If I can give a zero I would. Most rude and incompetent staff. Will argue with you and say your wrong. Excuse after excuse. Plane was boarded and still didn't receive duty free. Called 3 times to find out where it was and different answer each time. Person on the phone said it was othe way and when it finally arrived. Nothing but liers filled with excuses. Next time when a customer knows which gate he ia on, listen!.

The price indicated on the cigarette ( 108 dollars ) was wrong. When I had to pay : magic increase of 120 dollars. And when I asked the guy he said : yes that s the new price ... but your label said 108 dollars . He said . Yes it was the old price. Like if it is normal. Robbing people don't you ?

Extremely rude I walked into the store because I was in layover. I collect colognes and was going to buy some tomford but the cashier was so rude I just changed my mind and left. I didn’t catch her name but she had a heavy island accent.

Limited selection, and several items out of stock. Prices on the shelf didn't match the price at the register; staff not empowered (or unwilling) to do anything about it.

Just got this Boss perfume and oh my goodness, it smells absolutely insane! It's seriously a best seller for a reason. Trust me, you won't regret trying it out! 😍 ! I love chic Caroline too

This post is concerning the retail location located in the midst of gates B40-47 within terminal B. I had the most wonderful experience with an employee named Afia. She was so kind, helpful and professional. I can’t wait to try the chocolate recommendations that she made to me.

I write to complain and demand a refund that was meant to be reversed since December.
I bought Miyake on 12/13/2023 @the cost of $77 I paid $63.76 with my card and gave $13.24 cash to the sales person Anabel Gracia.
After a second thought i decided to purchase the large size @ $97. Amabel tried to make a refund but she didn't know how to go about it. Thereafter Two ladies
whom Amabel called her bosses came and promised me the money paid through card will be reversed.
Till this day 01/15/2024. My $63.76 had not been credit to the card.
This is rather unfortunate and preposterous because these people knew I was traveling.... but they refused to do the needful.
I therefore appeal to whom it may concern to please credit my card back.

After purchasing duty free at Denver airport on concourse B. I have not received my duty free I purchased. They would not let me take my duty free to with me. They insisted on bringing to my gate for my flight. I sat & waited for my duty free till the last second. The gate agents have never seen this. The operators name is Sonia Agossou. She never came with my already purchased duty free. Sonia was rude, & seemed like she really didn’t want to take my order. If you’re traveling through, save the headache & don’t even bother going here. Just a waste of time. & now I have to try & get my refund when I don’t even live in this country. Definitely shouldn’t have an operating duty free if your not gonna deliver already purchased items. ***I also called the duty free store multiple times & no answer***

Good deals and variety but I had to wait for 15 mins for the liquor to arrive at the gate. Almost missed my flight waiting for it. They need to improve their operations.

Hot tip: even if you buy some sort of liquid (in my case, a bottle of olive oil) at duty free and it’s SEALED from them, if you have a connection and have to go through TSA again, they will NOT allow anything that isn’t in an opaque bottle. Had to surrender a bottle of olive oil I bought at Duty Free overseas because it was in a black bottle and they couldn’t open it to test it… makes zero sense. Don’t waste you time or money.

Employees should know their own company policies. At this store they do not. The employee that helped me was rude, belittling, and refused to get another employee that I could speak with. She also refused to give me any contact information for the store so that I could handle matters myself. Avoid Dufry at all costs, it’s not worth the savings.

The city that never sleeps? Well, not according to Dufry. Ok, so technically this is NJ, but whatever. The store I went to was closing up at 9.50pm...wouldn't serve me...supposedly "the other one" is open till 10pm, either way, it's lame. Why one would (supposedly) close at 9.30pm and "the other one" at 10pm...that's weird enough, but why are they closing at all, when the airport is still busy?! Ughh.

Walk straight in and look for Marie ! You will not be disappointed. I bought lots of bottles and chocolates and she found me the best deal on everything. Definitely the best customer service I ever received in an airport period !!

I am extremely impressed by customer service provided by Erica who works at Terminal A DuFree shop. She was very sweet and pleasant and provided a lot of instructions about which fragraces that suits according to the occasion. Erica - way to go and keep it up.

The cosmetics are a mess. I understand the part of the lack of inventory but I do not understand the mess they have in the cosmetics they already have when there are to sales ladies on the floor and nobody in the store. Whole badges of different kinds in different than market places. Correct this mess, you surely have time.

2 insanely rudy and un helpful staff after i bought 2 bottles of vodka but then wanted a refund because they dont let you just take it, they bring it you at your gate when board. Absolute joke

Tommy Edward’s the III, the sales person is rude and misleading. He refused to scan the Duffy App and while pointing the prices are not listed he says is normal and this is how it should be as the promotions changes he dose not have to chance the prices! Rude and unprofessional

The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. They wouldn’t deliver to terminal A, laziness, but understandable. What’s not understandable however is the cashier lying to my face and telling my I should buy it from A, I ask her wondering as I know there isn’t a branch in A, she says if you leave security and go outside I’ll find one. Lies to me with a straight face, I told her I work here and I know there isn’t one but she insists that it’s “somewhere” in A, asked her colleague and she confirmed there isn’t.
There are people who will believe her and will leave security, and will miss their flights and connections, because this individual lied.
The products are what you expect typically in a duty free in the US, limited variety, prices are on the high end.

Employees are so rude and unwilling to help. Compared to other airports where they’re nice and friendly and actually want you to make a purchase, the employees here do not care at all if you buy something or if you never step inside. I wonder if they installed commissions they would behave differently and treat their customers with a better attitude…

Have lower prices on the rack and charge more at the register. Manager doesn’t honor their prices. They charged $119 and wouldn’t refund or discount the $10. Ended up just returning the perfume.

The cashiers are not the friendliest. I told the cashier that I was ready to pay and my wife saw something and rushed to get it. I apologized to the cashier and told her that my wife is getting one more item. She rudely said to me " i thought you said you were done". I kept my mouth shut to avoid any back and forth. Needs better customer service.

Small store, but good selection. There is only one person working the store, but that’s all you need. Friendly service with a convenient location. You can get duty-free liquor, tobacco, candies and perfumes. I like that I can buy boxes of Lindt chocolate for my kids.

Staff aren't very helpful. It's like they don't really want to sell you anything. When making a purchase, they chat with each other and take their time while you're trying to catch a flight. The selection here is good, with lots of liquor and cigarette choices. The store is very big as well so you have plenty to look at and see. They just need to work on the customer service a bit.
