Old store but good value and great selections
Circa is one of my top 3 favorite bars in Raleigh. I love the staff at Circa - Nicole is by far my favorite, she’s on top of everything going on there. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 ⭐️ is because of the pool tables. The pockets and the felt need to be fixed and cleaned, and there are layers of dust under the pool tables. A little bit of work goes a long way.
Nice vibe. Noel (spelling?) is fantastic bartender. Walked out with a bottle of Hooch and Barnegate Mable—both are very very good!
If you want a pharmacy where you can easily contact someone with questions and concerns, this isn’t for you. The automated phone system has made it impossible to reach a pharmacist or tech, the best you will get is being directed to their voicemail and you have to wait an eternity in hopes of hearing back. I know what you’re thinking, call the store and have them transfer you to a pharmacist. I thought that too. Until the ever so unpleasant employee who answered the phone informed me in a snotty tone that they won’t do that. So much for customer service.

I specifically went to Jersey Spirits, to try the new Espresso Martini Flight. It didn’t disappoint!! All 3 were delicious and perfectly balanced! The pistachio was my favorite! Just the right amount of espresso, vodka and flavor. I’ll be going back, soon, for a 2nd flight! Cheers!!

A pretty typical Air Force Exchange. It was clean, well organized and contained lots of stuff you'd normally want to buy but at a somewhat reduced cost.

The perfect place to come for some solitude! But all of the snack food is stale.
Made absolutely impossible to get my meds when I needed them and kept giving me run around about insurance when I only have HIP... ended up in emergency room for 3rd time in two days because of this. There will be legal action take
I cannot say enough how much I love Circa! I always have a wonderful time, no matter if I'm stopping in for an afternoon drink or rolling in to close out my night, they never disappoint. The drinks are great, the staff is amazing, and the patrons are some of the most welcoming people I've ever met. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and check them out.
My absolute favorite distillery. Their cocktails are so unique and delicious and it’s always a good time there. Their spirits are of the utmost quality. I especially love their white maple whiskey. Amazing. Love this place.
My usual favorite is Jersey Spirits’ hibiscus flower flavored vodka. It’s great on a warm summer afternoon in a glass of lemonade. Recently, I found a new Fall drink. Jersey Spirits’ Barnegat White Maple. It is a smooth whiskey made from their bourbon and infused with maple. Perfection!
They are a little pricey and to me a little prejudice
Great place for some locally made spirits. This is a small local business. They are not pushy when you enter the tasting room. I ordered a pumpkin martini that I saw on instagram and than a Fluffer Nutter off their menu. All the spirits are made there. They staff is very friendly and I plan on going back. The distiller was there and trying new ideas and letting those at the bar taste it. I highly recommend this place.
Please do not go here!!!! None of the pharmacy techs want to be there, they are extremely rude for no reason. Unhelpful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Save yourself the stress and just use Walmart.
This is one of the worst pharmacies that I’ve ever been too. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve had delays countless times for medications. They have been known to dispense the wrong amount of my controlled substance. When I confronted the pharmacist he said the inventory was all in order and actually had to review security footage before he believed me. I guess someone probably got fired that day. They close early and don’t open on Sundays. They won’t even allow you to call the pharmacist anymore requiring you to instead leave a voicemail. Yeah like im going to wait around for your understaffed crew to call me back. I’ll drive into town and get my scripts elsewhere. Even if it’s more expensive, it is worth it in my opinion to avoid this place.
This was a great afternoon. Spirits are really good. Artisanal Drinks were delicious. The ladies bartending this afternoon were amazing. We will be back!!
Very convenient location near the ballpark. The staff is kind and patient, especially considering the challenging environment they work in. While there are often sketchy people hanging around outside, the store takes precautions by keeping most items secured and behind the counter. Despite the circumstances (and blatant racism I sometimes hear towards the Asian folks that work behind the counter), it’s still a reliable spot for quick stops.
Be aware that the passport photos are NOT what the government requests. The government wants a 2x2 photo. They give you a 1.25x1.25 inch picture, with about another 1/4 inch border. Too small.

i was in philly for work and came across this stand in the market and it was a GEM! my father collects bourbon & thru had a huge bourbon and whiskey selection ALL made in philly ! we got 4 bottles and they were great? the owner / worker was extremely helpful as well!
I shop at this CVS location often. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and will greet you as soon as you come in the door. On this particular visit, Ian, Alex and Randy were awesome! There were no CVS Apple Cider Gummies on the shelf or in the warehouse and they price matched a brand that was on stock. Now that’s service; great customer and Alex brought me a shopping cart. My hands were filled with my items go purchase.

Great place for PA craft spirits, I can't remember her name but the lady from the UK knew her stuff and helped me find and try new things! 10/10 place in Philly every connoisseur should go
We happened upon this gem of a bourbon store while visiting Reading Station. We were surprised to see so many local bourbons and were eager to learn about them. Adam was amazing and very knowledgeable about the bourbons. He allowed us to sample a few and told us a bit about each distillery. Sadly, we could not take any home as we were flying home the following day and had no space in our luggage . We definitely would have bought a few bottles!

I'm unsure why someone would over exaggerate their accent to sound more sophisticated or knowledgeable. The lady who helped me could not have been more obnoxious. I have family from England, with PhDs, and she out snobbed them. Read the room honey, your uptightness doesn't fit in in Philly.

Small store, has a little of everything but not much of anything. If you know what you're looking for and they have it, it'll get you by.
Pharmacy is very rude and controlling. Even with approval from insurance an hospice Dr, they refused to fill a hospice paitents pain order cause they needed it a few days early!
This pharmacy team is so unhelpful. I have never been so disappointed. The staff is rude and do not have any compassion for customers if I could give them a zero I would.
This is the most inefficient CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with... Which is frustrating because the previous CVS locations I've used were great. This location has messed up my dogs medications on more than one occasion (saying we were out of refills when we weren't, losing prescriptions, forgetting to fill them altogether, etc.) It's a constant headache. They also refuse to put any effort into fixing the problem. My vet has to call them multiple times (which is understandably frustrating for them) and CVS refuses to call the vets office to make sure things get taken care of, even though the app offers that as a request option for customers.
Most of the staff that works there is nice enough but it is so disorganized... There is one lady who is rude every single time I speak to her... I usually only encounter her when I have to call in.

Horrible pharmacy
I have gone to several cvs pharmacies to pick up my Kaiser prescription with no issue I went today and April was no help she said “it’s a lot of work” for her to get a Kaiser prescription there because she needs to call and it’s just “too much”
I asked her we can still just try she said yes and said that they would text me with a welcome message then another when it’s ready.
Never received the welcome message went back and was told it was probably my phone that was the issue
Went home because again April was no help
Hours later and still have not received any kind of text from the pharmacy
Don’t recommend coming here

I looooove coming to Circa 1888 to play pool as it’s one of the nicest, coziest places to play pool that doesn’t look dilapidated. This is my favorite date spot.
Drinks are really cheap compared to bars nearby. There are 4 beautiful red regulation-size tables and indoor and outdoor seating.
Unless you find free street parking, you will most likely have to park in the paid lot across the street from the car. I advise you to pay to park as the city tickets me every single time I think I can get away with it.
Once you’re done with pool, you can head over to the beercade right next door, which is also great. Since Circa is downtown, you can walk to a bunch of other cool bars and breweries.

I've made 5 calls to CVS to ask questions, I was going to transfer my prescriptions to them. However after being hung up on EVERY TIME, I don't think this is the place for me ! Didn't get questions asked or answered as I got hung up on every time. Certainly NOT a way to run a business
We were treated to a very varied drink experience. The different drinks on the menu helped us sample drinks according to what we were interested in. I have to say the Speakeasy was probably my favorite, especially because of the presentation. Some of the drinks we had were a good combination of different flavors and spirits.

After walking around and having some food, I wanted to go and check out all the drinks that this wonderful place had.

Incredible selection of local libations. Free samples! Fair pricing! Fun staff! This is a must-stop vendor in the Reading Terminal Market.
I love all the pharmacists here. They’re always very helpful. I get all my vaccine shots here and prescriptions. The cashiers are also very nice.
Great casual bar with great bartenders good pours at great prices for DTR. They have four pool tables 3-7’ and one 8’ table. I’m an early bird and have always been able to get a table. Just a solid choice for drinks and pool with friends.
The lovely couple will help you with anything you need.
A prescription was sent to them at 6:30pm. For some reason they close at 7pm on weekdays? Called that day and the lady was short and rude and explained that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it because it was too late. I get that. Told me they would have it ready the next morning. I asked her to have them call or text me when it is ready. I waited until 3pm the next day, and called them. The woman on the phone made me repeat myself multiple times because she would ask my information, and then not listen to me when I told her. After we finally got through that, I had to repeat to her why I was calling, which I explained at the beginning of the call. She told me they did not have time to fill my prescription, and then asked what time I will be in. I just told them I would be in before they close (since it is already the afternoon). I don’t expect white glove treatment with fruit baskets. It is a CVS. But it is not difficult to simply perform basic customer service, and have a prescription fulfilled within a reasonable time. Especially when a person is trying to get antibiotics so they can start on the road to getting better. This place did not perform either purpose, so they have received one star.
Great bar in the heart of downtown Raleigh. The night I visited, it wasn't particularly packed. I really enjoyed the pool tables they had to offer. Plus, their drink prices seemed very fair overall. This is a fun spot to check out if you're ever in the area.
Even though the store is convenient, but the treatment from some of the Asian workers make you feel like you are not wanted in the store. I was using the ATM then the Asian male worker stood in front of me rushing me so that 5 white customers could use the machine. I'm made to feel like a criminal and not a customer😞
Great bar! Atmosphere is warm with low lights; great for having drinks and some great conversations. The bar tenders are all amazing. Was busy but not overly crowded for a Saturday night when we visited.
They have a limited selection and are averaged price. It's great if you live on base and don't have a car. It's average at best. The staff is always friendly and you never have to wait for service.
Anna in the pharmacy department is a SUPERSTAR! I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and she is always so kind and efficient to her customers time and time again. She went above and beyond to help me with an insurance issue and I can’t thank her enough . She deserves to be recognized for how great she ALWAYS is. Thankyou Anna !❤️
10 stars for the service that the employees provide. Especially Anita and Sabina . Awesome ladies. Customer service from those 2 ladies is 10 stars . They always treat you like a friend instead of just a customer. Always friendly and have a kind word . The exchange doesn't have as much as a few years ago but with that said , if people , our military members both active , reserve and civilian would shop there more instead of going to Walmart and the big box stores for everything then maybe, just maybe then they would have more of what people run off base for . They did at one time have pretty much everything a person would want . They can only stock what sells so I'm asking you , my military family , try the exchange first . More business they get will relate to more products carried eventually. Base leaders , both Officers and NCOs , set the example , shop here . The BX is here for all of us.
Stopped by Pennsylvania Libations inside Reading Terminal Market to look for a few gifts. I was greeted immediately and asked to be helped. I was told that all bottles for sale are able to be sampled and everything is made in the state of PA. So many choices of almost every type of liquor available. I highly recommend for unique gifts local to PA
Pretty bad experience with pharmacy staff. I came to covid vaccination check in and had to wait for over 20 min by the window for anybody to even come to me. Then the main pharmacist told me I had to wait another 30 min to get vaccinated even though I came for my appointment on time. Not even a sorry...
Luckily, April works there! She is absolutely the best and the friendlest person. I wish this pharmacy had more people like her.

Love this place!!! Great prices on things that I would typically get at Walmart! I forgot my sons bottle at home and was not in a position to get so we went to the BX and got 3 bottles for almost the price of one! The nipples we needed didn't come in the size we needed and only one size which sucked and they need to get a better selection! However, the nipples where priced over a dollar cheaper than the competitors!! Love this place, just wish they had everything, but if they did no one would leave the base!
Want one of everything? Go to this spot cause they literally have everything. It’s all quite fairly priced but don’t leave you car there to go to a neighbors spot - they watch those spots like a hawk
I like this place. They call themselves Circa 1888 because they apparently found an old bar in Brooklyn (from 1888), tore it down carefully, and moved it down to Raleigh by train. I think it was worth it because the architecture finishes are awesome!... This place is also friendly. They have great cocktails, and a decent beer selection. I didn't play any pool, but the pool table section looked nice and popular. Unfortunately, they do not serve food though, so eat before you come.

By far the best service I've ever experienced in the downtown area. The bartenders were very knowledgeable about the drinks. Speedy to the tee. Would 100 percent recommend. Ask for Nicole Gabriel and Max. Top 3 in the downtown Raleigh area. Keep it up guys
