Everyone who works here is busy, they are busy on their phones, busy on talking to each other, and even when I walk to them and ask for help, they still don't have a minute for me, They are really busy with their jobs.
Service was great. Employees were cordial and helpful. My only issue is with the atmosphere. The store is too crowded and the lighting is too dim.
The worst store to apply for just a waste of time do not ever apply for a job here I did my application came in for an interview the lady that does the interview said she was going out of town so she would give me a call back in a week I waited 2 weeks did not hear nothing from her I called and she said that I should have received a email if I I got the job or did not and I told her I never received the email and she said give her a second to look and then she said that I did not get the job they move forward with somebody else because they had a job fair yesterday but that is ridiculous to waste somebody's time and make them come up there just to waste time and then they did the interview with two people at the same time so then you're getting looked at crazy because the other person is answering all the questions bad so you're both getting looked at crazy the person that does the interview really needs to be looked at and make sure she's appropriate for the job herself.
Really bad customer service cause i tried to ask for a similar product but they tried to gaslight me that that is the product i was looking for. I left the store immediately.
Scammers. I drove to queens to use my teacher/medical professional 15 to 30 percent discount. They said they didn’t or this as per corporate, however myID and coupon says that the store offers it. The manager refused to give me her name or honor the discount. This happened today at 4:24 PM. It was extremely embarrassing and I will never shop at adidas again. Skyview mall
We were searching for decorative license plate logos from our daughter's alumni. Called over spoke to Gabe, he was helpful and sent pictures of current inventory, it was just what we wanted and he placed them on hold for us. This is customer service that needs to be incorporated at all businesses, thank you for a great experience- whether it was learned from your raising by parents or from the store!
First time going to Rally house as I was looking for a new Cowboys Jersey and Krista was assisting me with it. She was amazing and very helpful. It was a great experience!
Worthless store and even worse employees. If you’re 6ft+ you’re wasting your time here. Also have to encourage the employees to help you. They will look around you and ignore for as long as they can. Ask them to help and they point across the store 10 times out of 10. I’ve been here a dozen times over the years it’s been here and left just as annoyed every time. Store should just close. Should be able to give 0 stars

Equipment is pricey. If you need it now and can’t wait for an online order, this place is fine. I do want to make a special recommendation for the very helpful staff. We needed a goalie helmet repair kit that they didn’t have in stock. The associate looked online and they were out of stock. He then asked exactly what parts we needed, only a screw and bracket, then went and found some spares for us for free. That is fantastic customer service and we will return to this store for equipment needs. Again, great service.

Excellent store always find good deals, unfortunately today asked a sales associate (Yvette, don’t know it’s Her real name, when I asked Her name doesn’t want to say it) if they have Samba classic size 7 and immediately replied no we don’t have, i continue looking and found more than 3 pairs, it’s not a big deal but don’t make customer experience miserable.

On August 17 around 7:40 at night me and my son and my mother were in the gap in the Tannersville PA. We had a couple of items on my stroller to purchase. We were in line. My son was communicating with other customers doing clap hands , everyone was saying how cute he is. An employee Then comes up to me and she says Can I get my son to be quiet? Mind you, my son Just turned Won the other day , I said probably not because he is a baby. And I didn’t see anything he was doing wrong. She then told me that my son was becoming a nuisance. Wtoue Well, we’re online and I’m sorry you feel that way but there’s only two customers in front of me them he’s only doing clap hands. I don’t see what’s wrong. She then told me if I can’t control my kid I’ll be asked to leave. I said I’m online and she said like I said you’ll be asked to leave so I said you know what I don’t even want these items anymore. I’m literally gonna put them down so I put them down and she literally tried escort and me and my son and his grandmother out of the Gaby gap store without even buying our stuff or anything of that store because my son was that much of a nuisance to the store. . I will never return here and they have a lot of racism going on not really sure what’s going on in the store. But I won’t be returning, especially with the racism like this because obviously that’s what it was about. There was literally two other customers in front of us with babies doing the same exact thing and nothing was said to them. B

Visited this store with my daughter in The Mall of America. She loves the clothing and accessories from lululemon so it was a must stop for us. She was able to try on several different items and ended up selecting some of her favorites for purchase. The store was well stocked, clean, and there were plenty of staff members available.
Why did I deduct a star? Although there were many staff members available, none of them actively asked or assisted us. The checkout process was a little long too, given how many staff members there appeared to be.
Overall, the store was not bad and we would visit it again.

PR was recommended by my orthotics provider. He noted that I needed new running shoes, but suggested that I wait until I had the inserts. I asked him for a shoe recommendation but he preferred to provide a store recommendation that would help fit shoes properly. PR was one of two stores suggested. I made an appointment and was pleased with the (1) assessment of needs and (2) shoe options provided for both running and hiking shoes. I've run twice in the running shoes and hiked once (3 miles). Both shoes are great. I am very pleased with the shoes/store/service experience.
I recently visited this Champs Sports store with the intention of purchasing some shorts. While browsing the large size options, a staff member approached me offering assistance. However, I found the interaction to be quite uncomfortable. Despite my clear preference for Large size options, the staff member questioned and insisted that I would need a triple XL size.
I understand that staff are there to help, but the manner in which this was handled felt intrusive and made me feel rather offended. I believe that customer service should be about understanding and responding to the customer’s needs, rather than making assumptions or pushing specific items.
I hope this feedback helps improve the training and approach of staff members in the future. My Wife and I will not be returning to this location for their lack of respectfulness towards their potential customers.

My visit to PR running was the first time I’ve ever had my feet fitted for running shoes. Christina was soo helpful and nice throughout the whole process. Despite the store getting really busy, she was able to juggle multiple customers at one. She also allowed us to try out several different options of running shoes and I found one a pair that I loved! Definitely my favorite and best fitting pair of running shoes.
I stopped by the store a couple of weeks ago to get new walking shoes. Upon arrival, Richard greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I have been to this store before and needed new shoes. He brought out about two pairs of shoes, loved the looks and feel of both, and left a happy customer. Thanks for the great service Richard.
As we were shopping, we needed help finding certain items and the sales people were so helpful. They actually took us to the items rather than just telling us where to look. They were so friendly.

A certain male employee working in this place needs to fix their attitude. I understand you may be going through something but don’t take it out on others. If you see someone struggling trying to get a pair of shoe high off the selves. Don’t embarrass the person, say “OH MY GOD, what is he doing”? in front of other customers. Best thing to do is just say “Oh I see you are having a problem getting a pair of sneakers, let me help you with that” or in similar contexts. It makes the customer feel better that they are getting helped and you as the employee knowing you are being empathetic and kind at your job, too.
I visited this store today. The customer service was poor. This chicken head girl was in there with a greasy brown wig. She just stared at me n didn't ask if I needed any help and walked anyway. They didn't have many things to look at away, but I won't be back.

Out of state fan of the Rangers/Cowboys and have seen ads for Rally House since I have the MLB ticket and see DFW tv ads, have been wanting to come here for years! It did not disappoint! Wall to wall and floor to ceiling merch! The prices are not gouged and the selection is incredible. Outside of going to Globe Life Field they had the BEST selection on all rangers caps, city connect, throw backs, etc. and SIZES of everything. I was almost scared to come because my expectations were so high but they were definitely exceeded. A must stop if you’re a fan of local/TX teams are are used to poor out-of-state selection

I am providing 5 stars, this was my first time buying apparel from a champs store, I remained extremely pleased with my purchases. Multiple employees helped me, I received points in my account that I have with champs for my expenditure, I was satisfied with my journey here. I was stimulated, much relieved, remaining here. I shall always return, the store is clean with a lot of apparel. As soon as I entered the store, an employee approached me, helped me find some stuff within rendering a tour, I found every clothing I desired, the music was loud with awesome quality, they have a fitting room here which was big within clean, which I adored.

Had a wonderful experience working with Pat here today. She conducted a gait and foot analysis, and tailor selected shoes for me to try on. I am relatively new to running and wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for — Pat did a fabulous job helping me identify what style of shoe would be best for me. She gave me her undivided care and attention, and I left with a wonderful pair of shoes. I just did my first test run and am very happy with the result. I definitely recommend this store to any runner looking for guidance and expertise.
The gap has the worst sized clothing for adult women I have ever seen. For being in the same family as old navy, you would think a 2X or even an XL, or XXL would be the same between the two stores, however they are VASTLY different. It's a shame the gap has such terrible sizing compared to old navy. This store itself is ok, but I always go in expecting to find something that fits me the same way things do in Old Navy and I always end up leaving disappointed. It also has alot less clothing than old navy does downstairs, but the stores feel like they are the exact same size. It's always the same bland colors and materials also.
I had a unique customer service issue and the Store Manager Jess did an amazing job resolving my problem. I’ll definitely be going back here in the future.
Worst buiness ever, eveytime i shop there they screw something up, send the wrong shoe, take my money and "order" some but they're actually outta stock, and just over all are terrible. Do not shop here, you're better off putting trash bags on your feet than trying to get the right pair of shoes from here..

The Spanish girl working the floor or fitting room was extremely rude, clearly doesn’t understand respect or customer service. Literally said next time I see you try coming into the fitting room will throw you out. Well if we didn’t have to wait forever for someone to open the door (they were all empty and locked) we wouldn’t have to try changing outside the fitting room door. She was also literally knocking hard on different doors for other people come out of the fitting room even though there weren’t many people and I didn’t see anyone else waiting. Luckily found someone nice behind the register for other questions I had. Other than that it isn’t a bad store but small selection.
This is THE PLACE to go for running shoes! I went to PRR last week to get some running shoes since I’ve been incorporating it more into my workout routine and am planning for a few races. Running in races is still relatively new to me which is important to mention because the staff here were AMAZING in helping a novice like me understand the different things that go into buying the perfect running shoe! Outside of the professional advice, they will also conduct a full analysis of your feet to determine the best fit for you. I tried on multiple pairs of shoes and never felt rushed out the door (I was even able to run on the treadmill once I got down to my final three to solidify my choice). Hands down, best place to get running shoes based on the staff and the level of care they put towards making sure you get the best purchase. Last piece, the shoes aren’t any more expensive than what you would get online - but you get the exceptional service with it. I’ll be back once it’s time to retire my new purchase!

We came in with my boys for a pair of CCM roller blades but unfortunately they were sold out. Kiernan helped us try on a couple pairs of Bauer’s since we thought we knew his size. She pointed out something that we were not aware. My son wears True skates and they run a little smaller than Bauer’s and CCM. We were able to purchase the rollerblades online through the store. Thanks again Kiernan!
Great staff and service! Although I did notice I was charged more than the amount on the price tag for my last purchase, so I have to return to the store for an adjustment. Something to watch for.

This is an amazing store!! So much in stock to choose from! There is also a nice cafe next to the fitting rooms. The employees were very kind!! Would come here very often if I lived closer.
Pretty good. I like that some of the staff do genuinely try their best to help you purely because they want to, and not just for the sales. The only issue I faced is that I went in twice within the span of a few days, and because of the different staff each time, I ended up having two different staff telling me two different things each time, suggesting different shoes, which left me a bit confused. I’m not sure how to prevent this in the future but it would be nice to make sure all staff are on the same page on what the different shoes are good for, bad for, etc.
As an educator coming in to visit another store, this is an amazing store for availability of products, merchandising, and organization. This store layout is awesome, it contains a cafe for mid shopping coffee stop, while also offering two fitting rooms and a very large store. This is the most unique store I’ve been to, and recommend for all Lulu lovers. However this review is low because while I found there to be multiple people working, they did not attend to me, or greet me, while 5 educators talked at the door. While normally Lulu lemons dynamic is 100% guest oriented, unfortunately today I did not experience the Northstar Experience.
The ladies here are very standoffish and rude. I was looking for a particular pair of pants and she couldn't be bothered to even look away from her tedious clothes folding task. Add it to the list of reasons why retail is dying; I went home and ordered a pair off Amazon that I love.

Pure Hockey in Sterling is always a great experience. The staff are outstanding to deal with from sales to service. From purchasing goalie gear to routine skate sharpenings I have always been extremely satisfied with my purchases. Recently, I had a blade holder replaced on a new pair of Bauer Elite Goalie skates ordered directly thru Bauer. Damon was happy to help and noticed one of the skates only needed some glue removed for the blade to sit correctly. In the end, I only had to have one holder replaced. Damon's customer service skills are exemplary and this is why Pure Hockey is my go to store. Thanks for hiring veterans and congratulations on an outstanding store in Sterling. Your staff made it happen!
Because of my customer service experience, I felt I needed to leave a review. We frequent lulu at MoA, and visiting the day after Christmas was crazy. The line was incredibly long but moved briskly. At the counter, our lulu rep was amazing. Without a receipt, we were able to do an even exchange. We also used a final sale return toward a new purchase. I believe his name was Peyton. He was knowledgeable, and customer serving. Great employee!

Bought my Grandson a pair of hockey skates. Wow what a deal (Black Friday) $450.00 skates paid $239.88. Salesman was so knowledgeable. They had to call another store for them. Got the skates in 3 days. Very satisfied
Super big store with everything you need hockey. I was looking for a beginner set of skates so I can learn to play hockey. Was very surprised with the staff, very nice people. The person who helped me name Lip was very helpful and informative on what to get and sizing it for my foot. Very good experience for someone that is new to the sport. Will definitely go back.😎
Holiday buyer beware when shopping for boots in the Franklin store. We picked several pairs to try on. Each pair had a red hanging tag with 40% off. When the salesperson rang up the boots the discount came out as 15%. When questioned the clerk flipped the tag and they had handwritten 15%. They would not honor the preprinted discount even though that was the amount show to the public on the boots. Pool marketing on their part and a customer lost.
We always have good luck at this location. We wandered in recently, coming back from the mountains for the weekend. We both found a lot of good pieces! But what is really noteable is that the Black Friday sales are GOING ON NOW, BEFORE BLACK FRIDAY! Get there now and avoid the crowds!

This store and its staff are simply incredible. This afternoon, Richard helped me try on several pairs of shoes after doing some feet measurements. He was very patient and eager to encourage me to continue trying different shoes until I found my perfect match. This level of customer service completely blew me away and honestly made my Friday.

I went in and the store was a disaster shoes looked all messed up, clothes and hats all over floor. An older gentleman I’m guessing the manager talks to his employees rudely. Ignores customers and blows by everyone seeming like he doesn’t want to be there I was very saddened to have a poor experience. I won’t be back and I’ll be letting friends and family know to get the word out and stay away from this negativity. :(
Manager Rude that refused to give her name to me, Didn’t want to return the speakers, I got 2 speakers for $90, The reason I was returning them because it runs small I got 8/12 size I need a size 9 size, lost my receipt and didn’t have the box for it on 1 of the speakers , I gave them my email they couldn’t find my purchase receipt in there system

I had a fantastic Experience shopping here for the first time. They were able to get my skates sharpens up while I bought a bunch of gear. Including fitting me for some new inline skates. Tom was a big help and had me all taken care of. Thanks Tom, the skates are great!

Such friendly staff! Samantha was so kind, took the time to help me find new ice skates. She scanned my feet with this high tech machine they have and was so patient with me. We ended up ordering the correct size for me. I came back for a free sharpening and baking with the purchase of my skates. Then Micheal was so helpful in helping me find the perfect goalie chest protector. He was so informative and helpful, also so patient with me. All the staff are kind and know what they are talking about. Highly recommend!
There was a bunch of kids doing great at their job, but one lady stood out to me! She was a little older with curly blonde hair, and she went above and beyond for me. She showed me the best deals and checked in with me multiple times. It was nice for not going in there all the time
Amazing staff everytime I come in. The service and friendliness is excellent. Very eager to order you exactly what you are looking for if they don't have it in stock. Was SO impressed with how excited they got when they saw my type of style and really hyped up my look. Co-manager there was VERY awesome! So much so that I even picked her up alittle something while I was shopping in the mall to show her my appreciation for the amazing service. If I knew her name I would give her a big shoutout.
I came into to look at the new styles of Doc Marten’s and was hopeful to just be able to browse. I was immediately pressured to be shown the new “wax” they offered for boots. I declined multiple times but was quickly overtalked and ignored. After being practically forced into watching a demonstration, I was then TOLD that they would be ringing the product up for me, without even asking me. I worked in more aggressive sales than shoe selling in my early career, and despite my job literally depending on my sales percentage, I was never this audacious. I left feeling extremely stressed and anxious. Shortly put, I remember why I avoided Journey’s in the first place. I wouldn’t be back if they were the last establishment selling foot wear left.
I know nothing about becoming a hockey dad! I called Pure Hockey, the day before we visited the store and asked for the approximate cost to outfit a 6 year old with gear . The answer was $400. When the cashier gave me the total, he said it was $395. Wow, just wow, their quote was spot on! The service was phenomenal and they have everything, hockey! I am now a loyal fan of Pure Hockey!
I went to this location with my family and it was great! I was immediately greeted at the door, and staff helped me find everything I needed from the store. They also answered some of my questions about merchandise and offered to show me some other merchandise that would fit my interests. I was extremely satisfied with the service. The space is an anchor for health and fitness. Staff wasn’t welcoming (to me) One person spoke with/to me, I walked by at least 5 staff members and was not acknowledged. Sections for men and women are vast. Cafe is great. They are always improving the space which speaks volumes to the investment in the space.
04/09/2022 I came in the store to buy some latest edition Nike Vapor max for the first time in over 20 years I awaited as I was in line sitting on the bench with my shoes in hand , and the only customer in the store with the employees. Can you please explain to me how I approach the cash regrister and pay for my items and turn around and my reading and driving glasses are missing and I tell the store manager and employees and they tell me “ We ain’t seen nothing “ and the face mask that’s covering my glasses is thrown to the floor and no one seen anything????

We came to this store for goalie equipment. This place was awesome and a wonderful help. We drove over 3 hours to this store since we don't have goalie gear in our small town.
I don't know much about goalie gear and Jared was a big help. Very knowledgeable with helping my son get sized. He answered all my questions. He was a goalie himself, so the fact that he works there and knows what he is doing was wonderful and gave my son some helpful tips.
Thank you Jared and pure hockey. So glad we came here. Well worth the trip.

Really cool store. Tons of outdoor stuff. Really friendly staff. Found some water shoes that I didn’t see in any other outfitter store in Nashville.
Pure Hockey offers a large selection of hockey equipment and sporting apparel. They have a good selection of sticks and keep a wide variety in stock. The staff are helpful, friendly, and are knowledgeable about hockey. Skate sharpening is also offered here along with laces, tape, wax, grips, etc. They do offer a pretty good rewards program too. This location has easy access right off of route 46.
I was surprised by the average prices on shoes. I thought it would be more expensive. Overall a greatly managed store with excellent customer service. Bought my first On shoes here!
I love the spaciousness of this store, it's a pleasant, uncrowded shopping experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the clothing, my main reason for shopping here, it's very nice but not way overpriced. Hint: use the outlet coupons!
Very nice and helpful. They do carry petite and average sizes up to a size 18 for females. I don't know about sizes for males.
I believe the girl's name was Marie (long dark hair). She was super helpful and accomodating! She helped me find a great pair of shoes for my wedding (not a traditional bride so I found some Converse!).

Amazing service! The staff is always helpful, positive and willing to answer all my questions until I find shoes that I absolutely love. This is the only store I purchase shoes from now because everyone is so helpful and has such a positive vibe! 😊
The store itself is pretty good, unless you’re looking for goalie equipment. They used to have a much bigger and more diversified stock. Now the limited models they carry are all fit-stock, which means you cannot buy it at the store only try it on then order online. It still gets four stars though, because every time we come in TJ takes care of my goalie with great advice and finds something that will work for him.
Went in looking for a pair of shoes that I can workout in and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The manager Dominique was so patient in helping me find the best shoe for my needs. Juan worked right along sided of him and thanks to them I ended up purchasing a pair that I LOVE. I'll definitely be back and I recommend anyone who's shoe shopping to go see Dominique and Juan! I do enjoy the variety of sneakers they have. The environment of the store is not so bad. But the it's the employees one guy was looking for my little brother shoes size but never came back the other employee was helpful but the last one came to us to find another shoe but he also didn't show up with my little brother sneakers they really need to work better on find other costumers shoes.
Ridiculously long check out line. There was only one cashier while other employees were doing non essential things like collecting hangers and refolding clothes. I had to leave and didn't buy what I wanted because I didn't have an extra half hour to stand in line. Very inconsiderate of the store manager.
It is a fun to shop at Champs sport. They have a variety of collections and available colors and sizes. One never has to come home with disappointments. Even the staff are very helpful and friendly.
This place have all the latest sneakers, staff very patient and helpful. The atmosphere is great with good lighting. Air Max 270 in various colors , displays in the store is eye catching
Staff is very inhospitable and just project a sorrowful environment. Had a GapCash and was told without a Gap credit card it won't work. Made no sense, the manager was unwilling to accommodate, I was on the phone with Gap CS who said you do not need a Gap credit card to use the GapCash...oh well ill-trained managers and staff.
It's like every other gap outlet, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. They do have some good deals. If you really spend the time you can find good stuff on clearance too but it doesn't usually stay organized. Friendly employees.

I feel that the customer service is always top notch when I enter the store. The quality of shoes also appear to be exceptional. I purchased a pair of hiking shoes for my wife a few years ago and she still loves them. The price is somewhat prohibitive for me though, and I generally check out the show and leave without buying anything.
Perfect for a quick shopping visit for Men,Women and Kids but the baby and toddler section is very limited espeacially for boys. A few tops and bottoms that's it. Besides that the store is well organized and mostly everyting is where it should be. The staff are very pleasant they don't stalk you as you walk around the store yet when you need assistance there is always someone a few steps away.
