My family purchased some Chuck Taylors at this store and the night we stopped in, the employees were outstanding...especially the one that assisted us (she had broken glasses). I don't shop at this store but based on my daughter's interest in this store/franchise, I have to give it 5 stars based on the feedback she provided to me. I will add that I enjoy how Journeys supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans. The selection seems great for consumers and the prices seem adequate.

Employees are trash and oblivious. No help in finding merchs, not even a hello. Policies in returns are dependent upon employees and if they like you or not.

Bought one pair of sneakers to find out that they are smaller than Asycs’ regular size.
I have been wearing ASICS since “ever” and I am ALWAYS size 8. I tried this one at the store but it’s different when you try for 1 minute and you keep wearing them “for real”. This is definitely SMALLER than the regular 8. I tried to wear it just to return home with my toes hurting. Can’t wear them. They are smaller, for sure, although it’s written “US 8”
On top of that, the WORST: I paid USD 68.xx and here in Canada in a REGULAR store they cost CAD 64.xx
Considering the exchange rate, here in Canada the same model, in a regular store, cost 35% LESS than in this ASICS“outlet” store.
By my side, they are going straight to donation or to the trash, as I don’t want to waste my time trying to sell something that cost less in a local shop than I have paid.
Not going to this “outlet” again.

Last week, I went in to shop for a new suit and some dress shirts. Payton helped me find a perfect suit and 2 dress shirts that I really loved. I was hoping for a quick and easy experience and she delivered! She was super helpful and professional. She even offered me some water while I tried on the clothes. Came in to do an exchange and for some reason was not able to lookup my store card with my social. Got the run around with the customer service line and Brie did not call into the internal customer service line once but TWICE and advocated the issue to a Barclays Supervisor. In the end the financial institution advised that the lookup option was not accessible due to the state of my card being reissued and Brie resolved the transaction in the most kind manner. Love this store for the timeless style and quality, but will need to add an impressively helpful and dedicated staff to the list of great qualities!

This Banana Republic Factory Outlet was just ok. I know the Pandemic hurt the retail industry and you can tell at this store. Went inside of Journeys 2/27/2023 and it was kind of packed inside but I continued on to look around. A white girl with blonde hair asked if I needed any help and I said yes and she was rushing me saying she's the only person working and have many shoes to grab for other customers.. so I better come on and tell what size I need...which I found very rude, I should had left then but I tried on shoes and continue to look more. The same girl asked if I needed more help (this is a SHOE STORE so I am trying on different shoes). I can tell she was very irritated by me but I do not understand how...I was just trying to find a pair of shoes I wanted to buy. I just walked out because I should never have to feel like I am bothering someone when that is there JOB.

This place has large SALE signs, but they make it difficult for you to find out the price of the shoe that doesn't have a sale tag on it. In the kids section, I saw 1 shoe that had a sale tag. However, that isn't even thenmain issue. There was a Latina employee today who was the worse I have ever encountered in a retail shop. When I needed to ask for a shoe size, she ran straight to the back, and I know she saw me hilding up the shoe trying to get her attention. When I finally got her attention because she kept dodging me, she wasn't friendly at all. When she came back after several minutes and helped another customer first even though I had been waiting patiently for her help, she said there was no shoe for the size I was looking for. When I asked her if I can get the same shoes size that was on display, she gave me an attitude. When she came with the shoe, she walked pass me and wouldn't give me the shoe box. I asked asked her for the box. She said in a rude manner that she couldn't give me the box. I tried to look at the box since the display shoe had no price, she pulled the box away and said she could not give me the box. I was flabbergasted at her behavior. I told her I just wanted to see the price. Then, she said she would look it up. At that point, I asked my son to try both shoes and tell me if it was way too big or just a little bit because I was going to buy them and hang onto it when his feet grew a bit. However, the lady never came to tell me the price. I put the shoes on the counter and left. The only one who was nice was an African American employee who asked if we were being helped. He was at the register taking care of costumers and even ran to the back to get shoes when asked for a size. The lady was so lazy and rude. I have never been in a store where they won't let me see the box of the shoe or tell me the price. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I don't know, but I used to work in retail and never treated a customer that way. I would never set foot in that store or any Finish Line stores ever again.

After calling and going around all over town.I came in looking for a specific jersey. The store had the jersey and was even able to put numbers on the jersey. Huge selection of not only national teams but leagues from all over the world. They have official as well as non official mercandise.

The selection at this location is often refreshed with the latest styles. Good stock of all sizes and there is a nice variety of clothing options. The best experience I have ever received at a clothing store. The staff is absolutely remarkable. The teamwork of the employees was unbelievable. I came in at noon and had a difficult question to start off with, which they quickly helped me with, showing me with accuracy where each item was that fitted what I was needing. This saved me a ton of time and stress. Not only did I find great styles, but when I was shopping and found an item, an associate quickly took that item and took it to a fitting room. After finding 3 awesome shirts, the associate checking me out was very warm, genuine. Your team is amazing!

We have shopped there a few times and we really like the selection and prices. They always have a good promotion going. We love to find shorts and other clothes for our fast-growing teen. Unfortunately they didn’t have the shoes in the size and color I was looking for. He suggested a few other stores that might have them, told me to have a good night and we ended our call. Much to my surprise about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Freddie telling me he found one pair of the shoes I wanted in my size. This is what GREAT customer service looks like!! Freddie didn’t have to call me to tell me he found the shoes in my size! He had to take the time to go through the call history on the phone to find my number! Freddie has a loyal customer since he went above and beyond here!!!! Thanks again Freddie!!!

The lady who helped me was so rude, I wish I would have gotten her name. Not coming back to shop here because of her. Asked her to put my return on a gift card, and instead returned it to my mom’s credit card and then said she couldn’t do anything about it. Truly poor customer service and now I have to have my mom order everything online and it takes weeks to deliver a serious inconvenience and she couldn’t have cared less.

The Manager “A girl of latin decent” Told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase a pair of shoes for the silliest reason IT WAS THE ONLY PAIR LEFT, and employees have first dibs.. The shoes literally came out two months ago, sold out online.. It was just irritating that an employee was about to ring them up and she stopped him.. Obviously she has them set aside for herself because, why couldn’t they be sold to me.. They weren’t on a raffle, defected or on hold.. It’s bogus, because there’s no other shipment coming in.. This store has everything you need for a soccer fan and a player! I came in looking for a specific jersey for a team I play with, he had it. He even helped me out finding the numbers to put on the shirt with the same color as the logos on the jersey.
I highly recommend this store for anyone. If he doesn’t have it in stock, he will try and find it for you. I’ll be coming back.

I walked from the other end of the mall, another family of 4 walked that far as well and 3 young men were there at the door at 6:53pm and the doors were locked. I placed an online order from Banana for 97 dollars on June 21, 2020. The site did not recognize my address and let me chose from other similar addresses so I pick one and did not have my apartment number. I called Banana to ask them to please add the apartment number.
The rep told me it was not possible. I ask her to re-enter my order adding the same address with the apartment number. She said that she “could hot guarantee that the order was going to cancel” so I told her to let the order be shipped. She agreed.
But later I got an email stating that my order “has been canceled.” although my money was still deducted from my account.
I called again and the rep told me it “was nothing she could do” to reinstate my order or credit the withdraw from my bank. So Banana is keeping my money for five days in the bank!!!!
And I have no shipment of the clothes I purchased.
I regret I placed an order with Banana. Their reps cannot do absolutely anything to help the customer and they keep the customer's money.
It is also annoying they keep saying “I am so sorry” multiple times but do nothing to solve the issue.
I do not recommend this company. Stay away and will save many hassles.

No one helped me find my size. But an Asian male was very courteous and helpful in the dressing rooms. He picks up the garments I did not want promptly and helped me when I needed another size (a very rare thing in retail). All his great job was a contrast of the cashier a mid-age Hispanic 2062409. She was being pushy about becoming a member. But could not explain what being a member meant. Then she pushed to get a store credit card which no one gets anymore because of the ridiculously high fees and interest. Then she gave me a $50 Off coupon but did not remember the dates I needed to use it. Then he gave me another coupon to shop online. That was the last drop in the bracket. I walked out annoyed at this woman whose only interest was to sell the company items. It would be nice if Banana will show some genuine interest and gratitude for their customers like the extraordinary service of the young Asian male in the dressing room. He should be at the cash register. Five stars for him.

Called earlier today to ask if they had a size in a specific make and model of shoe. I was told yes they were in stock. So I drive down there, ask for the size and am told they don’t have it. I just tried to exchange a pair of shorts at one of your top competitors (located in DTS) and was told I was 5 days past the 30 day return policy. This store deserves less than 1 star. I live in LA and a particular shoe I wanted was out of stock in the entire state. I’m working with a really tight timeline. I continued my search and found that this particular store in Vegas had the shoe in store I tried to place an order online but it was not allowed. I called the store the following morning to hold the shoe. The rep that assisted confirmed they had the shoe and she placed the shoe on hold for me. I hitched the car up and drove 4 hrs to this location for the shoe and I was told that they sold it for an online order. No other options were provided. The shift Supervisor said “we don’t really hold shoes” I said “well y’all shouldn’t tell people y’all will hold a shoe if you don’t hold shoes”. After I stood there a while, internally seething, the shift supervisor offered to call another shoe store in the mall to see if they had it. Thank god they did. I appreciate liz’s efforts but I despise the policy and the fact that if Liz wasn’t willing to go the extra mile, this trip would have been a bust.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was so bad I needed to write one. I called in first requesting a shoe and size to make sure they had it. An asian man answered the phone and was incredibly rude, but he said he had them in stock. I get there and he said they don't have them and I told him I talked to him on the phone (since he was the only asian guy working there and I could tell by his voice) and he just says sorry my bad. So I ended up leaving and as I am leaving I hear him say to his coworker ,"told you they wouldn't buy anything just look at them".

Walked in at around 12:30pm, on 1/30/19, and no one bothered to acknowledge that I was there. There were two workers on sight, both looked at me and didn't say a word, no smile, or anything! Others walked in separately, same thing, no acknowledgement. I walked around for maybe 20 minutes, looking for the shoes I came in for. I even walked passed some assossiates and all they did was stare at me. Anyways, I felt uncomfortable so I left and got my shoes downstairs at Footlocker instead.

This store has been well stocked. Many selections. Service was prompt and courteous. Except for the paid parking, way too many pushy tourists( Chinese tourists) . Not all we're pushy but most were. If there are people in front of me and people behind me this means I can't move any further , so back off! Stop pushing me further.

The worst customer service and unorganized at all. They didn't manage the time how treatment and customer satisfaction. They order for me this adrees, but the told me 3 business days. But they are layer, it takes 26 days , and then I request my money back. It takes long.

These are great products for people who are in to ath-leisure. The downside is that they are a little pricey. The store is in a nice part of town and very well kept. The employees are very friendly upon walking in and they are happy to assist if you have questions. The atmosphere is overall really good, even if you don't buy anything.

Have never experienced more poor customer service than at this location in my entire life. Store forgot to remove security tags from my items after purchase. When I returned with receipt of specific items and explained how much of a waste of time this was they did nothing to make the situation right. They offered me a $4 discount on my items. Your manager Brittany walked off and then could be heard over the radio making comments about my frustration.
I will not be shopping here in the future and do not suggest anyone else do the same.

Walked into the store around 1:30 today 2/24. Was not greeted, no hello, no how are you doing. Walked around for 15 min in the store while the employe's were "chatting" in the back. Had a pair of pants that I liked and put them down and left the store. I would completely understand not being greeted if the store was very busy, but I was the only on in the store. Apart of buying an high end product is a high end experience.
