Had an amazing experience will definitely recommend family and friends. My visit with the Dr was very thorough and straight to the point. Was in and out in no time. Will definitely keep bringing my kids to this practice.
Doctor propt is the best. She went Harvard and she is incredibly smart she knows everything. I trust my kids life in her hands. She’s never been wrong.
Not a good experience. They misdiagnosed my daughter because they uploaded another baby’s results in her portal. No one ever noticed until I did and called them. Front desk horrible customer service.
Arrived on time. Waited 35 minutes. Told we would have to wait another 45 minutes. This was for a routine school physical. Don't waste your time folks.
First time visiting the clinic. Enter the office and was greeted immediately and was given instructions step by . Everyone was kind and courteous.

I’ve always loved taking my children to this doctor’s office, they’re very informative and seem to really care for my children. However, I don’t like the fact that I will be early or on time to their appointment and still have to wait an hour to get called back to a room and then have to wait an additional hour to get seen by the doctor. I also don’t like that the parking in the garage is now $20 flat fee when that’s basically the only parking we have for the doctor’s office.

The parking fee to see physicians there is $30 for the first 10 minutes. I made a mistake and arrive on the wrong appointment date, I quickly exited the building, was told I spent over 10 minutes, so $30, ridiculous! At this point, I need to be going someplace else.
We have been going here for 3 years with both children. Jessica Malek is our doctor. She is amazing. The staff there is fantastic. Everyone from the front desk to the back are so kind. They are quick and timely too which I appreciate so much with small kids. It’s clean and very quiet.
They are amazing pediatricians! Dr. Ransom is the absolute best. Spends her time getting to know the kids and is very patient with new parents. We have also had Dr. Kreuger as a substitute and she is wonderful as well.
don’t waste your time here. the doctor is super rough with babies. the girls at the front eat at the desk then go finish doing their job without washing hands. my baby was sick and they wouldn't see her because i didn't have a mask on. never going back to this place. they all suck.

This place has become an awful clinic setting since Dr. Sherri Mitchell retired. I haven’t seen a doctor since. There has been plenty PA’s with terrible bed side manners. Sad, but I refuse to pay for a two minute visit after waiting a whole hour to be seen. Prescriptions not being called in. That’s just the half….
We see Dr. Malek and she’s always running on time, very efficient, and answers all our questions! I also have to praise her staff, including the front desk and her MA’s/nurses. If we ever need a form filled out for my daughter, we usually get a response almost immediately and have it completed within a couple days.
I had a horrible pediatrician the first 8 months of my baby’s life and that’s what forced me to look elsewhere. I looked on google and found this place & when i called, the customer service had me at their door the next day!! I literally recommended dr lau to all of my family and friends because her and her staff are amazing. Ive never left that clinic upset or unsatisfied with any of my kid’s visits. My kid is now a toddler & anytime she gets hurt at home, she immediately says “call dr lau.” See most kids hate going to the dr but now my little one loves loves lovesssss hers! As far as the staff, they are always welcoming and smile the entire time. Im not sure where the negative comments are coming from! Best pediatrician everrrrrrrr
I hate this place so much. I’ve been coming here for three years since my kid was born I have so many negative experiences here I only came back for the doctor I liked but not worth it anymore. Receptionist are very rude sometimes (not all the time) and there’s honestly no point in making an appointment. They’re gonna see you when they see you
They take their sweet time. Which means you have to pay more when you leave any of the surrounding parking garages.
They also would rather you come back and pay for a 2nd appointment instead of telling you lab results over the phone or via website.

Perpetually late! It doesn’t matter what time the appointment is or when the appointment is made; they will be incredibly late. I’m getting tired of having to wait 30 minutes plus to be seen. They either need to stop stacking patients or change their policies because the times only get worse each time we come for our kiddos to be seen. I like my kids’ doctor, but the wait times make the appointments take half the day.
I absolutely love this clinic. They don’t over book so wait times are not ever more than 30 minutes on a busy day. If you don’t have an appointment they have walk in hours in the morning and afternoon for sick visits. And the walk in time is also not a long wait. Dr. Lau is very professional and very kind. My children feel comfortable with her and safe in her care every visit we have with her. Her staff is also very friendly and professional. I’ve never had an issue here. I highly recommend this clinic.

have been taking my kids to this clinic for quite some time and i live about 45 mins out but its worth the drive, Dr. Hay is always very meticulous when addressing my kids needs. i highly recommend this pediatric clinic also the front staff is very friendly and the nurse ana is amazing! always on point

She has always shown interest and care for both my children and has their best interest at heart! They LOVE seeing her at each appointment with many hugs! Thank you so much Dr. Hay!!

Dr. Malek is amazing! My son had health issues when he was 6 weeks old. Dr. Malek, caught it early, took appropriate action and went above and beyond to support us through the stressful time. Three different Doctors at Texas Children’s commented on how impressed they were Dr. Malek and told us how lucky we were to have her. Now my son is a year old, and I could not agree more. We feel so lucky to have a Doctor who is approachable, positive, efficient, kind and always listens to my questions and concerns. I believe we have the BEST pediatrician in Houston.
Maggie O was very unprofessional. She do not have any costumer service skills . I’m not understanding how’s she a manager of either clinics . If this continues I will report both clinics.
I am so sad Rainbow pediatric is out of the network of our new insurance. All the staffs are always willing to help. Yes, sometimes some of them might not be smiling as big as you want them to but they are always polite, professional, and kind. What I love most definitely is Dr Lau! She was my baby first pediatrician, I like her so much that I switched my older one to her as well. She is so patient, always takes her time to answer all of our questions and concerns. I never felt rushed or being treated poorly. As I am sitting in our current pediatric office, I realized how organized Rainbow pediatric is. They always took us in at our scheduled time. On time. They respect patients time who is already in the schedule, they even blocked off 1-3pm for walk ins which come in handy when the kiddos get a fever or any allergic reaction out of the blue. I appreciate them for under promise and over delivered. Because it is a walk in, first come first serve, they tells us the worst case is our kids might not be seen. BUT we made it every single Time as a walk-in. The facility is very clean and organized, I usually don't like doctors offices but rainbow pediatric makes me feel comfortable. In conclusion, if your insurance covers, go see Dr Lau from Rainbow pediatric 💛
We love all the doctors and nurses from this practice. They are super friendly, patient, understanding, supportive. I’m very happy I found this place for my child. Vaccines can be stressful for a baby but the nurses are so patient and playful, they make it so much better. I highly recommend this place.
It only takes one visit for the impression of the clinic. Had an assistant that possibly wasn't trained properly or just doesn't much care. Called us to the back, didn't introduce herself, didn't have a friendly attitude towards my child or myself. Most definitely not coming back.
Terrible experience. They refused to even schedule an appointment for my child. My child's pediatrician referred us. We played phone tag for over a month. When I finally spoke to the scheduling office, they refused to make an appointment because the wording I used to describe the kind of evaluation/testing my child needed apparently was not specific enough for the office to make us an appointment. When I explained that my child's pediatrician had made the referral, and that the referral should have the exact wording of the evaluation my child needed, I was forwarded to the social work department where I was dumped into a voicemail box. I left a voicemail, but never received a response.
Our family loves Dr. Krueger!! She's so kind and professional. As a mom to 3, we have been to other pediatricians and I can honestly say she is the best! She never makes you feel like your questions are too much. She has a very calming presence about her! I see other reviews talking about the long wait. For us personally, we have never waited too long that we were "bothered!" I believe they have listened to feedback and corrected accordingly!
I recently left this Drs office and moved my 5 y/o autistic son who’s been coming here since he was a newborn to a different pediatrician. Dr. Lilian Hay always walked out of the room so fast never asked if we had questions one foot out the door while we were trying to ask a question about our son she completely dismissed me when I mentioned thinking my son was autistic when he was 2 y/o told me “oh that’s just a social thing he’s looking at my eyes stop giving him that tablet” turns out he is autistic got a diagnosis somewhere else will just prescribe medicine and not explain what’s wrong or anything basically rushes in and out because she’s definitely understaffed. The receptionist here the main one who’s been there the longest is also pretty rude and dismissive. Also the wait can be up to a hour! Just waiting in the waiting room 30min then another 30min in the exam room. Definitely don’t recommend bringing your baby or child here!
I love Dr. Hay, as a first time mom and having horrible experience with another doctor. I worry that a doctor will not take my concerns seriously or experience discrimination. Dr. Hay has helped me and walk me through any concerns with my child development. She conducts her self very professional and welcoming. And, she does not push you on her recommendation. But allows you to decided what best for your child. Unlike other doctors that want to sell or recommend unnecessary medical recommendations. The only con is the waiting time, but once you meet with her you will feel like it was worth the wait.
Terrible patient service. Rude people that are more focused on drama than actually working. If you can go anywhere else. Please go. Any other clinic is better than his outdated facility.
Dr Lau never cease to amaze me with her expertise and knowledge about children health. She would listen to you and explain everything. Not very many clinics in the area can compete with the excellent service that Rainbow Pediatrics provides. The front desk is also helpful and treats you like one of their own.
I take all my kids to Dr. Hay and she and her staff have always made my babies feel welcomed and loved. The staff is very kind and respectful, facility is always clean and Dr.Hay always makes my babies better!!!!
This doctors office and all its components, has excellent bedside manner. All the people are extremely respectful and courteous. I will and would, recommend this office at anyone looking for wonderful health care support. Their team is amazing!
They have a shady billing practice. I received a bill that was a year old. I called to ask for clarification. They said it referred to a phone call I had with the pediatrician and they billed me for it without notifying me. After I complained, the amount "magically" became half of what they initially told me. If I hadn't complained they would have happily billed me for double the amount.
The are so good with my sons ! I been coming here since my son was a new born and I also bring my two year old and they are so good with him and very very NICE AND GENTLE ! very efficient with the walk ins.
Honestly used to love it here but every time I went back for a check up I heard side comments that rubbed me the wrong way as they were racist 😅 I’ve left a review previously but it was deleted. Instead of addressing the issue and taking accountability they choose to stay on their racist track when it comes to the hispanic community. Regardless of that I wouldn’t recommend coming here, its a very hostile environment.
I was referred by my son’s physician. I had to wait 6 months for them to call me back for an appointment. I missed the call and now I can’t get a hold of them.
Update 1: An appointment has been scheduled with the help of Dr. Gleason. She has really gone out of her way to help me. I'm hopeful for my sons assessment and to see how they can help.
Update 2: Today my son had his evaluation. The facility is very nice and very clean. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the evaluation was very thorough. I’m glad that they were able to identify the areas where my son needs help and guide us in the right direction.
Overall the experience was very good. They are doing the best that they can with the volume of requests they are seeing. I updated my rating to 5 stars since my experience was great and I’m glad to have had the evaluation with them.

Dr Lau she is very nice & my daughter loves her. But the need either an attitude change or they need to be replaced. They are never nice or smile or even greet you when you walk in. The one one glasses is always rude. I will be looking for another pediatrics
This office never has immunizations in stock and the pediatrician is only in the office 2 days out the week. My child is behind on her immunizations because they kept telling me they will call when they get them in stock and every time I check back, it's the same thing. Now, I've been given orders to take to other pharmacies but no one will administer them for her age. Do NOT bring your little ones here. Very unhappy with their services.
My son is patient with de hospital and his doctor has retired. I'm trying to set an appointment since July because hospital understand the is a new patient (?!?!?). I already talked with three attendants and no appointment scheduled (!?!?!?!?!?!?!). We are in September 2022 and they say the appointment will be middle 2024.
I'm insisting with this hospital because Dr Lanzkowsky was awesome, nurses very nice and kind too! But customer service is awful, empathy zero and is so stressing and frustrating deal with them.

This is an amazing practice! The front office staff are lovely, and very helpful. You can tell they enjoy seeing the kids. Dr Sakakeeny has been incredible for our family. We have 8 kids, one who is very medically complexed, and Dr Sakakeeny has been extremely helpful and supportive. She listens to me as a parent very well. I highly recommend this practice.
If I can give this practice zero stars I would. They are the most unprofessional practice. I called to make a follow up appointment for my 3 yr old son and was told the doctor that saw him had retired. They said another doctor will see him. They asked me the regular questions about cough and travel due to covid and I being honest told them that my son has a cough sometimes due to long covid, which he had 5 months ago and he is currently under the care of a pediatric pulmonologist. The pulmonologist says it most likely asthma but can't diagnose him since he under 5 yrs old. They kept asking me that if I'm sure he doesn't have covid and that if he was to cough once they will tell us to leave. Then they contact me again and said that he must wear a mask from beginning to the end of the appointment. I said I will try, mind you my son it's 3 yrs old with behavioral issues which is why I wanted him to be seen. They said you can't try, he must wear the mask, I said yes he will wear it. Well the day before of the appointment they called me and say that they doctor can only see him virtually. I said no because his last doctor said he needs to be seen in person since its better for evaluation. The girl was rude and said ok someone will call you and no one did. All because I said my son has an old cough which is only some times. How can you work in the medical field and be so rude and uncaring. My son will not be going to these doctors ever!
Yes, I recommend. Everyone has so much love and care for my baby 🍼 Staff are friendly and professional. I love how Dr. Lisa L. Is so warm and loving with my baby. She absolutely cares so much about the health and growth of my little one. She welcomes me like family and She is extremely educated and professional. From a mother to another I absolutely recommend ❤️
So far I can only give them a 1 star review. No one ever answers the phone for new patient appointments. You leave a message and they take nearly a week to call back. But don't miss the call because you will never be able to get them back on the line. I know it's a pandemic but this is beyond ridiculous.
This clinic use to be one of the best but ever since 2 dr's stop working there this place turn to one of worse. My appointment was at 10am and i was waiting until 11:20am still at the waiting room two other families came after my wife and pass on front of her the staff answer to my wife you have to wait which is very unprofessional. I lost my day of work for nothing i will be taking my kids to a different clinic because this place is very unprofessional.
Doctors are great but the office staff needs to remember Covid is still around and need to keep clean and sanitize!! There was a patient in the waiting room coughing uncontrollably everywhere (old enough to wear a mask) and had him out there without a mask. If they’re going to have signs outside the office child over 2 to wear a mask they must stand by it. They didn’t even bother to put him in a room right away. Lack patient privacy as well. When I took my child in they also brought in another family together and I get lunch time was coming up so they were rushing but patient privacy is a must along with keeping clean to prevent other people from getting sick.
I normally don't write reviews because most of the time I just don't find the time to do it. But in this case I'm taking a moment cause this clinic and its staff deserves it. Front desk assistant is super nice and welcome and she is always very patient with my 6 months old baby girl (who by the way 🙄is always scared and cries all the time) Dr Lau goes above and beyond. She not only takes the time to actually talk to you, but she also empathizes with you. Her patient care is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I love this place.And most importantly, as first time mom, I have lots of questions which she always answers. I just want to add that I prefer this kind of private clinic with a doctor that actually cares for my baby's health and well-being. I just want to say thank you.

Where to start, the best practice I've been to. Compared to where I was, this practice is a breath of fresh air. Courteous and professional team, from the Manager to the assistants, not to mention ease of getting an appointment. I have gotten scheduled on very short notice. And Dr Zahra takes time to listen and what I like more is she recommends more natural alternatives as a go to first. My kind of doc🙂. I highly recommend her and her practice.
I recently had my first appointment and I was impressed. Dr. Ahmed and her team are courteous and kind medical professionals who seem genuinely interested and concerned for their patients. She noticed a longstanding, minor condition that other doctors have never asked about. I have no reservations in recommending Dr. Ahmed as a primary care physician.
Regarding the comment about only having PAs available and not the Drs, I absolutely love the PA Emily. We have had only the best experience. As far as medications, and the comment that they push meds, I completely disagree. They have been very conservative and thoughtful about prescribing a Med.
Appointments are always at least 4 months out and they never have doctors available only PA's. In the even you have an emergency and need to reschedule you're out of luck. If you're looking to discuss your child's improvement without the use of medication, good luck because that's all they push for.
I love Dr. Cecilia and N.P. Anela Banks, they have been taking care of my 5 children for the past 13 years, they also took care of children’s father when he was child. I don’t mind waiting if they are running a little bit behind on their schedule because I know they will take time to take care of my child’s need like they did with child/patient before mine.
I love dr Hay. I have been coming here since my daughter was born she’s about to turn 11. The wait can be long sometimes but other than that I recommend this pediatrician office to anyone. The medical assistant that gives the vaccines is super friendly with the kids and fast! Which is good for my little one who cries.
I have been a patient with this practice for 19yrs I have 3 children who have been patients since birth who as of recent are no longer patients of the practice Dr. Nwanko has always been sweet timely or the other hand her other provider Dr. Anela Banks who have been seeing for the past 6 yrs is horrible always late and very rude and uncaring I had a written letter giving consent for my children to be seen with my mother there grandmother on file and refused see my daughter a 15 yr patient and told my mom that if i had an issue with that to find a new doctor? As a health care professional myself I have never met a more unsympathetic provider especially to patient who have been with the practice for close to 2 decades as a result I changed providers after 19yrs If you do go there I would not recommend Dr. Banks she is cold, rude and has terrible bedside manners.
Dr. Heardmon and the staff have always been great with my kids. We've been bringing them since my oldest was 8months old and I wouldn't change doctors. The staff is always friendly and always try their best at making the kids as comfortable as possible even when it comes to having shots. I defenetly recommend them. I do live 45min away from the clinic and I still believe it's always worth it the long drive here.
Good luck setting up an appointment. There isn't a live person available to assist new patients. New patients can only leave a voicemail message. If they call you back and your are not available, they will direct you to the same number where you can leave a message. Ridiculous! You would think the services they offer are free.
One of the front desk ladies (she’s been there for years) is very helpful and professional. However it’s nearly impossible to get a same day visit during any time of the year, and appointments usually can’t be scheduled for a week or more out.

I hoped to go in earlier because I had experienced low BP, and they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment Jan 26. I go to the office, and confirm with the front desk that this is my annual exam is no cost, no copay, and they confirmed with me too.
Well, the nurse calls me in, when I go to the back room with her, she asks me what I'm here for, I told her about my low blood pressure and I'd like to get it checked out. She said "OH, this is a SICK appointment, not a Annual, you can't combine the two". I AM NOT SICK! I just wanted to have a typical physical done, you know, the blood pressure, weight, physical examination - and I was denied! They were only going to let me "consult" with the doctor, to just talk to her! Then I was worried they were going to charge me! I was worried they were going to submit the paperwork anyway to the insurance! I called my health insurance right away to report this incident. When I get off the phone with my insurance, I'm told that the Office Manager might charge me for a "no-show"!!! I left my appointment, canceled it because apparently there is a LACK OF COMMUNICATION at this office. Beware going here! You have to double, triple check, to make sure you won't be charged for anything!

The ease on making a new patient appointment was Awesome! The doctors are very thorough to inform you on your health. The referral process is easy and fast. Therefore, patients it is a must upon waiting your turn to get the utmost attention.
I love this practice. Dr. Kamran is eccellent in everyway pertaining to the whole well being of my son who has Type 1 diabetes. He was diagnosed at age 5 and has never found a good fit to aid him in managing his care until we met Dr. Kamran when he was 15 years old. She is truly a blessing!
