So many issues with this university; from financial aid to registration was a headache and felt like pulling teeth just to get things going for registration and financial aid. No one answers their phone despite calling throughout the day, emails are a hit or miss as well. Campus doesn’t really have much to offer which is understandable at first (cheaper tuition) but it looks so barren and little to no activities to do on campus. Maybe it’s because it’s still growing whatever the case it’s a major downgrade from UTA. It’s affordable, but not worth the inconvenience when you are trying to get important information submitted especially financial aid. This university is a joke! If affordability is your main concern I would choose this institution as a last resort. Too stressful!
If you end up having any problems whether thats enrollment or financial aid, you basically have to go up there/call over and over and then become borderline belligerent for them to offer any practical solutions. Otherwise, prepare to jump through multiple hoops before they ultimately congratulate you for figuring out the problem yourself.
This university has complex courses across many universities in USA, the grading system is complex and the curriculum in every course is hard, you will be burdened with too many assignments, too many exams and complex projects. Getting good grades is a huge challenge.
Worst school ever!! It has been nothing but issues with them. No one ever responds and gives you the run around when asking questions. I have completed my courses during the summer but for some reason they still have me active and with holding my transcripts. This is preventing me from taking my licensure exam. I’m now being told I will have to wait until the end of December to receive my documents. I would not suggest this school to anyone!!!
I do not recommend this institution. The courses are so inconsistent and the way students are graded in graduate level courses should be investigated, it’s very inconsistent and unfair. The feedback will not add up to the grade given. Do not waste your money here. Courses are way too expensive to allow these folks to play with my money. I’ll be enrolling elsewhere to continue my education journey.
I came back to UMGC to complete another degree with them and it has been a NIGHTMARE, from financial aid to registration. After successfully completing several degrees at many schools, they have ruined my academic record! All because the “success coach” Nakeem failed to do what they promised via text message. I guess the joke is on me for trying to get another degree after my Juris Doctor. The original UMUC was fine, but this new place is an absolute joke. I will be filing a complaint with the Dept of Education because they needs to lose their accreditation.
Loved the KINESIOLOGY Department! There was lots of extra help when needed if you asked for it.. I spent I lot of my time studying in the tutoring room. It helped quit a bit. At first it was a little overwhelming to find everything bit it isn’t to bad after the first week.

Excellent patient service.
My favorite hospital
Worst admission staff I’ve ever seen. I’m so glad I went with a different school. Stephanie only created issues. And even the director Daniel seemed to be bothered by questions. I still never received an answer from them. Definitely seem to be discriminating towards students with different backgrounds. I feel like since I didn’t grew up in the states they only gave me the ran around for my transcripts and had me spent $700 on translations just to never even answer. I hope they all get fired for such unprofessional behavior.
This school cares about the students and they have so many programs that will help your child succeed. I believe this place will help my child grow into a successful adult. Go Roadrunners! UTSA!
It was my first time being there. I came down with my sister to watch my nephew from Colorado play lacrosse. I was amazed about how many teams were playing. It was over 200 teams and they had 23 different fields. Well coordinated. Only one thing. Not enough bathrooms for all the people were attending. Other than that, what a nice place to go to for attorney

It great, the have great helping center.
I just don't like the spitting 😕
This is a good university but I'm telling you check out Texas am college station. Go on a road trip and see for yourself If your a women college station is amazing because you get to beat the 1604 traffic. They also churches that preach about Jesus and can fellowship with. Plus they have bikes and scooters in the university that you can rent for super cheap I mean really cheap to use.

This is my first visit to this college's open house with my teenager.
I have passed by this college many times but never gone inside until now.
I'm impressed by the school, the curriculum and the facility.
I would definitely consider this college for my child.
Great! I train at the National Institute for Fitness (NIFS). I have since 1993. I, a Master's Track and Field Athlete trained with individuals who were part of the Liberian Track and Field Olympic Team, 1996 and 2000. I trained for myself for the 1996 Track and Field Olympic Trials as one of the first women from Indiana as a Master's Pole Vaulter.

The track needs to be replaced but the rest of the facility is in excellent condition.

I have gotten one of the most egregious citations from the parking staff here I’ve ever heard of. I was sitting in a loading zone for no more than five minutes when I received a ticket today. This is unacceptable simply, for the fact that they know people are packing up stuff to go home for the Thanksgiving holiday and they have the nerve to come give me a ticket when I am simply helping someone transport their stuff in and out of their room. I received two other tickets when I had a parking pass up, but I simply parked in the wrong area. The fact that they have more spaces for employees than students shows they don’t understand where the value is in the school. If there were no students there would be no employees. If I have a student resident housing permit why am I getting fined for parking in employee parking. I simply did not know and I was not given the luxury of a warning. This is not OK. I will advise everyone I know to not go to this university. Do not a patronize any products with the University name and logo on it. Any place that nickel and dimes its students like this is not a place I want to be or recommend.
University of LA cantera or UTLC

Alamo Colleges lend itself to inner city plight of the working class of Hispanic, African Americans, and anglo students UTSA placed in area of privilege. What most Texas universities are placed in throughout Texas. BE YOURSELF. Texas is so majestic with most of simplicity. Such story of south Texas. Highest marine recruitment is in south Texas highest proverty and teen pregnancy the students that usually come from south Texas are very humble rather some of the students especially from Houston come across straight up vain, rude, and power hungry of any color being white or black or Hispanic.

After Ann Richards left office the governor of Texas pretty much been a racist office because the governor hand picks the board of regents not much is gonna change UTSA really is "Venus fly trap" for at "risk" young students" basically students trying to go college with little to no parenting support after high school.

Very fake perception of San Antonio not everybody lives in fancy Spanish style homes with Pueblo stlye homes. Alamo colleges cater to inner city of San Antonio rather UTSA location could care less UTSA administration is constantly trying to attract students from Houston as their vacation college to make a profit screwing over students from San Antonio. 😂

There are mature Houston students that are very disciplined and kind but after going to UTSA see how toxic spoiled Houston "kids" can be grow up explore all of San Antonio instead of being stuck in fake perception. San Antonio has one highest proverty because Texas wants keep money away from the border Houston has more "money" because oil companies invade innocent countries like Iraq for profit.

UTSA has of spoiled students atmosphere instead of understanding how south Texas has the highest marine corps recruitment after highschool. Create a world like "cloud Atlas".

Students in San Antonio without car better stay at community college one reason why some students go to UTSA offer of housing.

When this university was first made state of
Texas really didn't say it mainly designed for "whites only"or privileged students of the south or alot of students that have to grow up quick after high school waste of time. the moments in life measure us. The south really ranks people based on their job status missing out purpose of life. University board of regents controlled by the governor follow the money. The universities and professors in the west coast invite the poor come listen to their wise words nor do they shun the poor away. Big trend with this university people come here of walks of life they come they loose their identity of being humble UTSA is isolated from the rest of the magical city.

Very helpful & friendly staff @ every step of the visit, from the valet outside to the lovely folks that help with check-in & Carina T David is a very knowledgeable doctor with a great attitude who seems to actually care about her patients !!
The tuition is dirt cheap, but UNTD is every student's worst nightmare. This school sucks. They're always late responding to your emails if you need help with something. They NEVER answer the phones no matter what time you call. Today (Friday) I tried calling the registrar's office over 6 times, within 2 hours and nobody answered the phone. They have the most incompetent students and staff working in these offices. Who are always screwing up student's information, registration, financial aid info, etc. The staff lazy, they'll literally ask to you resend documents over and over again instead of doing they're jobs first and checking to see if you already have that form on file. This school has been the worst college experience for me. I was considering going for my master's at UNTD since it's relatively cheap. However, I've reconsidered due to how much drama I have to go throw with these people on a regular basis in the past 3 years. They literally just want your money and they don't care about anything else you have to deal with. I've written the dean so many emails describing the things I've went through and never recieved a response back. If you want my HONEST advice/opinion keep looking!! DO NOT settle for UNTD just because they're a little less costly. Consider all your options! Check out UTA in arlington!!!
Best school in the nation for Business, Cyber Security, and Engineering. Top school for Military and Veteran students as well. Everything you need and looking for is close proximity to campus. Malls, shops, restaurants, Six Flags, and Sea World. If you're not here, then what are you doing with your life? Very rich and diverse campus, with plenty of opportunities all around. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. The food is really good at the Roadrunner Cafe too. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Get here now!

We were at the Endoscopy Center. Parking is convenient and signage is clear. Recovery time was less than half of my previous experiences. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Doctor explained the results in detail and took time to answer questions.

IUPUI is one of Indiana’s hidden gems. The doctors listen to you and will go above and beyond to ensure that you get the care you deserve!!! The supporting staff is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile for the patient and their families. The parking is a bit on the expensive side but well worth the convenience.
You’ll be denied in-state tuition when your driver’s license, tax documentation and home is in Maryland but your vehicle was last registered in a different state.

Academic advisor is clueless when you ask questions.

Received an e-mail close to graduation about an alumni scholarship to start Master’s program and that some of my credits could transfer to speed up my time, ALL LIES! Run from this university. DO NOT ENROLL. You have been warned. Don’t be fool.
Nice campus. Cops love to ticket the students, though.
They drive around campus checking cars and giving tickets.
Make sure your inspection, insurance, and registration are all up to date. I know if you're paying for that college and trying to pay bills, it's not easy. They don't care and will ticket you.
As far as the college goes, it's a very good college to attend.
I had one son there, and another was supposed to be transferring this year.
Sadly, one son could never reach his professor for his online course, and the other just received in the mail a letter stating his course has been canceled until further notice. He is now having trouble finding space in another course.
The advisors need to be more enthusiastic and actually help the kids when they come to them.
University of Maryland Global Campus was my second chance at getting my Bachelor’s degree. There were many late nights, weekends writing papers at my daughter’s swim meets, and conducting research. I worked full time and squeezed in classes whenever I could. I finally graduated with a 3.6 and a Bachelor's degree. Thank you UMUC for providing the right platform for a parent like me.
Amazing campus. Stop and walk the grounds.
If I could apply this review with no stars I absolutely would. This is one of the worst schools to ever attend. The staff, The professors, and the Degree planning processing systems is by far the most confounding experience I have ever had. My academic advisor created a degree plan, and had no idea what they were doing. I would have been in school for a whole extra year, indebted over $5000 in courses I didn't need had I continued to follow it. Even with online courses, which are supposed to be a means of convenience for those seeking higher education with additional overbearing responsibilities, there is no sense of direction, or aid. All of the professors I have had have fit within two categories: Either they don't care at all or they are the most overbearing, micromanaging, unforgiving individuals to host an online course, and there's no in-term reporting system to have this issue correct by university staff. You simply have to email and argue with stubborn, narcissistic, professors and risk grade depreciation for speaking up. It's honestly baffling how dictorial most of these professors are, grading with deduction for the most minut “offense” such as: “You posted an initial discussion response two days before the deadline–minus 20 pts”. This is while, initially, giving course resources for the week that are riddled with typos, grammatically incorrect information, and gaps for what will actually be on quizzes and examinations.
This school is so unprofessional. They even waived my High School transcripts never applying credits I obtained for general education requirements because they did not want to pay my county board of education FIVE DOLLARS to obtain the documents. I now have two semesters left where I have already completely paid for general education courses I never needed and I am just finding this out because when I initially asked why I was taking them again, I was informed that, “It's just a requirement”. It's ridiculous. Please, please, please never waste your hard earned money, or time on this school. You will be disappointed.
I rarely write reviews, but after seeing all the bad reviews I felt the need to share my experience for someone who may be torn in their decision to attend here. I have never had any problems like other students have shared. I have an issue with one professor, but I was able to express my concern with my success coach and she advised me on so many ways to address the issues I had. She did recommend going on rate a professor and that will give me a heads up. Maybe it depends on the major, but yes sometimes I do feel the coursework for some classes could be more cohesive. The classes I have already taken and are taking now are beneficial to me and my future because I purposely pick courses within my major that I have interest in and I know I can apply to my goals. My success coach fully understood this and now she only suggest courses she believes I will want from our previous discussions. She calls me every month to make sure I am ok, on track, and not experiencing anymore issues.

I’ve never had issues with communication in financial aid. They always answer my questions and my money has always been distributed as it should. I gave 4 stars because I do feel some courses curriculum could be revised to be more cohesive with the readings and the assignments. No one wants to pay all this money for a class that is thrown together. I get it. Overall, the workload has been spaced out enough in my opinion and I have been fortunate to have professors that actually care. I was having health issues and one of my professors allowed me extra time and did not penalize me grade wise because we were in constant communication. I suggest giving an honest review and rather or not the Dean or whomever agrees or not, we will never know. I have been satisfied so far with my experience. Obviously, this is not a hands on university so, be mindful of that as well. That is the only thing I didn’t consider when I applied here.
Have been here for many music camps. The wolves den is meh, but the entire fine arts facility is amazing from facilities to faculty!
I had a wonderful time at jazz camp and the staff were amazing!
Teachers grade unfairly and will fail you if they don't like you. You can go to the school board and they'll openly say "too bad". If you want to save your mental health and stability, choose a different school
NSU is a beautiful walking campus with friendly staff and students. Their theatre productions are so well done and entertaining and Kane Anderson is terrific!
It's a awsome university, just flat out great environment...birds up!!!
We have two going there! It's an awesome school with amazing facilities in a great community!!
I'm currently dorming and I took off a star bc of consistent problems with heating and warm water. RA's also don't do anything to stop drunken students from being loud in the middle of the night or investigating the hallway stinking of weed occasionally. In terms of advisors, they're ready to help and will let you know all your options for your major. The teaching staff is alright, there are quite a bit of adjuncts(no office hours) so being able to teach yourself is a must. The dining hall is always clean, food is ok and has healthy options available. Bookstore is pricey so renting ebooks or hand-me-downs are best. Only buy something you absolutely need (ex. Lab manuals) Student body is diverse enough that you aren't the only black face in a class of forty. Teaching staff is not very diverse at all. Not much fun going on or anything interesting 99% of the time so self entertaining is the only way to not go insane if you dorm.
Loved going to college here. Great campus with caring professors. Received my bachelors at this school and my brother will also be attending!
Undergraduate: 1 Star - I do not recommend their undergraduate program in Accounting. What they taught and what you will experience in the actual field is massively different. The undergraduate professors are a hit and miss, and majority of then are just check the block without much communication. I recommend to look at rate my professor website before randomly signing up for any professor to ensure you get a decent one.

Graduate: 5 Star - their graduate program is completely different than their undergraduate program and is actually worth the investment. Unlike my undergraduates, I was able to directly apply my skills I developed in the course to my work. MBA program has excellent professors and embrace technology to encourage learning. I did not have one professor during the program that I would not recommend.

My average rating between the two programs - 3 Star. I rounded it up because of the name changed. Much needed, and I wish I could reorder my diplomas to indicate the name change. The original UMUC was ridiculous, and I am sick of explaining to people that this 'university college' wasn't a diploma mill.
It takes a loooooooong time for UTSA to get to top tier universities despite the fact they had this mission for over 7 years now. The focus of the university is on first generation students and undergraduates. Over 30,000 students enrolled in the last year but only roughly 750 students were at Doctoral level. Based on my personal experience and my colleagues experiences, despite some decent rankings that university tries to refer as the sign of the progress, many departments are not up to the National or International standards.
The financial aid office is a complete nightmare. There is no follow-up and you will continually receive conflicting information. Imagine being a semester away from graduation and then you are told the system was just updated and you will no longer receive aid when the previous day (literally) you were told your aid would cover your courses until graduation. Loved my professors and the way coursework is presented. As long as you work hard at this school you will definitely succeed as it is self-taught. I intended to pursue my master's degree here, but I have decided to attend another school where the ball is not dropped and communication is efficient. I want to feel as though I am a valuable part of a school, not just a student ID#.
I'm from upstate New York, I've come down to fcs for schooling. The dorm rooms are okay, the bathrooms and shower facilities could be updated. Walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. I know orchard hall is nicer than the other halls. Schooling wise the professors are very nice, willing to give you a little extra help when needed. Classes don't give too much homework. I enjoy it's location being an hour away from the city.
Excellent University to get your bachelors degree! I graduated from there with two Business degrees (1998) and higher education will change your life!
The professors there are exceptional and taught me so many things, and a variety of knowledge I am using (even after years and years! ) today on a daily basis.
My professor always laughted that he was throwing out "Pearls of Wisdom!" - it is true. 90 plus percent of my professors had their Doctorate degree.
Yes it’s new and growing very fast, which means it’s fulfilling a need and it’s only going to get bigger. Yes it can be frustrating dealing with growing pains of a new university. That’s why you don’t see many new non for profit state universities. Don’t compare it to the larger more established universities, if you did then you would be the one in the wrong. That’s why it’s substantially cheaper than any state university I know of and it’s close to one of the strongest and wealthiest economies in the country. This place is a great opportunity for anyone wanting a degree in a small classroom environment for half the price of anything comparable. If you don’t like it go spend more time and money with larger class sizes at UTD or UNT Denton. UNTDALLAS is on the up and up.
Attended for 6 years earning both my undergrad and masters degrees. Great faculty and staff.
This college is just alright. The police are way too strict with parking tickets and appealing it pointless because you'll have to pay anyway. Some professors are really good and others are useless. I've met with several academic advisors in my major and they've all pointed me in the wrong direction, so frustrating! The tutors in the library aren't helpful at all, they barely know the subjects. Food in the cafeteria is the same every day and not even that good for a high price. Not enough events going on on campus. Not as fun as the last school I was at. Kind of disappointed in the school, I transferred here because I thought it would be a lot better. I find it hard to make friends here, very cliquey. Can't wait to graduate and get away.
Financial Aid is awful. In order to get a response from them, you either have to see them in person or speak to the Dean. The website and blackboard works maybe 3 out of 5 times which is inconvenient, especially when assignments need to be turned in. The school and professors itself are great. Community is fantastic and the events that are hosted are always fun, Cafeteria is meh... could improve the salad bar or incorporate more healthy choices and UPDATE the posted hours! Please! The actual operating hours do not match what is posted on the website or on the doors to the cafe!

One of the best up and coming university in the country and already great. Very nice campus in Indianapolis.
I can only talk about the IU Kelley School of Business. It has been a great experience, very good education, knowledgeable professors, experienced advisors and classmates that will become good friends.
I turned in my transcripts to attend in the fall over 3 months ago. They just now processed it after I called 5 times and now I can't get into orientation because they took so long. They say they are here to help but I am more stressed than ever.

Update: 11/07/17
They want me to attend a 3rd orientation and they took so long to contact me. This school is so stressful. They are a new school and don't know what they are doing.

The administration are people who aren't very helpful and don't like their own jobs. They will give poor advice and frequently point you in the wrong direction. Many of the professors have an average level of experience and give poorly written assignments and test. The parking is difficult on campus. The campus police are very predatorial about parking and they definitely have a ticket quota. I would not recommend attending.
While I wouldn't give this school five stars, I wouldn't give it one star like most of you. Some of these people have ridiculously stupid reasons for a one star rating and others have genuinely had bad experiences. However, I really haven't had bad experiences. I've been to four different schools and I can tell you that there are much worse out there. Even if a school isn't for-profit, there will still be a hassle to get your financial aid through, your scholarships, your loans, etc. Some schools will put your loans directly on your account, but most do not. Most of them let you handle your own money. This school is one of them. If you're bad at managing money, don't get here. Otherwise, the instructors are pretty awesome and understanding. They grade fairly and all of the ones I've had so far reply in a timely manner when I need help and some give extra credit. UMUC always answered questions when I need them answered. I had no problems getting credits transferred and getting my financial aid and what not to go through. I also got a military discount for my husband being in the military. If you're expecting a state university, this is obviously not one, so stop expecting as much. Again, this is not a for-profit school and I've really had no problems. I've been going for over a year now and it's like any other school I've been to if not a tad better.
1 Star because financial aid office is a disorganized, unprofessional mess. Staff does not answer phones or email. You have to come by in person to get anything done. Seriously, if you can drive the extra 20-30 minutes to UTA I highly recommend it.
I did my first two years at SFA and then did my last two years here when it was still apart of UNT Denton and you could do classes through both. I really like this school, because it was cheaper then most and I had great professors.

If your fresh out of high school and looking for that party college life then this is not it. This school is smaller and much more intimate. I lived the party life at SFA, and I wasn't doing good at all with my grades. Once coming here I was more mature and I blossomed into A honor roll student. I was on the dean and presidents list.

If your looking to go back to school and not paying a arm and a leg then this is definitely a good option. If your past the immature part of your life and focused on education, this school is for you.

UNT ALUMNI "14"
When you need something regarding financial aid or advisors, don't expect an answer . You have to go to campus to get attended 40 minute drive for something that could have been done over the phone .Transfer took 3 months , they lost my scholarship letters . On top of that they did not offer alot of classes so if you need 5 classes for a scholarship good luck! If you don't register on time you pretty much are in trouble. Online classes are great! Their classes are offered by the year so if you need to take a class before you can take another one and their full. You will have to wait untill next year to take it. Just bad.
LOVE IT! The classes were a right fit and professors were very good at teaching. The staff is always helpful and ensured I stayed on track which was important. I am now a successful AF Officer currently applying for Harvard and Columbia MBA.
