The best casino especially if you live local. They really look out for their customers. They comp very nicely. Worth having a rewards card. Even gotten free tickets to show..
Gambling is great at least you get to play instead of just feeding machines all your money with no play back..
The palms is the best..

We stayed at the Tropicana from September 15-22 having changed from New York New York because of the cyber attack on MGM resorts and we were pleasantly happy. Yes the rooms are old, the shower head was almost falling off but everything was clean, the air-conditioning worked.
Beds were very comfortable, pillows were very comfortable.
I need a fridge for medical reasons though and had requested one but it wasn’t until the third day that we got it and I don’t know where they pulled this one out but it was so old and abused I have attached a picture. Also I need a shower chair usually so I had also requested one and again on the third day I hadn’t gotten it yet but they finally brought me one but it is so old I was scared to sit on it so needless to say I didn’t use it.
I WOULD’NT STAY AT TROPICANA IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY/HEALTH NEEDS!
Service was pretty good but we did have a bit of issues with the daily maid service. They have an issue with having your cards out on the door so if you don’t have your card off the door by 9am you don’t get room service room cleaning service.
The pool area is great. Drinks are quite expensive though.
Restaurants were all good.
The Tropicana is going to be bulldozed late next year because of a baseball stadium so we could feel the “it doesn’t matter idea” but it was still a good stay.
Maybe stay there because it is being bulldozed and have one last stay at an icon.

An older hotel that is a bit rough around the edges now. I guess they are going to be tearing it down in a couple years, and you can tell they aren't doing stuff like replacing furniture or carpets like they normally would. Also was very spread out; felt like we had to walk miles to get from the front desk to our room. Despite all that, it wasn't a bad experience overall. I liked the decorative ceiling in the casino, would be great if they could preserve that and move it somewhere else somehow. Also liked that the casino wasn't so huge and overwhelming that you get lost walking through it. And the pool area was great as well. Overall, i'm glad i got to experience this part of Vegas history before it goes.

Took a vacation here in late August and place was truly phenomenal. The farm itself is gorgeous as is the hotel. The staff at the hotel are some of the best. From the activities staff, to the restaurants staff everyone was amazing and incredibly personable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an fun and relaxing vacation.

We visited the Palms to gamble and eat and in both those areas they were terrific. They’re off the strip but their AYCE buffet was excellent, well priced and worth the trip. The casino had a good energy to it (we visited on a Saturday) and there was a wide variety of games and slots to entertain. Add in the free Valet parking and it gets 5 stars from us.

Overall excellent. Great hospitality and service, pools, food. Top notch! Cold plunge is not actually a cold plunge it's a bathtub that they put ice in. Splurge, get a cold plunge for the ranch!

This hotel was a 5 star experience that is reasonably priced. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Nice sized mini refrigerator. No complaints on having to get back to the hotel room from the garage entrance, even though I'm a smoker. Staff were professional and courteous. Most of all the hotel was quiet at night

Not worth the price. The Domain is a much better area to stay in. They also charge $50 a day for valet on top of a resort fee. So the $420 a night they advertise is more like $620. Definitely not worth that price. Not a 5 start hotel. The ritz, Jw, St Regis are on a whole new level. Won’t return

Hotel needs updates but has clean rooms. Rumor has it the hotel will soon be the home of a Major League Baseball Park. Come visit this iconic resort while you can, table games have lower limits than most. Pool area was good, good deals on cabanas and love the refill deals on drinks. Great pool staff, very attentive. Great location, easy walk to MGM Grand, Excalibur and monorail depot.

Has a very nice spa and heated mineral pool. The bird of prey demonstration with the Harris hawk was excellent. The cabin we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. We loved the wrap around deck. The transportation via luxury cart driven by the resort staff to and from the cabin was nice but you can walk the distance from the cabins to the inn. The food left a little to be desired but the place is fairly new and still working out the issues. It will be a big success with a backlog of reservations before you know it.

I was only there for a dinner, and it was an incredible experience. Very exciting menu, delicious food, creative cocktails, and very attentive service. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion or just a foodie in town.

I must say. That my stay here at Palms Place exceeded my expectations by far. I have stayed at many casinos in Las Vegas, including most of the casinos on the strip. But this casino and hotel by far was my best experience. Everything from check in to check out was flawless. I flew into Las Vegas arrived at this hotel and casino at 9:00 AM. The front desk was very accommodating and, I was able to check in no later than 9:15 AM. The front desk staff told me that my room was already ready and I didn’t have to leave my luggage with the bell desk. The food at this place hands-down delicious. The Buffet out of the few that are left in Las Vegas was great. The studio suite was clean all the amenities and the studio suite worked perfectly. The view from our studio suite balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. It was 98° out there when we went. But inside of that studio suite you didn’t fill any of that.

We were placed in smoking room first night even though we booked non-smoking. The room had trash and the beds were dirty. We switched rooms & the undisclosed resort fee was discounted. However you do not have to pay a resort fee, as it is actually not legally binding. Ask to have this fee dismissed at any resort. The second night we switched again to non-smoking room which still smelled of cigarettes. The casino/hotel is poorly ventilated.
Also, the rooms are not easily accessible from the lobby. It may be a far hike for some travelers.

Enjoyed my stay here as always. The rooms were clean as always and the hotel was clean. The food was excellent at each of the in hotel restaurants and the coffee shop option was great.
A coupe of suggestions: although the rooms are clean they are seriously decorated for the 70s. It would be nice to re decorate. As a diamond member there doesn’t seem to be any real perks so coming here with an expectation for additional services makes me want to find another option. Parking is great through the week is great until Friday and Saturday night. Make sure you get your parking Early because members don’t have any special parking privileges.

I stayed at the Palms Casino Resort over Labor Day Weekend and I can say this was such a great hotel to stay at and for such a affordable price compared to the major hotels on the strip. Although the Palms is a bit further away from the strip, it's right next to Chinatown and a short Uber ride away from nearby shops and restaurants and only about a 5-10 minute ride to the strip.
The room was spacious and clean and the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. From the food options available at the hotel to the drinks and amenities, this hotel had everything that I needed throughout my stay.
This hotel also has two resort style pools. One on the bottom and a rooftop pool for you to choose from and are both amazing! Another plus is that they have free valet parking which was so convenient for us! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheaper and affordable option in Las Vegas.

The rooms are very acceptable. There is a lot of natural light and the bathrooms are very large. That being said, in my room, there was a light ringing the entire time, and in the bathroom you cannot turn on the lights without turning on the fan. The restaurants around the rooms are also very nice. Overall not a perfect experience, but definitely a nice one.

This place blew me away. When I arrived I thought I was in Colorado. Everything about it is A+ and five star. The Villas are magnificent and spacious and I highly recommend the slightly larger one with the soaking tub. It’s serene and quiet and a perfect place to get away from the constant noise of life. The activities are excellent and classy and the staff all around are superb. I’d like to give a special shout out to the staff below:

Overall a nice place to stay. I did think the bed was too soft so I didn't sleep as well as I hoped. Service was great. Location is nice... just far enough off the Strip to be able to get away from it when you want but close enough to enjoy downtown Las Vegas when you want to.
Two complaints.. the pool hours really stink, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the weekdays. Would be nice to have the pool open longer hours. Also the fitness center is only open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. these hours make it difficult if you're there on business and have early or late meetings.

I celebrated my birthday at Southall. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. I had a body treatment and facial that far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was attentive and warm. I especially bonded with the kind, front desk check-in person. I hope to visit again, but until then I have the wonderful memory to hold on to.

We won a crazy amount of money here. I believe it was something like $17,000 in a weekend. We ended up spending it back on the grounds of course with a luxurious spa trip, a great room, a fresh haircut, a diamond ring, and new clothes. It was amazing. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our l stay at CocoKey. The water park and pool were nice, although we didn’t really use it because we didn’t have time it was still fun while we waited for our room to be cleaned. I would’ve given 5 stars but the hotel could use some work.
Our room had a small, almost like feet & mildew. Our allergies were bothering us every time we were in the room, which leads me to believe there is mold or mildew in the rooms.
We booked here because the room was a good deal, but everything else was overpriced. An energy drink from the gift shop was $5, a small container of donut holes were $6.50
I’d also like to add that the room keys are either a little wooden key card or a wrist band, which is convenient but we had to have ours program a couple of different times because they kept disconnecting from our room and the elevator.

I stay in Vegas 5-10 times a year for business. Cosmo is becoming one of my favorite properties. The pools, hospitality, and atmosphere are what draw me back. I also love the food and drinks. Be sure to try out the chandelier bar. Jarid keeps the cold drinks coming. Thanks for the recommendations. Will be back!

Can't say enough about this place. I figured I would not stay the whole time at 1 place... so I am currently staying at the aria.... wish I would have stayed at the cosmopolitan! The aria is a big step down. So much so that I won't be spending my money in their casinos. I can hear other guests, not great food, and water pressure is sub-par. At the cosmopolitan, we never heard anyone outside. All the food we tried was great, and the water pressure was amazing. We will definitely return!

We booked three nights at Wildflower Farms at the end of a family holiday having read the mixed reviews, and hoped to be positively surprised. Although great in some respects, we probably should have relied on other's experiences, and wish someone would have mentioned the bees!
-
For the pros, the facilities, rooms and landscape are as advertised and the staff do well in creating a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a Ridge Suite which was well appointed and ideally located across the field from the main house. The outdoor pool area is very nice and staff are attentive for room service, most food service and in accommodating requests. Feeding the chickens in the morning and collecting eggs for the restaurant to make our breakfast was a nice touch for the kids. I thought Clay was a good dinner option for one night.
-
As for the cons, it's very expensive for what you get, and probably not geared to a family with young kids, although they do their best to accommodate you with cribs and 'kids eat free' specials. Food options at Clay and on the porch are sparse, they could do with a bigger selection given they are the sole places to eat. Frankly we would have been ok with all the above had it not been for the yellow jacket bee infestation. Having my 2.5 yr old daughter stung twice in a day and with a family member being allergic to bees, we found ourselves rushing between the cabin and main house for most of our stay, and unable to participate in outdoor activities (which most are) or sit at the pool made for a wasted trip. We spoke to others who were stung, with some asking to leave early and shift their reservations to the winter. Wish we would have thought of this.
I would go back in cooler weather and if price was half what we paid, and leave the kids at home!

Room and place was decent, however we only stayed here for the water park but we never got the opportunity to use because it was closed both days we were there. We stayed mid week and it didn't seem incredibly busy so we felt like the hotel used an isolated lightning strike to close all the pools to never reopen. I totally understand closing the pools for 30-60 minutes for lighting but there was only a brief strike 5miles away at 2pm and nothing opened back up for the rest of the day.

Where do I begin? Very unassuming building but when you pull in to the parking area, it's alll luxury from there. Greeted by a great host, and fantastic valet service, walking in you're surrounded by beautiful art, mellow live jazz and a service desk that is there only to provide a great experience. The room was stunning with modern amenities including a great bar selection and a view of downtown Austin that was exquisite. Breakfast at Nido was on another level and can't recommend it enough. Definitely a must book for an anniversary or birthday stay.

I love everything about this hotel from the looks to the feels and the amazing view from our balcony! Very clean & they have the most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like a baby there! There’s so much to do and see. Great location compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. We hit up the club and a couple bars in here and it was so much fun! Great vibes! I also got married to my best friend!!

"Most relaxing weekend I've had in years" said my extremely happy wife. Best service I've experienced in a decade -not years- a decade.
Great time to go any time, but it is a special place to visit during Fall/Winter because of the beautiful outdoor spaces that are centered around a camp fire.
Jake at the front desk is an MVP, and Richard (Chef) is so knowledgeable, gifted, and incredible as a Chef. It's as if he came from one of those cooking shows as one of the celebrity judges. The "food fables" activity that you can book whilst there is worth every penny.
Massive plus: The Spa facility is very beautiful and high end, and the massage therapists (proper term- NOT masseuse) are gifted (DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO GET PRESTON AS YOUR MASSAGE THERAPIST- SERIOUSLY).
Perfect for weekend getaway for couples, and I suspect for "wives/girls" weekend getaway also. Need a break from the high pressure life grind? Book here now. It was exactly what I needed. Splurge for at least a Cottage if you can, but the hotel rooms look excellent as this is a less than a year old facility.

What can I say...one of the most special experiences of my life. A unique place to stay. Such a beautiful part of America and Under Canvas let's you enjoy it in such a brilliant way. The tents are very comfortable, it can get cold once your fire goes out but there are so many awesome blankets that you can always warm up. The food on site is fabulous, so is the beer. The views are out of this world. All of the staff were so super helpful and friendly. I would go back here in a heartbeat. I already miss it so much.

Wow! I don’t know where to start, but I can say that Southall set a new standard for us in terms of both food and the hotel.
The grounds are amazingly gorgeous, the staff is so nice and helpful, and the restaurant is just too good. I’m still dreaming of some of the dishes we ate (the summer beans and heirloom tomatoes in particular!).
We went with our baby (8 months) and it was the perfect family vacation.
Special shout-out to Ethan at the front desk who went above and beyond for us.
We are hoping to make it an annual trip!

What a slice of heaven in the Catskills. The property is gorgeous, and the cabins are so cozy. We loved the grounds, pool, the fitness classes and communal hang out in the lobby. Fantastic for all ages. The staff bends over backwards to ensure everything is terrific. Loved the food, drinks and ambiance at Clay. It’s a very healthy and fresh menu. Thank you, Christian, for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return in another season.

Obvious but worth emphasizing. This is NOT a hotel. You’re in a tent with a zipper door. There’s a toilet and shower which gets you into hotel room territory but there’s a few distinctions. The bathroom is “private” but not completely (i.e. partial “wall” with barn door separates you from the rest of the space) and the shower is a pull handle with just on and off, with temp going from cold to warm to hot intermittently. Theres bugs, it’s cold at night, etc. Despite its price-point, it’s way more a camping experience than a hotel experience which is why I suppose people stay at Under Canvas. And so did we.
It was a fantastic experience. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The beds are super comfortable (definitely hotel quality). The indoor wood burning stove is really cool, although don’t think it’ll heat things up for long. It’s more fun than a heater. The food at the cafe is really good and reasonably priced. The outdoor area is very well done with great views and fun activities such as s’mores at night, corn hole, Bocce Ball and board games.
And then there’s the location. You are in the middle of nowhere. Literally. There are a few small towns close by and Ruby’s General Store about 15-20 min away has pretty much want you’d need. Lots of activities outside the park such as ATV/SXS, horse back riding and biking (we e-biked the park). You can book through Under Canvas or go your own way. The scenery is just breathtaking wherever you go. It’s a truly unique experience that will create lasting memories for sure.
Few things we discovered that’s worth mentioning.
- Being Bryce Canyon is so high up it gets chilly at night, even in august . So pack some extra warm PJs, you’ll need em (we stayed end of August and it got down to the high 40s low 50s late at night).
- if your shower gets cold (ours did after about 30-60 seconds) flush the toilet and boom. Hot water is back. At least in our tent.
- the sky is unbelievable at night. You can see the Milky Way with the naked eye. Bring a decent camera and learn how to photograph the night sky and you’ll have some amazing shots. I’ve never seen so many stars and I’ve been around the block
- we went white water rafting one day which was really cool. It’s an 75-90 minute drive north but you go through the mountains and it’s a very nice drive. Rapids were going being it’s rained a lot this season.
- we visited end of august and it rained every day for a short period of time. Bring rain jackets or ponchos if you go in the rainy season. We got caught SXS in a monsoon and the poncho and garbage bags we brought to protect our backpacks saved the day
- there’s a local “world class museum” in Bryce that’s actually really good. If you have an hour to kill check it out. All stuffed game animals and an amazing collection of bugs. There’s deer the kids can feed for a few bucks too
- food is not the greatest in the area, so the cafe came in handy. The town of Tropic and Panguitch, both about 30 minutes away, had some decent options if you’re looking to go out for dinner. But again, Under Canvas has a great onsite cafe with good food so it’s not necessary.
- getting to Bryce is a bit of a challenge. We flew into Vegas and spent a night before the journey east
The biggest pet-peev we had is unlike camping there’s no campfires by the tent which I really think is the biggest downside. Understandable considering the fire hazard it would pose but Camping for me is pretty much all about the campfire. There were gas fire pits at the main lobby area but it wasn’t the real thing.
All in all this was probably in the top 3 of any vacation experience with my 12-year old son and we will remember it for the ages. Highly recommended!

So this is my second review. They didn't improve. There's no service on the floor. I was there for 2 hours and not ONE server came by. Had to go to the bar to buy a drink. Maybe that's The Palms plan.... Gets them out of giving you a free one.
Lastly, bring your walking shoes cause they blocked off over 1/2 the parking in the parking garage. It's saved for the folks that aren't there. Not for the folks coming to spend their money, those folks have to walk a mile to give them your money. Take a drive, go see all the empty spots. You'll see a ton you can't get too on your way to the roof...
Gave them a 2nd chance cause I'm a local. So many BETTER casinos on and off the strip that treat you like a guest and not a bother... Good luck everyone! You won't have to worry about the "what happens here stays here" cause you won't be getting any drinks here unless you pull out the old credit card.

I go to Vegas every 2 months for work and The Cosmopolitan is my favorite resort so far. I chose a king room with a terrace which was really nice! The terrace allowed me to enjoy being outside without leaving my room which a lot of other resorts don’t have. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The interior decorations are vibrant and different. I loved that my room had a fridge in addition to the mini bar so I could store my items and not have to use a cooler. The restaurants and bars had amazing food. The overall customer service was above and beyond. I work in customer service and I have high expectations. I highly recommend!

Great property with fantastic location on the strip. I love that the rooms have balconies and you can sit outside, enjoy the weather and a drink.
The crowd is definitely younger, and there is a party vibe here. If you're a little older and want to avoid the drunk 20/30 year old crowd, be sure to not stay here here.
Regardless of whether you stay here or not, this is a great place to walk through, play a little, shop, and enjoy one of the many great restaurants.

** once in a lifetime experience**
Glamping at Undercanvas is an experience worth living.
When we arrived we realised that the travel agency booked us rooms in another Under Canvas 500km away (ed: panic). The staff immediately took ownership, offered us s’mores while they fixed everything and made sure that we got three rooms.
The place offers multiple well-being activities (from hikes, yoga, games, live music ect) that will make your stay unforgettable.
Not to mention the dinner outside and stargazing at night. We never experienced such a wild and peaceful venue.
We really loved it - highly recommended:)

Wonderful hotel with excellent room, an extremely friendly staff, and better amenities than expected for something this size. The rooms had a slightly strange layout, but they were very well appointed. This has become my hotel of choice in Austin.

This is a great place to take your kids. The water park is clean and fun. It has something for kids of all ages. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping came every day we were there. The staff is very pleasant. It has a nice game room and food/movie area. There was an amazing luau and a foam party. We are locals and wanted to give the kids a quick getaway before school started and we were not disappointed. There are extra charges when you check in so be forewarned, but still highly recommend.

Wildflower Farms is not only a scenic haven of natural beauty, but also a testament to sustainable, organic farming practices. The dedication to organic cultivation shines through in the freshness and quality of their produce, which also finds its way into the dishes served at their on-site restaurant. Each meal is a delightful experience, capturing the essence of farm-to-table dining at its best. The sprawling landscapes, filled with colorful blooms and delicate fragrances, paired with the farm’s commitment to organic practices, make every visit memorable. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate, always eager to share the stories behind each flower, plant, and dish. Whether you’re a gardener seeking inspiration, a food lover in search of authentic flavors, or someone simply looking for a peaceful retreat, Wildflower Farms delivers on all fronts.

We arrived and our room was not ready but we were early, we were able to use the pool area until it was ready! Fidelia at the front desk was so helpful and sweet! Jesse at the front was so helpful with our baggage, I did valet parking. The check in process was easy and quick, the room was clean and spacious and comfy. The customer service was AMAZING they made you feel so welcome, drinks were amazing. the food was okay, a little pricey.... I would definitely leave to eat and come back..the hotel advertises that everything closes at 10 however that wasn't true. everything shut down at 9! even the vending machines! too pricey and the 1 hour early shut down upset me and my husband...Other than expensive food and things closing so early my family had a great time it was very fun!

Situated away from the crowds yet still close to the park, Under Canvas Bryce Canyon provides a quiet and picturesque refuge after a long day of hiking and exploring. With tents that are well spaced, there’s an air of peaceful solitude. The property is beautiful and the tents look just like what you see online. They have all the modern amenities (running water, bathroom and shower in each tent, stylish and comfortable furnishings, etc) for those of us who like the “idea” of camping but don’t really want to camp. The customer service was awesome. A big shoutout to Torri who checked us in and oriented us to the camp. She was friendly, engaging and helpful. One of the things I like most about Under Canvas in general, is how everyone they employ has a passion for the land around them. They know and love to talk about their experience living there, the best hikes and activities off the beaten path, where to catch an amazing sunset or sunrise, and what makes the surrounding area so special. Torri was no exception and completely embodied that vibe. She always made sure we had everything we needed and responded promptly to any requests. Our 13 and 9 year olds loved playing the board games in the main tent. Their favorite place to chill was the hammock hangout filled with hammocks and circular swings. We spent most of the evening sitting around the campfire making s’mores and talking. You CANNOT go to bed until you’ve done a little stargazing. The lack of artificial light creates a special opportunity to see a spectacle in the sky. We opted for the stargazer tent and that proved to be a great choice. Snuggled in for the night, we stared at the stars and let them lull us to sleep. It was a fantastic experience and I whole heartedly recommend Under Canvas Bryce Canyon to anyone visiting the area.

Wanted to experience something different when visiting Orlando for the weekend. I had driven by Coco Key many times on I-4 and thought it looked really cool for my 12 year old son. He loves slides and the water. We enjoyed the foam party too 🥳 The service was exceptionally amazing with every interaction with the staff. My son had a wonderful time playing with his endless energy while I was able to relax poolside and enjoy the memories. Definitely will be coming back here as 2 nights was not nearly enough. Centrally located right in the middle of everything on International Drive, so not too much time spent driving. It's definitely a fun resort to visit when in Orlando.

Had a great time at this resort. Will be visiting again. Kids loved the water park(ages 8 & 14). Room was very nice and clean. Only downside was no microwave in the room and there wasn’t too much variety in the food department. But there are a lot of other food options within walking distance (Golden Corral is next door 😉) Thank you guys for a wonderful vacation.

This will forever be one of my most beautiful and cherished memories as a solo traveler and nature lover. Under Canvas Bryce Canyon is not only a gorgeous camp just minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park, which is absolutely stunning, but also has the greatest staff. I want to thank Bryce, Matt, and Jake for making my experience so lovely! They really went above and beyond! And the tent was so clean!!

This was my first time as a guests at this beautiful hotel. Rose, one of the concierge is absolutely the ultimate professional and very passionate about ensuring the first experience is top notch. Stylish, chic, and trendy. Totally my style and taste.
Additionally, the housekeeping staff was amazing! We never had to ask for cleaning service. The housekeeping team was on top of it and made sure we had the necessities needed for a great stay.
Our view was also amazing! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I open to return for another visit. Cheers to you!

The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, I love all of the plants and modern yet cozy decor in the lobby. All of the people working at the front desk were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with modern amenities. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've never slept in! Other reviews said the pool would be busy but it wasn't very busy when we visited (August during the week). The pool area is small but beautiful. The food and drinks at Nido are expensive but top notch, and you can't beat the view from the balcony. There's a cafe attached to the hotel that's really lovely as well, offering coffee, pastries, and some prepared foods. All in all a great stay!

Hotel is a bit rundown. You definitely get what you pay for. The rates in Vegas are just crazy now. My chair was stained in the room with something that can only be bodily fluids. 🥴. If it's stained and you can't get the stain out, just throw it away. Right? The staff is nice and the cleaning ladies are even better. Views are decent. Definitely needs a refresh. A huge part of the pool area is closed off. Decent gym.

First time in Vegas and loved it. The Palms Casino Resort was great. Customer service was good the rooms are very nice with a wet bar, the only downside was the rooms didn't come with a fridge or microwave to keep beverages cold or to warm up left overs if you had any. Otherwise it was comfortable.
I went to Vegas initially for the Legendary Keith Sweat concert which he performed Friday night and Saturday night, I went to the Saturday concert and he's awesome the best performer and the best performance ever.
He's a definitely a must see!!!! He performed right there in the casino, the theater is called the Pearl. I would recommend to any friends and family to stay here at this hotel casino.
Vegas was a great choice as well as my choice to stay at the Palms Casino Resort.
I'm definitely looking forward to another trip to Vegas and I would definitely will be staying back at the Palms Casino Resort.

Excellent staycation. We’re Austinites who wanted to have a wonderful anniversary experience and chose this wonderful hotel to be out of the main drag but still have a central location to the trail and great views.
We had a wonderful time. The hotel personell and restaurant ensured we had a great anniversary and was very attentive and accommodating. My husband put in a few special requests at the restaurant before we arrived and we felt welcomed and cared for. Kudos and thank you!
The rooms we stayed in was large, with a beautiful bright modern bathroom and a large 2 person tub, modern interior design and was sparkly clean. Bed was great with nice hotel quality sheets.
This hotel offers some of the best downtown views of Austin, especially the lake view rooms and the restaurant. We loved the en suite balcony where we enjoyed a wonderful sunset over ladybird lake.
The restaurant offers some healthy delicious options for us health nuts, great fresh juices at brunch and excellent croissants (from a European - means a lot).
We’ll be back and happy to recommend this hotel to friends visiting or just looking for a getaway.

Southall was an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail is second to none, from the property to the facilities to the hospitality. They're champions of sustainability. Their people are passionate experts with vast areas of knowledge. There is no shortage of things to do for all types of guests: a variety of tours (apiary recommended!), an aerial ropes course, archery, world class spa, fine dining, kayaking, mountain biking, yoga...I could go on. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean. It's everything you could ask for in a vacation with friends, family, or just a couple. We'll be back as soon as possible.

The theme of the Cosmo wasn't exactly our style, but it was still a nice hotel, clean, and with good service.
We had a terrace king room, and it was great overall. Comfortable bed, good amenities, good layout, bathroom was spacious with a "jet" tub, large shower, two sinks. Lots of space for your luggage, etc. Also found the rooms to be very quiet.
We were in the Chelsea tower, getting to and from our room was easy.
Parking, when you arrive, is a bit of a pain if you don't know which tower you're in and it's a bit confusing for that, but once you figure it out or you know your tower ahead of time, it's fine. Free if you're a guest (aside from the "resort fees").
The location is alright, depending on what you want to do. We love to wander and use the Monorail a lot, so it's not super convenient for that, but it really depends on what you want to do in Vegas. It's not a bad location at all, there are just better ones for us.

Remote location with beautiful views. Excellent location to use as a base camp to explore Bryce Canyon. Very sustainable and thoughtful design. The food and drinks were delicious. We especially loved the outdoor space with fire pits and s’mores.

Have mixed reviews of the property, which is fundamentally tied to the very high price of the stay which I did not feel was worth the cost. Depending on what you're looking for, this may or may not be the place for you.
Starting with the good:
- if you'd like, you can easily enjoy yourselves entirely within the property.
- wonderful property with good amenities, including heated bathroom floors
- gym is good, and even has special features like a Tonal and multiple Theraguns
- service in general, especially by the Ranch Hands, is very good
Room for improvement:
- zero introduction to amenities (there's a STEEP resort fee but no mention of any amenities during the check-in process)
- the generous breakfast amenity is completely washed away by the extremely high prices for food which is not worth the price on the menu.
- fridge contained milk but it was rancid even though expiration was in the future (completely unacceptable)

I stayed at the Stanly ranch for a wine tasting trip with my best friend. It was the perfect place for a relaxing ladies getaway! The spa was incredible, the rooms were luxurious but understated and classy. The beds are also heavenly, we got such good rest.
We loved the firepit on our patio to drink wine by at night and talk and the beautiful lavender filled grounds to stroll and ride bikes around.
Bear the restaurant was SO good we ate there 4 times the menu was so interesting and varied. The coffee shop is also great.
Pina the Concierge was incredibly helpful and arranged some great experiences for us, we are so grateful to her. The pool menu (both drinks and food )was perfectly curated and the pool staff and bartenders were all so fun and kind.
We did run into an issue with getting the wrong room the night we checked in and the front desk staff was not helpful in fixing it that night. HOWEVER the next day Karla one of the resort managers addressed the situation with care and concern and turned what could have been a bad experience into the most amazing stay. Thank you Karla! As a professional in the hospitality and tourism industry myself I really appreciated her and the rest of the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I will definately be back for a romantic trip with by husband.

Had a terrific time at the Loren at Lady Bird Lake! Rooms were clean and spacious with nice very furnishings and touches.
Staff all around were very friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool was a bit small but nice, and given that the hotel wasn't near full capacity on our trip, it was not too busy at all - during peak summer.
We appreciated the location and the convenience of cafe downstairs and dining at Nido. Definitely planning to stay here again our next Austin trip!

I stayed here over the past weekend through Amex FHR program, I was upgraded to a suite among the other FHR benefits and was very impressed. The property looks and feels very new, as well as everyone being genuinely friendly. I loved the e-bikes they have positioned out front, and can't wait to visit again in a colder month to enjoy them. My only complaint was the pool being very overcrowded to the point where it was standing room only on that balcony. But if you do not need a pool, this place is perfect.

My wife had a pre-natal massage here the week prior and had such a wonderful experience previously that she recommended bringing my visiting family here. Even though we were only there for lunch, we were greeted with friendly staff and treated no different than overnight guests. Great customer service from Ethan at the pool bar who referred me to Traci in Guest Services for a complimentary tour of the grounds. Traci took us around the beautiful property in their guest vehicle and was very knowledgeable and friendly! Lunch was delicious — the salad was fresh and large enough to split as a table. I had a local cider, the grain bowl with added grilled chicken. They even gave my young son a complimentary stuffed animal before we left. Great experience all around. Thank you again Traci!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish and beautiful drive from the city to the property.
Really nothing like it in NY, and it makes you not want to return to reality.
From the fabulous food, stunning views and tranquil property...this melted away my stress.
Pair it with some incredible experiences and you've got the perfect recipe to escape the city.

Returned from Sunset Key cottages a few days ago, and I’m left feeling disappointed. Yes, the island is great. Very quiet with amazing views, sizable cottage. The service needs much improvement from start to finish. We left with $300 of resort credit that no employee reminded us of. We were completely unaware. We were 3 black women traveling and multiple times employees assumed we were only visiting and not staying on the island (which is probably why they asked for our card and not charged to our available resort credit).
In addition, I booked this trip months ago. About a month before the stay I checked the sunset key website to learn that there was a promotion with discounted plus resort credit. I called to update it, but someone from the resort should have notified me. And then we only got to use $200 of the credit because we didn’t charge the cottage, completely unaware we had $300 left. Service at the beach was extremely slow. We were ignored many times while we watched others be served. Overall a beautiful place but I expect better service for the amount I paid.

Gem nestled near the Shawangunk Mountains . Calm, serene. Beautiful property with impeccable rooms and service. The cocktails at the restaurant Clay are outstanding. The only slight weak link is the food which is good but not outstanding and a little overpriced.

An absolutely fantastic stay from every respect. Only one criticism is that the rooms and buildings tend to feel quite on top of one another. Many of the rooms have outdoor showers, and when using them, you can hear your neighbors walking by. The bungalows are configured to have two guest rooms, and you feel the presence of your neighbors throughout. If the landscaping were a bit more lush, you would feel a little bit more secluded. Otherwise it was perfect in all respects

We came on the boat for breakfast. The key lime pancakes were wonderful. The fried pork belly was a cold rectangular log with the consistency of Pâté.

I'm not sure what the mixed reviews are coming from? I hope I can clear some confusion for others.
1) THIS IS NOT A LUXURY HOTEL- Are the rooms perfect?- No But for $70-$100 a night more a less I think it's a great deal!
2) The staff were super friendly and all willing to help when I had any questions. I was even able to check in early!
3)The location is pretty central, easy to get to just about everything you need in Orlando.
4) My kids ages 8,7,2 had an AMAZING time. The water park is the perfect size. Big enough for the kids to have fun, while being contained enough not to have to join my kids down every ride. There are multiple life guards at every section of the park.
All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back. For the price/value this cannot be beat. If you're looking for overpriced water park luxury please book at the Gaylord Palms.

Our experience at Wildflower couldn’t have been more perfect. The most beautiful, setting, incredible programming, and an overall thoughtfulness and attention in every detail from beginning to end. My husband and I both had wonderful massages- their massage therapists really know what they’re doing and react to your body. Each space on the property, is an experience- from feeding the farm animals and touring the massive vegetable gardens to the open air yoga classes and lounging by the outdoor fireplace. I can’t wait to come back and I’m so glad that this is a quick two hour drive from the city. I couldn’t recommend a visit to Wildflower more!

I can't say enough about how great Stanly Ranch is. From the second we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. We were offered champagne when we arrived and was shuttled to our room. The cabins are very thoughtful with plenty of space for two. Each location comes with an outdoor seating area and fire pit.
The amenities at the Ranch are amazing. The general pool is spacious surrounded by turf and lavender. Bar access is available as well.
The spa area is one of the biggest highlights of the trip. The sauna is so cool with tons of room to lay out. Followed by a steam and salt room... it was so relaxing.
Lastly, Bear is absolutely lights out! The food was amazing and incredibly fresh. The rice fritter appetizers were so incredible. We went to Bear 3 times during our stay.
Overall, I can't recommend Stanly Ranch enough. Incredible stay and experience. We will be back within the next 12mo for sure!

The moment you arrive this hotel really welcomes you! The lobby is gorgeous and the views from our room were outstanding. The pool is very nice but small so can get full. We had breakfast at Nido and had coffees from the shop in the lobby. All delicious! Shot out to the manager Chris who took care of a very small issue we had very promptly. Great, convenient location to downtown.

We never want to stay anywhere else while visiting Key West💗 The island is beautiful with lush landscape, very helpful staff, excellent food choices and the cottages are just perfect! Can't wait to visit again 🥰

What an amazing hotel for families! We went there with our 3 and 7-year-old kids. We all had the time of our lives. The kids had a blast at the toddle pool with the slides and at the water park. There was just so much to do, no time to get bored. They had family-friendly events both Friday and Saturday night (Luau night and foam party). The rooms were spacious and clean too. I would highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a getaway with their family.

The camp is situated on a large and amazing piece of land. The grounds feature well spread-out tents with great views and a relatively high-altitude setting (~7,400’). Another bonus is that the camp is in a remote location out of the tourist trap of Bryce Canyon City. For those looking to get away from the crowds that can descend upon our National Parks, Bryce Canyon Under Canvas is for you. We spent two excellent nights at this camp in a roomy suite tent. We were truly excited to return each afternoon post Bryce Canyon NP hiking and exploring. The food and beverage service was great and the staff were delightful and professional. The gorgeous common area offers a number of fire pits with live music on the nights we were there. It was most relaxing to hang out on a chilly night by the fire. As with most of our Under Canvas visits, we met some great people whilst preparing our S’mores. Can’t wait to return someday soon.

We absolutely loved our experience at Under Canvas Bryce Canyon! Our tent was clean and comfortable. The lodge area had plenty of seating, fire pits, and games. The food at the restaurant was good. The menu is limited, but there are options for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to be in such a remote part of Utah with beautiful views, amazing stargazing at night, and close to many outdoor activities.

Our family spent a long weekend at Southall as we were exploring the area for potential relocation. The setting and grounds are spectacular. This is a one of a kind retreat experience that transports the guests to a relaxing oasis of peace and serenity. With great food and service accompanied by first class amenities, Southall is a must for anyone looking to stay outside of the city and wanting to breathe. It is so amazing to see the chickens, bees, farming and greenhouse activities that are fully visible and rooms that are luxurious and well designed. We had great service at the restaurant and Mother’s Day brunch. Previous reviews about the gate guard being strict were unfounded in our case. We found the friendly and appreciated their conversations.

Didn’t have a good experience here. The property is very nice, it has a white sand beach and it is 7 min away in boat from key west which is nice. Problem is that staff is inconsistent and there’s a lack of end to end training.
For example:
1. My card was rejected, someone called me and left a voicemail. I called back and nobody knew that person. They had me on hold for about 5 min. Had to call the manager who solved the issue.
2. One day we wanted dinner, the kitchen was going to close in 15 min. The hostess simply decided to ignore us and we had to call the manager who gave registered our order.
3. Service at the pool was not friendly enough for a 5 star hotel.
4. When we departed the people that helps with the bags are not properly trained and not friendly enough.
If this was a hotel with a price of $300-$500 per night it would be nice but for the price I expect perfection.
The only exceptional service came from an island ambassador called Jas. Hope everyone was like him.

This was our second time visiting and we had the most amazing stay. The property is beyond beautiful with the best sunsets every night. The staff was phenomenal. A special shout-out to Jas who welcomed us and checked on us throughout our stay, and Thomas who served us at the bar all week. Thomas was so pleasant and went out of his way to make us drinks just the way we liked them. He even whipped up some special frozen drinks for our 3 year olds. The staff really goes above and beyond here and that is what makes it such a special place. The ice cream man came to the pool daily at 3pm and our toddlers looked forward to it every day. They also loved the morning deliveries of fruit, yogurt, croissants and muffins and the evening chocolates. It just made it so fun!
The resort is quiet and romantic, but we also felt comfortable and welcomed bringing 4 young children with us everywhere, which was much appreciated. The food at Latitudes is amazing and we had a hard time venturing off of the island because we loved everything on Sunset Key so much! We have been visiting key west for many years, but there is no place like Sunset Key! We hope to come back every year!

There is no doubt that the Sunset Key cottages is one of my favorite places to go. A few minutes on a ferry ride and you arrive at the most peaceful place surrounded by wonderful personnel that greets you with a smile. A special mention for Jassy who was waiting for us once we got off the ferry.
The restaurant Latitudes: great ambiance but the food could be better. I am not saying it was bad but we ate dinner at another restaurant in Key West and that food was outstanding (can't mention the name here). But….I have to add: the key lime pie they have is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! You must try it.
The cottage is very comfortable, but it needs an update. The bathroom had a tub/shower that did not work too well. The spout for the tub would move around (poorly secured to the wall) every time we used the diverter on it. It also did not divert the water 100% from the spout to the shower head. It was a cheap system in the first place. The enamel steel tub was patched up in a couple of places where it had chipped (picture attached). The correct way to fix chips is to resurface the entire tub, not do a patch work. The shower curtain should be updated to a glass enclosure.
We are in the plumbing fixture business so we notice these things immediately. My wife designs bathrooms and kitchens for large and small projects so we know when something is dated and needs a "face lift". While maintaining the shabby chic decor, the cottages need an update in the bathroom area. Maybe other guests would not notice these things, but we do.
The Nespresso coffee was of course excellent (we use that brand in our home), but the condiments were subpar (saccharine, sugar and cream in capsules). At the prices they charge (over $1,000/day) we expect not only refrigerated milk, but coconut milk, almond milk, every possible milk, stevia, splenda, etc. (I associate saccharin and cream in capsules with cheap motels off I-95).
The bread they delivered the first morning was dry and not very good. The second day they delivered croissants and they were much better. They used to deliver these wonderful, warm muffins and different types of fresh bread. What happened to that?
The lounge chairs around the pool also need to be updated. They are starting to look aged.
Tennis courts: pickle ball is all the rage now. Convert at least one tennis court into two pickle ball courts and you will get a lot of additional bookings. It's currently the fastest growing sport in the country.
Other than these suggestions, the place is wonderful, peaceful, friendly staff. Let's make it even better!!

Our dwelling was stylish and large for two people. I enjoyed the clean design of the building inside and out. The outdoor private patio had a shower to enjoy in the sunshine. The staff was very attentive. We had an excellent dinner and enjoyed the relaxing, placid pool area and the jacuzzi. We accepted bikes on loan and rode in the countryside past some wetlands to the South. It was a nice time and is one of our memorable adventures as a fairly new couple. Thank you for the hospitality.

I just got back from a friends getaway at Wildflower Farms and I feel like I'm floating. The whole visit seemed like a dream--a dream where every single detail was perfect and the world outside of the hotel ceased to exist. It's hard to even process how amazing it was so I'll just list it all out here and hope that you can make sense of it!
First, the service: it was impeccable. Every staff person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and relaxed. They all had an air of ease, even though they were obviously paying close attention to detail. It didn't feel fussy at all, but it did feel like 5-star service.
The spa was heaven. I had a treatment with Michael (10/10 recommend!) and I spent time in the salt pool and the outdoor hot tubs. Time melted away.
The food is incredible and the restaurant is gorgeous. I'm vegetarian and there was plenty for me to eat. The food was exciting and fresh and delicious. The bar menu was extensive. We spent three hours eating dinner and it was divine. Zero notes.
The rooms. Ah...the rooms. They felt like being at home (if your home is a high-end Swedish design fantasy land with marble slabs and beautiful books and silky wood finishes everywhere. Mine is not. But now I wish it was.) They pretty much had to pry me out of my room at check-out.
There were so many fun activities. We walked all of the trails, found tadpoles and birds and mushrooms. We explored the greenhouses and met the animals. We did the zip-line!! And yoga! But my absolute favorite thing of all time was waking up early to pick out our eggs from underneath the hens and then bringing them to the kitchen for our breakfast. It was such a unique experience!
Thanks for reading this far. I hope you get to have as nice a time as I did at Wildflower Farms but mostly I hope get to do it again one day!

Beautiful property just opened about 1 year ago. They have nice little cottages with outdoor seating and firepits in each. Love their pool area and all the landscaping. The way they have the cottages laid out, you can walk around the facility and enjoy the vineyards and landscaping. Nice restaurant (Bear), coffee shop and game area for families like corn hole. A little pricey, but it's more of an experience.

Great place for the younger kids to play!

Loved this splash pad! Plenty for the kids to play with and around and was something as an alternate to the pool area! Very clean and felt well-maintained. Central to the Nemo suites and the big blue pool.

How can people be posting reviews from years ago when this resort just opened in November 2022?
Not pet friendly and if you love sushi for breakfast lunch and dinner

This is my new favorite place. From the initial greeting as you disembark one of their private ferries to the cute cottages; morning goodie baskets; amazing staff, drinks and lunch at the pool bar; afternoon ice cream cart and dinner and service at Latitudes, everything is just perfect. Sunset Key is the best of both worlds. When you have had your fill of the energy, crowds and noise of Key West, hop on the private ferry for a short ride over to a tranquil paradise. I will be back, don't change a thing!

This place just opened in November 2022, so I don't understand the Google reviews from years ago. This place is beyond outstanding. In every way. Period.

We live in the desert and our friends from back home stayed at Sensi in November 2022. We visited the property one evening and joined them for drinks and dinner, and then a follow up visit the next day. The property is stunning. Off the charts stunning and we’ve been fortunate to see some nice places. The staff was mixed. Some really good, some not so good. They need to get that figured out. They had a woman the from the Hawaii location that was helping get the this property up and running. Not sure how she ever got hired for a place like this. Absolutely a disaster. Other than that the servers in the bar and restaurant were for the most part very good. We saw the golf course but did not play. Great setting so it should be great. Can’t comment on the treatments, etc as we did not partake. Hoping to visit the Sensi in Hawaii when we are there in the spring.

$950 for a round of golf? That’s honestly embarrassing you would even ask for that much. Even Pebble Beach, arguably one of the greatest golf courses in the world, is $350 cheaper than that. You guys are delusional to think you’ll get people to pay that.

I can't begin to express how amazing a place this is. First I need to say that we received this vacation through Make-a-Wish for our special needs son. The staff made sure we were comfortable and helped us with our every needs. They were amazing and friendly.
Our children explored the island and felt safe knowing that any staff member would help them get back to the cottage. Three breakfast baskets and evening drink and treats basket were always on time and delivered with care. The gym was small but functional. Our cottage was wheelchair accessible and had two rooms and 3 bathrooms.
It was clean and comfortable, when we had an issue with the dishwasher they sent someone immediately and when he couldn't fix it, it was replaced right there on the spot with a brand new one.
Thank you Steven and Nara for the help and pointers on things to do. Steven recommended the butterfly conservatory experience and it did not disappoint. This was an experience we will never forget, as I write this review my son is telling his Aunt on the phone all about his stay. Thank you Sunset Key Cottages staff for an undeniably amazing stay and amazing memories.

Absolutely breathtaking!
Paradise indeed!

Features such as the splash pad make it easier to travel with younger kids who are just too small for the pool, no one is left out and it’s close enough to the pool where you can watch your kids play at both simultaneously.

Bad

I get the opportunity to play and stay here every year and every year its a treat. If you are fortunate enough to get the opportunity to stay or play there def take it. Its an amazing property and always one of my favorite places to go each year hands down!

Elegant, quiet, friendly.

Nice water play area for kids.

Nice sera for the kids to play away from the pool

Great Nemo themed playground with LOTS of cameras watching.

Super fun splash pad for kids of all ages!

Great splash pad for kids! My little one had a blast running around and playing with the various spouts of water that shot up! The surface is a rubber of sorts that provides plenty of grip and absorbs the many falls that are bound to happen. The splash pad is starting to get a bit worn and could use some help, but still worth it!
