The customer service here was above reproach! I went in seeking information, and left with two hats. There are a wide range of items/merchandise here. If not on hand at the location, they can more than likely order it for you. If you're looking for knowledgeable salespeople and good product I recommend this store.

Bullocks is great. Unsurpassed customer service, excellent product selection, and fair pricing. We shop here whenever we visit Glenwood Springs and inevitably find several items to bring home. Cute store and staff was great but Boot Barn website advertising a full grain leather boot but manufacturers website for Durango Crush boot says is all man made materials. False advertising. Disappointed.
We went in looking for one pair of boots, and left with 3 pairs and clothes. Trish was very personable, present and very insightful. Even thought there might have been other staff there(?) Trish was the face of it all. Our family would absolutely go back there. She deserves a raise and recognition
The personnel is RUDE. Whatever you do...do NOT ask to use the restroom! I was FLAT OUT lied to by one of the women working downstairs. I politely asked to use the facilities, she looked me up and down and said " We do not have restrooms". She then proceeded to say the nearest one was "down the block". After expressing my urgency, she suggested the library across the street. Turns out the restaurant next door (and adjacent) shares a hallway to the restROOMS for both. I mentioned this to the rude woman...she didn't budge. I mentioned this to the cashier as I was about to make my purchase (which I placed on hold while touring downstairs). His response was even worse. He said "There's no need to be so aggressive". I was never aggressive. She lied to him saying she never told me they don't have a restroom. He went on about MY behavior so I said "Oh yeah? Keep it.". What they don't realize is I was about to purchase the beautiful red purse as well ($570.00). I've never been treated so aggressively.
They have a LOT of amazing stuff in there. I could just get lost in that store.
SO glad I stopped in on Hwy 9 near Cathcart to see the great store loaded with western gear and much more. Gail and Heidi helped me tour the extensive sales floor and I'll be back for the blue jean sale soon. Under $50

Great little western wear specialty shop! Tons of boots and button up shirts. Way more selection than many of the chain stores!! Fantastic experience.
Bought a great pair of boots there. The old guy (think he's the owner, super nice and helpful). Later I had a three year old belt that was falling apart, went to Beth West and got a new belt, it's ten years old, looks as good as the day I bought it. Tomorrow I'm going to go buy my last wallet. Most of the Chinese ones last three or four years. I expect a Beth West one will last 30 years. Beth West products are a long term investment.
After a few years of coming to this place I thought it was a good time to leave a review. Shawn runs the place and is always there to answer questions, help you pick out something and to offer some good advice. His place offers the hands-on customization that alot of these products need and YOU deserve. He’ll help stretch boots to fit YOU. He’ll take your old worn out floppy hats and make them stiff as NEW! That’s proof enough he’s in it for the service of the customer and not to sell something. He could easily just sell you a new hat and never offer to repair them at a fraction of The cost. I’ll be back as much as necessary

I was really impressed with this western store. Lots of options for boots, hats, clothing, and accessories. It looks great on the outside and inside. The staff was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, their selection of faux-leather boots is only available online, but I was happy they had anything even if it was just online. We were able to find my partner a hat (which is hard to find his size)! We'll be back for other Western wear.
This is a great medium-sized western store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I wish they had more faux-leather options, and my partner's head was too big for their available hat sizes, so we had to go elsewhere. But we'll come back for sure.

Beth Western is the only place I'll purchase boots from. I Have been buying working/riding boots for my father and I for 5 years. Great and sweet workers and welcoming warm atmosphere, could browse all day! The boots below were just given to my little sister, Ive had them for years!

31 years in the business and you can tell why. Great staff that is there to assist with their wide variety of boots, clothes, tack, buckles, and spurs! Nice selection of saddles!
Stopped in for lunch with my wife. First visit. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. Beer was cold. Jalapeno cheese curds Appetizer was large and delicious. Food came out quick. Everything was good. Atmosphere was nice. Other customers friendly too. We will be back.

Fun experience, a little difficult to find but worth it. If you know the movie or the history it is super interesting! Worth the experience. We went after we visited Doc's grave site.
It was a great experience. They were normally closed on Monday but they were open so that we could have the family there for lunch after a funeral. We had about 45 people and the waitress was great. The food came out very timely and it was great!. I would highly recommend this place!

Two sales girls do nothing help customers. They are just standing together and whisper, laughing. The promotion is fake . Don't recommend and so disappointed.

The absolute coolest store! We’ve been to many many western stores and this one takes the cake for best selection, best staff, best pricing, best quality, and best atmosphere. We bought boots and the cutest vest ever. The Doc Holiday museum is also located in the store on the basement level. It is super cool and definitely a must see! Highly highly recommend!
A true treasure of a store. Scrumptious merchandise, delightful salespersons, and the location couldn't be more divine. I purchased a beautiful strand of Native American pearls that are authentic, documented and gorgeous! The price was reasonable and I felt pampered the entire time there. Thanks! I'll be back!

Don't shop here. The staff here are rude. Specifically the store manager here has pathetic customer service skills.Please stay away from these people and shop. All the reviews about the staff being rude are true. The staff literally ignored us when we asked questions as if we are not there. I will make sure to write a feedback to Armani about the store manager here. I am 100% sure Armani is losing a lot of business at this store because of the staffs carelessness. Armani should have some responsible skilled person as store manager at this store.
Many years ago, I purchased a ring in Santa Fe by Scott Diffrient. I absolutely love the ring and wear it daily.
Recently, a local jeweler was cleaning the ring and noticed that the stone was cracked and went about trying to repair it. He indicated that it might crack further over time.
I contacted Malouf on the Plaza a store in Santa Fe, New Mexico which specializes in jewelry, weavings, and fashion accessories. I explained the situation with the ring and wanted to see if something could be arranged to have the stone repaired or replaced.
This is when I met an exceptional representative of the company- Adrianna. She indicated that she would reach out to the artist and see what options may exist. She assumed the responsibility of trying to have my ring repaired. She coordinated with the artist and provided timely communications to me. Fortunately, she was able to coordinate the repair of my cherished ring.
In my experience, it is a rare individual who volunteers to resolve a problem that occurred many years ago. Many individuals would simply brush-off the problem not wanting to be bothered and would just move on. Not Adrianna, she is indeed such a rare individual.
By her actions and initiative, she demonstrated her solid committed to providing quality customer service. Seldom have I found a representative of any retail store who displays the attributes and exceptional follow-through that she has provided to me. She greatly surpassed my expectations.

We hosted an employee appreciation event here for around 70 people last month and everything was great! Apps, food, drinks, servers were all top notch. Bartenders were always smiling and took great care of us. They even had a band for us to enjoy and the fires outside were great. Thanks for a great time!

I stopped in today on my way from Michigan to South Carolina. I saw the store on the side of I-77 and had to stop. I was relieved to see it's a 30+ year family run business. The staff was so accommodating and super friendly.

Awesome place. Staff was very friendly and helped my wife find the right jeans and even had her try them on and talked through the fit. I didn't think there were stores still out there like this one.
The wonderful smell of leather and the sight of all that great leather just makes it one of the most pleasant places. The staff is wonderful as well. One of my favorite places to visit.
This place is so beautiful when you get inside. They have a mechanical bull and dart boards, we weren't able to use them because we had a wedding rehearsal after we ate. Our waitress was so sweet and took good care of us, and there were many. Everybody loved the food they ordered and the appetizers were so delicious.

We stepped inside to see the Doc Holliday historical items. You might as well step inside just for the history and you might even end up buying something. Inside is very interesting. Pendelton brand items. Souvenirs. Clothes. Stetson brand hats.
No trip to Santa Fe is complete without visiting Malouf’s! The jewelry is amazing and the service is fantastic. I have never met a rude sales associate; they are always extremely patient and helpful without making you feel pressured to purchase something that day. The newly expanded clothing section is a great mix for the upscale bohemian with a twist of southwestern style. I was extremely impressed with the communication from the store while shipping and receiving items that I had purchased. Shout out to Barbara who was so fun to shop with!
Popped by here on a warm Saturday morning to take a look at what they might have. First off we noticed The Boots! So many great choices for folks of all ages and tastes. Great selection of hats, western shirts from modern to old fashioned to patriotic. Also western jeans - so many!! Even a few bolo ties if you are looking for these. We looked at belts, too. Many choices in cool designs, but alas, no matter what design we liked they didn't have the size we needed. That's okay. We will pop in again next time.
What's also good is the big parking lot so if you're hauling a trailer it's easy to access. Also friendly staff who want to help.

Drop into Bullocks, they have a nice CO history and always offer a wide selection of clothing options as well as jewelry, boots, and hats! On 9/2/22 went to this store and purchased few items. When got home - realized it was damaged. The next morning went back, told them about the damage and they refused to exchange, they were totally rude and took off all responsibilities regarding the damage, first time such ridiculous situation. Super frustrating. The person that sold me the item was quietly watching as the manager was “managing” the situation. Not as frustrated for loosing basically $65, as much as the customer service, wow! What a poor skilled management! As a person that works in sales for years - never saw such absurd. Do not buy in this store, better stay away, otherwise you’ll get with damaged stuff at home and the next day they’ll wash their hands off. Worst store ever been to.
If you want an experience along with your western wear your in the right place. One of the few (possibly only) and best western wear stores closest south of King County. I will only get my hats from them because they put extra time and effort into making sure they have the perfect curves. Wish we had more all around the PNW.
Probably the best experience I’ve had in awhile. The food was fantastic and the rodeo was great. This place is a must for anyone.

Awesome little local shop! Having the brands they carry in a local store without having to travel 30 mins to an hour is a great plus. Very friendly staff and a huge selection of apparel. Everything from Reef flops and Hey Dudes to Huk shirts and Whiskey Bent hats! This place is garbage. Been here twice and both times no one is willing to help you with anything. I went in looking for boots for my daughter this last time, and not a single person to help was to be found. There were some people standing around talking but I didn’t know if they worked there or not, nobody tells you hello or welcome. The worst thing is that they don’t keep any inventory on the floor, it all kept outside in some storage building so it’s not like you can just go try on boots/shoes by yourself. Rude people…I’ll take my money else where.

I bought a pair of tanner marks snake skin i love them but my buddy who know boots said the sold them to me too dry and scales were already peeling im gonna call them tomorrow and see what they say but the price was great. He said likely they have been sitting there years with out any care they dried out alot

Came in to get some things for my 5 year old son. The staff initially ignored us even though it wasn't busy. When I asked about youth hats the gal working rattled off some hate size numbers and walked away. I had to start pulling hats down myself. She finally helped me a little with finding the youth jeans and belts, but I really didn't feel very welcome. I tried to be enging and mentioned my son has taken up horseback riding and she just smiled disinterestingly and walked away. I was really surprised at the cold shoulder, maybe because we weren't "regulars"??? We spent over a hundred dollars and THEN they seemed to warm up a bit. But we'll go elsewhere next time. They get the the two stars for selection and cleanliness but just so disappointed in the customer service.
This store is awful. No returns only exchanges, Another retailer using Covid-19 as an excuse to screw over customers. They have no dressing rooms and if it doesn’t fit you can’t get $ back on their overpriced clothes.
Absolutely one of my favorite stores in our small town. Not only is the customer service great, but they always go above and beyond serving their customers. My wife was in there today and they didn’t have my size in a pair of boots. They immediately called their rep and ordered my boots before my wife was ready to checkout. This is one reason I always go to a “mom and pop” store vs chain. Mom and Pop stores like this brings next level customer service. Their prices are always spot on. So far everything I have purchased has been 5-10 dollars cheaper than online, for us bargain shoppers. I hate shopping online and being able to go to a store like this and get it same day is great.
