When a dealership tells you “ an elder couple took great care of this vehicle”. question it! Ask for proof! don’t believe them!

Do not I repeat do not buy a car from Gates of Granger, I’ve had the van 8 months and only have driven it 6 of those months, they said we test drove it many times put over 200 miles on my car, gave me my car back on empty when I gave it to them full, they didn’t not help me get a car to borrow, and so many other issues.

Never buy from Gates of Granger!

Had the nicest salesman Fredy and he went to Mishawaka to bring back my new ride. Nice doing business with him and even got to meet his future bride. Best of luck to both of them. May you always be blessed

The AC went out in my ’19 Yukon. I brought it in but had a doctor’s appointment that same morning. The service driver had left on a different route. Mary at the service desk offered to take me in her car! It was a great relief. The AC is fixed and I’ll be back Gates, thank you!

I was running on some bald tires, needed a quick solution that could keep me on the road. Antone from Tireworks provided me with an estimate of choices specifically for my make and model of my Toyota Corolla. He got me in next day and worked with my difficult schedule. I would definitely use their services again. It feels like I’m driving a new car again!

Great experience! I was welcomed within seconds of coming into the car lot by Abijah. He was very friendly and personable. He didn’t push me into anything I didn’t want. I told him what I needed/wanted and he made it happen. Their whole staff was super sweet and great to work with.

Please bare with me as this might be longer than usual.
Let me just start by saying I TrustED this location so much that I don't go to the Belle Tire in my neighborhood, but drive my vehicle to this location for any work it might need. They installed my lift, rims, tires and did all the suspension work on my vehicle.
As of today, I will NOT be using this location because they lied and they didn't even admit to it until I called them out. I do NOT trust them.
So this is what happened:
I experienced what they call a "Death Wobble" on my way to work Tuesday (April 23,2024) am (First time I've ever experienced it)
I drove it to this shop for them to look at.
They told me that I needed to replace the upper and lower Ball Joints on my Passengers front end and that my Steering Shock was leaking so that needed to replaced also. Total cost was $850+.. I paid and picked up my vehicle that afternoon.
On Wednesday night I noticed that there was a large puddle under my Passengers front tire while it was parked in my driveway.
So Thursday morning I drove it back to Belle Tire (Chesterfield) to have them look at it.
They told me that my front Axle Seal was leaking fluid and I need to replace it. Total cost was $2-3K$. Yup, thousands.
(They had just did a large rear brake job on my vehicle March 5th, cost was $ 960)
When I asked if it could have been an issue when they replaced the Ball joints or any of the work they did a few days before.
I was told "no, they don't touch the axle and that when the Mechanic was working on it, he noticed that there was some fluid leaking but just put it all back together and cleaned it up".
I thought something didn't seem right.. no way it's a coincidence that the same area is now leaking, when there was no evidence of a leak prior to them working on it.
SO, I looked up online how to replace Ball Joints on 2013 Wrangler and guess what, you have to remove the tire, braking assembly, Speed sensor and the AXLE SHAFT to remove the Ball Joints.
I called Belle Tire to speak with Dino, the Manager, to get a straight answer. Dino confirmed that the Axle shaft had to be removed to get the job done.
Dino told me to leave my vehicle with him and he would have it fixed for $200.00 (big difference from 2-3K).
When I questioned Eric at the counter.
He told me that he was just telling me what the Mechanic told him (they do not remove the Axle shaft).
When I asked him if the axle was leaking when the Mechanic was doing the Ball Joints, why wouldn't you call and ask if I wanted it fixed instead of putting it all back together and not say anything.
His response "if we had to call every customer who had there car with them about other issues, we wouldn't have any customers".
-How about letting the customer know there is an issue and let them decide. Heck you already had it all apart, why not ask if I want you to replace the seal while you're in there?
So I can come back and have it fixed later and you can charge me another couple hundred to take it all apart again?
If I wouldn't have called them to discuss the concern, they would have taken me for another 2-3K dollars.
If you want a shop you can trust, it isn't this place.
Wish I didn't have this experience with them. I thought they were people I could trust!!!!
Makes me wonder if all the other work I had done was really needed. I hope so.

Amazing service. My sister's oil change and pre trip inspection was done in 30 mins. Plus we love the family atmosphere they have here. The staff was all helpful and nice.

My partner brought our car here on a Saturday morning for tire repair after we suffered a major flat the evening prior. We didn't have an appointment but they had no problem getting us in. We found out that our tire actually had two punctures (a huge gash and a smaller puncture next to it) but they were able to repair both quickly without issue. We were impressed with their outstanding customer service and will definitely return for future tire needs.

Very knowledgeable staff. Got me in and out before noon for a major repair. Kinda pricey though, but if you want it done right the first time you gotta cash out .

Jamaican beef patty, lemonade with cane sugar is delicious & refreshing. Entree meals are great too. As an American I don't care for heavy spice. Theirs is perfectly seasoned. I frequent that spot mostly. In addition, lots of fresh produce variety found at the mkt.

I dropped off my car here. They told me there was a bolt missing in the caliper & I could come pick up my car. When I get there to pick up my car it’s still shaking bad. They tell me they didn’t fix my car lol… Why would you tell me to come pick it up? On the phone why would you not ask me if I wanted work done or not? Why did you not tell me it wasn’t going to be fixed? I’m confused & pissed!

I had a leak in my tire and I called a bunch of other tire places and they were all either rude or completely booked and didn't have time to help me. I called Tire Works and right away they were polite and helpful. I came 10 minutes after calling and was done within 15 minutes. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely be using them again! Great experience!!!

Great experience here . Dalton was a ton of help and very patient with me while we drove around to different locations until I found a vehicle I was satisfied with . I told them what I needed and what I could afford and they made it happen and even followed up with me a few times to make sure I was still satisfied after a while. I’d definitely do business with them again in the future though I don’t think I’ll need a new car for a long time :)

Dalton Arnold was super helpful. He asked me what I wanted in a car and pulled up with the perfect car for me. It had everything I wanted. He was very authentic and enjoyable to work with. I never felt like he was pushing me to buy. I went to Gates this week to pick up my car from service, never intending to trade it in for a new car. Dalton asked me if I’d consider buying a car if he found the right car and price for me. Three hours later I was driving home with a new to me Ford Escape. I've bought 2 cars from here and I've been impressed with the professionalism from the salesman and sales manager. I've had a few concerns and minor issues and Chris and Pablo took care of it promptly! I would send anyone to gates! I had the best experience with gates. Mike was super helpful and found me the right vehicle for me and my needs. Everyone is super nice and very friendly. They treat you like family. They definitely are the best dealership I have ever walked into. I bought a 2017 Ford escape titanium with low mileage. After having a horrible experience at Hyundai in Michigan city they wanted to sell me a 2016 jeep Cherokee with no remote start and no amenities what so ever in the vehicle and would not work with me at all. But when I went to gates they turned my whole experience of looking for a vehicle around. They go above and beyond for you. Thanks gates for everything I will definitely go back even to trade in.!

Love the service center. Sadly the car buying experience was an all tactics and not great, Scheduled to have two cars from partnering dealerships there and was told they were all ready that morning to help me and when I arrived slightly half an hour before my appointment it was a bait and switch for a vehicle, that I was not interested in. Also there was visible dirt on it inside, after we left the Did go get one of the vehicles even though I was honest we wouldn’t go back. Keep blowing up my cell phone after taking them I was no longer interested. This was management. The other sales rep was awesome. With excellent credit I’m used to a very different experience. We Have a dealership we’ve usually go to but they didn’t not have the vehicle and the service has changed dramatically in the last few years since new management happened. I was looking for a deal. Why the five star? Because if you can avoid management or you need your car serviced this is a great place.

Had upper control arms installed on my vehicle needed to correct the geometry and help get a perfect alignment. Dropped off the vehicle the night before and picked up the following afternoon. The vehicle drives great and don't have to worry about premature tire wear.

Interesting place lots of junck however there are some good stuff.

These guys will be my only mechanic in Newton after they treated me so well for something silly. Called CJ' s not only were they rude but they couldnt be bothered unless i was will to do a full service on my transmission. All i wanted was someone to check it and add fluid if needed
This place went the Extra mile. The receptionist was very accommodating , informative, and friendly. The mechanic came and spoke to me and did not try and sell me anything i did not need.
I will NEVER go anywhere else.

I'm a Pensacola native, and have been in Jax over 10 years, but I'd never even HEARD of this place until Chef Lopez introduced me. (She's been here three years, and has it ALL workin', I'm telling you. Walk around and you're bound to run into her and the juices, oh yeah, lemonade!)
They don't advertise at this outfit, it's all word of mouth, so here I am yelling my words of mouth! Even if you only go once to check out the produce...suure, you're going to be overwhelmed. You can take it from there, if you want or need it, it's here...

They gave me a few options to choose from, and I ended up getting Michelin Defenders, which made a HUGE difference in how my car handled, especially in all this rain.
They are my go to place now for tires!

Ask for Tony; he answered all my questions and had my car in and out in no time. Great customer service.

I went to Belle tire the day before thanksgiving to get 2 tires diagnosed. The place was packed. I was able to get the car diagnosed and get 4 new tires same day at a fair price. Shawn was great keeping me informed.

Dino really when over and above to make sure the alignment was correct on my Chevy Cruze. He took me in the shop to explain exactly what was happening and he and his guys did a really good job getting my car to drive straight. They were also very busy and remained patient and respectful despite the stress they were under. I would highly recommend them for any work that you need done to your car. Thanks guys!

Kevin deserves 6 stars. I had a flat tire later in the day on a Thursday and stopped in for it to be looked at. Kevin was able to have my tire looked at and patched the hole while I waited. Top notch customer service. Thank you again Kevin. I highly recommend!

Another great job by Mike and his team at Truck Guys in Weymouth, MA!! I had them do a spray-in bed liner last Fall, and then had them do a 2 inch lift on the front and swap out the original tires for slightly larger Falken Wild Peak tires this Spring. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Their knowledge about the pros and cons of the different tire brands and models was extremely helpful in getting me what I wanted: an aggressive looking tire that would be super quiet on the road and great in the snow. They also did a super job lifting my daughter’s Jeep Wrangler and helping pick out new wheels and tires for it back in 2015!!

I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and their quality of work. I dropped my f150 off to get lifted and the next day it was ready for pick up. Super happy with their customer service and answering all the questions I had about the process.

Helped me put new rims and tires on my 2004 F150, Tyler was very helpful on determining the size and limits of width.

Other than trying to charge us $1,100 for an alignment(???) they’re really good. George didn’t bother to come say hi to us either so won’t be back. You can shear a sheep many times but skin it only once. Sadly Mclaren people have become super arrogant since Covid

I was helping my boyfriend drop his car off to be serviced in the morning. As we were about to head over to the key box, a man and a woman in a black truck approached us and asked if everything was okay. We said we were dropping a car off and the man asked me if I was sure everything was okay. I said yes, and he then said we could drop our key off in the key box. It was very uncomfortable, as we were just doing a very normal thing of dropping a car off. My boyfriend had seen him watching him closely as he pulled up, so we know he was being profiled in some way.

Wendy and Gary are both friendly and honest which is something that can be hard to find in the repair world. Car repair is just something that is going to be expensive. Fixing a car takes lots of skill, experience, tools and parts are expensive. Paying for a highly experienced tech is always cheaper than the less experienced guy who has to do the work twice.

I bought my truck here about a year ago , and I'm a little slow on the review. I went looking for a particular truck, and they ended up having something better. I took a few days to do my research n ended up calling back. Andrew went above n beyond to help me with the whole process. It was fast and easier than I thought it would be. If I'm ever in the market or know someone who needs a quality vehicle, I would highly recommend the team at Gates of Elkhart. I also get everything I would like done to my truck through this friendly n family oriented place. Thank you guys for all your hard work to get me into my most favorite truck ever. Stay away, the technicians they employ do careless work and are extremely rude. Spent over $2k on RollnLock bed cover, had them “professionally” install. Back a week later to have them “fix” all the issues from the initial install being hacked. Water leaking terribly.
They’ve now worked on this bed cover for over 4 hours, Owner wouldn’t water test before letting it leave. They used TAPE to seal out water. I didn’t bring my Denali here to leave with tape on it! Now the first light rain and there’s water everywhere!

I had a great experience with them! I could not afford a brand new tire at the moment, but with the rain, I felt I needed something better than what I had. The gentleman was super professional and polite, even offered me a heater while I waited a very short time for him to replace my tire. I highly recommend them!

After having poor experience down the road with another tire shop, I turned to Tire Works to repair of a flat. Super friendly, quick, helpful and professional. I wish I had been using them before and I’ll definitely be going back for future needs.

I personally have no experience when it comes to tires. Having to replace and keep up on maintenance always makes me nervous. I heard from my friend about this new family business - so I thought I would give it a shot. I’m very pleased with my interaction from start to finish. Prices were FAIR, service was FAST. The refreshments they offered were a great treat too! I will definitely be back, and share the word to my friends and family.

This flea market is great! It has something for just about everyone! I did a review on this flea market about a year ago ( when these photos were taken) and I still feel the same! Can't wait to visit this flea market again! They have everything from homegrown fresh produce to major appliances. Mostly all from small businesses and generally those wanting to just make an honest buck! They are mostly nice people! The flea market is clean, large, outside and covered. It's not too too crowded but maintains decent amount of traffic!

I was there with my Mom, she was getting her car serviced for it's 60,000 mile warranties. They were very kind and explained everything in detail to her, about what needed done and even gave her a $50.00 discount! They have a wonderful, clean, & accommodationing waiting area. Were they have a personal who brings you drinks, salespeople who answered all of her questions about trading her current car on, for a new 1. They offered us a shuttle to anywhere in the city, while we waited the 2+ hours. We stayed there. The only "ding" was the tv didn't wouldn't work. And in fairness I didn't bother asking for help, I'm sure they would have gotten it on for me!

They are so nice they try there best to get me into a car and what's great that still looking in there inventory to find me a car meet my budget!

Despite the cold weather there were plenty of vendors out there. Stopped at a place to get a snack. I wish I could remember the name of it but it was filled with beef. It was so good. The person in front of me got ox tails and he said they were absolutely delicious and a great portion too.

I do not normally write reviews but Truck Guys are a great business and they go above and beyond expectations. I had a very special project that they did and after it was completed there is not a single thing that I would change from the truck build. They took the time in the beginning to go over all the options and select what was best for my truck. The installation and quality of the products are top notch. From Matt and Jabari to all the guys in the shop I cannot thank you enough for the work you guys did.

Took my Altima to a different dealership first and was told I had to get a new transmission, but they might be able to fix the problem by updating the computer for 300 dollars.
Then contacted Conklin in Hutchinson where they changed the fluid and discovered that the computer Update is covered under extended warranty. Did the fluid change for a reasonable price, updated the computer, did another update for free, and gave the car the best wash it's ever had.
I'm a very satisfied customer! Love Conklin!

Exceptional service here each time I've gone. I was back in town for the holidays and they were able to get me in for some brake work a couple days before Christmas - and then again on short notice one day before I left town. They are always up-front and honest with what's wrong and what it will cost and they have never told me anything is wrong beyond what is actually the issue, like some other places might.

My sons car was towed to Kansas auto repair At night and dropped off during after hours. The next morning we returned to have them look at the car. They were very rude and a little sarcastic. They did inform me they would look at the car and get back to me that day After five hours I gave up and returned. On my drive back they did call and simply said they don’t have time for me. It was a simple pulley that needed to be replaced. I was informed to push the car off of their property if I was going to fix myself. My son and I push the car into the street replace the pulley and left. There was an Auto Zone just down the road that was very helpful in buying the part and telling me what to do.
My recommendation is do not use their services find a Company that wants the business or fix it yourself.
FYI. Replace the pulley, took five minutes.

The body shop did an awesome job on my truck, also the repairs we're completed under the original estimate. Saved me money, time and hassles. Definitely, recommend.
