My experience was a terrible homophobic manager, what happened was that I went to the fitting room to try on a shirt and the moment I arrived I left my purchases near the entrance, the store MANAGER started asking who it was. I replied that they were mine I was naked and she started screaming, saying that I was supposed to get the bags. Extremely rude.
I replied, just a moment I'm naked, and she didn't care, she screamed much louder making me extremely embarrassed and I got nervous and I said: why don't you talk to me kindly. That was rude.
I replied that I was waiting for my boyfriend and she seemed extremely HOMOPHOBIC saying that she is not obliged to call with a child. Guys I tried to talk to her gently and she didn't even listen. She wanted to expel me from the extremely abused and rude store. Fire this woman she is terrible 😞

This place is HUGE, lots of stores and kiosk.
They are closed by 8pm on a Saturday while the store hours say 9pm. Please fix your store hours online.
Outdated styles and very unorganized. However, the prices are so offordable.
Received a romper as a gift a few weeks ago. The romper tore after the second use on the top. When I went to exchange or see if I could get store credit they refused saying that without a tag even though we had a receipt they couldn't do anything. I felt that least they could have offered is store credit or an exchange. Very disappointed
There are a lot of stores here but there are no offers as such. Cheaper options online available. Visited as I had a couple of hours before my flight. Good timepass but nothing to lose if you don’t visit

They have a lot to offer for a factory store and some decent prices. Still on the higher end for an outlet, but after we checked out is the issue. I had to come back 2 times to have the guy take a security tag off. We went into other stores and were beeping non stop and when we figured out why I returned to the store. Then as I traveled through the mall again SAME issue, so I had to return to Express again to get a tag removed. Embarrassing to have the alarms go off as a black male, but I mean come on dude it was only 5 items to check for tags. Just glad we didn’t drive all the way back home before I noticed the security tags. Mistakes happen I get that but damn to have to come back not once but TWICE is excessive to me.
This outlet of banana republic always is well stocked with good offers in place. We prefer some formal and casual clothing shopping from this outlet.

Worst customer service.Managers are not helpfull at all. Very bad experience with a brand like express at store. Should change managers to someone who are helpful.

It has nice inventory but the staff profiles Black shoppers. After working in retail it’s easy to spot. It’s funny cause I just wanted to shop but immediately was followed, that’s the reality of discrimination everyday. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Was shopping for a bomber type jacket with little to no collar and no hood, after checking at many stores I checked at Tommy Bahama Galleria Dallas store and found what I was looking for including size and color with help from the staff.
I would like today's stores to work on this new over-profiling and folding clothes but spying on shoppers. Make this equal opportunity harassment for all people and not certain groups if that's where we are in customer service etiquette.

This is directed at Banana Republic as a whole. Stop with the size inflation. Your slim fit clothes are not slim. You're not fooling anybody. Your 'slim' shirts are tents

PEARLA is absolutely rude I believe she is the assistant manager . Very awful experience with her. I will be reporting her. She was making remarks that she hates kids while I was there with my son and rushed me out the store. I heard her tell another coworker how she has way T better things to do then to attend to me. It was very sad to say the least that an employee would act this way.
I stopped in looking for a few t-shirts to buy while I'm here in Dallas on a business trip. I found several I wanted, but they did not have my size in any of them. The staff was helpful, saying they could order them and have them shipped to me, but due to only being in town for a few days that didn't help me. Hopefully they can retain a sufficient stock of various sizes in the future..

Went in to this store tonight an hour before the closed. I got back to the dressing room and it was closed off. The girls back there said the manager told them to close the dressing rooms 30 min before the store closed. I asked how I was going to buy clothes I couldn’t try on and I had a solid 30 min to try in just a few items well before they closed. They just stared at me. I drove 45 min to get there just to walk out mad and treated poorly. Never going back! I hope someone of importance reads these reviews. Seems like a lot of people have trouble with management there.

The manager on this store was absolutely rude and disrespectful. All of this because we went in to the store 20 minutes before closing and she was upset that we were taking her time over her scheduled hours. She was making rude comments about how she did not have anything else to do in the store but stay with us, how we needed to get to an ATM to take out money because we needed to authorize the purchase on a credit card, also that we need to google the hours next time, and she refused to give us her name. She has been reported to the business bureau and corporate customer service. In the U.S. you can walk to any business 1 minute before the closing hours and you have to let the customer in and assist them until they are done. We were at the cashier by 9:00 pm EST and she was pressuring us by saying, I’m giving you 4 minutes to leave the store. Never going back to this store.
The Manager and the other employees mistreated people because is was about closing time, call people Dog, and start making bad comment to the other employees becuase people pass 5 min after the closing time. Really bad experience and so poor Costumer service. To be honest look like the Manager is poorly educated. 😕

A customer complained about my child - when he started to get fussy my mom took him out of the store. Random "KAREN" was rude hateful & exclaimed. "Thank god that BRAT is gone"

I wanted to thank that lovely staff by their company web site but I could not enter it. So let me thank them I present my gratitude from here. I shopped on 6 May from that store. The lovely manager lady and the helpful man wearing summer hat were very polite and assisted me with smiling face to pick my summer clothes. They showed me the chicest clothes that suits me. That was a very nice summer shopping experience for me. The staff and the products are tremendous.
6:45pm on a Thursday and this is the check out line. Only two employees working the register. Clearly understaffed and sacrificing the quality of life for the employees and experience for the customer as a result.
Not sure if this is a result of the pandemic, but the store in very sparse. If you're looking for something specific you'll do better going to another store. It definitely feels like an outlet and maybe more like a left-over warehouse space.

The only jeans they seem to carry are the slim or skinny variety.. don’t come here if you’re a man who likes the classic fit, also their selection isn’t as great as other express locations..
Decent price unfortunately they don't have many standard color dress shirts in large fired if I wanted a wierd crazy pattern they had plenty but if you want white black blue red grey just straight color good luck
Terrible service! Especially I received the worst service you can possible had from even the manager (Giselle) at the store. I was waited in line to check out and ask to see if there an another pair of Jeans that I was interested in available. The only one they had available is displayed on a mannequin and she said she will let me have it and I was asking to wait. Then she went back to the cashier finishing checking out the gentleman she was waiting one. And went on to take the next one in line though I let her know that I was before him. She said no. At the time, I was the only person in line! Is she crazy? So fine, not gonna argue and I waited, then she told me that they only have 2 pairs left in store and she couldn’t let me have it. Really?! Made me waited and tell me that I can’t have it? You would have thought as a manager in the store that she will go ahead and take care the customer and let me have it, or an apology, not a single word of it but full of attitudes. So ridiculous!
It's nice to have an Express at the Fashion Outlets!!!. There's a good amount of stuff and they always have some promotion running whenever I visit.
I buy all my suits for work, events, parties etc. The fit is spot on, but more over the Customer Service is extraordinary remarkable. I never had a dull moment here. As soon as you enter the store, the associates greets you and is always willing to lend a hand. If you can not find your size, the staff here goes the extra mile to check their back-stock, fitting room racks, or even offer to call another location for them to place the item on hold. Jenny is a phenomenal asset to this company. She’s always willing to help and goes above and beyond. If I don’t a style preference in mind, Jenny comes to the rescue. She has “the eye” for designing outfits/suits that pairs well with the events. Major thank-you to Jenny, you are Amazing!

Need to update online info as well as recorded info regarding store hours to coincide with actual operating hours, or at least update signs in the door. Additionally very poorly ran store, 7 deep inline with only one cashier. Other than that selection is all right.

Selection is better than the non outlet retail store. Their stretchy performance dress shirts are the best in the business. Unfortunately the majority of the dress shirts express is known for can only be found at the outlet these days. Sizes were a bit limited but found some great deals. Customer service at this location was excellent.
Employees were kind of blah but they had a lot of clearance deals going on. I was able to find three nice pullover v-necks for $5 each mark down from 65. They don't have much selection though and the regular items are kind of overpriced for the low quality material they use.
The only reason I didn't rate this store 1 star was because it was a single employee and one time so far. Today April-8-21 at 6pm the super skinny girl black hair was behaving inappropriately. She was using explicit language about a mother because her child was crying. I understand she was fustrated with the crying but after she went off infront of me, she was way far more annoying than the child crying 🤭 and made my shopping experience bad. If she did that after the mom was far away from her, i am assuming she does that with most customers. I think she needs retraining or she is just in the wrong job. The rest of the employees know who i am referring too because she was using the bluetooth system to share her disliked.

Amazing deals, variety of sizes for everyone. I'm a full figured woman and yes I can fit express clothing. Good quality clothing for the price.
Kind of disappointed because their men's selection is not in abundance with what is needed for my husband. He's 6'4 220lbs & by me loving Express wanted to buy him some jeans and shirts but doesn't have ANY 2X'S or 38/40 jeans. They need to do better so they can take more of my 🤑. But I love Express

This store deserves a 5 star because of the great deals but due to the lack of customer service I'll give it 1 star. Lupita was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional when answering a simple question of sizing. I noticed it wasn't just me she was also rude to another customer that asked a question as well. Lupita made me not want to return to this location.

Great stores with great prices makes this Las Vegas mall one of the best shopping experiences in the city. Add to that wonderful customer service and you'll understand why almost every time you shop there, you may have some difficulty parking. There is actually lots of parking, but this mall is so awesome, their parking lots are always full.

My overall time spent in this store was a waist of time, customer service satisfaction was a 0, a simple question was asked to their cashier and she was lost, curtisy was a 0, privacy was a 0, the cashier had us there overall an hour and nothing was solved.

I feel like I'm shopping down the strip with folks trying to hand me fliers or "help" me clean my glasses. It's an okay shopping, overpriced mall. Unless you need more than one (get the second pair at 40% off) I tend to shop at other places.
Went in store today staff was very rude no greeting when came in store. Associates stood and talked to each other while I was trying to look and stayed where they were and would not move knowing full aware that I was there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in one store honestly makes want not shop with company any more that allows this kind of behavior. I guess I will be taking my business else where.

Being only 4' 9", it's extremely difficult to find dress clothes & jeans that fit. I was extremely impressed with the inventory available. It will definitely be a destination shopping spot for me. On the downside, not one associate spoke to me or asked if they could be of any help. This should be addressed with the staff at Premium Outlet Mall in Monroe, OH.

The staff at the Express Outlet Store in Melbourne FL are very rude and un-professional. Especially Lindsey, they target certain people and follow them around the store like if they are going to steal from the store. They have 2 entrances but most of time one of them is closed which is technically a fire hazard. Someone should report them to the fire marshal.

Had to knock a star because of some misinformation. There was a sign outside that implied a store wide sale, but evidently it did not apply to the items I was interested in. Frustrating, but it happens. There clothes are really cute, but expensive.
All of the associates are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store was well organized and stocked with various styles, colors and sizes. The associate at the checkout line was also very friendly and helpful. I love this store!
The products looked nice, and the prices (that I could actually find) weren't terrible. However, no one greeted me. I did have an employee follow me very closely like I was a thief. Needless to say, I did not appreciate that. What I would have liked is to have been greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything.
This is a "factory outlet store" and their inventory is different from regular express stores. Also, they refuse to exchange/return any regular Express merchandise....so even tho their name says "Express" they don't operate like one. They will turn you away if you have regular Express items to return/exchange. Next closest Express store is over an hour away in Orlando...it shouldn't be the customers problem to deal with your inventory issues! Find a way to exchange your company's merch!
