Great service! I got a great price on some 35 x 12.5 tires for my truck. The owner talked me into a much more economic tire when I was expecting to pay double on a different brand. I will definitely be returning to get my brakes upgraded.
Great experience! Local Heroes did a thorough evaluation of my 1999 Ford truck and set up a prioritized list of maintenance items to take care of it. Toni was very efficient, friendly and professional dealing with us.

Currently arguing through email to send back a set of second gen Camaro headers that don't even come close to fitting. They told me I need to put my transmission bracket in first. If they had any sense and listened to me. The only reason the engine and transmission brackets had been removed were in order to adjust the height and levels to accommodate for the headers. They sit at 2 different heights with about a 2-3" clearance difference. One hits the floor pan while the other will drag on the street. Unless I want my engine and trans turned side ways at about 30 degrees these will not fit. They treat you like your an idiot rather than just return the Chinese junk their selling. Ended up spending the money with ultimate headers who guarantees fitment and are very personable.
I love coming here for my tire needs. They're very reasonable, fast and reliable. I won't go anywhere else.

A month ago they changed my suspensions and I had to go back about three times because they sounded horrible and since my car was still making a noise as if something was loose I went with another mechanic and I was surprised that they had tied the brake part With zip ties, what were they thinking? That could have caused me an accident. They have no respect for the lives of others and I want to file a lawsuit against them because if I didn't realize it, they could have killed me.

They tightened my lugnuts wayyy to much. Car has been sitting most of the time and just rotated tires the other day. Impact gun couldn’t get them off and neither could a breaker bar… while I stood on it. So I get the lug wrench out and stood on one side while my dad pulled up on the other even then it barely broke. There is no reason to tighten them that much awful service
Can’t thank Billy and Jesus enough for helping me with my builds. I’ve bought everything from sensors to air lift to intake manifolds. If you need parts, definitely talk to Billy and Jesus.

Fantastic service. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable staff happy to explain to me all my questions. They helped me assess the issues I need to address on my vehicle in order of priority with clear breakdowns of the work required and included a digital report with photos indicating the issues. The Halloween decor is cute too ☺️

They give you friendly service when dropping and picking your car up, updates on how the inspection is going, and a prompt texts to let you know when your car is done. They also give you ample notice of future repairs that might need to be done, so you can prepare financially, they never pressure you into getting repairs.
I have always had a great experience with Pep Boys. Their staff are pleasant and easy to work with, explaining what's needed and quoting prices before beginning work. I wish I had paid more attention to their names but kudos to them all!
The staff is very customer service oriented. I’ve had my water pump replaced, and the timing chain along with some other items this past eight weeks. They’ve done a good job they’re clean they’re neat. I’m always pleased with their service. And they are always finding a way to get me in to get the car fixed for me. Usually when I come in it’s under an emergency situation.
Customer service at the shop is great and they kept me up to date and informed but do yourself a favor and find a local mechanic. They quoted me over $1,200 to have my shifter cable replaced and then charged me $400+ for a new battery. I had my car towed to Fix-to-Go on Nebraska and they initially quoted me $400 for the shifter cable but then called me back to let me know the whole cable actually DOESN'T need to be replaced, just a portion, and my total cost will be $250.
That's almost $1,000 difference.

I usually stick with company’s that I frequently order from. Ended up ordering from speedzone because it showed to have the part I needed. Received a call 3 days later stating they did not have the part. Service rep stated they had another vendor with same exact part without the branding, they tried to offer me a junk Jackspania part at the same cost of the original part. They also tried to offer me a more expensive replacement and when I asked both people for a link I was not provided with one.
Long story short, don’t rely on the website stating it is in stock and don’t count on good customer service

They were very friendly and got my oil changed. They also did an inspection and was very thorough.
Four calls during business hours to check on tire availability. It rang for almost three minutes each time and nobody ever answered.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dealt with Robert when I called to schedule an oil change. He was super nice & very professional. They serviced my car & I was out of there in no time. Used to go to a different Pepboys for many years, but they've really went down hill in ALL areas (mostly customer service & communication). I will absolutely continue going to this Pepboys instead. Robert & his team made up for the horrible experience & they won my business back again! Highly recommend!
An absolute hidden gem !!! The brisket burritos are fire !!! We got a thin crust hunts pizza too and some diesel and lemme tell ya this place is that cozy charm of the south everyone loves definitely stop in and visit.
My car gave me an oil pressure low warning, it wasn't quite due for a change but I pulled in here and asked them to check it, they filled it up free of charge, tightened a loose filter from the previous oil change place I went to. Great customer service. Will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.
Such a nice establishment!! A fine group of young men!! We came in for an oil change and a check engine light on and they were so helpful. Would highly recommend coming here even if you just have a question about a car problem you might have. They’ll direct you to a good spot if needed.

This place is amazing! The mechanic, Nolan, did an amazing job on my car and communicated so well with me about what was happening and what needed to be done. He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed to perfection and on time! If you come to this location I definitely recommend Nolan being your mechanic!!
Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted. Arrived early and was promptly assisted by the manager Joe. My vehicle was handled with care and even inspected, pointing out things that may need to be taken care of soon. I've always used Pep Boys and have never had a bad experience. This time was no different. Obviously, I highly recommend this service center.

Last Saturday I was in the North Tampa area and someone told me there was fluid coming from the tire area. I had just done a brake job the week before and was surprise to hear. Nevertheless, I pulled up just before closing and told Brian that I had some work done at another location recently.
I rate them a 5 because they owned the customer experience, inspected the car, fix the problem and made my safety a top priority….although it was close to closing time. I've been harassed repeatedly and victimized by the carnist misogynistic England twins of Melrose Tire. Chassidy England once tried to tell me off, but I told her off instead. Since then her twins have been harassing me. Google Reviews does shaddow-banning, so I don't expect anyone other than me will be able to see this review.
Long story short, they didn’t fix my issue and were not much help. Long story longer I took my vehicle in to have the windshield camera calibrated due to having a new windshield put in. I was having issues with one of the safety features. They went and looked at the windshield and then said they’d let me know when it was done. I came back and the technician report said all is working correctly. I got in the car and drove a couple blocks, I was still having the same issue as when I took my car in. I returned to the service department and let the representative know. She returned to my car with me and let me know that it was likely because the incorrect windshield was put in originally. However, if that was known beforehand and it was known that the calibration would not have fixed the issue, that should have been communicated to me. Overall, everyone was pleasant and courteous, I just can’t rate them any higher because I paid for them to service my vehicle and fix an issue and nothing was different from when I brought it in.

I needed to mount and balance a set of powdercoated wheels and before coming here I was turned down multiple times due to other shops not wanting to touch powdercoated items. My wheels are not damaged whatsoever since they took their time and knew what they were doing and now my car looks much better..

Dave is a great service advisor. He offered free transport and towing. Very appreciate the time and work they put on my service. Definitely recommend Newport Beach for service.
They got us in and out of there, although we had to go back and have a valve stemvm replaced, they still managed to get us out of there fast do that we could reach our destination. We were on our way to vacationing..
They can be helpful at times. Usually just permanently short staffed anymore. I used to come here for basic automotive needs. It’s less hassle and stress free if I just do my own basic car things like changing oil. The days of Walmart lube centers is dying.
Saturday morning, I was on the road to Denver for the weekend when my car gave me a tire warning. Then my tire wouldn’t take air. Called a couple places but they were full. Waited 30-45 at Walmart in line only to find out it was going to take at least 2 hours!! Called Jeff, and he got me in immediately! Problem solved and got me back on the road in less than 30 min. He was kind and cheerful. If you have car problems, it’s so much better when the shop has excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Thought I would give them another shot. Their website states they are open until 7pm. I went in today at 12pm for 2 rear tires and was told they are closing early today and unable to do it... It seems to me all these guys care about is when their next break is coming. Bodhi is a good enough guy but if I can't purchase the product they offer, why would they advertise it? Don't go here unless there is no other option.
A fantastic old-fashioned American diner. Sandwiches, burgers, salads, and New Mexico staples like smothered burgers and enchiladas. Yes, you can get green chile on anything. Very friendly, excellent food, huge portions. A hidden gem.

They seemed like they didn’t like their jobs, and they need to brush up on their customer service. The head of the auto center was even there when I got my tire changed and it took them over an hour and a half to change one tire and they only had one other car in the garage. It doesn’t make sense, are they riding the clock out? Do they even care about the work they do. I honestly don’t think so. They need a new car center manager ASAP
This was very disappointing. We live 20 miles from this Walmart. We took two mounted tires in to have new ones put on, even gave the guy a paper with tire size written on it. We were nearly home, when we thought we should have checked the size. Not only was the receipt written to some other person and lined out and our name handwritten, but the incorrect tire size. We stopped and checked tires, sure enough WRONG SIZE. Going back was a nightmare. The desk clerk blamed the tech for putting the wrong tire on, but it was the size on the work order. Trying to get a refund was an hour process. Had to go to service desk and stand in that line instead of Automotive handling it. No tires in that size, so we had to take our bare rims to Walmart in Bloomington, to start over.

Bob...The Owner is extremely knowledgable and professional.. The best shop to take your car to in Newton.Very reasonable prices and Bob is 100% honest with his customers. I never doubt Bobs advice when he recommends what needs to be done to your car. If it is something he does not do mechanically, he will recommend you to a person he knows that will treat you fairly too.Due to his specialty and limited shop space he doesnt handle all mechanical work. But, call him for a list of car/truck repairs he performs.Also, he is a tire distributor.

They have my vehicle for over an hour they had my telephone number they knew I was in the store they could not be bothered to contact me either over the loud speaker at the store or buy my telephone number to let me know that they couldn't service my vehicle and the issue that they were having was an issue I knew how to fix very easily. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this Walmart to get it serviced. To top it all off I got there in a couple minutes after 7 and they were closing down with my keys in their possession still and hadn't bothered to Try reaching out to me still Which would have stranded my kids and I at Walmart unless someone else was able to get the keys for me.

Took my car to get new tires and they didn't even put the righ tires on, we bough 215 65r17 size tires but they put on 215 55r17 and tried to tell me that it's what the factory specs but oh well, it gets the job done but about 8 hours later, the new driver side tire became flat, so taking the car back, turns out it's leaking air becasue of tire sensor which was not faulty when I took it there. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here ever again, seeing they don't know what they are doing
Not every shop has the equipment necessary to smog a 17 ft. camper van. These folks do, and have always done right by me in terms of quality of work and price!
