This store is SCAMMING people. I went in for a trade-in phone upgrade. They charged me $130 "trade-in fee" and sent me the new phone. The manager named Rohit said they will send me the trade-in package for me send my old phone. That package never arrived and after a month when I called Verizon, I was informed my trade-in was never processed and I was never supposed to be charged any upfront fee. It's been months I'm trying to process my trade-in. This is an absolute fraud.
Elizabeth was a huge help! I was in and out very quickly and she even told me about promos that were available. By the far the most painless experience I've had with Verizon.
I just purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro from Elizabeth who works at the 395 3rd ave Verizon Store. She was super helpful with everything. Amazing customer service skills and very friendly. She had me leaving the Verizon store with a smile on my face! :)
If you walk into that store and Josh is there to help you, just know that you’re in good hands. This man has unbelievable patience and knows what he is doing. 5/5 star review does not do him justice. Whoever reads these reviews just know that this employee is a keeper. I took a picture with him to remember my experience with him.
