I have been coming to this dental office for over 2+ years now and I just love it! A friend recommended it to me and I'm so happy she did. The staff is incredible- they are kind, welcoming, and caring. I also love that they are open on Saturday's, which is incredibly helpful for a busy work schedule. I have recently been seeing Kristen on Saturday's and she is just a gem! She is lovely to talk with and always gives me truthful advice on how to best protect my teeth. At one point, the office had to reschedule one of my appointments- they told me well in advance and at my next appointment provided me with a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience! I thought it was a very thoughtful touch. The office itself is very clean and organized. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist!
This was my first time visiting and it was the nicest, gentlest experience. My hygienist was very personable and kind and had the lightest touch ever. And Dr. Vanderpool was very thorough and great overall as well! The offices are centrally located and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Good vibes all around and I’m glad I found them.
was visiting Seattle for the weekend and all of a sudden had an unbearable toothache even though my flight was the next day. could not wait any longer for my next appointment in IL, therefore I called and asked if they had availability for a check up. they gladly took me in and carefully listened to my concerns. turns out i needed a root canal for the tooth. Dr. Vanderpool and her assistant did the procedure and gave me a summary of what was happening. Felt super welcomed during the whole thing and even gave me a blanket during my procedure because I was chilly. She wrote down a summary to say my dentist as well. Extremely helpful staff/ knowledgable dentist.
Such a great place. I’ve been coming here for three years now and Dr. Sauvage is amazing. Takes great care of you. The front desk is also super caring and Sean is my hygienist. I highly highly recommend this place. Thank you for being so amazing Downtown Seattle Dentists!!
What a great experience. I’ve been in Washington for 6 years and this was my best dental experience probably in my entire life. My hygienist was amazing and so was Dr. Savage. Great front desk customer device from front desk clerk. Overall great experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I recently had porcelain veneers done by Dr Frank at Elmwood Dental Implant and Restoration. I know friends that have had work done by him in the past and their results look fantastic. So based on their recommendation I traveled from out of state to come to Elmwood Dental.
Dr. Frank and his experienced staff did not disappoint. They were knowledgeable, experienced and very detailed. I had no idea the depth of professionalism shown from the front desk all the way through delivery of the final product.
My smile is 100% improved and I will show it off as often as I can!!

Best experience I’ve had at a dentist! The front desk was so nice and greeted me kindly. The dentist and hygienist were very thorough and took their time. I will definitely be rescheduling!
Disappointing facility! I've been visiting this medical office for over 2 years, mostly because I've been ignorant and busy and never prioritized looking for a good dental care facility. The hygienists are smooth talkers and will do all the work here during your dental visit while the dentist will only show up for a few minutes at the end of your visit doing menial cleaning for formality (and of course for insurance purposes). The team together will try their best to sell you Invasalign, or electric toothbrush if neither sticks then the water flossers. The doctors keep changing and they never remain the same, so each time you visit they would just have your case notes and X rays, but no context of your real issues. For my last visit, the front desk guy Jack, royally messed up my billing and made me drastically over pay (which I finally noticed). I checked with my insurance provider to see that I was covered at 100% for the most part and on reaching out to the office, they simply apologized and refunded my money back.
Wouldn't recommend this place at all, rather spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went in for an emergency crown reattachment 3 years ago after my normal dentist was inexplicably absent. Saw Dr. Sauvage, got great service, great advice, and decided to switch to this place as my new primary dentist.
They've been great every time I needed to get in quickly (had an urgent tooth pain issue that turned into a root canal), and I like that the dentists and orthodontists don't rotate all the time; finding a good dentist is really difficult.

Best dental office I’ve been to! They were able to get me in right away after I chipped a tooth. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Popek fixed my tooth perfectly and without pain. I was so relieved to see the tooth back to normal and without any discoloration. 10/10
Dr. Le-Barnes and her assistant Winter were absolutely incredible! I'm normally very anxious in dental offices but both of them were very kind and compassionate while being extremely professional. I highly recommend seeing them for any dental needs!
Sure, they have a good service but they have a MONEY MINDED BUSINESS. THEY ONLY CARE FOR YOUR MONEY, AND TRY TO SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN AND don't really care for your health nor your well being. THEY ONLY CARE IF IT WILL PROFIT THEM. SO BEWARE.

Mary Pat from billing is amazing. She went the extra mile to ensure I was updated on my claim submission to Guardian dental. This is not a regular part of her duties and I was so pleased she considered customer service over her many competing priorities.

Was having pain associated with jaw surgery from a different dental office & I called Downtown on Westlake @ 8 am & was able to see a dentist @ 10 am that same day. Was diagnosed with infection, everything was explained clearly for next steps & out the door by 10:45 am & able to pick up my prescription on my way home. Professional, friendly, courteous everything you could ask for! That’s why I love Downtown Dental on Westlake. That’s why I’m a loyal customer of that office & the people that work there. Sharon went so far as to text my periodontist what was going on so he is prepared when I see him in 2 days to hopefully get my stitches removed.
They were amazing. I got it getting ready to go on a cruise… They got me on the next morning first thing and treated me… staff very friendly. Sharron was assistant. Great. Dr . Vanderpool is who we saw. Awesome. You won’t go wrong with them
I've been a patient here for 3 years. My doctors were Dr. Paul and assistant Dr. Joe. Both of them did a great job every time I needed dental care. This has been the best experience I ever had with a dentist (no complains at all). The staff is amazing and responsive.

Terrible experience repeatedly. Took my mother there for dentures. First appointment began after waiting to register in the lobby for 45 minute. Student told her she needed a specialist to come back another day, he wasnt able to help her. Second appointment one month later, was just a consultation and they would not be doing anything. Please come back in August as the students will be out! This was April. I will be making a complaint with NYU and the NY Education Dept.

Everyone Knows "JAKE" is a great Dentist that cares about his patients and does the BEST in Grand Junction. But this review is for "JANET" the Front Desk Receptionist that Meets and Greets everyone with a Smile and is one of the most fun people to be around while your waiting.. Janet loves to talk to the patients and she's just a wonderful person to be around. So if you ever visit Atwood Advanced Dentistry always remember it's not just "JAKE" that counts, so does JANET! 5 Stars for the BEST Dental Receptionist in Grand Junction Colorado! I go to Advanced Dental all the way from Moab Utah, and it's a real pleasure to do so!

The price is transparent and very reasonable, which I have to say many private clinics don’t have. You’ll be treated by student doctors under professors’ (I think, they seem to be seasoned professionals) supervision. Very friendly, patient, with good skills. My procedures and price were always explained to me beforehand. In terms of skills, I’ve been going there for ~1.5 year now, with regular checkups, cleaning, filling, one operation done, all great experience.
The only downside is, there are always quite a lot of people in the building and you’ll need to make appointment quite ahead. For new patient registration and check up, I had to wait before it was my turn. Every time after the first time, it’s all good as long as I have an appointment.

Great and affordable care. I was glad to experience the attention to detail they provided as I have had bad experiences with Dentists, trying to over charge and suggest unnecessary procedures.

I have now had five implants at Elmwood that I am very pleased with. This office is supremely competent. What is equally important is that they stand by their work. I had a filling done on a questionable tooth (my choice to try to save tooth) that failed and they refunded my money for that filling with no questions asked. Honor and honesty really do still exist. Thank you especially to Dr. Mike and Dr. Jim.
I’m only giving it 2 stars because the some of the student dentists are nice and deserve to be recognized.The business side of NYU is terrible. I was not able to get anyone on the phone. They lied to me and said my insurance denied my claim but it turns out they didn’t put one in. I paid out of pocket for no reason.The time they give you for an appointment is not accurate. You will be waiting there 30-40 minutes after the appointment time. I already had scans of an x-ray, but they wanted to take more scans.Then they schedule me an appointment to have my tooth removed. They knew how it looked like since they had the x-rays. I get to the clinic waited past my time for them to cancel my appointment. They cancel my appointment twice. I had to wait five months for another appointment and to tell me that they the insurance denied to cover the X-ray which wasn’t true.NYU never put in a claim.
Special thanks to Dr. Mathew who took great care of my son. He was very thorough in his job and was excellent in attending to my son. My son cooperated with him without any stress or behavior issues because Mr. Mathew was so kind and gentle. My son now follows his instructions in brushing his teeth and flossing. I love to recommend NYU College of Dentistry to families who have their loved ones with I/DD.
Dr Anthony Allison is an amazing person and very excellent doctor. He is always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns regarding your health care and needs even on the weekends. I’m so happy to have him as a doctor. He completed my crown on just two visits. I highly recommend him and NYU College of Dentistry for all your dental issues. 😊😊😊
This is the typical dentist office where people that work in there look forward to make money off your mouth...such disgusting people. These are not professionals, just money makers. They don't care about your teeth, just about their pockets. They are not there for a just in case situation, nor to help you. I would stay far away from these dentists, especially Mohammed, who is just a money maker and treats people as if they were his own and treats the assistants as if they owned him something. NO THANKS. And the only reason they are getting a star is because i was forced to put one.
Came to this practice as a new patient… from the moment I walked through the door, Carla at the front desk treated me so very nice!! I then had X-rays and a new patient exam, Dr Comfort and her assistant Bobbi were so kind to me! I came back about 2 weeks later because I needed a surgical extraction ( I’m a huge baby when it comes to having teeth pulled ) , Dr Comfort was honestly the most kind and gentlest dentist I had ever gone to, she attended my every need and every concern along the way! Bobbi assisted during the procedure and was honestly such a professional and kind hearted person! I recommend this dental practice 100%!!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Atwood since 2015 and drive from Phoenix, AZ to have him as our dental provider. He and his staff are very professional, is a fantastic clinician who not only makes each patient his number one priority during their treatment plan, but does it with being very honest and open in his assessment of the patients needs. You could not ask for a better dental care provider. Try Dr. Jake Atwood, you will not be disappointed!

I had a toothache suddenly while traveling in the US and went to see this place. The dentists and everyone including the receptionist were friendly and gave me the best care possible. First time in this clinic and I appreciate how Dr V Lee explained everything to us. This is just what we are looking for — providers who have excellent patient care.
I had a mostly good first experience with Elmwood Dental. The receptionist was nice, as was the woman who did my xrays. However, the dental hygienist was so beyond rough that there was blood in my mouth when she checked my gums and she nearly ripped the floss when she used it at the end. I have recently had dental visits and there was hardly any plaque build up, so there was no reason for her to be so aggressive. While she checked my gums I visibly winced several times and she didn't seem to notice. I will give this practice another chance with a different hygienist, but I will not see this woman again.
Dr. Lee and his staff are professional, competent, and amazingly caring. Dr. Lee is a mindful listener and addresses your dental needs and concerns with empathy and precise reason.
After 2 years of cleaning, X-rays, 180, treatment, implant, crown across multiple departments and really trying my hardest to work with the staff, this place is TERRIBLE. The billing and admin is ran by incompetent people locked behind a screen. Ground floor checking / billing, 2S admin or 5th admin or office staff can only tell you what you owe but never what you are being charged for nor the details nor the treatment plans associated to it. The online portal has no information. I have signed so many “updated” treatment plans even while on the dentist chair and with treatment in progress. Bills are always very uncertain. I came in for one specific condition: one implant. It never changed but the bill and the treatment kept on changing. At the end this didn’t cost less than a regular dentist despite what is advertised.

If you try calling, it will give you a voice mail and no luck to leave a voice mail. Supertooth in Bethesda, MD has such kind and accommodating staff! They have taken such great care of me at all of my past 3 visits and really worked to provide the best services that worked with my insurance and budget. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best dental treatment in the dmv area!
Everyone there is incredibly kind! Dr Chen is kind and professional while ensuring that you are comfortable during your visit. She doesn’t push for any unnecessary procedures and does an extremely thorough examination! I don’t have insurance and pay out of pocket, the staff is always clear and honest about pricing before, during, and after the appointment. 10/10 recommend them!!
First visit went great. Ashley was so good at explaining what was going on, and she was extremely gentle placing the x ray thingy in my mouth. Front desk staff was super helpful, and I got a gift bag with a really nice toothbrush. They are a little expensive, but it's worth it, and they are very upfront about what things are going to cost.

This office is phenomenal! As someone who just moved from Arizona and not really having connections to any doctors, I was happy to have done my research and found this place. The staff is very professional, and everyone seems to love what they do. They are honest about pricing and always check your insurance before making any decision About what to do with your teeth. I felt informed throughout the entire process, and I did not feel rushed at all. I am so glad that I went here and will definitely be recommending everyone here as well. Also, the place is very clean and inviting. It does not have that old dentistry smell. It’s giving new! Being a public figure a smile is everything! I am so excited to get my Invisalign soon to relieve the pressure off my teeth

Dr. Lee left no stone unturned when trying to get to the root of the problem, was transparent with his thoughts on my situation, and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best treatment. I just want to say how amazed I am with the way you guys teach your students. My dentist DR Christina Kassar who graduated from NYC Dental, is so professional. She did my fillings for tooth #8 #9 and this is the BEST WORK I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. The experience with her was just so genuine and I couldn’t even be more thankful. She is such an underrated dentist. I love her & her work !
I was always skeptical about dentists. Especially for my children. At NYU College of Dentistry, I met one of the most amazing dentists ever. Dr. Mark is an amazing dentist, who has a great sense of humor, articulates information well, very honest and best of all he is amazing with children. As for the facility, very clean, from front desk to back of house, the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this dental office. Thank you All!
I wish i could give this dentist office more than 5 stars. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bahrami, and I can’t express how amazing he is! He’s truly changed the way i view dentistry. He’s so efficient with his work, kind with great bedside manner. He is down to earth while still being extremely professional. More than anything you can tell how passionate is about giving his patients confidence and a great smile. He educates you, and genuinely listens to your concerns.

The reception staff in 5W are very kind and helpful. Always willing to help, I am very grateful to Maritza for going above and beyond for patients such as myself. Since communication in general with the department can prove to be challenging, her help and that of her collegues can prove to be invaluable to the patients there. This is the best dental clinic in the city, especially that takes my specific insurance. Once you're in their system it's a lot easier to get an appointment than elsewhere, even when they're busy. The best thing is that the student doctors are able to immediately verify if procedures would be covered by your insurance, so there are never any surprises. I've had 3 of my widom teeth removed here, one which was impacted, and it was as easy and pain-free as possible. Everyone here is very friendly and takes their life and work very seriously.
I made an appointment as i had heard great things about NYU. Showed up and eventually had full scan of my teeth as I had a serious issue with missing teeth and bad previous dental work done. My Doctor, a student named Nicole seemed to be very helpful but in the end she was a zero from 1-10. She said she was graduating in 2 months and introduced me to the student who would be handling my case after that. She even gave me her cell number if I needed her. In the end I was given a generic brush off and told that they couldn’t help me with anything that I needed and they were pretty vague as to why. I understood that I had alot of issues but I just wanted some guidance. I left a fee voicemails for Dr.Nicole but she never responded back. I also had asked for my scans and pics of my mouth so I could use them at another dentist but again no response. I also called the main number and left my info for someone to follow up with me because I had an issue but the school didn’t respond either. Not living up to my expectations at all.
Update as of 8/22/2023. Nobody at the school has contacted me regarding my issue or my review. Just shows the level of concern. Leaving someone who really needed help without any options. DO NOT GO TO NYU UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE AND IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE GOOD LUCK.

I’ve been seen here three times and it’s terrible. First, you can’t even get through the phone to schedule an appointment without waiting 30-45 mins, then when you get there the place is incredibly disorganized and the people processing your insurance have no idea what they’re doing. Once you finally see a provider, the students operate under very little supervision and most have very poor bedside manner. The doctors in charge are spread too thin and it feels like they want to get you out of there faster without actually fixing the problem. I was seen today for a dental emergency where I have consistent full pain with occasional shooting pain on my top right side. The doctor’s decided that my tooth was “sensitive to cold” when I told them it wasn’t and they missed the root of the issue. The doctor got argumentative when I advocated for myself and asked what they were going to do to stop the pain. After that, the doctor fiddled around in my mouth so roughly that I left in more pain than I went in with, with no diagnosis or understanding of what is going on. I refuse to go back, and have made an appointment with a different office. If you’re still reading, I highly recommend you visit any other doctor’s office in New York.
I appreciate the service being offered. All of the staff are professional. All of the students are well trained pre-professionals. All of the Licensed Dentists are experienced and able to remain at the height of their knowledge due to the residency setting, making every type of dental work possible being done 365 days per year; which reproves the professionalism of the students, staff, instructors, dentists and "client support" mechanisms. Thank you NYU. Though my treatment has yet to begin, I am sure to obtain the best care solely from my initial visit. No matter what, NYC is the best City in the U.S. due to volume of services provided and clientele serviced, making our City and its progressive residents some of the best in the world.
I was referred to NYU dentistry because other dentists would not take me as a patient due to my medical condition. I have had a great experience with the attending dentist. The facility is nice and clean. The staff is pleasant and attentive too.
Yesterday was my first visit to Dr. Lee’s office but since the first minute I felt I belonged there. I had such a great impression and as a dental student myself, I could also notice the high standards of treatments and their professionalism. I will definitely be back to them. Highly highly recommended.
My dentist retired and I had no place to go. After 4 different practice I found SuperTooth!! What not to love about this practice!! From the folks at the front desk (Adam was wonderful), to the technicians and all the staff. And Dr Ben Manesh, just very Patient driven care. Loved my experience and the clean, fast beautiful office in Bethesda. Found my new spot!
There’s a reason I drive all the way to Downtown Seattle for them. I’ve tried several throughout and finally got a solid dental place thanks to all the positive reviews on google and Yelp. They aren’t lying.
Service from everyone at the front desk to the Dentist were friendly, caring and on point. Billing and appointment scheduling were efficient and transparent. I also never have to wait long after I check in.
I had a regular check up, deep cleaning done and a crown done here —and it was a world of a difference compared to the other crown I had experienced at several other dental places I went to. The fit was perfect and the care and skill they put into it really showed.
I sent my husband there after being quoted over 3k for a procedure for his teeth from his other dental place to get a second opinion. Good thing I did because they said that wasn’t even necessary and was able to fix it with a diff option. It definitely saved us, and my husband’s experience was also positive. He now understands why I drive all the way there for them lol!
LOCATION: The Medical building is right across from pacific place mall. They reimburse parking if you park in pacific place. So I usually exit Seneca (I come from the South King County) from i5, take a right on 6th ave and after going straight, Pacific Place parking garage will be on the right and the medical building on my left.
There is parking right under their actual medical building, but it is only valet and they don’t reimburse for that. It is however very convenient since the escalator from parking can just take you directly to the 11th floor where their clinic is at. (Convenient if u are running behind lol)

Knowing it would be really hard to find a dentist in Vancouver, my husband called up a bunch of dentists in Seattle. This one stood out because they were able to squeeze us in and help us around a difficult situation.
Thank you to Kim the receptionist for being an outstanding person who made us feel comfortable from the get go.

Kaylee was the assistant to Dr. Ellen who got me all ready with the initial exam and x-rays. With a warm energy and wonderful attitude, I felt blessed to be in their care.
The procedure costed $200, including an X-ray. For the emergency I was in, I was glad to pay and be on the way.
