Ok y’all!! If you need a great doctor, look no further. Lisa Price has been the greatest to work with. I’ve been going to her for a really long time and will drive out of my way if I have to just to keep her. She is so caring and really takes the time to get to know you. You’re not just another chart, you’re an actual person with her. She is also no nonsense lol. If you’re not following her directions on improving yourself she will let you know but in the most supportive way! Why? Because she actually cares.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Lisa Price for my annual exam and was so impressed with her and the entire staff at Plano Wellness. Lisa was caring and efficient. She answered all of my questions and offered options and alternative suggestions for me to consider. I was so pleased with her attention to detail. Dr. Diaz, Lisa Price and the entire team are amazing.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Diaz for several years. Always have a great experience with her. She always takes time to explain things and answers all my questions. She’s always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Her staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend her if she still takes new patients.

I was told to come for an appointment that I made with your call center And they told me to come in at 2:15. I came before the time being to explain that I have an appointment to be seen. The two front desk women who were Asian and Arabic were Very welcoming and pleasant. They were looking to fix the situation and the Black woman who were the Pink outfit was super UNPROFESSIONAL and Belligerent.
I really felt very uncomfortable, and I can see under the other staff that they also felt uncomfortable for my behalf. I will no longer go to this location ever again, even though I’ve been here for years, but after today, I’ll find another establishment to go to.
I will miss Dr Joey Fernandez and Charmaine.
Please teach the young African American lady manners. Her attitude is a risk to your business.

I am no longer receiving care by Plano Wellness. I now have another provider. Unfortunately, I was never notified/ prescribed my medication, had a rough experience at an imaging place I was referred to by here, and also now I've got a $800 bill because apparently it's out of network. I was notified by my insurance, not even by the imaging place or Plano Wellness. To me, this is lack of attention and care from Plano Wellness. My experience here has not been what I'm looking for but I still want to thank you for your care and time.

Ataliya Yocheved Shlomit was born here, we received wonderful care. My birth plan was respected, except for where it conflicted with hospital regulations. I do wish I was able to move around to help manage labor pain like they allowed me at GW hospital in DC with my previous daughter. We did have a hiccup when the pipes burst over our bed, the nurses came immediately, and moved us along with all our things to another room. I was also provided cloth diapers once they knew I was cloth diapering. We visited GMBC from June 6, 2021 I til June 9th, 2021. I was allowed to labor naturally with monitoring. It was a challenge not being able to manage my labor pain like I wanted and them not allowing me to deliver my baby in a position that was comfortable for me. On my back and sitting up is definitely not the best way to labor. For that reason I wouldn’t go back. The main reason I chose to give birth here due to low c-section rate, which for that main reason I am glad I chose to give birth there.

I'm only giving this two stars because everyone was nice and friendly. Came in with leg and ankle swelling. No dvts but urgent care was also concerned that it may have something to do with my heart. They didn't even do a blood workup, echo, or xray of my heart. The doctor that I saw seemed like he was in a hurry and diagnosed me with leg swelling and told me to follow-up with my pcp. I will not be going back to this hospital.

This pains me to write as I've been a patient for over 20 years of the founding physician, Dr.Orielly. The decline in service and care started a few years ago, with the lowest of low happening most recently. The mistakes, wait time, extremely rude patient service, and poor follow up is unacceptable. Considering the options available to other patients in this area, I'd highly recommend any patient take their business to an office who cares about the quality of care and not the quantity of customers.
Pros- it's a clean office and has a large parking lot. They have an in-house blood draw open part time for convenience.
Cons- This office is so busy, mistakes are frequent. Most recently, a trip to a pharmacy for a script that was never called in. The call into the office was unsuccessful as they do not accept calls, rather screen and require a ln automated call back. This process can take up to 30 minutes in my experience. This call system is true for any scenario. A simple appointment can take up to 30 minutes.
The office has very unrealistic expectations and ask that patients arrive 20 minutes early to guarantee to be on time.
Regardless what time you arrive, you will wait to see your provider past the scheduled time. I've never seen the provider on time, even when I've been the first patient of the day.
The turn over is frequent. It's impossible to connect to a provider *especially if you're pregnant, since they cannot retain staff. To be fair, I've since transfered so I cannot say if this is still an issue. I'd suggest you be mindful that it is possible before choosing this practice.
They do not stock certain standard birth control, which requires you to make a follow up appointment after picking up the prescription (birth control shot)
The front end staff is very rude. Most recently I overheard a office worker "why am I the one who has to answer these stupid calls". Another separate time I waited for the office woman to finish ranting about her distaste for the BLM movement. Whether the window is closed or open, you will hear the distaste these women have for their customers. Which is ironic since there is almost always an audience of customers in the waiting room listening on.
I've waited to share this review as I wanted to show grace to the office during their transition out of covid. I understand it was a very stressful time for providers and had hoped the lack of quality care and customer service was a result of burn out. However 3.5 hears later the care has continued to decline.

I am so sad Womens Health merged with another practice. The secretary at the Shelton office was always so nice, answered the phone promptly and always got me right in for appointments. Now you call a phone line where no one answers or calls you back until the next day. It feels impersonal. I may have to look for a new practice. I cannot believe how hard it is to get a hold of someone.

My worst experience here. I had to switch Dr. Office for my pregnancy. I had took my NIPT back in July. They said it will take two weeks, I am still calling asking for my results. In addition, the billing department supervisor is extremely rude. Elizabeth was no help in.

I agree with other reviewers - how can I not get my gyno service provider on the phone? This is not OK and needs to be addressed straight away. I have an appointment for my yearly, however I got a call from the office (weeks after my appointment was made) to say "it's time to make your appointment, your insurance was approved". Why didn't they/the office know I already had an appointment? Today I get a text that it's time to make my appointment - again, I already have one. So I call. Hahahahah, joke's on me! You can NOT get a person on the phone so I used the automated call-back option. The computer calls me back right away and it's the whole rigamarole all over again. Women's Health - you need to get your systems in place and do a better job at the admin part for your clients. Net net - I'm not sure if I've ever received worst customer service from a health care provider. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a gyno.

I dont really leave reviews but I had to leave one I recently gave birth to my 3rd baby and u was so skeptical about a hospital birth again because my first was in the hospital and my experience with L&D nurses was terrible why I chose my second at home which was amazing and I loved however pcs in with the military last min in to pregnacy didn't gave me much option no one was taking me me because I was too far along however at 36 weeks I decided to go to er at upper Chesapeake cause I was having some pain and contractions went 2 more times after that and my visit was horrible 💔 and last min I decided to switch GBMC and it was the best decision I made they L&D nurses was amazing u could tell they love there nurses they listen to me when I told them everything and I admire them for that they were four nurses in particular Karen she took over from the. Night nurse I can't remember her name for the life of me but she was amazing especially when I was like this is my 3rd and when I push that button and say baby is coming please listen because I will gave birth soon she prep the table right away she related my msg to the morning nurse which was Karen I think was her name when I push that button Karen was with a patient but the other nurse came in she was about to check me but I said no because baby is coming in next contraction I just knew it by time she went to door to call Karen baby was out but her response to running and attending to me and my baby and the rest of nurses and doctors was phenomenal i felt safe onto my post partum recovery jullian and Mariah was amazing words cannot describe how I was so thankful for them taking care of us they were really good listeners and GBMC is lucky to have them I would recommend them a million times for L&D in Maryland thank you guys so much hope this help and sorry for long review .

This office is unprofessional, incompetent, and insensitive. This past year I was told I needed a procedure due to a pre-cancerous lesion. I am a cancer (leukemia) survivor so naturally I was immediately anxious. This office tells me their machine for the procedure is broken and they don't know when it'll be fixed. I want the procedure ASAP so we schedule it at the hospital instead of having it done in office. Day of the procedure, I get to the hospital after taking off work and preparing to be put under anesthesia, and the hospital informs me that this office cancelled my procedure. They never called me to inform me and later it was understood that the doctor thought the procedure wasn't a big deal and that I could wait until the machine was fixed to have the procedure done in office instead-- she made this decision for me, didn't ask me, and did not call me to let me know it was cancelled. Naturally I was furious, and the receptionist had no clue as to why the nurse never called me. I end up scheduling the procedure in office anyway because I wanted it done ASAP, and am visibly anxious as I am a cancer survivor. After the procedure the doctor looks at me and goes "well the blood can return to your face now". I have every right to be anxious about ANY procedure on my body, but to know I was a cancer survivor and make this comment after a pre-cancerous lesion had to be removed was unprofessional and insensitive. I will NEVER be scheduling with them again. If I could give their entire staff 0 stars I would.

This place left me hanging without a doctor at 37 weeks. They claim they didn't handle high risk pregnancy yet their website states it. Beyond unprofessional. They billed me wrong and refuse to adjust anything. Made false notes in my client chart...the list goes on with all the horrible things they did. But I refuse to waste any further energy I just wanted to warn other mamas. I'm so glad I ended up at Yale me and my healthy daughter were in great hands. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Cut my arm needed stitches waited 3hours 40 minutes still not scene. Hospital staff very rude and seem as if they could care less. When ask about time they longest wait time was 6 hours. Went elsewhere stitches in and out door in 40 minutes. I always regarded GBMC as good hospital but I’ll never go back. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered with. I know it was a small cut but it was swollen and concerning to me Wow very disappointed. Bill Streett

I've gone here in the past and so when I checked on their website, it has a drop down that lists services and Urgent Care is listed. I printed off the forms to save time and filled them out. Went in, and was informed they no longer have Urgent Care since 2019. Okay, then take it down off your website! It creates a lot of confusion and wasted time. Plus, see to it that when someone searches for Urgent Care, Cedar Health isn't listed. Keep on top of things! Having said that, the receptionist that helped me was very friendly, helpful and kind. She's a good face for the business.

Dr. Graunke is a life saver! if 10 Stars was an option I would definitely put that down. I went there because my long time doctor's office in rawlins closed. And I'm so glad I did because they are absolutely amazing caring and so helpful like they listen to everything and then they fixed it and they gave me tons of options which is amazing because my normal doctor was not really that helpful but I'm super excited I know it's only my first visit but I'm really really glad I came

i had a visit in 2021 that was MY FIRST visit and MY LAST I did a walk-in and the wait time was reasonable bc obviously I didn’t have an appointment, 2-3 hrs, the check in was not bad at all but once you get in the back ,if you don’t have anything major going on they make you feel like you wasted their time. The doctor I had for which I don’t remember her name had TERRIBLE bed side manner , and maybe that’s just the way she is and probably I took it too personal but we don’t know each other so why did she belittle the personal information I told her as my health care provider for that visit? it went a little like this … well if you didn’t choose to do that, then this wouldn’t have happened to you… and she practically asked what more do I want and then dismissed me. I understand that the day probably was busy, there were a lot of patients and that’s the reason so I would suggest the front maybe limit the amount of walk-ins so the back won’t feel so overwhelmed?

The girls in the front are amazing, so patient. Jessica the surgical tech is so sweet. She was willing to answer any questions for me. She made each and every visit personal and informative. Princess is amazing. When Jessica wasn't able to get in touch with me she called me. She answered any question I had over the phone after I asked it 2 or 3 times. The morning of my surgery she was understanding and made me feel comfortable, she listening to ME. Dr. Bracero listened to what I wanted and he gave me just that. Many times we are always just being sold something. I told Dr. Bracero exactly what I wanted and sweat had bothered me for so long. He didn't try to push any other procedure on me. Im not finished with my healing process but with each day it gets better. I feel relieved to have the team that Dr. Bracero has put together shel9ing me and answering any questions. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is look for a friend, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable team.

1. The billing/claims department is atrocious and some of their staff are rude and unwilling to help resolve any issues.
2. They go through physicians just as often as one would change underwear. I have been coming here for 4 years and the last 2 years I have seen 4 different physicians. No consistency in care and very uncomfortable experience for one that is not comfortable in an OBGYN office to begin with..

That is weird to see such negative reviews to womens health center. I have been going to their clinic for 10 months, My experience was really wonderful. I am lucky to meet these people who work there. The staff are always really respectful and kind ..they are always welcoming. They meet me with a very cheerful and smiling face. Dr O'Reilly is so professional he always listened to me and to my concerns. Even i dont speak English well .. he tried to understand me and to be patient with me

Nurse left to pick her kids up from school, came back and kids ran around for 20 minutes while I, the only patient there, sat and waited until after closing time to get my shot. This was in the occupational health clinic upstairs.

The One Star is For the Two E.R. Nurses that helped me keep my sanity when I was having a panic attack over fear of a C.T. scan. As far as the E.R. Dr. Michael J.Santiango you can go Stuff yourself!! I use to say GMBC was Better than all Maryland Hospitals, But not anymore!!! I was in pain from my I.V. complained of Numbness in my legs and needed help but because I refused my C.T. scan( I had a bad experience) he rudely said I was abusive to his staff and threatened security on me. Oh only after telling me that I may have a blood clot in my lung and if I refuse medical care I could go home in die.

Dr. Houlis and his team were very professional with me and very familiar my procedure. I underwent breast lift surgery and it went AMAZING to say the least. They were very thorough with the process pre-op and post-op. I very much highly recommend everyone to come here if you want to be looking and feeling your absolute best. Staff was very rude and disrespectful to a friend of mine who was at a vascular surgeon. Mocked her, hoping she didn't have covid.

Dr.Bracero and Dr Houlis are a great pair !! I went in for a consultation for gynecomastia and they were both very informative of the procedure and the details surrounding it. Their clinical staff was very helpful as well hands down best place to have your procedure done !

Dr. Houlis and his staff were very professional and caring with my situation and my procedure. They took the time to explain everything in detail and walked me through the entire process step by step. I underwent gynecomastia surgery and it went great. I highly recommend to anyone looking to feel your best!

We had a great experience at Cedars Health today! We needed to be tested for Covid-19. We called Cedars Health (they do 15 minute testing!) and spoke to very nice staff who directed us to go to the South side of their building, to pull under the white tent and to call the office to let them know we were there. We followed instructions and another very nice staff person came out and administered the tests. About 15 minutes later we got our results! The forms we had to complete were minimal and they came right out to take care of us!
We actually went to WMC's Respiratory Center on Fenway St. first. We were given paperwork and told we'd have to quarantine and wait 2-5 days for test results. If that wasn't bad enough we then waited so long without any help we got disgusted and left.
The experience we had at Cedars Health was polar opposite and we really appreciated it. The last thing you want to do when you are not feeling well is to sit in your car for a couple of hours waiting on a test knowing it's going to be another wait of 2-5 days to find out if you have a positive result! SAVE YOURSELF SOME AGGRAVATION - GO TO CEDARS HEALTH!

I have been at Cedar Health Clinic many times over the past two years. And visited with the staff more times than that.
Every in person or phone experience has been pleasant. The staff is always kind, cheerful, and understanding.
I can not say enough Good words about Dr.
Skaf. He is very pleasant, and gives me all the time I need during each visit. When Sheridan Internal Medicine would not give me a referral to the Sheridan Cardiology office, I sought out Dr. Skaf since he had done emergency heart surgery on her. She referred me to him, and he is in the process of getting all the tests I need before open heart surgery.

Had CO2 laser resurfacing treatment. Procedure was quick and comfortable. A little redness which is to be expected. Definitely recommend them. Pleasant staff & excellent Drs. Going back for Liposuction.

They were confused on how to diagnose me and then prescribed me a medication that didnt help at all. I went to another doctor, who told me that it should have been treated differently. This was almost a year ago, and I'm only now getting the treatment I should have had.

This is where I got all my treatments for breast cancer. I met my oncologists, radiation oncologist, and nurses who took care of me for my 16 rounds of chemotherapy here.
Dr. Amber Guth, Dr. Yelena Novic, Dr. Lakeisha Nacoste and all the staff are super! Very friendly, professional yet so assuring. Ricky is indeed the best phlebotomist and Frida is one of the nicest nurse I have met. And Nina, who took care most of my chemo sessions, is here as well.

I have seen Dr.s Lovell, Skaff, and Belle and can say unequivocally they are all three on top of their game.
Dr. Lovell knows how to explain to you and answer your questions in a way you can understand yet without talking down to you. I feel like he is genuinely concerned about what concerns me. The only misgiving I do have is his office staff. They need a good office manager, and that's all I'm going to say about that!

This is by far the worst clinic I have came across. Please don't waste your time going to this office. The so called doctors are not about patient care, it's about the quantity of patients they see.

Unity now runs it and for the most part it's improved
The Walker-Jones where I do most of my doctor visits still is more efficient and my preferred choice.
I've noticed improved relations between staff and patrons
The place is huge
It seems to try and bring a lot of awareness to the nearby community of resources nearby
