It's good how I can fix it
I would hope legal action is taken against Hailey Huffs , which is in a position of power, in addition to being fired. We have enough racist cops already, we don’t need more. I hope you do the right thing. Prove us wrong, prove that the police department cares when it comes to racism and will not condone it.
Officer Trent Bachman is extremely unprofessional and a drain on the police department resources. My guess would be that doesn't live in the community and it shows.
I needed some assistance with a potential issue, so I emailed the Blaine PD. They responded quickly, and provided excellent help. Very happy with my interaction.
Are we really pulling people over for a third brake light being out? Or is this fishing hoping to find more during the traffic stop?

Went to the DMV because the Jacksonville office is closed. Only 2 windows were open and the lines were extremely long and slow. The 2 window employees did the best they could under the circumstances. The blame falls on the DMV for not anticipating the customers from Jacksonville.
I was able to sit in for a couple of hours with an associate there and I was amazed seeing how much they do. They are all professional and so great at their jobs. I really want to be apart of the CRESA team.
On the phone on hold several days in a rows, when actually talking to someone I’m told false information, been waiting for assistance for 2 weeks to get things process
This place takes its time to handle your case I applied in jun and still nothing they tell you it’s a ticket on your case and act like it’s being worked on when clearly it isn’t because if it was it would be on I call countless times I visit their office in h st at least once a week and still nothing
Im not on probation, never been convicted of anything, im a vet and the father of someone who gave a ride to this location. the white heavy set security guard is the most disrespectful, aggressively arrogant and rude person ive ever seen in a meet and greet , info giving position in my life.this guy picks on the probationers , and addresses combat injured veterans as if they were peasants trespassing on his land.
We recently voiced our concerns over vehicle traffic speeds on the road of which we live on. Especially concerned during school hours. The traffic department responded within one day! Corrective actions were set in motion and are ongoing. We were treated with the highest respect which goes a long way. We know police departments are under a tremendous amount of scrutiny these days and we appreciate all that they do and have our outstanding appreciation!
I only give 2 stars cause of those that TRUELY help. Now, on to The Factx..., What gets me with this organizations they were created by Our Ancestors, Our Descendants. Soon as they got in the hands of the wicked, all hell breaks loose. My thing is, these inside scams.. and yes that's all it is!! These scams that have tooken place only effects Us👉🏿✊🏿. Like I said before, The Most High Yah will deal will all of them. We get put on the back end while colonizers come with no dam info but get everything they are NOT ENTITLED. Calling this Organization will literally break your soul it's horrible. As a college student whos been* receiving benefits, there always seems to be a delay. It's always Representitives 'Can't see the documents you've submitted' or "Oh you submitted a document over sixty days ago... but you also submitted documents only fifteen days ago and thats still going to take 30-45 days to be seen.'
It's very sad that you play your part, submit the application, submit the requested documents and its the same response - you have to wait... longer than the 45 days at that. With the price increase on groceries, this place and it's system can be the worst. They likley need to update their systems and portals.

Let me tell you. ASHLEY ARCHIE! She knows how to do her job. I called 3 days prior and the other agent was HORRIBLE! she did not ask any Probing questions at all, just jumped straight to, "OH you have to wait 4 months, don't know what to tell you!" Only if I was able to get her name! But contacting back yesterday to Miss Ashley Archie, she did her job! She asked ALL necessary questions needed and I was assigned a case manager ASAP! Erap needs more people like Ashley Archie in the work place. SHE DOES HER JOB! And when it comes with getting assist in DC you can come across a lot of MEAN/RUDE people, but Miss Archie by far the best. PS I have been working with my case manager since speaking with her as well.
Short and quick Army Veteran but that’s means nothing to this state or this Office who doesn’t do there job until it’s time to ruin my life and my amended sentence by putting a warrant out for my arrest on a first time offense with no communication or instructions. Deserve better then this garbage called rehabilitation. Thanks for not doing your job properly.
Every time I call there office with questions the staff have been very helpfull & very polite. I thought it was going to be a place that no one gave a darn. But the people I talked to seem to care about family members of a loved one on parole. Thanks Nevada Parole and Probation officers & staff. Shout out to Parole officer Taylor k Johnson.
District Direct portal is useless for recertification. I completed my recertification for TANF and SNAP on the 6th of December on District Direct Portal. I'm was continuing to get calls reminding me to do my recertification. On Dec 16th I got a message through the portal stating that my TANF has been terminated but my SNAP was complete and good. I called DHS to clarify and I was told that DHS has my recertification and I will be receiving my TANF on the 4th of January. 5 days ago I received a letter through the portal stating that my TANF and SNAP updates were received. I visited H st service building today 1/4/2023 and was told that my TANF was terminated. When I showed my confirmation I received I was told that DHS will look over it. I'm very frustrated I've did my part i always do my recertification on time! and I still have not received anything! My son is Autistic we need all the help we can get and DHS isnt doing they're part.. i will be contacting Mayor Bowser office for further help with this situation
The dispatching crew does an excellent job. They handle pressure incredibly well and are studs.
My problem with this fire department is charging us an automatic fee on our mlgw light bill. I got a bill from them because i called a unit to check on my baby. They also charged my insurance company. If im paying them guys with my home taxes and a fee from mlgw. Why they are still trying to get money from me?
They keep being rude dismissive and mean when I call to follow up. They continue to lack empathy and good customer service. I keep getting the same run around each time I call. They treat me like I am wrong for calling to get the assistance when that’s what they are there for and it is upsetting especially when I am nothing but kind and professional with them when explaining my case and concerns. If I could give no stars I would cause they are HORRIBLE!!!

Blaine Police Department does a lot to improve community relations. Thank you specifically to Officer V. (Forgot the full last name) female officer, blonde? I appreciate her service. I ran into her and couldn’t thank her enough. Thank you to this whole department, they all work very hard.
The Parole Officers Don't Do Their Job. Causing People to Fail the System. They don't provide solutions for housing upon release. They just demand the impossible from you while trying to refrain from committing new crimes to help survive. They make you do programs you don't have money for especially when you have no family for support. The Parole System is designed to keep you a revolving Felon. Some people like me want to change for the better and not ever go back to prison. If I could just meet myself a good woman that had her life together and who could love me I probably be ok. All the women I've had are addicts. I see men with women that help them beat this Parole System. Those men don't know what they got until they lose her. For the ones losing hope, don't give up. If you meet a good woman when on Parole don't lose her. You'll regret it. It's the only way to stay out of prison. Love a good a woman and she will never leave your side.

Most of the workers are incompetent. Reaching them requires waits of 2-4 hours, and when you reach them they don't know anything and can offer no help. Two times, two different workers promised to call me back later, that they had to keep taking calls in the meantime because my case was "too complicated" (it wasn't complicated at all). Of course, they never called me back. They are liars. I asked to speak to a manager - they put me on hold for 5 minutes than told me no manager was available and they had to keep taking other calls. I tried going to the agency in person but due to COVID only the call center was open.
This agency is utterly broken. Dealing with enrollment or any paper work issues is an absolute nightmare. The extent of incompetence and disregard for the public, the people they're paid to serve, is astonishing.
If you have to deal with them, my advice is: try resubmitting applications online - do everything you can to help yourself. The other thing, is to keep calling the call center until you land a competent agent, of about 8-9 calls I've had 1 good agent so far.

Very rude mean women who picks up the phone who works there who doesn’t seem to care.
Not only did they save my life on August 16th 2020, they continue to protect our neighborhood and Blaine itself. After I had died and they saved my life I got to say thank you to those officers involved and give them my thank you notes. Around Christmas time I donated some painting I had made to give them and received thank you’s from police officers there. Not only the kindest police officers I’ve encountered but also helped me to be more relaxed when I have had encounters with other officers. I was abandoned when I was 3 and since then have always found it nerve racking to be around officers because of that experience but this encounter has made me feel less scared. Thank you for all that you do and I will continue to support in any way that I can. I will always support Blaine PD. Thank you again!
Is place has made my life miserable. I’ve been lied on, called disturbing names and violated. This place needs to be closed down. The EMT captain has told my personal business to outside members in a malicious manner. They’re very slow with getting anything done. I had to beg just to be enrolled into classes. This experience has completed changes my mind about being with any service in pg county. For your sanity stay away.
definitely not for everyone but ... if you follow all the rules of your probation and listen to your officer you will get off when your supposed too. My officer, officer Bertschy, has been great with me.
The administration of Shelby County Fire Department are among the most professional and responsible agencies of the county government.
My probation officer is Sergeant Clifton who has been great with me even though there ended up being an issue with interstate compact. I feel fortunate that I was placed under him as my probation officer. If you are doing what your supposed to be doing and not doing things to get you into trouble you won't have any problems. It's really that easy..

Heaven forbid you actually have an emergency & need help from this police dept, we have called on more than one occasion needing assistance to be greeted by a voicemail. If you're lucky they will return your call when it is convenient for them. Not all of the officers are actively hunting Maysville's citizens, and I'm sure they don't have much excitement on a day-to-day basis, but you can expect a K-9 unit to be involved in just about any routine traffic stop. If you truly need one of Maysville finest, just don't click it and wait for a ticket.

I have tried for the last 35 minutes to obtain a fire report for a customer and have been transferred and hung up on 8 times! Ridiculous.
I filled out a citation review form for a incorrect parking ticket I received. On the review form it says that I'd get a response in about 3 business days...that was almost a month ago and no response.
So... I get a parking ticket. I was right next to my car and was there less then a minute. Yet, a mom who was outside her car as well doing the same thing and was there for 20 minutes doesn't get a ticket? lol

If you ever find yourself here... well you messed up. The Probation Officers are not bad but the Office Staff is terrible. Not only do they treat everyone who walks in like dirt, but they think very highly of themselves and talk down to you. The wait times are also long, if you have an appointment at 2pm for example, be prepared to come in at 1:30 and possibly wait until 3pm or longer before you get seen.
The Office staff is also terribly strict when it comes to dress code. They will get on you about any little thing to make thier fat, office sitting selves feel better.

I have to admit I was a little nervous when I got probation because I had been on probation before in another state and I was very lucky to get probation, so I wasn't sure how they would treat me but so far I've had nothing but good experiences. All the probation officers have treated me with respect and fairness. I particulary like Seargent Campbell and Officer Reinert. I have nothing but good things to say and to anybody else who is on probation, as long as you do what the judge ordered, pee clean, and show up to report you won't have any problems with these people. They are good officers and they are doing their jobs well, and if you treat them with respect and be honest with them, they will treat you with respect in return. That has been my experience.
