Nice store very clean good customer service.
Terribly understaffed, crowded, and narrow - even with the crowd control monitor at the door. There were probably 20 people trying on shoes and 2 people to help them.
There are 4 touch points with staff: 1. Find the right kind of shoes for your needs and ask for the try-on shoe hidden in the wall, 2. Determine if the shoe fits or if you need to size up, 3. Once you find your size, they have to call someone in the back to get the color you want, 4. Checkout.
I made it to 2 and couldn’t find my person to ask about the elastic laces, so I left. The Williamsburg location has more space and a bigger selection.

I was last Sunday, September 3, I often visit this store, all the staff are quite friendly and helpful, it is always a pleasant experience, the manager Mr. Ramón is a very kind person and makes sure that the customer leaves satisfied. ..Thank you so much.
Expectations are high when you travel over 1 hour to reach a store whose brand adverts are a constant on social media.

I recently visited the QC store, and I was quite satisfied with my experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, which made my shopping trip enjoyable. They had a good variety of products, and the quality seemed reliable. Overall, it's a very nice store for everyday shopping needs. 👍🛒
This store is CHAOTIC!! Buy online instead, go a size up because the shoes fit small. It is not worth going to visit this store.

Unable to return what ever you bought if the items have been removed from the package even you haven’t used it yet. I would give a ZERO star if possible!!! I swear would not buy anything from adidas anymore!!!
I order something in store to have them shipped to my house, because my sons size was unavailable. The cashier finalized the transaction without confirming my address. I quickly asked for this to be corrected, as I have moved since my last purchase.
The cashier went to the back to ask how to fix this problem and when he returned to the counter, he called customer service while I was still standing there, to have the address on the order updated.
2 weeks later, I call the customer service line because we had still not received the shoes. The customer service rep gave me the fed ex tracking number and it showed it had been delivered 3 days after the purchase and included a PHOTO of the box ON MY OLD PORCH. The rep filled for a claim that it was mis-delivered due to an in-store mistake.
My claim was later denied because FEDEX delivered as requested to the “address on the order”
The last customer service representative I spoke with claimed there was no record of the address being edited at any time and they would not be refunding or replacing the order.
I will never shop at journeys again, in store or online again.

Zero star if possible! Horrible customer service and all the employees have a very bad attitude. I was inside the store at 5:30 and they said fitting room is closed. They just don't care about customers
Received a romper as a gift a few weeks ago. The romper tore after the second use on the top. When I went to exchange or see if I could get store credit they refused saying that without a tag even though we had a receipt they couldn't do anything. I felt that least they could have offered is store credit or an exchange. Very disappointed

Very underwhelming and over-rated. The selection and styles were very basic. My first time in a Gap in I'm sure over 15yrs. It'll be another 15 before I go back.
I had initially ordered a pair of shoes online and they ran much smaller than other companies I have bought from. The customer support on the phone was extremely unhelpful so I decided to see if it would be easier to go to the store.
However, the store layout is suboptimal and very crowded.
The employees were not engaging and I had to asked multiple people for help before I was able to get someone to get me shoes to try on to figure out the right size I needed.
While the shoes are comfortable, the whole hassle and poor overall customer experience would make me shy away from purchasing from them again

Great customer service and prices
Asked an employee if I could try on a shirt in a fitting room today at 11am, and he said they were closed, and to instead try the close over the clothing I was wearing. Common, what kind of leadership and professionalism is this, I would expect more from a Lacoste store, so I ended up going to Náutica a couple stores down and their customer service skills is always above and beyond. They need to take a grasp on this employee because I shop here pretty frequently and their customer service is pretty poor, and it shows by the emptiness of the store.
They have what I wanted if they don't they'll point me to another in the same Borough
I don't know how the website and the outlet store work together, but when I needed to return stuff, they said they couldn't find information based on my email even though I used my email account when I bought my shoes. But the stuff she was really trying to help me and patient with me. If I order online, I can pull out the information for return. If I buy in store using my email and the receipt gets lost, I can't return them, and there is no shown information in my account online. Hopefully, adidas will do something for this problem.

Was shopping for a bomber type jacket with little to no collar and no hood, after checking at many stores I checked at Tommy Bahama Galleria Dallas store and found what I was looking for including size and color with help from the staff.

This is directed at Banana Republic as a whole. Stop with the size inflation. Your slim fit clothes are not slim. You're not fooling anybody. Your 'slim' shirts are tents
Walked in while shopping for jeans. Five, count 'em, FIVE employees stood behind the desk of the empty store laughing and cutting up. Not one of them offered to help us. After fumbling around with styles and sizes for a couple of minutes we left empty handed. Made our purchase at another store.

Fitting room was closed on a Saturday due to being “short staffed” yet all employees in the store that I saw were just standing at the front of the store talking to one another. Going to lose business from shoppers not being able to try things on.
Really bad experience. Store manager was super rude. I will never step in this store again. Only one person was helping the customer outside and 3-4 people were inside the fitting room. They closed the fitting room at 4 PM even though the sign mentioned fitting rooms close at 5.30 PM and instead politely stating that they were closing the fitting room early they were plain rude. On inquiring again as we thought we might have heard incorrectly she responded rudely again to my fiancée. On stating she could have said it politely she said she doesn't care and they said they don't care repeatedly. I have never come across such rude store employee let alone a rude manager.
Do not even bother unless you have A LOT of patience- just order a few pairs online.. It’s ridiculous that they make folks line up outside AND again inside. This is not a boutique luxury store- this is a tiny athletic shoe store. It’s a really awful customer experience that is faking “exclusivity”. Not a great introduction to the brand.

I stopped in looking for a few t-shirts to buy while I'm here in Dallas on a business trip. I found several I wanted, but they did not have my size in any of them. The staff was helpful, saying they could order them and have them shipped to me, but due to only being in town for a few days that didn't help me. Hopefully they can retain a sufficient stock of various sizes in the future..
Shopped here on New Year's Eve '22, it was a bit disappointing. Even though the store was spacious, the selection was poor. It was a lot of returned and undesirable items for sale. They had nothing popular.
I was going to buy a pair of shoes for my son and I didnt knwo if they had what I was looking for , and I saw a guy that works there , and I was so happy and I said Hi excuseme and then he stopped rolled his eyes on me and said no . I felt so bad ! Why they have to roll their eyes on a costumer !! He said what ? I said no no no and he started walking ! I took a picture of him while he left me speachless . I spoke to the manager but I know is hard to hire these days specially for holidays . Maybe she will say something maybe she will not .
Went in to this store tonight an hour before the closed. I got back to the dressing room and it was closed off. The girls back there said the manager told them to close the dressing rooms 30 min before the store closed. I asked how I was going to buy clothes I couldn’t try on and I had a solid 30 min to try in just a few items well before they closed. They just stared at me. I drove 45 min to get there just to walk out mad and treated poorly. Never going back! I hope someone of importance reads these reviews. Seems like a lot of people have trouble with management there.
VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER (He has long hair)... I think he definitely has some problem and he needs to go for diagnosis. I got one shirt for my uncle as a gift... The size doesn't fit and came for an exchange. The store manager said there will not be returns or exchange for CLEARANCE item and he himself said there will be ORANGE color sticker on the tag. The shirt was not kept in Clearance section and there is NO orange color sticker on the tag. HOW DOES CUSTOMER KNOWS ITS A CLEARANCE? Thats the question i asked and he don't have an answer for that. when am arguing on this he lost his control and said that's all marketing techniques. How he had appointed as a MANAGER? GOD Knows. It was great I bought 2 shirt's the sales help was very helpful I didn't know the difference between a sports shirt & the classic shirt they gave me the knowledge of the 2 . Will be coming back soon , I became a member also 🤓

Apparently the one i asked went on a break and the other i asked after didn't knew how to find the shoes or didn'tcare. No apologies. The team in this shops is awesome. Very good service, friendly and supportive. My girlfriend had a pair of shoes mixed up (a blue and a black) and two weeks later I was able to exchange it to one full pair without big issues. Reminder - keep your receipts at least until you know you got the right pair ;)

The negative reviews are true I fear… the general manager, Ramon, suffers from bouts of anger that he needs therapy for. He yells at his employees over little things. Lacoste deserves better. Ramon and some of his employees talk terribly about customers as well. Godspeed you, Ramon. Get well and may your mental health improve, I worry for it.

Very very poor service. I got one T-short from this store. I didn’t took that T-shirt out of my bag and I went to return that as the color which I got my friend didn’t like that. When I tried to return they said it had marks on it and their is no rag. I tried to explain that I don’t know it had tag or not. I don’t know how the mark came on as I didn’t take that T-shirt out of the bag but they didn’t return it. I mean how insane it is .. I wasted my 60$ on one T-shirt. The sneakers are cool and in really good prices but the guys who attended us made fun of my sister an I, question why we needed different sizes in the shoes we were picking and didn't help us. It was a bad shopping experience because in others foot lockers we were treated really nice and here they just didn't care.

This location is nice and clean. The staff don’t really speak to you but you can tell they do a good job of keeping up with the store. They have a lot of great deals as well.

A customer complained about my child - when he started to get fussy my mom took him out of the store. Random "KAREN" was rude hateful & exclaimed. "Thank god that BRAT is gone"

I wanted to thank that lovely staff by their company web site but I could not enter it. So let me thank them I present my gratitude from here. I shopped on 6 May from that store. The lovely manager lady and the helpful man wearing summer hat were very polite and assisted me with smiling face to pick my summer clothes. They showed me the chicest clothes that suits me. That was a very nice summer shopping experience for me. The staff and the products are tremendous.
6:45pm on a Thursday and this is the check out line. Only two employees working the register. Clearly understaffed and sacrificing the quality of life for the employees and experience for the customer as a result.
Not sure if this is a result of the pandemic, but the store in very sparse. If you're looking for something specific you'll do better going to another store. It definitely feels like an outlet and maybe more like a left-over warehouse space.

I asked an employee folding clothes if they had a size 38 in a shirt my wife wanted. They suggested i stand in line at the cash register. Maybe the checkout lady could help. Considering im paying $300 for three shirts, i kind of expect a level of service thats better then Walmart. We just paid for what we already had and walked out. Probably wont be back. If you want to charge premium prices, the level of service needs to match the prices.
Store hours state they are open at ten on Sunday waited until 11 called the store just to be told they didnt open until 12 fix your hours.

IF I could give NO stars I would. I payed Donna Lewis USA a visit on Sunday, February 6, 2022. This was after doing research of black owned establishments in Alexandria, VA. After walking in I was not greeted by the gentleman nor lady behind the register. I assumed maybe it was because they were assisting another customer and they would get to me after. Unfortunately, this was not the case. After the "customer" who did not purchase anything left the two (who clearly were working there) begin to talk about inventory and not once take the time to see if I needed help with anything. Some of you may not see anything wrong with this but let me let you in on something. That previous "customer" WHITE! Me was a BLACK customer trying to support a business that was "black owned" clearly was not welcomed. I was ignored and never once given any attention. I would see the gentleman look my way but never did he once try to speak to me or even greet me. I walked around that 4x4 store about 5 times to be sure they saw me and not once did either say a word. My issue with this is don't claim you are "Black Owned" and not treat your potential "BLACK" customers as if they do not exist. And I say potential because I had every intention on purchasing something and putting my black dollar back into MY community. Again if they don't want black dollars they shouldn't promote themselves as a black owned establishment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go into this place, because, clearly if you look like me you are NOT welcomed!
First time going into this store, brought my mother in law with me. We found some really amazing pieces! Love my new winter hat ! Can’t wait to come back and see what they will have for Spring time!

The store was dirty with stuff all over the floor and no one trying to pick it up. I about twisted my ankle on a plastic button or something on the floor . I didn't see one person on the floor or at the cash registers when I was their the other day .

I found this cute boutique by accident. It’s stylish and attractive so I walked in out of curiosity. The 2 men who worked there, today 16 May 2021, were not helpful. First, they didn’t acknowledge me, but they were quick to acknowledge an older lady who looked sophisticated and rich. I felt really judged. Those 2 men looked at me with contempt that I shouldn’t be in the store because I didn’t look the part or whatever judgement they have in their head. I would shyly just walk around and look... It felt very uncomfortable. I never felt this way when I walked in these types of stores. This incident felt like the scene in the movie Pretty Woman. I always thought these things happened in the movies; quite shocking that they happen in real life. It’s disgusting that this business pick and choose who they want to help.

Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.
This is a fantastic clothing boutique. Not only are there clothes fabulous but also have a wonderful selection of shoes and yoga wear (especially if you want to look like a fabulous yogis but only dress the part!) The service was exceptional. Amazing store.

The products looked nice, and the prices (that I could actually find) weren't terrible. However, no one greeted me. I did have an employee follow me very closely like I was a thief. There isn't a better place in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area than donna lewis for women who want to be effortlessly stylish. The service is also intelligent, thoughtful, and flexible. What a gem!
