Dirty, cheap mattresses, made my sister in law pay to go in and watch her kid swim while she held her new born, property owners clearly don't put any money back into the property. Have a back ache from their $50 mattresses, come here with low expectations and you'll be fine. This place does not provide the value that would expect from paying $200 a night. The best part about it, apart from the swim area, was the lady that cooked breakfast, she was very friendly. Buckets in the hallway, unfinished projects and just lots of TLC needed. Littles will like it, but don't expect the money you pay to reflect upon the service and amenities this place offers. They know you are forced to use this place if you don't want to drive to the cities or if you're coming to Duluth and want the kids to come swim. This place was just ok..
Love that it's indoors. Fast easy service. Pizza was so delicious 😋. Hot tub was actually hot. I find it weird though that the lazy river you have yo have a float. Most places we walk or swim it. Good though that there are enough floats. 1 tube ride or double ride and 1 no tube slide ride, both great. Splash area for youngsters and also another area with a whirlpool and basketball fun and a lilypad crossing. We had a fabulous time.
I have never written a review before. I will never go back to this place. The beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms are very outdated. Your key never works and have to go all the way downstairs to front desk to get a new key everytime you plan to leave your room and coming back. The waterpark was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all the hours are only from 5 pm to 10 pm and 8 am to 10 am and it's 20 a ticket. Big cost
My daughter who is 7 and has 2 years of swimming lessons. She knows how to swim. The lifeguard for whatever reason didn't think she was safe to swim without a life jacket. I told them she was just fine. I was standing right next to the area she was swimming the whole time or another family member was. She was just fine swimming she loves going under the water and does this head bobbing thing. Anyways we got kicked out because I refuse to put a life jacket on her. She hates them and truly doesn't need them. I could see if a life guard had to jump in to save her then I wouldn't had any issues putting one on her but no one had to jump in for her and there was always an adult near by watching her. I am so upset on how I was treated at this waterpark. The lifeguards were very rude and disrespectful . My family and I will never come back to this place.
Focused for families. There is no housekeeping service while there unless specific need. You have to place the used laundry and the garbage out your door. They place new laundry on a bag outside your door if you're not in the room. Still have COVID distance rules in place for the elevators. Free coffee is not good. Only 1 voucher per stay, not daily.
Pool open 5PM to 10PM for 20 bucks plus extra 2 hours the next day 8 to 10AM.
Tgey won't sell a pass for 8 to 10 AM and 5 to 10 PM the same day. Did not check rates for 8 to 10 AM. Only.
Hotel beds not comfortable.
They do offer discount tickets for attractions and a train to Bentlyville On Thurday And Saturday Evenings.

Such a great experience! We were visiting from out of town and this was something fun to do in the area. Resturant was really good. They exhibits was also nice as well. More to see than just fish and also able to touch the sting rays
We stayed here from Sunday until Tuesday. The pictures were obviously very appealing for anyone who has kids. Upon arrival, the lobby was very clean, check in was fast, and the front desk attendant even gave me an extra wristband because my suite came with it. That was the where the good experience ended. We walked into our room, that looked clean at first, until we turned on the light. There were crumbs and hair every where from the sofa couch to the bathroom. Our coffee maker and the little holder next to it was covered in what looked like tiny mites all over it. My fiancé took it and put in the little cabinet that was near the sink and there were also a bunch on the counter that were harder to see due to being so small and the counter being a dark brown marble look. We attempted to call down to the front desk multiple times with no answer. I walked down and told someone about it, and no other junior suite was available. We would have took two separate regular rooms at this point (free of bugs) or a refund to go to a different hotel. I ended up going to a nearby store to grab cleaner and completely spray down surfaces. My kids were so grossed out to sleep in the room. The water park is where we spent the majority of Monday - which was definitely cleaner than the rooms (or at least seemed it). The pool in between the kiddie area and the big park was really warm so that was a plus. About 1 we called front desk and asked if housekeeping could come in and do a sweep, take trash, give us towels, and again, mentioned bugs since it was a new worker. They said yes someone would be up. Completely disregarded me mentioning the bugs. No one ever went into our room to do any house keeping, someone only opened the door when we went back to the park and put a bag of towels right at the door. Trash was still there when we got back, towels from the night before, and no sweep. We called again around 5 before heading out, had to call 3 times before getting someone, was told someone would come up, came back around 10. Still nothing. At this point we were so aggravated with our decision to choose this hotel over what we were initially going for. The next morning, housekeeping finally knocked at our door around 10:30. We told them to come back at 11 because we were getting ready to check out considering no one came when it was actually needed, no point now. Still up in the air on who we will contact and send our photos to. Coco keys lacked to provide any customer service. If you plan on going here, go for the day visit for the park, and avoid the hotel stay. Much better choices in the area.
My family had fun the entire day. This included parents, or grandma, and two kids. There were so many different activities for everyone including the nation's tallest slide, a family raft, and even a wave pool that we spent a lot of time in.
What a wonderful place for families. A friend recommended CocoKey for our boys, and we are thrilled we went. The staff are friendly. I loved the feature of being able to communicate with the front desk via text. I was able to change my room via text messages. I strongly encourage the rooms facing the pool closest to the water park. The breakfast buffet was nice. There were decent options. The earlier you go, the better. We enjoyed eating outdoors near the pool. The water park water was a bit too cold for our youngest. Definitely, the pool area next to it has a more suitable temperature.
My only recommendation is to have the kids wear water shoes. Our eldest didn't want to and ended up with sores on his feet that eventually burst. And he was a but uncomfortable the next day. The arcade area was ok. But the view outside our room was priceless. We will definitely revisit.
The water park is amazing and has different slides for all ages. The covered pool has warm water, but unfortunately the slide there was closed as they didn’t have enough lifeguards.
The rooms weren’t perfectly clean around the corners but they were good enough…
This place is definitely a rip off. I paid over $500 for a dirty room and no tickets are included. The Waterpark is only open from 8-10am and 5-10pm. I’d go to any other hotel with a pool and have way more fun. I will never come back. In fact I didn’t get to even go into the water park as my 3 year old was too tired and cranky by 5 pm. I’m so upset at the price and waste of money. OT recommended. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Really great experience for the whole family. We love going to the aquarium. I would recommend getting the package where you can feed the stingrays, see the 4D theater, and get a drink. The exhibits are beautiful and the animals are happy.
This is a must do for a down day or a non stressful family moment while in Disney. The course is well maintained and two cute courses.
The hotel is old and shabby looking. Not the cleanest. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower of the room. The water in the bathtub was so slow going down. We pulled the drain out. There was a fridge. No microwave. There's a Starbucks but they don't follow the hours they are supposed to be open so good luck with that. The pool seemed cool but it was too cold so we didn't get in the pool. There is a convenience store that is open all night. You can buy souvenirs l, food, snacks, etc. Food at the restaurant un pool area was decent. We had pizza and wings. There are a lot of eateries/restaurants outside of the hotel and the hotel is within walking distance of many activities. It was only a 3 night stay for us. But this is not a luxury hotel. Oh and you have to pay for parking 🙄. It's only a one time fee, but really. You gave us free water park tickets but we couldn't park for free which didn't really make sense to us.
Lots if fun. Staff are a little confused when it comes to using the bracelets at the Waterpark but easy to deal with. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Water is a decent temperature and the hottub is actually hot.
Fantastic location, so easy to get around with free itrolly tickets from reception and free shuttles from the booking office in reception. The rooms were basic no frills but clean with a bath and coffee making facilities. Used the phone in the room to book the free shuttles to Busch gardens. The pool for the hotel was lovely and open late and much quieter than the water park pool but that was also included in our booking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so can't comment on that but would 100% recommended and will return if visiting this area again.

Fantastic exhibit. I didn’t expect to see a tiger at the aquarium, and the rides looked fun. It has a great variety of sea life and entertaining aquarium features too.
Super nice water park! The kids loved the toddler zone with all the slides! Lazy river was really nice as well. Lots of rides for older kids and adults! Wave pool is massive!! Food is great as usual at a Disney park!
This was a great resort. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities were so much fun!

Our favorite part was swimming with a mermaid named Sparkles! She was so kind and patient with all of the children and made a very special memory for my granddaughter!

The location was perfect and I can't wait to go back.

I had the pleasure of visiting the aquarium while on vacation. It cost around $17 to tour the inside. To explore the outside rides and activities, it costs more. They don't offer a military discount.
The layout is well designed, and they even offer a restaurant on the 3rd floor. It also includes a bar. I didn't eat here, though.
The staff here are friendly and welcoming. I just wish the inside was bigger and featured more to offer to guests. However, I would still recommend visiting.

My review is for the restaurant 🍽️. This was my sons and I first time eating here and we truly enjoyed ourselves! When making our reservation online, I mentioned being seated in front of the aquarium tank since this was our first visit to the restaurant. We arrived about 25 minutes prior to our 2pm reservation. There was no wait! The host was friendly! And guess what?! We got a great table in front of the aquarium tank!!! What a beautiful view to see sharks, stingrays and many fishes swim around while dining! 🐟 🐠 🦈 Our waitress name was Jasmine! She was awesome!!!!! Super friendly and sweet! She recommended the Cajun pasta - it was DELICIOUS! 10/10😋🍽️‼️ Another plus, the restrooms were clean! My family will definitely be back!
It was my first and last time in this water park. The water was cold everywhere, few water slides were closed, water in the jacuzzi was literally cold ! When I asked the administration to warm up the water and make it 100 degrees as it’s supposed to be , he said that he has to call a technician and of course nobody called him and nobody cared to make water temperature warm enough. Well , thank you , now I know where I will not come back . By the way the entrance was 70$ per person , for kids same , not cheap for such a bad service .
The facility is very good. The splash park is really nice they have three different sessions tickets are reasonable price for children and adults.
We like that you can bring in your own food in the splash park.
It is connected to the community center.
The service is courteous and they have great space. We use this facility to hold our church services on Sunday

My husband and I visited for a date night and the aquarium did not disappoint. So many large open tanks and fun interactive areas. Kept us both so entertained we went through twice.
Went to a birthday party it was a lot of fun. Well organized great pizza and as much time after the party to enjoy the park as you wanted. Only downside was the big slides were closed for maintenance otherwise it would be 5 🌟

The aquarium was smaller than I expected, but the shark tunnel and train ride were amazing! I highly recommend upgrading your ticket to see the sharks. Carousel ride was fun too. $15 parking in the aquarium's lot.
Such a great place to have a family break. Ideal for families with kids as there is so much in the complex to keep them entertained.

Having the water park, pool and jacuzzi right there is awesome and even if you go out to the parks or other attractions, getting back to a dip in the pool is awesome.

The on site gym was a personal highlight, meaning I could keep up with training even while on holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay and would happily go there again 👍

Denver aquarium. Had a quick blast at the many exhibits at the Denver Aquarium. They have river otters🥹, a macaw, and two male Sumatran tigers. Two unrelated male tigers in the same habitat is very rare. It was awesome to see. Nice little break from the work day.

Had a lovely time visiting the aquarium in Houston. Always interesting to see a different city’s take on aquatic life. The exhibits were nice but the restaurant was GREAT! Beautiful human size fish tank as a view. We got to see the fish get fed and the feeders performed some acrobatics for our viewing pleasure. The gumbo was a bit watery but delicious and the risotto was very good. Had to come home and make it too. The rides were nice and I was happy to see they were for both children and adults. Worth a visit if you are in the Houston area.

This aquarium is really special to me. I just love going here. The sturgeon window is my favorite, I love watching these beautiful creatures fly through the water.

The animals are well cared for! They're not falling ill or being injured in the enclosures. It's clear the team is very concerned about their health, water quality, and environments.

The exhibits are all well designed, allowing for clear, comprehensive and, in some exhibits, really unique views. Most window heights are easily accessible to wheelchair users and children. Two tanks have a step to reach them and the wharf area tanks might be a bit too high to be completely accessible (I haven't used my chair at the aquarium so I can't be exact).

The educational signage is really well done, particular in that first room that focuses on Colorado wildlife. My only complaint is that most tanks don't have signs showing who everyone in the tank is.

I've only visited at night because I love how intimate the lighting is when it's dark outside. It's also much quieter at the end of the night. The only downside is that the otters and tigers are usually sleeping by then :[ Just found out about the sensory days, I'm really looking forward to being able to visit when the big sounds and such aren't going.

This is a wonderful place to spend a day out with the family. It does seem to cater to elementary aged children. My middle schooler enjoyed himself, but was not overly amused. Go during the week to have endless access to the rides. The train ride is nice, but short, so don’t be dismayed by a line. It moves quickly. I deducted stars because the concession stands weren’t open. Other than that, no complaints. The stingray experience was cool, the tiger was asleep, my kids got shark cups, I got a glass, and we took plenty of pics for memories.
We had a blast at the aquarium. We stayed for dinner and the food was as you would expect for an “attraction” restaurant: service was attentive and we were surprised by a mermaid show. The kids did not want to leave! After diner we had to walk through the loop another dozen or so times. Make sure you feed the rays! One staff member, Ethan, was particularly memorable. He engaged with the kids and was happy to share his incredible knowledge of all things. He really was the cherry on top to make our experience the best. Cheers to you Ethan! We appreciated your time.

The aquarium was very educational and had a large variety of activities and species of animals for the children to explore. They had a wonderful time, and it was well worth the cost. We wish we had more time to explore, but our toddler was restless. We did not get to try the restaurant, but it looked beautiful. We will definitely return when we have more time and better temperaments!
Great aquariums with lots of unusual fresh & salt water life. These top-notch aquariums are becoming my favorite attractions in various cities I visit. The kids were freaking out with excitement (earplugs helped:) recommended
Went with my family to celebrate my cousins birthday. It was a beautiful stay at the resorts staff was super friendly. Very inviting environment. There was fun stuff to do for all ages! Loved the pools and the jacuzzi. We went there winter time they had the water park closed. Due to renovations but it was ok we where able to still enjoy the other slides. Amazing amazing experience kids where given wrist bands to go in the arcade room. Overall an amazing experience we will be back!

The aquarium was very small. The best part was seeing the tiger at the end. The parking fee is $15 a person plus tickets for each member of the family. Stopped by the restaurant on the way out, and the giant fish tank there actually looked nicer than any fish tanks in the aquarium itself. It is worth a visit if you have small children as the rides are included in the all day pass.
Overall good experience. The food was good and the water park was very clean. We went in December so temperatures were a little cooler out which meant no lines for water slides. The water is heated too. Only improvements I'd like to see is the addition of more 4 person raft slides. Definitely plan to go back.
The aquarium is such a fun place to visit for all ages. This was our second time, and it is still just as exciting. You can easily find yourself lost in there for a long time looking at all the different fish and taking pictures. It's really fun when it's not as busy when you have as much time as you want to just watch and take pictures of fish as if you were a real wildlife photographer, trying to get that perfect shot. To see how the fish move around and even dont bother other fish at least is a neat thing to see because it gives you a perspective of how they are in some manners in water. To have the opportunity to go one place and see such a wide variety of water life is a great thing that Denver has. If you get a chance to take your kids it's a must do, can make it a day trip, date, venture out there's a lot to be seen. You won't be disappointed. They do have a restaurant. However, we have never eaten there. They also have a gift shop with lots of cute stuff. If you're visiting Denver, I recommend making a stop here.
*Rooms* were a little outdated, beds were ok but definitely well used and old. One blanket was clearly not switched out because it had some stuff on it. We had a balcony room which viewed Lake Superior and it was absolutely beautiful! Only thing is that the balcony door was just a regular door and not like a sliding one. Didn't like that the balcony didn't have a closed barrier either from the next room so it was a little awkward. I could see if it was an adjoining room (which had a closed barrier to and from) and shared same balcony area but it wasn't.

*Service* was more than welcoming and professional. Staff was polite, informed and informative on any destinations in the area that we'd like to see during our stay. The food and kitchen staff were above and beyond! A must for us! Cheap prices and fulfilling. Water Park was a hit for sure. Boyfriend and kids loved it!

*Location* is perfect. It's right on the edge of the lake. Well, I mean, the highway and some nice homes were between the hotel and the Lake but we use the fan to block out any noise anyway so that wasn't an issue for us.
Nice size waterpark. Not too crowded. Kids did not have to wait in line much for each attraction. Prices for food were high (5.00 for a bottle of water). The park does allow you to leave and return so we were able to pack our lunches and keep them in a cooler in the car. There is a large parking lot right across the street. Bathrooms were immaculate; however, at noonish the line for the bathrooms was super long. I have no other complaints. My kids are getting older (11 and 14) but they still love coming here each summer.
The water park was excellent! The pools and pool areas were very clean, they have lifeguards on duty which is nice when you have little ones. Our teenager loved the water slides and the hot tub was amazing! The arcade was super fun, but most games cost $1, so you burn through money pretty quick. Our room was clean, nothing special which is fine since we spent most of our time in the water park. They also have a fun mini golf area, and complimentary s’mores kits at night that our family loved! It was the perfect little getaway for our family!
Great facilities, friendly staff, and fab water rides.
***Lazy River not included in the shots. They the have full service bar over looking the Parrot Perch - older kids area. The breeze way - snack bar as a pretty good menu. *** no outside food allowed. Reentry is allowed. So we packed a cooler and had snacks, drinks and a meal in the car.
Nice place but it's just small for children under 11 year it's fine
Out side it's closed they don't open any more
The pool it's small
I put the pic it's the only have this small place
I went to the waterpark and i can say it was very fun and very clean and the most amazing staff everyone there deserves a promotion such well customer service very friendly especially at the gift shop while leaving I felt welcomed and got helped with everything i needed just was an amazing experience thank you everyone who was amazing to us especially the gift shop staff
The water park has a variety of slides, pools, and other water features, including:

* A lazy river
* A wave pool
* A number of water slides, including a family-friendly slide and a few more thrilling ones
* A children's water play area

The amusement park has a number of rides, including:

* A roller coaster
* A Ferris wheel
* A carousel
* A number of other rides for all ages

A popular destination for families and people of all ages. It is open from late May to early September.

Here are some pros and cons of Breakwater Beach:

* Variety of water features and rides
* Clean and well-maintained facilities
* Family-friendly atmosphere
* Good value for the price

Overall, Breakwater Beach is a fun and affordable place to spend a day with the family. If you are looking for a water park with a variety of rides and attractions, Breakwater Beach is a great option.
I took my kids here back in the summer of 2013 and they loved it. It's simple, exciting and the whole family can enjoy it. They also have drinks for us grown ups.
I was so impressed with the staff here today. A little girl was afraid to go down the slide and the three workers were so sweet to her. They worked together to calm her down and eventually get her down from the slide safely. I would definitely recommend this park!
Blizzard Beach at Disney World is an awesome water park with winter wonderland vibes mixed with Florida Beaches.

A ski resort that's melting under the Florida sun. It's like winter meets summer in the most epic way.

It offers one-of-a-kind experiences like; Summit Plummet a 120-foot-tall slide that shoots you down from a towering 120 feet with speeds up to 60 MPH.

If you want a laid-back vibe, the lazy river, Cross Country Creek, is the perfect place to let your worries melt away.

The park also features a giant wave pool, Melt-Away Bay. It's the perfect spot to catch some waves and cool off.

When you're hungry, Blizzard Beach has plenty of quick-service restaurants and snack stands.

Blizzard Beach offers something for everyone and is the place to be for non-stop water park fun.
It's ok. Not great, just ok. Kids will have a blast, adults, not so much. Pizza is actually decent, better than we usually get at a birthday party.
this water park is a lot of fun. there was a little bit of something for every age. including the adults. from a lazy river to jacuzzi, to splash pad with a slide which made it extra cool. there was also a swimming area for kids to play basketball and swim around. it was cool. there were different levels of slides. honestly i thought they would be more terrifying then they were but my seven year old and i went on every single one. i think i was more nervous then him. LOL. the water was also about 2 ft deep which was reassuring. you could smell the chemicals in the water which i’m sure is a good sign because we want to make sure we’re not spreading germs. the water even had a sting to it in your eyes. so if you’re someone with sensitive eyes, maybe wear goggles or even have the kiddos wear them also. i could see how it could irritate younger children. my reason for the 3 star is because the staff were all children and that wasn’t the most pleasant thing. a lot of them were really rude. some of the life guards were really kind and others not so much. the kids in the food court in my opinion shouldn’t be all working in there. their customer service skills lacked tremendously. we ordered mozzarella sticks and french fries. both were the lowest quality you could think of. i know you have to start somewhere but at least have a responsible adult overseeing them. also the lockers over charged me by $60.00 which wasn’t cool. hopefully they fix it and will refund me. mackenzie at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. i wish they had a first timer greeting to guide you and tell you more about the park and directions. i had to keep asking questions. which was slightly annoying. the bathrooms were also all very dirty. no stall was clean. idk if it’s because of school vacation or what but heads up. overall we enjoyed ourselves. i don’t think it’ll be our number one choice but maybe when we have nothing to do. for now we’ll continue browsing other options. i will say they do have potential to be a five star but in my opinion it’s a 2.5/3.
Fun park! Lots of shade and landscaping. The signage is a little confusing, so pay attention or you will end end circling the park looking for the entrance to the slide you are looking for. We went two days in a row one of which was way less crowded. Crowds definitely make a difference in your enjoyment of this park. We recommend going in weekday mornings, and days where rain is forecast. Pro tip: Get there early if you want to snag a beach chair or lounger as a "home base" to return to for a break/snack, etc.
Great place to bring the kids for a full day of fun. Bar for adults to drink 🍸the food is meh and over priced but it's to be expected lol there is a splash area for toddlers/babies. 4 large water slides for older kids and adults. About 4 slides for younger kids. The lazy river is pretty cool! The hot tub area is pretty big, which is great. Tables go fast, so arrive earlier to ensure you get one. They have towels rentals. The lockers are 10 bucks each time you use it, so I recommend bringing a bag with towels, snacks, and drinks to sit at your table while you play and clip your car key inside swimsuit if possible to avoid using one. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the staff is cranky, and you'd expect them to at least try to be excited for the kids. The bar and restaurant close an hour before the park closes. The changing room is very small and has dips on the floor, so puddles form everywhere. Highly recommend water shoes!
Not up to Typhoon Lagoon standards but still quite good to go to when Typhoon Lagoon is closed. It opens again in two weeks and maybe this summer we will see both open at the same time if they can staff it. Anyway, the rides are a little more exciting here but the lazy river is not as good. The wave pool is bigger at Typhoon Lagoon but there are options at Blizzard Beach that you don’t have at TL. The Merch shop is better here and the food is maybe a touch above. To me the ambiance of a tropical oasis is better than fake snow with Christmas music. My suggestion is to go to both and decide for yourself … but for me Typhoon Lagoon wins hands down
A good water park but the staff weren't overly friendly and very transactional. Be aware when getting off the chairlift it's similar to skiing so move quick. I was a bit anxious and struggled to get off but they didn't stop it!
Not too big compared to Great Wolf but enough for the kids running around. Day passes are much cheaper also. $45 only. Recommend for a get Way day with kids.
Great family place to go BUT for the price it would be nice if: The Lazy River is cleaned more often and upgrades & maintenance is done for the new season. Characters/statues need painting, the little kid area floors near the front chairs need scrubbing and just basic wear and tear issues. It is needing a little love.

What a great place for families, kids, and people looking to get outside and escape the heat.

We took the children and some friends downtown to run around in the sun and play in nearly endless fountains of automated water. The water show that takes place was nearly enough to get me to run through the arches of water.

You can’t ask for much more for free entertainment on a hot day; hooray tax dollars and one of the few times I can say glad I don’t live in Cali lol
This was my first time here and we brought our 5 and 3 year old. We were so impressed! The park is so clean and there is so much to do for the kids! The early bird special is great and we found out you can leave and come back! There are a couple bars too which are nice for parents and adults alike! We can't wait to go back!!
Absolutely STUNNING!! I'm a photographer and this location was gorgeous for photos! Would highly recommend checking it out sometime!
It was fun, good theming on some rides. Some faster rides, some calmer. There is a wave pool which is fun. Personally my problems are 2:

1: Mosquitos, I recon I got upwards of 100 bites. Not just me everyone did. The amount of mosquitoes is wild. Its a major problem

2: The food, to many people not enough food places. On a weekday (less busy) the lines where understandable. The amount of time to make the food is insane. For what is just about the same as a mc-chicken and a small fry (to be honest McDonalds is higher quality and for $20 for what is more than a whole pizza pie in some area of the boardwalk its a bit of a rip off) it was about an hour wait, maybe more. It was way to long to be justified.

Other than that its not bad.
Such an awesome place to spend time with family and friendly. It's just next to the river and everything looks really clean and good. There's one restaurant just next this fountain.

This is a lovely park. It feels very safe, and I would definitely recommend it.
Remodeling is needed in some areas. Seen roaches in the resort area and on our table. Lazy River was down and not working. Otherwise it was ok. I forgot to add, what ever you do please do not get the pizza. It has no sauce just bread, cheese and toppings.
On August 30, 2019 we checked in @ 7:45pm for our hotel stay at the resort for Coco keys with our 2 children.
We went to the play area for an hour before they close and it was disgusting the bathrooms were completely full of urine and tissue every single where the garbage was filled up it was completely dirty all over the seams on the floor everywhere ! The room we had the Tv Service did not work. Also our daughters had asthma all night after there shower! there was mold buildup in the bathroom mold buildup all over the curtains. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay and left at check out!

The water park is outstanding. The life guards were on point with keeping the kids safe. The hotel needs a remodel. The beds in the room need updated and a lot of the furniture in the lobby and hallways need to be replaced. I only stayed one night but couldn't see myself coming back to stay at the hotel but will definitely be back to go to the water park

For a small getaway, the kids loved it. Got there early and was basically empty. We became annual pass holders (they give visitor passes too, no limitation in the day of the week) We will be back, we did not stay at the hotel. Definitely worth the trip.
This fountain is located in downtown Columbus and is a wonderful place to bring kids on a summer day. There are actually three types of fountain here where kids, and adults, can play around and cool off. The long stretch with jets of water shooting up from the ground is the most popular and there are children of all ages splashes around. There was someone on duty while we were there reminding kids to walk and not run. There are some tables, stone "benches" and plenty of grassy area to sit and relax while keeping an eye on your kiddos. We parked in the lot right across the street for a $10 daily fee
I took my daughter for the day & we had a great time. It's mostly catered for young kids but my mini had an awesome time. They also serve food & have plenty of parking. I like that in each area they have an abundance of life guards. Anyway for $27 online cant beat it.
It's just a great place to go and unwind let your hair down and let you kids run around and get wet and have fun very peaceful good place to people-watch
Get cool..!!

This is a great place to get cool amid hot summer heat. Kids enjoy the splash. Enjoyp great walking along the downtown skyline view. Great view of downtown.

Street side paid parking available.

Best place to spend time in Columbus downtown. The river side walk path and the river and the downtown buildings gives a good ambience for late night walk or evening run/walk. There are public parking spaces around these places for parking and you could walk to the fountain area where you could see kids playing at the fountain.

I'm not sure this place even deserves 3 stars to be honest. It's a family oriented water park so I suppose some of the mess can be contributed to that. The parking lot was littered with trash the entire weekend I stayed and i never saw anyone out there trying to clean it up. On three different occasions ice cream, soda, and trash were in the elevator. The staff was neither friendly or helpful. I called downstairs twice for extra towels and a bath tub plug. No one ever came up for either. The room was clean but the tub wasn't functional and the hotel overall is pretty run down with wear and tear. The water park is small and geared towards younger children. There isn't enough tubes for the lazy river (you'll be waiting in line forever for someone to give one up) and the seating situation is ridiculous. Lockers are offered for $8 but most people choose to leave their items on chairs occupying the space for the entire time they were there whether they were sitting in them or not so good luck finding a chair when it's time to sit down and eat. All in all... don't waste your time. Go to Sahara Sams.
Had a great time. My kids were mad when we had to leave. We will be back again and stay longer. For the record the hotel was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the cable tv had signal problems. Overall we had a fantastic time. Your children will love it there. So much activities for them to do.
