Please tell me why the Target Drive-Up takes over an hour. Great promotion at it being “fast. easy. free” but there’s nothing that says it will take over an hour. This is really ridiculous.
Went in looking for shelves and found everything we needed. Had many shelves in stock and between this visit and last we cleaned them out. Good prices and clean restrooms.

For certain, it was crowded. There are items that consumers need that are out of reach and when one associate was asked, the response is "Wait a minute" to never return nor send anyone which is just truly poor customer service. Fortunately, a worker was within the vicinity, was asked, and he assisted.
The item was not stocked within normal reaching range and presented a safety hazzard. Electronics will not let you pay for more than (5) items so one in essence is on two lines. The front checkout lines were long and self-checkout was reorganized yet still long.
For the increased prices, it would be great for better all-around service, shelf-stocking, and operations to be improved.

I had a notably great experience at Microcenter. I determined a parts list online and went in with some nervousness about my knowledge and the sheer volume of choices. As soon as I entered the Build-a-PC area, Hunter greeted me and immediately set to work addressing the components of my parts list. He had extensive knowledge about every component of my build - from key hardware components to case options, part names, cabling variants, network switches, surge protectors, monitors, and even knew a lot about my 10 year old outdated graphics card I'm working with. Hunter was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and offered encouraging words about my first build. He offered Microcenter protection plans and credit options in a way that felt sincerely helpful and NOT like he was trying to sell me something. I never felt pushed into something I wasn't interested in, which is important to me when buying anything. He was organized and thoughtful the whole way through and made my experience memorable.
The store itself was well organized and easy to navigate in lieu of the overwhelming amount of things they have stocked. The layout is intuitive and applies common sense, and I really love how you can create a shopping map online based on your cart. Overall I am genuinely impressed by my experience in this store and the service I received from Hunter and the few other employees I briefly encountered while browsing aisles. I found the whole trip surprisingly enjoyable, fast, easy, and left me feeling confident in my choices. I would say I had a rare experience. I will be back for certain.

Bought a computer brand new from them and it came with software issues. So I brought it back in when I returned from being over seas. I haven't been able to use the computer and they charged me to fix the software issue... The man at the desk told me that because it was a software issue they won't cover it. I should have just bought it from the manufacturer and will never buy from there again...

Now I don't have any of the MSI programs that came with the computer which is why I bought the computer to begin with. I don't understand why it couldn't have been swapped out or something. The computer is brand new.. I haven't even been able to use it since I got it..

Staff were very helpful in helping me to locate items. Parking good, early shoppers don't have problems with finding parking. On the downside, limited organic fruits and vegetables.
Had a TERRIBLE experience. We were harassed at the self check out by an Old kook name Suzanne. It was myself, husband and our newborn child. My husband was in the middle of scanning everything as our newborn is fussing and Suzanne comes over got all in our faces and personal space telling my husband he needs to scan 2 things at once because she didn’t like the way he was doing. She acted like we were criminals trying to steal. She made a big scene and again very intrusive of personal space. She seemed unstable and made us very uncomfortable. After she was done harassing us she started in on another family. Suzanne got all up in there space too. It was a mom with a couple kids. As the mom is trying to scan her item’s Suzanne started taking their items out of the basket they were using and putting them in another one, acting completely crazy, being loud and causing a scene. Super embarrassing. If Walmart tells their employees to act like this they should be ashamed. Suzanne made everyone feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, none of her nonsense was necessary at all. We definitely won’t be back to this location as we don’t appreciate being harassed. Absolutely ridiculous.
Avoid at all costs due to lack of staff and how most people hold up the line as we have to wait about 15-20 minutes to checkout all because they’re asking such naive questions. Unbelievable, you’re better off going to Best Buy or Target upstairs
Conveniently located. Guest service is amazing. They do price matches, the cat & jack program is great, quality of items are good, drive up order is perfect (except during holidays), they even have Starbucks included in the drive up orders, which I tried on 1 occasion.
I am tired of the disrespectful cashiers who apparently do not want to be there. This morning before work I decided to go get a few things. The cashier Maria who reluctantly allowed me to see her badge had nerve to yell at the lady in front of me and then when she was corrected several of us proceeded to have an attitude with us for saying something. She was very rude and then I asked foe the manager and one never came. I went to customer service to ask and they never came. I had to leave as I do have a job as well. This store cashiers have gone down in the past 2 years. I am done with this store in Panorama city. They have no regard for their customers.
Went early on a Sunday morning, and there was virtually nobody else there shopping. Grabbing a cart, I was able to shop at the store looking at the food items, the clothing, and toys. While I did have a list, I found that there were a few other items I found at good prices. My cart was full when I was ready to go.
Overall, it was a good shopping trip, and I do know I saved some cash.

So great to have a micro center here!! Tyler L was my sale associate and he seemed like such a sweet guy. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. The whole team was friendly and the store looked very well kept. Thanks for sticking around guys!

My remote didn't work right. This was 2 days after purchase, it literally never worked right. After a couple interactions I spoke to a manager and was told to come in and they'd replace it with a fully working remote.
They tried to give me the cheapest universal remote in the entire store ($10.99 with that outer plastic that looked a decade old and like it would cause stitches if you try ripping it). They wouldn't give me a remote for the Right tv. I wish the manager told me he had no remotes. It would have saved me an hour and gallons of gas.

Genuinely the nicest customer service I’ve experienced. All the staff are nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I didn’t know anything about computers but left this place feeling like an expert because the staff was so clear and concise. I wish every customer service was this good
Today we were helped with a return of a computer exchange by two very competent Apple employees, Dan (manager) and Joey (Apple genius) went over and beyond in addressing our concerns and issues. They patiently and professionally resolved the problem. This further strengthened our loyalty to Apple products.
Found everything I need. Staff was very helpful in letting me know where items could be found. Seemed to better staffed then other Walmarts I have been to. Really big store!
I love placing delivery orders from Walmart. The associate that delivers to me is always willing to bring my items into the house and place them near the vestibule door inside so I can take my time unbagging. My orders are always exceptionally big and very heavy as I like to order a month of supplies.
Stay away from this store.Workers are so untrained.They can't even figure out how to do simple first week register function. The manager had no clue how to handle a small rush of people. Instead they let a line of 18 wait to get to a self check out register to open up.(best part of that was the 3 employees stand there not doing a thing)We had a gift card that needed that needed to be ran as credit and the Manger didn't have a clue how to do the simplest register funtion..THIS STORE IS A VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
When ordering for delivery you have to tell your shopper to pick up frozen items last. The system is designed now to get the frozen stuff first, and sometimes your driver will have multiple orders - so in those situations you can guarantee your items will melt. This has happened a few times to me.
I've also noticed when you say no substitutes - your driver at the end of shopping will not ask if there is anything you would like to add and if your lucky you will get a notification your order has been delivered. SMH

The Target drive up experience is amazing and I have no complaints. I have been using it for awhile and honestly it encourages me to shop there more because of its convenience and pleasant staff interactions. I mostly use it at the Green Acres Target (95% of the time), but no matter the location, the weather, the crowd it’s always pretty seamless. I’ve only had 2 hiccups, both were not at my regular locations, and one was my error because my pickup person went to the wrong one. The other hiccup was at Elmont location where after waiting for over a half hour I decided to walk in and then they told me there was no one available to bring it out (communication would’ve been nice), since then I haven’t gone back to that location. Otherwise awesome experience and I’m thankful to the workers!
Carmen from the baby department went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me with a stroller that was in stock but on a high shelf in the back. She stopped what she was doing and assisted me, truly going above and beyond. Thank you for your help! Every company needs more people like her
I ordered online from the Target in Lake Jackson, Texas. I was able to walk right in a few hours later and was helped by the associate at the self checkout. She verified my order and identity. I got my item and was finished in less than 3 minutes!!!
By far my favorite Walmart. Kind staff and quick pickups! I lost my wallet here once, and the cart return employee took like 10 minutes out of his day to help me look for it. We did end up finding it!

Spent 1 hr here when I transferred in JFK to Tokyo. It was busy and crowded and lined for checkout. Subway inside was busy also.
Bought 5 coffees from this brand "great value" didn't keep the receipt, after few days got terrible stomach pain, went to the bathroom five, six times a day had stomach cramps, so I tossed the coffee to the garbage and went to return the four left, in Walmart they didn't want to return it without a receipt, I got stuck with those coffees that I can't use. I stop shopping in Walmart, and found out that other places much cheaper for example Rotisserie chicken other place $4.99 milk $2.70 whole wheat bread $1.65 whole wheat flour $3.00 jelly $2.00 sweet potato $1.15 decaf coffee $2.75 compare to Walmart prices ($6.99 $3.10 $1.88 $6.00 $4.00 $3.50 $8.00) and much more sometimes half price. So thank you Walmart.
First time walking in and I was already in love. If I was blessed with a few thousand to spend in there I would have had my dream setup! I know when I can I will have it and this will be the place to go!!
This store is unbelievable unprofessional, the employees at the auto care center are ridiculously useless and lazy. They set up appointments to then tell you that the manager is closing early and wont be able to get you in. They have made me go to the store, with an appointment 2 times just for when I go there to come up with an excuse to not service me. I have filled a complaint with their Corporate office and will never be back, as well tell everyone around me to not go there. Useless, unprofessional, irresponsible.

Worst customer support,can't get any help. Been waiting in shoes now for 15 minutes for shoelaces and insoles. Someone came 5 minutes ago then they didn't have the right key. If you can avoid this location do it! Button must be for looks.
Tried to return coffee without receipt, they refused, so I moved my business across the street to BJ's , much cheaper, very happy 😊. ( used to spend 500-600 dollars a month )
Welcome to the neighborhood nightmare. Essentially if you are not buying rotting dangerous to eat vegetables than you are building a $300 dollar online order for delivery that gets cancelled but won’t say why. You’ve spent 10,000 that year doing it that way each week but now you just can’t and they won’t say why. So now three others of us that do it each week for at least 500 won’t either because eventually we all get sick of this kind of bad service to us or our neighbors. Best you take all your money somewhere more quality. Target at least always does easy delivery, zero issues with apartments or stairs, has quality people and now better prices. If not them use instacart from anyone but 100% AVOID WALMART.

It was very busy due to holiday shopping but the customer service counter was a great help. They were short a pwrson and still took care of buisness in a timely manner. Had to wait just a little bit to cash a check but its the hollidays and i get paid by the hour <3
Absolute WORST experience! If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I checked in and waited for 30 minutes!! Then decided -I’m going inside to get my suitcase -this is ridiculous! Keep in mind, there was one person that was there before me, still waiting. I go inside, and the guy doesn’t even look at me! I say excuse me, is anyone working here? He says…huh? Doesn’t even look at me still! I say again, is anyone working here? And STILL, without looking at me, says, oh yeah, he’s working here- and goes back to jacking around- literally- just talking to somebody else-The other guy comes up, and I say…yes, I have a order that was supposed be taken to my car, and I’ve been waiting out there for 30 minutes. He didn’t even apologize! Just said, what’s the last name… and I told him, he went and got it, and I was like… is everything inside the suitcase… because it was three items, so I just want to be sure. He said, well you can look. Are you kidding me??!!! Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever come across!! When I was in California, or anywhere else, I try and talk Wal-Mart up, because it has a bad reputation for being TRASH! But I order things from Walmart often and typically don’t have a bad experience! BUT I will NEVER EVER come back to this Wal-Mart EVER again. And those employees need to be reprimanded and retrained! This is why people go to Target and pay more! Or anywhere else! It’s this type of situation that gives Walmart a bad name. Target is so efficient with orders to your car! Low prices. Low service. Large variety. Loads of store brands. Curbside pickup takes a long time. Delivery is a good option. There is a friendly greeter. I went in for a KitchenAid mixer beater but they didn't have one for my model. I got some Reese's and left. The Reese's were eaten onntje ride home.

First Target store to visit in the US! I wanted to purchase an apple watch but the series I wanted was out of stock, the staff was so helpful to look for other branches but all of them came out negative. Good thing was, Best Buy was located only across the street so I just walked to them and got the watch I wanted! 🤗
This was my first time visiting their pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. Oh course I will go back because I transferred some of my prescriptions there. I moved closer to the area so I will be visiting once or twice a month to pick up my prescriptions and at the same time do some shopping. The service on the pharmacy was fast and pharmacy technician was very caring and great customer service.
Salesman lied to me about the service plan. Hundreds of dollars and you still have to pay a deductible to fix things. And i was told any damage was covered. Not true! Only a small list of damages are covered. Do not trust the salespeople here. And i bet that the trade in value they give me will be less than the cost of the protection plan + deductible…so i cant even use the plan to fix my phone before trading it in for a new model.
My brother brought my mother a phone there for Mother’s Day. Paid full the same day. iPhone 14 supposed to be brand new. They sold them a lemon. Phone been have issues since he purchased it. My mum went there twice already, they won’t replace the phone; kept saying they fix the phone but it’s not. Sometimes she can’t receive calls for days even when you called multiple times and she’s an old lady living in a senior home. Service over there is horrible. I would not purchase a device or anything else there.
I used to love going to this Target because it’s convenient. Lately the store has been on the decline. Customer Service is lacking and my orders often have canceled or missing items. Recently I waited 45 mins in the drive up, only for my order to be incomplete. There was no notification about the items being unavailable. At this point I would rather drive to the Target in Westbury or go to Walmart.
I would give this location a zero-star rating if I could. Every time I visit this store, I have a terrible experience. The first time I went, I purchased a few items, including a carton of eggs. However, the eggs were not scanning at the checkout counter. I asked an employee for assistance, but she refused to help and insisted that I go back and grab a new carton. This was confusing, and I ended up leaving the eggs behind and not purchasing them.
The second time I visited, I wanted to buy some eye drops, but they were behind glass, and I had to press a button for assistance. I kept pressing the button, but no one came to help me. I finally went to the front desk and found a group of employees hanging out. I explained my situation and asked for help, but one of the employees seemed to be calling someone without communicating with me. Meanwhile, another customer with the same issue came to them for help. Both of us told them that we would go back to the aisle to wait for assistance. The employee said "ok," but when we returned to the aisle, no one arrived to help us. I asked another employee for help, but even after waiting for a while, no one came to assist me. In the end, I left the store without buying anything, and I have decided not to visit this location again.

I stopped in for some car food on my trip from OR to NY. Everything I was looking for was in the same exact spot as the store in Oregon. Even the items I don't go in for but can't seem to leave without.

This place is the best. The service here is awesome , Dr. Goode is great with my dog she comforted him so much and he is absolutely terrified of people but he was as calm as ever with her . He could sense her love and compassion for him .

You should absolutely ensure there is enough staff to help people to retrieve items from all the locked cabinets in the store. Waiting for 15 mins for someone to find a person with a key is a total waste of customers time. Theft is an issue and I get it but I shouldn’t be inconvenienced in the process.
Peru, IL Walmart….If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. the employees at this location DISGUST me they let my daughter have two seizures and NO EMPLOYEE called for an ambulance. No EMPLOYEE tried to help her. No EMPLOYEE tried to do anything and her boyfriend was there and he was screaming. Help me help me help me for a half an hour and NO one called AN AMBULANCE and NO ONE did anything THE “employees” look directly at him and they continue to walk by!!!!! TWO CUSTOMERS HAD TO HELP HER !!!Thank God for those two people those two people were off duty EMTs if it were not for them, she would not have gotten at least enough help until the ambulance had finally arrived. My daughter almost passed away tonight. NO THANKS TO WALMART!!!!!! I cannot believe this happened .
I like Target for a few things that have lower prices than the supermarket or chain drug stores. Today, I was there to get eye glasses from the Optical Dept which is very good and accepts most insurance plans. They have a large selection of frame styles and their designer frames are the cheapest I've seen. The staff is great!
This store is older and not as welcoming as other Walmart locations. Mainly because it spreads out on three floors making it harder to navigate and it just feels cluttered inside even though it usually isn't. For the amount of traffic in the store the staff does a good job at keeping things organized.
Every single experience I've had in the last 12 years at this store has been excellent. ALL retailers should be this good.
Pricing is great and all of the maker/stem departments are top notch. Makers rejoice!!!!

Have been looking to fill my dark chocolate mint M&Ms snack bin. Tried to order on several occasions but the "in stock" item listed online is suddenly NOT IN STOCK when it comes time to pick up my desired order. I believed Walmart had better merchandise control and ordering mechanisms in place to prevent this from happening. Obviously not. I am more in-store oriented now than trusting failed online ordering processes.
Such a positive and welcoming environment! The staff are always so sweet and helpful and I can always find what I’m looking for. I truly have never had a bad experience at Target and I’m so glad my family can shop safely and peacefully for our groceries and all necessities we need!

I think everyone in the area was shopping in the store. They rearrange the floor plan and I had to wander around forever. Spent more time in the store than I wanted. However they had a sufficient amount of check out lanes open. I was able to check out quickly.
So excited and happy for our new local Target store! Love going for a Target-run-and-done. During these first days the staff are getting acclimated and I believe cleanliness and shelf-stock will get better with time. Two notes for improvement: unfortunately the local crowd has slobs that leave trash and junk all over the store, maybe trash receptacles would mitigate these losers and help keep the store clean. Secondly, I would like to make sure that this Target is well taken care of, and should have more security staff added / walking around to impede theft and mischievous teens.
Very large Target, the curbside pickup options is very convenient and typically very easy. Going inside usually only 1-2 registers will be open so be prepared to wait on long lines. Lanes are crowded with employees trying to stock shelves & the employees aren’t exactly “friendly”. Overall decent target.
Had a blowout on 75 and was lucky enough to make it to Walmart it was really close to close but you wouldn't know it by the way the employees acted. All three of them went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I tried to give them a tip but they would not take it. They even told him I'd drop it on the ground outside and they can find. Nope they couldn't take it. Excellent service thank you so much!

I went to the pharmacy for pneumonia and flu vaccines. The staff answered all my questions and was very helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the store quickly.
Hey you know the Altima with no front bumper? Yea thanks for havin me wait 2 hours just for you guys to say we haven’t started your oil change but kept my car inside. If y’all need business then maybe if you had your tech stop stocking shelf’s and actually work on cars things might get done and y’all might see more of a positive outcome. People work, people have lives, family, friends no one wants to hang out with y’all for 2 hours.
Employee will close store 25 minutes earlier then what Google maps says which is 9pm.

Nice and clean. I'm glad they built this Walmart for the country folks to come to instead of all the dollar stores everywhere. The insode of the store is always fully stocked and clean. The staff is always around to help and ask questions if you need to know where something is. They always have plenty of cashiers, so you don't have to wait in line to check out for a long time. Great job 👏 Walmart employees 👏 and keep up the hard work. We need ya. God bless 🙌 🙏 ya all.
I shop there for a client, so far things were great. Pharmacy guys are awesome also
Very friendly staff. Place was crowed but even tough my girlfriend found one member of staff been friendly to help her. She forgot her password and in less than 15 minutes phone was working again. Also the security lady at the door was very helpful and polite. That's the aptitude to deal with people. Very good experience for us.
Peru Walmart is clean and has plenty of people on the floor who are willing to help when asked or ask if you need any help. Recently, there have been more cashiers added, waiting to check your items. Items are well stocked, and if not just ask, and they will check for you.

The Apple Store in Short Hills is busy every time you go there. However, I have found they are very efficient when keeping your appointment time. I am not good with technology at all,however they always take the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I highly recommend this location.
The food, lunch meat and cheese spoil quick. A month ago I bought Great Value seasoned fries and they were molded. The cashiers are scanning items more than once so I have to watch them scan every item. This store is the worst. I go for the prices but if you want quality you won't get it from this Walmart. I guess you get what you pay for. They need to shut this Walmart down...
Left the Apple Store and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service. I made an appointment to check my phone. I was having problems with my camera. And even though the place was full of customers, I was greeted, checked in, seated and met with Danny who check out my phone, came up with a resolution and swapped phones and transfer by data. For a young man, he was very friendly, patient, and knew what he was doing without sounding pompous to someone like myself who clearly knows little about my phone. Even though the process took some time, he explained each step of the way. A pleasant surprise.

The store was orderly and clean. I was able to find what I came for. The staff were Friendly and helpful.
And that's only because you can't give zero Stars I purchased an Xbox series s online and it said I can pick it up the next day I went to the Bronx location at gateway center in the female employee that was there was very inappropriate very unprofessional without my consent she canceled my order now I expect every penny and not have the tax taken out and not giving back to I plan to go there tomorrow

I'm remodeling a friends home office and this couch works perfectly in the space. The couch is comfortable and affordable.
It comes already fixed except for the legs. There's two areas under the couch that holds the legs and tools needed. It's very easy to put today by yourself; I'm 5'3, 135 lbs for reference.
My order came pretty fast: two days after I ordered it. FedEx delivered it. The man carried it where I needed and I did the rest.

Terrible attention. The employee without desire to sell or help in the purchase. derogatory treatment and not being considered in the little command of the language. If it wasn't that I needed to do the shopping, I would have left the place.

However my pick up order, first off I had to wait for a parking spot. Then after I realized that people just park in the drive up, and go in and shop. So many cars had no driver or passengers.

Every retailer has it's (+) & (-) to be fair in ratings. Target deserves * * * * *
for customer service/over all cleanliness & various products selection. Prices range slightly higher here compared to other grocers & retailers. Obviously businesses must increase prices to compensate for what is vested in the quality of goods & services/the circle of business/supply & demand.

There is a lot of parking spots. It's probably the most I've seen in a place in a while. The building itself is lovely, but I wonder what it was before. They have coin games in the entrance and a mini arcade. Though when attempting to use either, they did not work. The claw machine ate the quarters. The staff was very kind. It was a lot more organized than other Walmarts I've been too. They had a lot of anime merch and an anime section in DVDs.
This store sucks. Always a bad vibe in there. Guy that opened this morning was cursing up a storm & carrying on about how he hates opening. Not the first time seen this guy acting up. Last time I was there he was being rude to me cause i wouldnt renew my pro membership still had 3 monthes to my membership. So he took the pro magazine out my hands & told me there for people that renew there membership. I think he should be fired. He obviously doesn't have any social skills.
Their selection of pops is really bad. They don't have many good figures either. They had a Pokémon card pack for regukar price 35 , I come back during the 50% off sale to get it, they marked it up to 50 then with my 5$ coupon it came out to be 35 bucks still.
This is definitely the mall to be at to shop. If you like to shop, then this is the place. They have all the main brands but specially they have all the main expensive brands which you can see in the pictures that I have provided. They also have a Starbucks for the short breaks in between shopping.
When it comes to shopping, you’ll find everything your heart diaries. I would definitely recommend to come with friends, family or just come by yourself and enjoy.

Regularmente me toca hacer compras en la tienda siempre encuentro lo que busco. Buenas ofertas también se encuentran, lo único incomodo es que no hay personal disponible para sacar los productos de las vitrinas por gusto toca el timbre nadie llega abrir y si los miras a los empleados se hacen que no te ven luego si es en la noche ten por seguro que nadie te va atender...a veces nesecitamos algo de medicina nomas me asomo a ver si hay alguien que que ayude y si no veo a nadie no insisto mejor me voy a cvs o a walgreens, no pierdo mi tiempo si ya se que nadie me va ayudar
Employees cheat customers. I have bought games from this GameStop, which constantly put on unnecessary charges without customer permission, i.e., adding a warranty. You have to ask me at least before you spend my money. I do not care if it’s only a dollar, it is a deplorable action and I have called the corporate office about this matter.
Had to drive out of my way for a Sonic toy. Was so greatful. After calling 6 different Game stops this one had it. The employee held it behind the counter and even had another character waiting with Sonic. We got both. Thank you so much

Usually always a good experience here. Pat, the manager, is always customer friendly with me and even remembers my name whenever I come in.
I love Target! It doesn’t matter which one, all Targets are amazing! This store has a Starbucks, and the staff at Starbucks are pretty cool. The Target employees are really nice at this store, some of them were super helpful and some were just fun. This store has a lot of fun stuff, and a lot of great Christmas decorations and ornaments. This Target is well stocked with everything you may need, from toiletry to travel to food supplies.

I always have great experiences visiting this GameStop. Patrick, in particular, is very knowledgeable and has always been super helpful. This is my preferred location despite not being the closest one.
Very professional, polite, fun staff. My kids love going here, they get all their questions answerd. We get all our collectables here even ordered for us. I will recommend them to all gamers and parents.
This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. I bought a laptop about two and a half years ago and paid for the 2-year warranty. A year into it the CPU apparently was failing and they told me to just go get a new laptop. Which I thought would be great except for the fact that the new laptop cost $100 more, I had to buy an entirely new warranty and I had to pay taxes. So my new laptop cost me a whopping $410 and didn't that much more than the old one!
A year and a half into this laptop I can't video conference anymore because there's some video lag going on which I think might be due to the software but they're diagnosing. They've had my laptop and this is my main business laptop now for 96 hours and haven't even bothered to call me and give me an update on status.
Looked them up on Google and there's not even a phone number to call to see what's going on.
