This place is the best, so glad they’re open near me in hunt valley. Both Kathleen Cullum and most recently Megan Shepter are both fantastic superstars. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with these 2.
We had a really nice time at Dr. Raghu's office. The staff were super friendly the whole time.
Waiting over a month for test results. They said it would take 2 days. Called several times and they said someone would get it to us. We have yet to receive.
Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Raghu and her medical staff were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and professional. All procedures were explained in detail and post visit communication is very good.
First time visit as a new patient. Very pleased and impressed, particularly with the responsiveness and communication. Recommended for sure!
I have seen Dr Cambell in the Dermatology Department. Dr Cambell is great ,shows concern for her clients and deservs 5 stars as i gave her last office. Some of the staff are compassionate, however some of the staff I have talked with at WVU medicine could be less concerned about ones health.
Dr. Raghu and her staff were very welcoming & friendly. I felt very comfortable during the entire appointment.
Dr. Vijayalakshmi Raghu is nice in treatment and listing all the concerns patiently and provided the necessary suggestions and treatment. I would strongly recommend for anybody as PCP.
Dr. Raghu is awesome. She will patiently listen to your concerns and prescribe the best course of treatment for you. As someone who recently moved into this city, I feel fortunate to have found a caring physician. The reception staff at the clinic are also very friendly and efficient.
The OBGYN staff are all so helpful and supportive. I am in my second pregnancy and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The facility does get super busy from time to time, but they are always worth the wait. Will always recommend this facility.
Unfortunately this facility is poor ran and staff it extremely short and rude with patients. Specifically the front office staff that does patient intake. The female receptionist there is extremely rude with everyone. Everyone has a shocked face when they leave the counter and she is so short with you over the phone as well. She should not be dealing with patients. They have doctors there that they are unable to get in touch with for sometimes a week if anything is wrong with your prescription, it’s a nightmare.
My primary doc works out of the offices here along with my dermatologist and lab for bloodwork. Everyone is always friendly and the building is always clean.
I’ve been a patient here since 2020. Dr Raghu and her new PA have always taken amazing care of me. Very thorough, listen carefully and I feel like they actually care.
I am extremely happy with Dr. Johnathan he saw my situation with my cluster headaches and did everything to help me. I got my life back thanks to him and the helpful staff, everyone including the front desk staff is very professional and I love coming here for that reason.
Wait is not long, nursing staff terrific. My doctor sees my mom as well and takes excellent care of us both.
My PA Jenn is up to date on medical practices. I was treated with respect and had plenty of time to discuss my questions. Everyone was very pleasant and caring. Everything was on time
My appointments with Dr. Raghu are always thorough. She spends the necessary time discussing any worries I may have. She has been our family doctor for many years, and we love and adore her. She has always shown care and concern for our health. I always recommend her to my family and friends. The office is always nice and clean and the staff is very courteous.
My mother has been a patient for years of Dr.Webster! We have had such a hard time getting her medications filled over the last few years. The nurses are unprofessional and try to talk over you/ argue when calling with questions. Such a lack of empathy and understanding from this practice!
Everyone here is super helpful and friendly! They have great hours for appointments and I was able to go before my normal work day. The online scheduling and My Chart system they use is efficient and makes it easy to see results right away.

I was referred here for follow up from hospital was handed a COVID test and sent away no one was in waiting room and I DON'T HAVE COVID
IDK where to start . I been watching my 73yo mom get treated so poorly by this place it is unbelievable. She has been disregarded, ignored, lied to and the run around is horrible. Sad our loved ones have to go through such poor treatment when these Dr’s are the ones they should be able to count on and trust.
If you are looking for an OBGYN I highly recommend Robert Shapiro. He performed the most professional surgery (Bilateral salpingectomy) and place of a IUD. His team took amazing care of me before, during and after the procedure. I couldn’t have had a better doctor. He listened to my concerns and is super nice, he done everything he could to help me. So thank you Dr. Shapiro and your team for everything. I appreciate you.

This place is absolutely the worst for scheduling. I had an appointment today at 2:45 and it was after 3 pm and still never got called back in the dermatologist department. The front desk lady that I spoke to was as rude as they can get. WVU Medicine overbooks which is blatantly obvious. This administration is very pitiful there is no patient care. Also I went to see dermatology because I have a severe case of Psoriasis. Thanks ALOT for not seeing me knowing this Psoriasis is causing much pain
Megan Shepter NP is a true caring professional who really enjoys helping those in her car. She listens well and creates a safe atmosphere to communicate your most personal medical issues. I always come out of a visit with her with a smile, knowing she has my health in good hands.
My husband has bronchitis and they told me there’s no appointment available for him right now, until January 23 that’s too long they should appointments right away but no 👎
I was nervous going to this place as I have bad anxiety and have had some bad experiences at doctor offices, but this place made me feel comfortable. I only had to sit in the waiting area for 10 minutes! The ladies at the front desk were amazing, nice, and professional. Keith DiBenedetto took the time to hear my concerns and help start me on the right path to becoming healthy. He actually took care of health issues that were passed up by others in the past. Also His female assistant who took my vitals and gave me my flu shot was nice and professional. This place has convinced me that choosing Mercy Health was the right decision.
They dont answer the calls and you have to wait on the phone! They dont care about the people Health or any issues! Shame on u!
Just came home from a visit. I was never even seen??? I paid my copay and everything, had to fill out this long thing because it was my first visit. After 20 minutes, my mom asked a woman when we would be seen. She said we would be next, and they were getting a room for us. They never saw us. In the next 15 minutes after, they called back TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Are yall joking??? Even the ER is quicker.
Can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this place. A lot of elderly patients HAVE to come this facility. I've heard soo many times from different patients about how they can't even get in touch with someone when they need to refill prescriptions, get appointments or referrals. You have to call back to back, leave multiple messages with the nurse and still then you don't get a call back. No one should have to call the Doctor's mom to get a message to the doctor because they have a hard time getting a hold of the them at their job. No one should have to send an email to get a referral through after calling for months. It's like people are having to beg for care. Please put processes in place that help and care for the people, not hurt them and cause further frustration and pain.
Under new management, Dr. Joann Walker is back !!!!! Ms. Monica McMilliam is back too!!! Nurse Vickie is still there!!!! Mrs. Doris Kochinsky & Ms. Brittany LaCour are still there, & Mr. Jerry Jones, PT is still there!!!!!! No long waits in the lobby, no long waits in the rooms. Very clean environment and professional, mature and friendly staff. Call and book your appointment today, seeing all ages and you will not be discriminated against such as I was by one of the office manager, Shay Ball @ the Natchitoches Regional Medical Multi-Speciality Clinic and each of their acting specialists after I reported her rudeness on several occasions and was escorted off the premises once I tried getting my medical records by an officer.

They freaking lie to you they don't do anything to help you well you can wear a shell oh no you can't do that after they tell you can oh you have to wear a mask you tell him you can't cuz you have nothing conditions you can't breathe with it and all they know how to say sorry that's why I call my attorneys so suing them they're worthless I want to go there forever as part of the condition to go there
I have visited this office on a few occasions. Dr Nguyen was very professional and knowledgeable. I recently needed bloodwork after seeing an Orthopedic doctor. I was going to have it done at this doctors office since I am a patient there, only to be told they would not do it because it was not a doctors office affiliated with the Ascension Group. I guess the Ascension Group only cares about my health as long as they can get all of the money.
If you have nothing to do in your entire day, this is your place. We had appointment at 11am and we were attended after 1pm. Congratulations amore you guys are awesome in the business of spend people's time.

This is a great facility that offers immeasurable benefits to the community in a well organized way. Because of its location, there are some curious persons hanging around the parking lot, including employees smoking, texting, and standing around which clutter the experience. Management, like in all business or services, should keep employees from hanging around up front or the parking lot. Its not particularly comforting to go to a clinic and see nurses smoking outside or hanging around.
The staff are so mean and rude here they don’t know how to talk With patients .Making a appointment from a month ago n running late for 10 min knowing the fact for them also how much important for us ! Today.1-13-2020 around 2.55 PM .There is no other patient waiting in lobby.And next appointment was my husband and I was telling him I can use his appointment but they said no and it was not making any sense too me if the next available appointment person has no problem than why should with them.I was almost about to cry n I left without argue with them.They should understand the value and important of everyone .I am not interested going anymore this place but Incase if I have too than hope they give good service. So I can write good review this is my first review ever . #Racist may be !
The service has changed over the couple of months. The service is fast I haven't had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. The doctors are also really nice. Danny and Leslie are always awesome when it comes to the back office duties.
Okay so I just called to schedule an appointment for the first time with Dr. Johnson and whoever the young woman was I spoke to on the phone was eating the entire time and was completely unfriendly. I misheard her say what time she had available for me to come in and she snapped at me and sighed like I had just bothered her ENTIRE day. Look-I know we all have bad days but when you are setting up a new appointment for a new patient- maybe have a little respect. I work with the public daily in a medical office and would never address anyone that way. This office would be 100% better off putting someone on the phone who actually wants a job and doesnt make their patients feel like a burden. CANNOT WAIT to come in on Tuesday and meet this "amazing staff" face-to-face. Lets hope that Dr. Johnson and Angela are more professional than what I just received.
I was there for nearly three hours just to get a prescription refilled, when I had enough and left. When I told them I was leaving, they could not have cared less. Will never return.
I have used Dr. Johnson for years and recently have also used Angela Duggar. I cannot say enough about their knowledge and care. They listen and have always taken their time.
I seriously don't recommend this doctors office everybody is very unprofessional and they think every patient is illiterate can't read and write and is either on drugs or homeless if not both.I have never been to a doctors office so poorly managed ever before.
I had appointment with Dr. Cliff Davis. He and his dental staff were the ultimate professionals. I felt absolutely no pain during a tooth extraction. Truly compassionate care.
Was looking for a new Doctor and was referred to Dr Johnson. In 50+ years I've never visited a doctor that took that much time with me going over issues I have and setting up a strategy to address each and every one. He spent 30 minutes with me on this first visit and was really focused on helping me. You know how you can tell someone enjoys what they do? That is this Doctor.
It was okey. The lady at the counter with the black hair is not helpful. She didn’t accept my insurance, she just told me that they don’t accept my insurance without double checking, thats why i need to call my provider, and my provider talked to her and tells everything that their clinic is on my insurance list. She didn’t even apologized for her mistake. I forgot the name but she is working today. 09-21-18 2pm. But the other lady with gold color hair on the other computer is pretty nice, she is more better to approach than the other lady. I don’t have any choice because this is the closest clinic on my home, i’m gonna write a review again on my next visit. Hope you guys have a friendly staff and have a good customer service. 👊👊👊
Very poor service doctor takes forever to see patients
Appointment was at 3:15. It was 4:56 when I was called back.
AWFUL. Had a dentist appt scheduled for 10 am. Got there a little early so expected some sort of wait. Over an hour passed before anyone got called back. Then people who showed up 45 minutes after me got called to the back and were being seen when they finally called me into the back. Xrays by a very UNFRIENDLY woman. Then I was taken into another room where i waited over an hour again without any of the nurses saying a word, although they were constantly walking in and our of my room. I drove 2 hours one way only to end up walking out after only having x-rays done. If you decide do go here, Goodluck. I'll never make that mistake again.
Dr. Johnson was my Doc for nearly 10 years until I moved to Chicago. I never found the great care that I received from him since. He listens to you and his diagnosis is quite accurate. When I return to Mobile, I will definitely went him as my physician again.
Good pediatrician but the nurses are very very rude. Even when you have an appointment they make you wait for hours.
Excellent staff who always ask how we are and how our other children are. The Dr. is very thorough and her NP Angela is incredibly sweet. Love them!

The wait even with an appointment is hours. The front desk and nurse staff are unprofessional and careless. Once you do get called back, it's at least another hour or two before you see the nurse practitioner. THEN, you have to wait up to another hour for a nurse to come back in to tell you it's okay for you to go. God forbid they have to do any type of paperwork because there goes another two hours. This place is awful.
I walked in with no appointment and i was told it was going to take about a while, so i fill out papers and then i was told the nurse was going for lunch and was going to take an hour. After 45 minutes i was told that now the doctor was going for lunch and was going to take another half an hour. The assistants are just playing around. They should have told me to make an appointment or go back later not make me wait 2 hours for nothing. After those 2 hours had past I decided to go to another clinic on Gage ave.
