Here’s the straight dope. They’re very kind; enter off Holmes, ring the buzzer for entry. Tight backing, but that’s what we’re paid for…
Very rude people and they don't speak English.
I need to put a sign showing shipping and receiving so I'm not walking around the building next time. It is God off a heap that's a 104. They need to do something with their gate because I have a camera there where somebody to open. Up the gate because the truck is sitting out there waiting for somebody and it's the you're gonna be an accident.
I see there was a few drivers asking if they have overnight parking, the owner responded to them saying they have overnight and to just call the office and figure it out with them. Gonna be there for a 6am appointment, I just called the main number given and they right away said they do not accommodate overnight drivers and have no overnight. It is interesting that the owner and employees are not on the same page, and have no idea what they do or don’t do. Just a heads up drivers, they do NOT have overnight parking.
If I could give zero stars I would. Should be illegal to hire someone that doesn’t speak English… yet alone have an entire company that doesn’t speak it. Literally all they could do is grunt and point… in broken English told me that I could park overnight but when I got here all the gates were closed and couldn’t get in.
Truck entrance on Holmes rd East bound. Median in the middle prevents turn from the west. Gate on Fannin is outbound only. Receive 10-1. Delivery trucks have to load out first and then receive deliveries.
Entry off Holmes. Gated. Hard to get anyone to open gate. Meanwhile blocking traffic.
Kind of tight inside but it can be done.
Called night before about overnight parking. Was told could park on street. This is INCORRECT!! no street parking anywhere around. Loves 35 miles south on Texas 288.
Fast unload. Once in a door unloaded in 35 minutes.
Everyone I talked to was nice even if information was wrong so 4 stars. I will gladly come back.
