They took all of my money out of my account about a year ago and tried to blame me and the other person on the account. I never got that money back and everyone I spoke to trying to fix it were beyond rude.

I wish I could give a zero star. This bank teller treats elderly customer with disrespect. My grandpa deposit money to this branch and the teller count his money wrong. The teller is around 40 years old he should have apologize for making a mistake but instead he said nothing. This was unnecessary. Tellers here really need to learn some manners.

SCAM….. Beware…. They take large upfront fees!!!! NEVER close…. They are not direct lenders they are brokers…. Alan lies…then hides and you will NEVER hear from him. He has taken over $50,000 per client… will NEVER return money…. If you send a money, just be aware that you will never see it again.

I have been with this credit union for over a year & I love everything about them! The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable anytime I have a question regarding my account. I cannot speak highly enough of HRCCU. I recommend them to all of my friends for their financial needs.

Excellent service! I was out of town and called my credit union to see if there was a branch in Glens Falls. They do not have a branch but are associated with Hudson River CCU. We needed cash and were able to get it with out any issues. Very pleasant people working there!

Crystal Holcomb from the Glens Falls branch always goes above and beyond whenever I need help with a loan or general information on my account. My wife was locked out of her online and mobile accounts. After trying to resolve the problem unsuccessfully over the phone she was asked to go to an office. We usually bank at the Broad Street office so we went there. A cashier politely asked us to wait for Colleen to help us. Colleen quickly got to us and ran us through a couple of procedures to get back into the accounts. After having no luck, Colleen got creative going step by step through a way she thought might work. She thought correctly and my wife was able to login. Colleen is very innovative and is ALWAYS pleasant and humorous.

The Glens Falls office has always gone above and beyond for me as a member, explaining everything thoroughly and helping me grow my credit portfolio. Their customer service is unmatched.

I cannot say enough about the superior service or the personnel at my Hudson River credit union branch. They’re on Broad Street in glens Falls New York. I’ve been a member of the credit union since the early 80s and not in one or any of those decades, and there are lots of them behind me now, has the service been anything but perfect. Not a single error that I can ever remember since the early 80s; Not One !!!
The call center for our credit union in Chris, New York is exceptional as well.

WATCH OUT!!!!! A client of mine applied for NO Ratio loan. Alan promised he could deliver so client wired money as per term sheet. Several weeks later Alan requested income documents. When client was unable to provide them Alan refused to refund the client his money!

If we could rate Steve Arniotes with more than 5 stars, we certainly would. Steve is the most kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable loan officer we've ever met.
He navigated thru the bumps and road blocks of our refinancing process like a pro.
Though there were many complications and hiccups that you could not even imagine, Steve worked through these issues with professionalism and a can-do attitude. Our refinance was unique and complicated to say the least. Down to the appraisal. Other companies tried but could not get it done. Network Capital, Steve Arniotes particularly, went above and beyond to get this loan funded. We literally were calling Steve almost every day, sometimes 2 and 3 times a day for two months straight, sometimes calm but often times distraught.
Never did I feel as if he was annoyed by our calls. He made us feel as though we were his only clients. He would return calls promptly, even on the weekend. When he didn't know something he would say just that but would always assure us that he'd find out and rest assured he always did.

Their manger and staff are professional and friendly especially for customers speaking Chinese. One of their mangers named Su is the best. She is extremely professional and always helpful.

This horrible bank finally closed! There are no more FAIB banks in Manhattan, a RBB was opened on Canal St that is own by one of their EVP! For a public company that is considered a conflict of interest. That a lampert move!

When Andrew said we could close in a week during our first conversation, I thought "Yeah, right. . . my prior refinance took nearly two months. . ."

I hate to try to negotiate anything, but the last several months all my coworkers were getting great rates on their home refinance. My coworkers gave me names of people they used to refinance, but I was still hesitant. Finally the rates dropped again and I decided to check to see if I could get a better rate. I called Network Capital and spoke with Andrew Peterson. He was friendly, informative and patient with all of my questions. He walked me through the on line forms. He was responsive to my questions and called back very quickly if I had to leave him a message. He got me a great rate and money for home improvements all within a few days. Horrible bank after being acquired by a cheap California bank. All Manhattan FAIB locations had been closed. First East Boardway, than Grand, and now Bowery. When this location reopen, it will only be open for a week and then it will be permanently closed. A RBB (not FAIB) will open at Canel St.

In a few month their Flushing South bank will closed, then maybe a year their Elmhurst location (after lease expire), even their brooklyn locations may closed even though they own the buildings.

If its not for my great-grandpa monthly mortgage payments, I will never step foot in this bank. Horrible bank needs to go bankrupt now!

I went to this bank today to deposit some money, they said I was short $20 which is not possible because I just deposited money into Bank of America across the street and they didn’t have any problems. When asked to look at the camera, they gave me random reasons of why I can’t see it, then the cameras only look outside the tellers and not inside, and then it only shows the back of the employee and not the machine counting the money. Then they say I miscounted when I counted the night before and recounted before I left in the morning. Very shady bank, happen at Brooklyn where they said I was short $50 and also at Grand st (before it closed) saying I was short $10.
