I need to put a sign showing shipping and receiving so I'm not walking around the building next time. It is God off a heap that's a 104. They need to do something with their gate because I have a camera there where somebody to open. Up the gate because the truck is sitting out there waiting for somebody and it's the you're gonna be an accident.
One of the best Jerky‘s I ever had. Loved every bite of it. It’s now 5 months since I had my last one and I still dream of it! Thanks Ling Kee for that wonderful and super delicious jerky!!!
Hard place to get to sorry place to unload have to back in off the street unfriendly people, cars in the way.
I see there was a few drivers asking if they have overnight parking, the owner responded to them saying they have overnight and to just call the office and figure it out with them. Gonna be there for a 6am appointment, I just called the main number given and they right away said they do not accommodate overnight drivers and have no overnight. It is interesting that the owner and employees are not on the same page, and have no idea what they do or don’t do. Just a heads up drivers, they do NOT have overnight parking.
I went there today. I had spicy and mild beef jerky (Both taste good, but spicy is the way to go 😋).

If I could give zero stars I would. Should be illegal to hire someone that doesn’t speak English… yet alone have an entire company that doesn’t speak it. Literally all they could do is grunt and point… in broken English told me that I could park overnight but when I got here all the gates were closed and couldn’t get in.
Really excellent and delicious Chinatown jerky. Beef, chicken, pork and more. Tastes a lot like char sui. Excellent and has been there forever.

Hole in the wall Asian jerky spot. They do one thing and they do it right! Tried both the soft and hard beef jerky and both are delicious. A little sweet, pretty smoky, very fresh. Recommended for any jerky lover.

I drove 3 hours to buy pork jerky. I picked up 10 lbs of pork jerk and they were all mold. I called the owner, and she said there is nothing she can do. She is absolutely irresponsible! I’m going to contact NYC health department!

NYC Chinatown local store selling authentic Malaysian meat jerky. They sell all kinds! Spicy/Non-Spicy Pork Jerky, Spicy/Non-Spicy Beef Jerky, Shrimp Jerky, and Curry Beef Jerky!

FCFS. Overnight? maybe. Park by the fence of the wood chopping business. Be prepare to move if asked to. MUST used exit 8 of KY4 left onto Finney Dr. Staff is great, you'll be out in 45min. Delivered with a 53ft. Not 53 friendly but manageable. Unloading will take place around 8am after their local box truck are gone(more space to work with)
Wow wow wow. Esmeralda catered a Día de Reyes and 3rd Birthday party for my family. The food was INCREDIBLE. Everyone at the party could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. 1000% recommend for delicious food and amazing customer service leading up to the party and on party day. If you want authentic Puerto Rican food this is your place!
This place is the best! They are always so accommodating to my boyfriend and I (we have very different schedules and we recently moved here from Chicago and we always have a craving for authentic Puerto Rican food) and this place never disappoints! They are always so kind even when we do call to order close to closing but they always serve us with the biggest smiles! We will always recommend them to anyone that listens!

If you’re driving around looking for some tasty Puerto Rican food, look no further. This spot has been consistently delicious the three times we’ve eaten from here. They don’t have an actual sit down restaurant which is quite disappointing, but the counter service gets the job done. My only gripe with this restaurant is the portions are very small which surprised me greatly considering the plates are pricey. Regardless, you are guaranteed a tasty meal whether you order mofongo, pernil, chicken breast, yuca, or even treat yourself to some flan. There’s not many Puerto Rican spots around so don’t miss out on this one!

Been craving real authentic Spanish food for a while and found this place. 100% recommended the best white rice that you don’t even need the beans for. The tripleta sandwich was delicious also just how it taste back home . Thank you we will be back .

We have used Totally Chocolate for all our trade shows. They allow us to customize our chocolate bar wrappers, and their chocolate is delicious. And, what really stands out is their customer service and professionalism. I just cannot recommend them enough.

I was one of the first openers in 2009 not hard work terrible management besides Glenn Ruffalo Amelia the supervisor did not know what the hell she was doing the place had mold It had gnats the supervisor Amelia would put the donuts on the dock to cool off which is unacceptable At the time the pay was nine bucks an hour they said they would give you a dollar raise they never did the place is just terrible with management and everything else

I applied to their Food Accelerator program back in January, I had to submit a rigorous application including a video presentation which I took while I was recovering from Covid and submitted samples, which I had to overnight with FedEx and wasn’t cheap at all. I did everything I was asked and waited but no one got back to me even with a simple reply that I didn’t get into the program. No respect or decency for my time and money.
Awesome crew. Only draw back is that it's extremely tight. Bring all your skills and patience.
Overall I give you guys 7 out of 10 the drivers showing up without product sometime is very inconvenient if you guys don't have it the chef should be notified prior to order being placed as US foods does.

I like Union Kitchen . I bet it's pretty fun for the cooks and chef all getting to work together in communal space . As a driver, I like that I only have to call a number to have the food delivered to me outside . 5/5
We order custom chocolate gift boxes every year at the holidays for our customers. From design to shipping, the process is always so smooth. Very fast unloading, very small parking lot, doesn’t bother me tho because the way I see it is the smaller the dock area the faster they have to unload in order to make room for other trucks

The presentation is always beautiful and I love the Belgian dark chocolate and so do our clients! I especially appreciate the excellent customer service from my account exec Wendy! When my first order did not arrive exactly as requested, she went above and beyond to make sure my order was corrected. This is not your supermarket beef jerky. Rather it’s fresh and soft and totally delectable. Today we bought a half pound of the beef and it was a big mistake that we didn’t buy more!!! We are trying to come up with reasons to go back to the Lower East Side to pick up more, and the other flavors too.
Please be aware that their delivery drivers are destructive and irresponsible. It will cost you time and money cleaning up after them. The company will not hear complaints.

Top notch customer service throughout the process. We ordered 100 boxes of the assorted chocolates with our logo on the 4 x 6 chocolate bar in the center. We had a custom designed band on the outside of the box with our firm logo. Totally Chocolate offers high quality production, materials and excellent tasting chocolate. Dorene was the rep who helped us create the order. Her communication throughout the process was timely. Her suggestions and ideas made the purchase very smooth. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a gift to impress your clients and business associates.

Great service! I contacted Totally Chocolate about a month before I needed 1,000 chocolates. They were quick to respond and get my order moving. While the design I came up with was much too detailed for a 2x3 piece of chocolate, their design team was great about cleaning it up and making it look amazing! They were packaged well for shipping and came individually wrapped. The chocolate tastes great too. I would highly recommend this company and would return for any future needs!

Our chocolate business cards continue to get a smile and joyful response – and that’s a great way to reinforce my appreciation for client business. The quality of the product is seen in the smile of our customers as they enjoy their first bite. I was just introduced to Union Kitchen physically this weekend on July 22, 2016. i had often heard of it. I thought it was amazing. PEOPLE were everywhere doing what makes them happy. Working up ideas, cleaning etc. i am glad to be involved in an organization that is so community.
I'm proud to live in a city where a Union Kitchen exists. Nestled in the heart of Ivy City in NE DC, Union Kitchen is a place for DC food and beverage start ups to use an industrial kitchen and a city wide distribution system to get their product to market. There are 50+ members from businesses making anything from cotton candy to chocolate to ice cream.
Union Kitchen has a grocery store near Union Station called Union Kitchen Grocery and it's amazing!
From time to time, Union Kitchen opens to the public for fun tasting events. If you can snag a ticket, I highly recommend it!

Great place with lots of startup food companies. It's sort of an incubator of sorts. It's not in the best area, but reasonable during the day.
