there when I got my tire changed and it took them over an hour and a half to change one tire and they only had one other car in the garage. It doesn’t make sense, are they riding the clock out? Do they even care about the work they do. I honestly don’t think so. They need a new car center manager ASAP
This was very disappointing. We live 20 miles from this Walmart. We took two mounted tires in to have new ones put on, even gave the guy a paper with tire size written on it. We were nearly home, when we thought we should have checked the size. Not only was the receipt written to some other person and lined out and our name handwritten, but the incorrect tire size. We stopped and checked tires, sure enough WRONG SIZE. Going back was a nightmare. The desk clerk blamed the tech for putting the wrong tire on, but it was the size on the work order. Trying to get a refund was an hour process. Had to go to service desk and stand in that line instead of Automotive handling it. No tires in that size, so we had to take our bare rims to Walmart in Bloomington, to start over.
Very pleasant, and the young man even loaded them into our truck when finished.
Worst experience ever. Will NEVER come back. Nobody cares about your car or doing a good job. Everyone inside has a bad attitude like you're bothering them for bringing your car there.

I went for an oil change. That includes airing up my tires. I had a low tire light on when I got there, so I knew I needed air in my tires. I get in my car to leave and the low tire light is still on. I ask them to air it up and they say I need to drive my car around for the light to go off and that they already did. No i don't. I know my car. As soon as it reaches the right psi, the light turns off.

They begrudgingly agree to check the air in my tires "again". The guy has to look at the sticker to see that my tires should be at 35 psi, then shuts the door. If he had actually looked, he would have seen that the front tires should be at 35 and the rear tires should be at 38. He didn't care.

Low and behold when he actually aired them up correctly, the low tire light went off. He then proceeded to tell me that I probably have a bad sensor or a bent rim. HELLO!!!! If you had done your job correctly the first time, the light would have been off!

One of the most infuriating experiences ever. They treated me like I didn't know my car or what I was talking about. Just because I'm a 23 year old woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.
Last time I got my oil changed it took 4 hours because they were trying to take the tire off with 2 lug nuts left on... They are always super busy so be ready to wait a long time regardless. The only reason they get 3 stars is because their staff is nice and knowledgable.
The employees are hard working and very helpful. The wait time for new tires was about 49 minuets.
Quick service, free Wi-Fi and drinks too! 6 stars
They have my vehicle for over an hour they had my telephone number they knew I was in the store they could not be bothered to contact me either over the loud speaker at the store or buy my telephone number to let me know that they couldn't service my vehicle and the issue that they were having was an issue I knew how to fix very easily. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this Walmart to get it serviced. To top it all off I got there in a couple minutes after 7 and they were closing down with my keys in their possession still and hadn't bothered to Try reaching out to me still Which would have stranded my kids and I at Walmart unless someone else was able to get the keys for me.
Way to expensive and try to get you to do unnecessary work
Took my car to get new tires and they didn't even put the righ tires on, we bough 215 65r17 size tires but they put on 215 55r17 and tried to tell me that it's what the factory specs but oh well, it gets the job done but about 8 hours later, the new driver side tire became flat, so taking the car back, turns out it's leaking air becasue of tire sensor which was not faulty when I took it there. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here ever again, seeing they don't know what they are doing

I had two tires replaced. I called around to three different shops and Walmart had the cheapest prices, but I was concerned about the bad reviews so I went to another place at first. They didn't have my tire in stock despite having just called them without any mention of that fact. Rather than wait a day, I chanced going to Walmart. The process is very simple. You arrive and park in the back by the auto service garage. Someone, in my case a nice girl named Carla, approaches and gets your information. You are then escorted to the waiting room which is attached to the store. You can shop while you wait, I did not. The gentleman working on my tires came into the waiting room to ask me if I preferred the white lettering facing outward so it matched the other two, which I thought was nice of him. I told them to save the spare for me and they did. The whole process took about a little over an hour. I got two all terrain tires, plus hazard warranties, plus a rotation for less than it was going to cost at the other place just to get their cheapest tires. I can't say for sure the job was done perfectly because I have only driven on them twice since, but everything seems good so far. I will personally be returning to Walmart next time, especially since they rotate my tires for free now (after first purchase) and I have a warranty which only cost $10 per tire.
