The employees at this discount tire have the patience of a saint. They do amazing work. The people that come in are SO RUDE AND STUPID I don’t understand how they deal with it. Do people not know how to patiently wait in a line?? INSANE. LOVE IT HERE. BE NICE TO THE PEOPLE FIXING YOUR CAR.

I had an appointment and was given a time work would be completed. It’s now time for it to be completed over an hour after I arrived and car is still sitting in the parking lot. Have used them for decades. Will never be back again.

By far the BEST customer service I have ever received. I live up by Flint and came down to Chesterfield because of the people who work here and the amazing job they do. They got the tires I wanted ordered and shipped within a day then when I went to purchase the tires I decided I wanted new wheels as well. The ones I wanted were not in stock but my man Mike made a phone call and I had the wheel and tires on my car within 4 hours. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Mike, Cole and Brendon as well as the ENTIRE staff at Chesterfield Discount Tire! I will be a forever customer at this location!

Discount tire wants you to make appointments to plan their work. They send several texts and emails to confirm the appointment, only to overbook on the day of the appointment. The tire installation itself was fine, but the appointment procedure is ridiculous.

I have been going to Discount Tire for years and am never disappointed. The service today was quick, and the staff was great and kept me informed of everything that needed to be done with my tires. I was impressed they came out and met me in the parking lot when I arrived.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Had an appointment for two slow tire leaks. They had my car completed under a hour and sooner than the mobile link said it would be done.

This location is *extremely* busy and I initially had a miscommunication over an issue with some bolt nuts which are mostly related to the Subaru car make because every car has its idiosyncrasies. I got a bit frustrated at first, but Carlos and especially Jacob worked very hard to make it right. Jacob was a magician in fixing the issue!

In the end, they helped me with an issue that other actual shops had quoted me at being a much more serious repair. They saved me a lot of money and worry. In the end, I definitely would trust them and go here again. They are honest and do a great job, even while they are turning out a ton of jobs every day.

My experience at Discount Tire at 8219 Research Blvd was absolutely excellent. Their service reps came out from behind their counter to greet you, and then walk around your vehicle to understand your needs. They are polite and professional. After you sign in, they send you a text that lets you see the status of the job. I arrived 15 minutes before my 9 am appt and by 8:58, they had me checked in and ready to start the job. The store is bright and clean with very comfortable chairs for waiting customers. My car was ready as promised in 45 minutes. One of the best service experience I have had…and this is how to run a business. Thank you Discount Tires!

⚠️ Beware of Unauthorized Work and Misleading Practices at This Discount Tire Location ⚠️

What started as a simple tire replacement for my Tesla turned into a nightmare. The initial experience with the sales rep was fine, but everything went downhill from there.

Upon pickup, the manager convinced me to pay extra for a wheel that would "match" my other three. Instead, they swapped ALL FOUR wheels without permission, replacing my valuable Tesla wheels with cheaper silver ones. Worse, this unauthorized swap triggered multiple brake system warnings in my car.

When I called to resolve the issue, the manager blamed me for the brake problems and refused any refund, claiming the new wheels were now "used." Red flags I missed: they initially tried to sell me four new tires on my 2023 Tesla with only 11k miles.

I've contacted corporate and hope for resolution. The second person I spoke to there was helpful, unlike the store manager. I'll update this review if the situation improves.

Avoid this location if you value your time and money. They seem more interested in upselling than providing honest service. I've added photos of the warnings and the unwanted wheels as proof.

(I'll update this review if Discount Tire resolves this fully without further action on my part.)

No accountability, sloppy service.... I went there to get tires mounted. There were about 8 people before me. I mostly waited outside on a bench. I was watching my tires being worked on, and then I got a text stating my car was ready for pickup. I could see there were still at least 2 tires not even mounted yet, but I went in anyway in anticipation that they would be pulling out my car and then come call my name and hand me my keys. That never happened. I waited 10 minutes and then I noticed my car was nowhere in sight, and I went and asked about it. The "Senior such and such" - no manager on duty this day was handed me ,y key out of the pouch behind him and told me my car was probably parked in the back. So I guess it's up to me to locate and retrieve my car. I walked out back - no car. I went back in and "Senior whatever they like to name themselves guy" told me it was probably across the street or in the adjacent lot. They finally located my car but that's not all. This is not the biggest deal even though it is bumbling idiocy - the reason I am writing this review is because the "senior blahblahblah guy" tried to Gaslight me twice which really pisses me off !! Don't stand there and tell me (TWICE BTW) that they called my name when I walked inside the moment I got the text saying it was ready - and the car was still up in the air with not all the wheels on it yet. Therefore they had NOT pulled it out and there is no way they would have called my name to give me the keys or tell me it is ready. DO NOT BLAME THE CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE WRONG!!! OR ELSE YOU WILL GET REVIEWS LIKE THIS. I don't like to argue with people who are trying to gaslight me and tell me something was MY fault in front of a room full of people when it was actually THEIR fault. I don't write reviews often, but Discount Tire "Senior Cornholio" Needs to just say sorry instead of blaming the customer for their own shortcomings. Now please excuse me while I go post this on the other review site.

How do they do it? The service is outstanding, even when the store is packed. Some of the friendliest and most helpful gentlemen around. Truly a relic to see this kind of service these days. Bravo to Discount Tire for your incredible hiring and training.

David was very helpful and understood that we needed help with our flat tire over the phone and when we got there Jose immediately came and assisted us and got us what we needed right away even though they scammed us for 2 new tires at least they were quick with us and gave us a time frame of an hour they got us in and out within 20 mins. Also the water boy in the corner was really nice, quick, and even cute would come to this location again.

Primo service. I scheduled online, arrived 15 minutes early and they were done installing my 4 new tires in about 25 minutes. Really good communication and customer service in a world where that’s hard to find these days.

These guys are great. Quick, economical, and reliable work. Plus, they obviously respect and enjoy working with each other and helping customers. If you have to deal with a flat, these guys make it as painless as possible. Making an appointment by phone was effortless. Only good stuff to say about DT.

Patty is awesome! They were able to get me in within 24hrs. She explained everything to me and educated me on types of oil for my suv. They were quick and got me on my way! They don’t overcharge you like the dealership does!!!! Fair and good work.

I rarely write reviews but today I want to deeply express my gratitude to the whole team. I have been a customer for the past 7 years now and I can't say thank you enough for the amazing service, support and kindness. all those years. Dropped my car off yesterday after my batterie died on me and an auto store told me that the alternator was bad and needed to be changed. Due to the timing I was told that they would be able to check on it first today, which I completely understood. Received a call this morning that they checked everything, including the alternator. All was running fine. Picked up my car, asked for an invoice and was told I am good. Incredible. Was bummed that I didn't have any cash with me. For sure I will remember next time.
Even more reasons why I love supporting local businesses.

The Truck Guys in Weymouth are very professional. I am impressed with the quality of their work. This week Mike and his team went above and beyond to resolve a problem I had with my F150. I was very happy with the work and customer service.

Through no one’s fault, my order (from 8/2023) was never fulfilled. A spontaneous request for review was sent to me. I left an unflattering review. Within hours, I received communication from Tire World requesting info, with assurances that the company wanted to make this right. My part was ordered, received promptly by Tire World, and installed the next day.
I believe in supporting local business and Tire World is a wonderful example of why everyone should do this.
Please utilize Tire World for your repair needs. They WANT to be good partners!

This place is amazing. Skip the big corporate stores and come here. I walked in on a random Thursday with a tire that was leaking air and they took great care of me. The staff is kind and I was in and out in 20 minutes with my tire patched and paid an incredibly reasonable price. I cannot recommend Tire world enough.

Had upper control arms installed on my vehicle needed to correct the geometry and help get a perfect alignment. Dropped off the vehicle the night before and picked up the following afternoon. The vehicle drives great and don't have to worry about premature tire wear.

Gr8 service for a gr8 price! One of the few places you'll enjoy spending your money. I HIGHLY recommend Craig and his crew for all 4x4 wants and needs.

Great service! I got a great price on some 35 x 12.5 tires for my truck. The owner talked me into a much more economic tire when I was expecting to pay double on a different brand. I will definitely be returning to get my brakes upgraded.

I've been coming here for years. They are fast, reliable and trustworthy. Every time I've had an issue they've taken care of me quickly. Each repair was very affordable instead of trying to upsell me with things that were not needed. Rare these days! Currently arguing through email to send back a set of second gen Camaro headers that don't even come close to fitting. They told me I need to put my transmission bracket in first. If they had any sense and listened to me. The only reason the engine and transmission brackets had been removed were in order to adjust the height and levels to accommodate for the headers. They sit at 2 different heights with about a 2-3" clearance difference. One hits the floor pan while the other will drag on the street. Unless I want my engine and trans turned side ways at about 30 degrees these will not fit. They treat you like your an idiot rather than just return the Chinese junk their selling. Ended up spending the money with ultimate headers who guarantees fitment and are very personable.

A month ago they changed my suspensions and I had to go back about three times because they sounded horrible and since my car was still making a noise as if something was loose I went with another mechanic and I was surprised that they had tied the brake part With zip ties, what were they thinking? That could have caused me an accident. They have no respect for the lives of others and I want to file a lawsuit against them because if I didn't realize it, they could have killed me.

Great hometown shop for truck / Jeep mods! Owner is very knowledgeable, responsive, easy to interact with, and does quality work for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

I usually stick with company’s that I frequently order from. Ended up ordering from speedzone because it showed to have the part I needed. Received a call 3 days later stating they did not have the part. Service rep stated they had another vendor with same exact part without the branding, they tried to offer me a junk Jackspania part at the same cost of the original part. They also tried to offer me a more expensive replacement and when I asked both people for a link I was not provided with one.

Long story short, don’t rely on the website stating it is in stock and don’t count on good customer service

Everyone here is an angel sent from heaven, when i tell you i came straight from the dealership with a nail in my tire they were asking for $430 in total.. called tire world & they patched it up thanks to jose for just $20. Even tried fixing my oil change notification on my car that the dealership failed to reset. Will definitely be coming back for absolutely everything, everyone was super nice & understanding. took jose less than 5 minutes to fix the nail in my tire.

Another great job by Mike and his team at Truck Guys in Weymouth, MA!! I had them do a spray-in bed liner last Fall, and then had them do a 2 inch lift on the front and swap out the original tires for slightly larger Falken Wild Peak tires this Spring. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Their knowledge about the pros and cons of the different tire brands and models was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted: an aggressive looking tire that would be super quiet on the road and great in the snow. They also did a super job lifting my daughter’s Jeep Wrangler and helping pick out new wheels and tires for it back in 2015!!

I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and their quality of work. I dropped my f150 off to get lifted and the next day it was ready for pick up. Super happy with their customer service and answering all the questions I had about the process.

Stay away, the technicians they employ do careless work and are extremely rude. Spent over $2k on RollnLock bed cover, had them “professionally” install. Back a week later to have them “fix” all the issues from the initial install being hacked. Water leaking terribly.
They’ve now worked on this bed cover for over 4 hours, Owner wouldn’t water test before letting it leave. They used TAPE to seal out water. I didn’t bring my Denali here to leave with tape on it! Now the first light rain and there’s water everywhere!

The best turbo manifold I have ever bought! Looks amazing and built to last! Heavy duty and welds are nicely done. Very satisfied with my purchase! Well worth every dime! Definitely recommend this company!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent location in regards to everything you need car wise...
I needed to mount and balance a set of powdercoated wheels and before coming here I was turned down multiple times due to other shops not wanting to touch powdercoated items. My wheels are not damaged whatsoever since they took their time and knew what they were doing and now my car looks much better..

Everything carwise I'll be coming back here since it's all good vibes.

I had a very special project that they did and after it was completed there is not a single thing that I would change from the truck build. They took the time in the beginning to go over all the options and select what was best for my truck. The installation and quality of the products are top notch.
