It's not the fastest store to get in and out of. It's always busy, and it doesn't deliver, but you can get things delivered from uber eats. I know because I work doing it sometimes.
Arrived at 9:24am. Nice young man pulling pallets outside explained that the registered don't open until 10am. No problem, I can look until then. Reached inside and the led than mannerly cashier says, "we don't open until 10". I asked not even to look until the registers open. Her response was to shake her head for no. Not "I'm so sorry ma'am, it's not allowed," not "I'm so sorry, it's against store policy but I will gladly see you at 10". Nothing polite or asking the lines of customer service.
Great Target to visit in-person! However, CALLING for a quick answer to a simple question has been like trying to win a game of dodgeball without any balls to throw. Prepare for infinite dial tones until you’re hung up on. Primarily pointed @“Accessories & Apparel”

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Walmart’s customer service, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The incompetence displayed by the clerk, Shanon, at the customer service desk, as well as the so-called coach who refused to get the manager, Stacey, was truly astounding. It is clear that these individuals are in desperate need of retraining.
My ordeal began when I approached the customer service desk to address an issue with a faulty product I had purchased. Shanon, the clerk on duty, seemed completely clueless and uninterested in assisting me. Her lack of knowledge about store policies and procedures was evident, as she struggled to provide me with any meaningful guidance or solutions.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a manager to escalate the issue, Stacey, who identified herself as a coach, flat-out refused to get the manager involved. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for the situation were both infuriating and unprofessional. It was as if she believed that her role as a coach exempted her from providing proper customer service.
The lack of training and accountability exhibited by Shanon and Stacey was deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed promptly and effectively. Instead, I was met with incompetence and a complete disregard for my needs.
It is clear that Walmart’s customer service department is in dire need of reevaluation and retraining. Shanon and Stacey’s inability to provide basic assistance and their refusal to involve higher management reflect poorly on the company as a whole. Walmart should prioritize investing in comprehensive training programs to ensure that all customer service representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Get ready for a rant. I don't usually complain, but this needs to be acknowledged. I came in early today to try to exchange an item that was purchased on Saturday during a Black Friday sale. A piece from the set was defective (battery wouldn't charge). I figured I could just exchange it the following Monday. I have never in my life experienced such unfriendly people. First of all, these women looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation because I needed assistance. The woman who walks over proceeds to tell me they don't do exchanges and that I'd need to return the item & repurchase it.
I said okay no problem, she did the refund, I thanked her for the help & told her to have a Happy Thanksgiving! To which, I got no response. But it's cool. I get the item I originally purchased a second time and take it to self-checkout. It rang up the original price. I asked the lady at self-checkout who was also extremely unfriendly, showed her my previous receipt, she tells me I need to go back to customer service. I go back to customer service where the same woman who did my refund proceeds to tell me again that she couldn't honor the sale price and that "she doesn't recall them having a sale over the weekend"... This is one of the best locations in the Hagerstown area. Always well stocked, clean and organized. Lots of self checkout lanes too, so paying and leaving is relatively quick and easy.
The past 3 times I've tried to buy thing here the worker has either "stepped out", store shut early, or just blatantly locked. Not cool. Worker wrote a note on the door stating they left at 7 and won't be back until 830. They close at 9. They also don't update their hours on here either.
Usually we have great experiences at Roseville Target but today I was disappointed. They don't sell leg cramp pills or pumpkin puree other than in dog food or baby food. Otherwise, they are great.
They don’t except wic, which is crazy for a grocery store, they also choose garbage milk for their milk supplier and charge over $5 a gallon
Target puck up has switched all the way up. They are the new Walmart. There waiting time and the way they treat there customers is horrible. Get your stuff together Target or we will find someone else to shop.

I have always liked this store for its service, but when you put in an idiot who doesn't know his job, you lose the prestige of the store, the person who works in the copy center needs more training.
As far as in-store, I’ve not had an issue. The online delivery is the issue. The drivers are nice, but often times my delivery is missing an item or two. These aren’t substituted items or items that were out of stock, they are items that should have been delivered. Trying to call the store is impossible when it comes to online/pick up orders. You can dedicate 45+ minutes and no one answers, & if they do answer they hang up on you.
Good prices, but why are there only self checkout lanes and hardly any cashiers? There always seems to be 15 people with full carts at self checkout while every employee is running around doing pick up orders instead of checking people out. My wife and I have been finally looking into Walmart and Aldi because it's been too ridiculous the last 6 months.
Super Walmart, a great selection except having four males in my household I'd love to see a broad range of men's clothing options and sizes. I always strike out clothing-wise with 2/4 males when shopping. Love the upgrade in brands all around in most departments.

I am usually always happy with my experiences at Walmart but the other day, let's just say it was one of those days. I am handicapped ♿️. I don't necessarily 'look' the part cause I don't always need to use a cane, walker, knee braces, back braces, you name it. Believe me, I have them all but try to get around without as much as I can. Anyway, here I am, my body hurting so bad, but needed some things from Walmart. I go get them, of course the self check-outs are all open but full. I look & there is 1 lane...Only 1 with a cashier. I start to walk up but got a phone call. I let the couple behind me go ahead with checking out. Then as I hung up the phone & turned back around to her (I was barely 5ft away from the checkout) she flips her light off & announces "I'm closed ma'am."
I was like seriously? How rude! I have been a cashier & I would never be that way to customers. Everyone deserves respect, consideration, politeness & to be treated like you matter. Whatever happened to 'treat others how you want to be treated'? What has happened to us as a people?

This is a great store! They had everything that I wanted and needed. While I was there I tried using the scan and go. When I got to the register it didn't work so I had to go to the register and check out. The customer service agents were so nice and helpful! I had a good experience. Thank you guys!!
Aaron, Matt, Jeani. Huge props to the Auto Center and the entire store! I limped my car in with a exploded tire and a donut at 10p.m. at night and they did excellent work as people and employees to get me going again when they could, even though my entry was way out the norm. Great crew! Thanks!
I went here yesterday around 7:30pm to go shopping for some new clothes. I walked in the greeting card entrance and started in the nearest women’s clothing section there. The employee that was folding in that section was really rude. I was looking at the tshirts she was folding because I wanted to see if they had my size and I could go try them on. After I got the ones I wanted she like huffed and said something under breath about me. I don’t appreciate that when I’m shopping. It made my shopping experience really uncomfortable and not wanting to come back to this location anymore. She has a tattoo on the right side of her neck in wording.
Wouldn’t shop here again, wouldn’t even recommend to family or friends. I got here every once in a while on because I usually just go to the shopping mall after. Being followed around the store to the point of exiting was an experience that I’ve never dealt with coming from this store before. It’s the first time. After this incident and I did buy my things, I decided to return it and go on Amazon to buy the things I want. I can’t support a store that decides to target people whenever they want. It’s not okay. Amazon has the same things and more that this store has and I can get them the same day by delivery so I just did that instead. I won’t return to target.
This is the place to shop if you’re tired of being abused by the Walmart employees across the street. You don’t need a bodyguard to shop here. After speaking with a young female employee in the parking lot and being informed I had a store pickup instead of a park and pickup order, a very courteous and professional young man had my tv on a dolly and was headed for the door to load it when I entered the store. Very impressed cause I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past.
It's been an average visit at Walmart. Went and did a return without any issues from employees or anything which is always a good thing and they were fairly pleasant to be around this time. I've had my fair share of just rude and disrespectful staff from Walmart in the past so it's a nice change when they're actually nice to there customers.
This target is the best around with prices, deals and options.

I asked the lady wearing her uniform in the ulta section if she worked there to be polite before jumping in to ask my question. She told me she didn’t work there, did not help me but helped a customer after me. I usually have a good experience at this target but I don’t love that an employee told me she didn’t work there just so she didn’t have to deal with me. She was younger, had brunette hair and was wearing a mask. I wish I got her name
When you accept presales orders that means you order what the customer wants before release date I ordered presales item and paid and when I went to pick them up I was told they were out of stock..why accept presell orders if you cant get product..never again will I go into a gamestop

I want to brag on Melissa, today when i was in the store i was looking for a gift from the wedding registry. The item was not where it normally was and she radioed several times for help with no response from the radio. Instead of giving up she went above and beyond to find someone to help. Big thanks to Melissa for helping me obtain the gift i came for!

I have to write this review because every time I go this target I’m disgusted by their bathrooms. I can only speak for the woman’s. They need a major remodel. They are always scummy dirty- the walls, floors, toilets and sinks. The toilets and sinks are cracking off the wall. So not only is it gross to look at it’s a safety risk as well. PLEASE fix this target, you can afford it and you owe it to your customers who spend tons of money here.
Great store with friendly and helpful staff. Undergoing renovations currently, but store was clean and well stocked. I am thankful they allowed my wife and I to park overnight near the road. We arrived late from a mandatory evacuation in Florida.
Super experience with buying a printer today from Garner. What a great help he was! So knowledgeable and honest with his assistance. We left feeling very good about the transaction - knowing we did the right thing. He also did not speak down to us and never acted like we were a bother with our endless questions. Thumbs up to Garner!
General appearance can be improved. The speakers never sound right. However, it's a pretty normal Walmart experience and the employees seem to let you on their own business.

They definitely have stepped their game up! At times it's not so many cashiers but at least the ones that are there move fast to get out of the store and as accurate as possible! Latoya is on her job as a manager, I don't particularly like her attitude at times in the past, but she's running it well none the less! And shout out to the amazing staff there too!
I like Target. I forget most times it's there, but that's cause there's a Wal mart on every corner. Prices are higher than Wally World, but they have sales & other bargains that are great. It's also good for registries, which they do offer. You can find almost everything u want for a new baby or a wedding. The registries make it so much easier to buy for the new couple or a new baby. Most stores have a grocery department now. Don't expect any bargains there but it is convenient if u r shopping there and need to pick up a couple of grocery items & save urself from stopping again on ur way home.

I love. Wally World. People can criticize it,but as for me the experience was great. I guess if I had any complaints, it would be some out of stock issues and hole plugging in grocery. Specifically the drink aisle. Likely vendors making use of the gaps.
When it comes to printing, etc. I’m kind of a Grandma. Bobbie and Stacy in the printing center took great care of me and made sure my order was perfect!
If you’re going in for formula grab a chair. The wait will be at least 10-20 minutes. And if you go to another employee for help they’ll tell you they don’t work in that area and walk away.
This store is always clean, has great deals, and friendly staff! The Starbucks inside is an added bonus!
I live a quarter mile away from this Walmart and I never go here because of the sheer incompetence of the staff. I waited 10 mins for them to buzz someone over to electronics to get headphones and finally just walked out. This has happened multiple times. If this is the closest store to where you live it's definitely worth driving a little further and going somewhere else. Do not bother going here ever.
2 Used controllers in a row that were broken. The employee told me they are factory tested before being re-sold. Either im the most unlucky person (definite possibility) or she lied. This review will go to 1 star if they give me a hard time about refund after the 2nd broke controller.

If it wasn't the only game in town, I'd never step inside the doors. Their managers don't seem to have control over their employees. Workers don't seem to know where anything is when asked. Don't ever ask one of those people pulling items off shelves for pickup any questions as they are rude and tell you their job is to quickly pull the orders and not answer questions.
I've loved this Target since Covid. I probably was going 3-4 times a week. They've always been clean, and MOST of the people working there have been very friendly. However, I feel that things have kind of changed lately. Not everyone is friendly, it's hard to find an open register, and if you have a lot of stuff, maybe you don't want to check yourself out because you don't WORK there. If I wanted cranky and only self-checkout options, I'd just go back to Walmart. Time to find other options.
Went into Target late last night to release some stress. I had just left the veterinarian's office, earlier that day I had to put my dog to sleep and after having her for 16 years it wasn't a good day. As I walked in I was greeted in the women's section, asked if I needed help. But, At the register was a young man by the name of Brock. His customer service was on point. He was friendly and even made me laugh before I left. I spent more than I'd planned but there was no way I was going to put anything back after getting such good service. Customer service is definitely a lost art these days. Thank you Brock, Just going out the way to be a lil friendly made my night better. Remember we all have a story, and it's doesn't hurt to be kind!
I visited this store for the first time today. I found the selection of merchandise and prices to be wonderful! The bathroom was clean and I didn't require a dressing room...so I can't say what they were like. When I checked out the staff was very careful and polite. The shopping plaza had quite a few stores that were great options for thrifty shopping. Can't wait to return!!
My only problem is they have items locked in cabinet. You have to push button to get a clear, takes them 3-5 minutes to arrive and open. Then you go get another item and it's locked up in cabinet, omg, same process of pushing button to get associate to come unlock cabinet. Got on my last nerves. People still going to shoplift. Need a better security plan. Wasting people's time with this foolery. Plus some associates don't want to take time to help customers. Why are they working there, just to stand around and chit chat with each other. Never going back to this Walmart.
I like the store itself, but some of the employees are something else. They fight amongst eachother infront of customers. They are extremely rude, some act like its ruining there day by answering a simple question. Applause to the empolyees who actually like their job.

Great shopping experience. No unnecessary waiting time at the till. Pretty much had everything I wanted.
If i could give a Negative star review I WOULD. Worst customer service ever! Manager wouldn't give me her name.The manager act like a child. They don't honor what price is posted.Carts all over. Many people just standing around.The manager lied about pulling the tag & I did show her it was there because I went back and YEP STILL THERE. She called security on me. I was leaving anyway but wow super rude. Worst Store ever.
I just had an amazing experience getting 5 large poster prints for $80. I received a call from staff double checking the exact size of the prints, etc., and after telling the employee my plan for a strange sized frame, I arrived to find she even cut down the photo to those exact measurements for me. Thanks for going above and beyond!
It was a mixed bag with the staff. Some were super friendly, while others were rather curt. They have UPS shipping from this store as well as TSA screening.
I am very disappointed that they do not take Apple Pay Way up to the Taylor machine for self check out and rang up about $45 worth of items just to find out that they do not take Apple Pay I am so disappointed…. And currently in 2023 their shelves are empty🤦🏾♀️
My sister dragged me here saying she loves the clothes here, especially the prices . I was skeptical until I found this gem (see photo). Where are you gonna find a gold bathingsuit with white stars strategically placed at the nipples? I feel like I stepped into an alternate universe and Rose's is the portal. I bought an outfit I like to call ," the Gloria estefan". You know, the early Years.
But the absolute best was the pink windbreaker half top. I feel like the person who designed this is definitely from florida and realized that an entire windbreaker is sometimes too much. Genius! I left with like 14 out fits for 100 bucks. My sister , with 6 outfits. Watch out palm bay, the ivaldi sisters are lookin hot!

This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.
It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.
Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing
Wow what can I say they actually try to save you money, by far best warranty next to Best Buy’s replacement warranty their warranty is very much similar. On $100 headset there they price match me for the price I found on target.com which was 88.95, The warranty on my headset costed $15 I am partially deaf in my right ear and headset it’s generally last me a year or less they will replace your device with same device or if they don’t have it usually it is a much better device.
Target is always clean.. Carts are always well maintained.. The employees are very helpful, friendly and

This Walmart is by far the most tolerable in the area. It's generally less crowded and has items in stock. Unfortunately like most places right now they are running low on patio furniture options.
The workers are helpful and the lines are usually pretty quick.

Real helpful people with a lot of knowledge with the customer in mind price is reasonable I can deal with them
I shop this strip a few times a month. I often go from Ollies to Roses, Dollar Tree and Winn Dixie. I get anxiety every time I go into this place, few times decided not to go in. It's the employee's. They have scrutinized me for using my own bag, and gave me a hard time about returning product w/recipt when the food was expired. Take my advise and just skip this store, it's not worth the trouble.

Perhaps I'm not used to city Walmarts, and this is just how it is (I'm mostly used to the suburbs), or perhaps we caught them on a bad day when they were short-staffed... but this Walmart was shockingly messy, compared to the ones I'm used to back home.

Always clean . Always something new. ALWAYS SOMETHING NEW. And zero attitude from staff no matter how many questions you ask. I am always looking for fortnite memorabilia. My son is a huge fan. As I can tell the store associates aren't huge fans of fortnite. But they still help and are pleased to help.... thanks alot guys.
I like shopping here. They have different items in all the time it seems. For clothing, if you see it you better get it cause it might not be there when you go back again. This has happened to me a few time; leaned my lesson. I also purchased one towel just to see how it would hold up. And it's holding up very well. I haven't had such luck with a bed comforter I purchased, it fell apart in the washer/dryer. But I can find some good things here sometimes.
I'm extremely impressed at the level of customer service at this Target. I'm not local but frequent a Target in my area quite often. I wish this one was near me! I interacted with 4 employees and all with friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers around them. I found the staff generous and empathetic. Maria was super helpful.
Was in a hurry and received fast help and answers for a hard to find item.
I bought a weighing scale from them exactly 30 days ago and yesterday it shattered into a million pieces all over my foot and the floor. I did not keep the recipient since it was only a weighing scale and did not think it would be of such bad quality. I have pictures of it shattered everywhere and a picture of my bank statment with the date and the exact price of the scale. I showed their manager who didn’t seem to concerned and who offered nothing. Every question I asked, she had to go in the back and ask someone else while I waited. The manager in the back with all the answers should have showed respect and came out and talked to me as a customer but instead had someone else do the talking for her. They weren’t the least bit of concerned about the issue and served as no help. She said they can’t prove I bought the scale even though I showed her the transaction with the exact amount and pictures of the exact scale. She also told me I should have brought her the million pieces of glass from the the broken scale so she could put them in a box and then she would give me a new one. Yeah I could have saved the pieces to bring back in but I obviously threw the glass away right away. I then proceeded to tell her that I wasn’t trying to be a pain but it was kind of ridiculous that they couldn’t give me another scale since this occurred. I did not care for my money back but for just another scale in return. She offered no help so I asked for their cooperate number and she proceeds to give me a fake number that does not work at all. Very unprofessional and I will not be shopping with them ever again! Avoid them, you can keep better quality for a few dollars more and better customer service.

This target has a bigger more updated then most targets I been to. This target has more products that fit my family and mine lifestyle as far as clothes, and more natural products. There is women's close that are almost all sized woman even the curvy women that have hard time finding clothes! This target also has groceries, liquor store and general products that target always sells. The layout and clean atmosphere was also pleasant.
The lady attendant for the self check out was very polite and friendly even though she had to look inside the lunchbox and backpack. I never had this happen before at the other target locations even when I bought backpacks and lunchboxes in the past. It made us feel like a criminal.

Finding help can be difficult... always a line with one person at the checkout while 2-3 other employees look on.

I am a person that normally sticks to the traditional or popular stores but when I found Roses I was shocked at how cheap and reasonable it was. They had great prices on almost every item and had a wide variety of items. I mean the only way you can beat getting a shirt for $3.99 is getting it for free. The store was really organized, the employees were friendly And it was really clean and user friendly. The only small issue I found was that the changing rooms were always closed and I had to get an employee to open it every time I wanted to used it. That was not much of an big deal breaker for me because with Prices so low and great service, I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for a door to be opened. It’s just that it would be less of an hassle for both parties.
Decent choices of products at discount prices. Some name brand items as well as off brand. Great place to find holiday gifts as they have a little bit of everything. I bought a purse and scarf for my friends birthday and the total was under $20. She loved them so it was a win win for both of us. I'll be returning to do more shopping soon.
