We're getting married in a couple weeks and were dreading the sign-making and printing process as we assumed it'd be difficult to explain and a lot of work. Thanks to Tik (Tig?) the process was painless. It's hard to find good service these days but he was awesome and made our experience a pleasant one.

Bought an office chair today. Excellent place. It is an unattractive warehouse but they have tons of furniture and great service. The guy helped me pick out a good chair. A chair, a mattress and shores are something you have to really try out before you buy. I don't know how people can buy things like that online. I had to sit in several chairs to see what I liked. I highly recommend this place if you need a chair or a desk.

It's not that the staff, the store, or the products are necessarily bad. It's more that the store really looks like it's about to close. It's looked this way for a number of years. However, it seems to be becoming more barren with less product and more empty shelves.
Obviously with online and electronic commerce options like Amazon, it's expected that brick and mortar stores would see a decline. But I just don't see how a store stays open with empty shelves, limited selection, miscellaneous fees for copy and print services, three employees for the entire store, and one strange looking red-headed middle-aged lad that always seems to be lurking around a corner, watching employees and customers. Those are my only complaints.
However, it's an okay place to go if all you really need is instant satisfaction with an inkjet cartridge, ma be a toner cartridge and if you just don't have a printer and need a few pages printed. But by the time you get done with one print job, you might as well have bought an inkjet cartridge to begin with.
Also I understand office Depot bought office Max along with its name and its debt, which was rather surprising given the fact that both were struggling and Staples had been in talks years ago to merge with office Depot and absorb office Depot like office Depot absorbed OfficeMax which ultimately fell through. But to have both stores literally a mile and a half away from each other just seems silly. The OfficeMax location sees a lot more traffic.
This is all just my opinion. The facts are the facts though.

Always a fun selection of furniture to explore here. Hit or miss with the prices but some days are awesome. I got me a small shelf for less than $20 and some miscellaneous kitchen items. The guys are customer pick up we’re very helpful 🙂

Very poor print quality. I ordered two prints- some business cards and double sided color prints on cardstock, and BOTH were done incorrectly. Find a real print shop with employees who care and think about what they're doing instead of going here.

I went and got a pack of Office Depot brand Staples. Two staff members couldn't figure out how to ring up Staples! Come on man. That's ridiculous.

NEVER PRINT HERE! I paid $500+ for then to print an 8-page program for father's funeral and they completely ruined it. Most of the pages were randomly flipped upside down and burried under programs that were correctly printed as if they were trying to hide the mistake. Embarrassing and unacceptable!

Not a good experience here. When I was checking out, the pink-haired girl with the face piercings felt compelled to comment that I look like a beetle. Are your people here to help customers or to insult them? This is completely unacceptable. If you can't train your people to keep their foolish opinions behind their teeth then I will find someplace else. Pathetic failure. Do better. Try training your customer-facing staff in how to treat customers with respect.

I bought a Herman Miller ergonomic office chair here for an excellent price. They have a wide selection of not only office chairs, but any office (or home office) furniture you could possibly need--desks, conference tables, coffee tables, etc. Plus their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They will definitely be my first stop when I upgrade my office.

I submitted an online order for invitations. An associate called me when the order went through to confirm that I wanted a small white border on the edge of the invitations. I confirmed that I wanted the border. Associate understands and call ends.
I go to pick up invitations and there is a long wait in line to pickup when in reality my order should have been on the pickup counter so I didn't need to wait. So I wait and there are employees who seem to be doing nothing but somehow can't help me?
I finally get up there and get my order after the employee walks around confused on where it was. Then I ask to buy stamps and he sends me to different counters where I have to wait in line again....even though he was available.
I get home and look at the invitations and they were done so poorly.
1. The white border was not included
2. Corners were cut on an angle for some reason but we're not uniform and weren't even on all four corners. Really weird. I have no idea how someone thought that looked good.
3. I noticed white dots on the invitations which were not part of the design.
4. The envelopes provided were way bigger than the invitations.
Overall, a huge fail for Office Depot and I will never use their print services again. And if you're wondering...no, I did not go back to complain. They did such a BAD job that I didn't trust them to do better and it wasn't worth multiple trips to get it done. I fixed the corner cuts myself as best I could and moved on. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR PRINTING SERVICES.

I went to this location to have some printing services completed. I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it was not. Working with two different people, the print staff was inexperienced, unprofessional and rude to both me and my husband. I would not recommend printing anything at this location especially for your business.

Is the second time I have issues with the printer in this location. These both times I have asked for help for my homework, and when I do the general manager seems to get bother and give an attitude. Therefore I did not allow myself to be disrespected or especially an associate to be very unprofessional. I asked to speak with manager and he said he is the manager and provided his badge and asked me to leave and come back tomorrow for pick up. However I reminded him I need my homework for my school tonight and he said this will be the last time and for future to do it online. I have NEVER been disappointed with office max especially that I utilize them for college and this time was just so upsetting and hurtful.

My parents bought me a chair for Christmas. When I put it together it wasn't working so I did as the instructions said and not return it but instead contacted the warranty support. Warranty support sent a part that doesn't go with the chair, and at that point my parents and I just wanted a refund and to buy a different chair since it had been over a month and I still didn't have a functioning chair. Office Depot support claimed that since we we had gone past the return date (because I followed the instructions that came with the chair to not return it and contact the warranty number) we could not return it. Now my parents have spent $400 and we both spent hours of time to still not have a functioning chair and ended up just buying another one from American Warehouse to be done with it.

This is the worst customer service in any Office Max I have visited. I was trying to copy from my email and it would not return a code to proceed. There also was a gentlemen trying to do the same thing who had obvious mobility problems. Not one staff member came to ask if he needed extra assistance so I approached one of the staff who was waaay in the back of the store and asked if it was possible to “reboot” the printers. He responded with “it won’t make any difference because the server is ancient and they won’t replace it so there is nothing I can do” needless to say I left but the gentleman was still trying and no one bothered! Very sad…

Needed legal paper to print 3 pages. All they had was a monster pack for &24.99 I think. The guy in the print shop was nice enough to pull 5 sheets out of the printer and sold for $0.38 and now I'm not stuck with 100 years worth of legal paper!

I just went to this office. I speak Spanish only a little bit of English. The people in front left us at the printer and gave us a card with the steps to follow in Spanish to work with said printer. Before printing I put in my card, they charge me $5 but nothing comes out of my documents. They did the same thing and they charged me $5 again and my documents did not appear. I ask the managers for help but they made no effort to help me. In the end I paid $10 and got nothing. I will not return to this office.

I bought a desk chair online from this location because they didn't have it in the Springfield location. I paid extra for assembly so that I could drive up there and pick it up. After calling and confirming that it was assembled and ready to go, I arrived and found it still in the box. The manager wouldn't even talk to me other than a shrug and telling his employees (who were very nice) to refund the assembly charge and then I was on my own to get it out to my car. At that point I would have shipped it to my house and saved the long drive OR bought it anywhere else. Stay away from this location.

I was stunned when Office Depot came back as a Google search for places that had SSDs near me. Being that they had exactly the M.2 drive that I needed, I drove over to see if they really had it.
I was beyond surprised at how much they have in terms of PC and Laptop equipment. I have mostly switched to ordering parts online, I was thrilled to see we still have stores in town with plenty of computer parts if you are in a jam and need the parts same day.
As well, the staff was very friendly and the cashier helped me get a discount by pointing out a superior SDD was on sale for less.

When I walked in there were two agents helping 2 customers. I asked one CSR where I should stand in line. He pointed and told me where to go. Next, I wait 25 min for the two first transactions to finish and then I see a line forming where I was originally standing and he proceeds to assist those people.i told him up front what I was there for - to pick up a copy and print order. After I reminded him I had been waiting, he tells me to go find it myself only for the order to be right in front of him.

Very good experience selecting a tall man’s desk chair for my husband. Knowledgeable salespeople and good service overall. The associate was VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. (He found the item I was needing but did not find on my own!) He was a pleasure to deal with (which is often not the case in today's world!)!

I came in to print a document from my email and have done so numerous of times at this very location so I am very familiar with the process. Obviously The copier wasn’t working properly so I asked an employee for assistance. There was nothing professional about her service and she literally came to work wearing a bonnet. Mind you she has an attitude from the start and even walked away as I was talking to her. I was not rude to her not one bit. This experience was so unnecessary.

I had to put in a large print order of black and white copy paper. I tried to do it online but couldn't. So I called their US customer service. It took 20 minutes walking through the process with them only to find out that they cannot save an order for me to go to the store in person and order.
Then they informed me that I could not order using the company I freelance for's credentials because I didn't have the owner present... Totally fair, but the US customer service operator was rude about it. They told me I could go into the store and do it.
I went into the store. Well, they don't do anything in the store anymore regarding placing orders. Even though I had the pdf in an email I could send to them, they will not accept anything. You 'have to' go online to print. They told me this was a recent change from corporate... unbelievable.
So I had the store employee help me and my boss who had driven to the store, come up with a quote for the order. This took 20 minutes and was then given an inaccurate quote. Plus I was then told, once againt, everything had to be done online. So I brought my computer into the store and stood at the print section desk to make sure I set it all up since this was a rather large order.
As soon as I opened up my computer and logged onto Office Depot's wi-fi a whole bunch of pop ups flashed on my screen and disappeared for a few seconds. I didn't think much of it and continued working on the order. I spent probably another 30 minutes working on it because their online program was slow and kept lagging.
I showed it to the employee and she was nice and helped me. I was given the impression that the print job would be done in store by the end of the day since I submitted it before 2.
I checked my email later that night to see if the print job was about done so I could inform the client. Nope. No email. I called the store. They said that the order was sent to the East Coast to print then they would ship it to the store in a few days or week. None of this was specified or ever once mentioned during the ordering process at any point! When I expressed my frustration over the phone, the store employee was not kind.
I spent 4 hours of my day on a print order that was simply printing a 75 page PDF document in black and white regular paper 10 times. Then two more times in a spiral bound notebook.
It gets worse...
The next day, my computer that I've had for only a year and has worked perfectly fine wouldn't turn on. The screen was black.
I plugged it in, unplugged it, nothing...
I looked up some tutorials online and found a way to reset it. Fortunately that worked, but when I turned on my computer it did the thing it did at office depot the day before where it had all of these pop ups fly up all over my screen and disappear, as if it was loading viruses or something. It freaked me out so I had to watch another tutorial to find out what was going on.
It turns out that office depot left an insane amount of cookies on my computer the previous day when I brought it into the store and used their wi-fi since you can only order print jobs from the website now. It loaded 78 cookies. This was more than any other site I've ever visited since having my computer, including google. I had to go in and delete that and now I'm hoping my computer isn't going to be at risk all because of this. (Update: It works good now, but it made for a frustrating and somewhat nerve-racking morning the next day.)
I should also add that while I was in the store working on my order, a middle aged man walked in and got so frustrated that he couldn't just print some paper, he left the store yelling at them. He was like, "This is ridiculous! You can't even print paper. Where am I supposed to go to print a document?"

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Several people came over as I was shopping around the store. The associate said hello and asked if they could help me find items. Everyone was courteous and professional. It was a nice shopping experience.

I've been in many similar stores, but none have treated a customer with such value. From the moment I entered the store until the moment I exited. I use to do security for this store because , of fire watch . The manager mike at this store hates security and, I found that out the hard way . He's very rude , disrespectful and inconsiderate and, he's very unprofessional. I must say for him to be a manager at this store, im not to impressed. He needs to work on his communication skills also for as much as he likes to run his mouth. He needs to be fired or , demoted. I hope he doesn't treat his customers the way he treated me because, if he does then , he should be terminated. Im only giving one star because, it's the only way to post my review on here . Never seen a Office Depot not print a prepaid label. Wanted to charge 2.45 to print it. Male there was rude and little help. Female worker sitting on the floor worried about not getting up to help anyone. Once the label was printed out she still sat on the floor and thought it was funny what I just went through. The male told me to have a blessed day as we left. Was definitely meant to be rude in his remark. Definitely a racket for making all the money that can while ignoring customers. Once I provided the label from going to the self service he still tried to charge me 2.45 cents and didn’t even use the label I printed. There was another customer behind standing in line as the girl was sitting in the. Floor giggling.

The store was clean and the associates were helpful. It took me a while to decide on my order but Jonas, the sales associate in the copy center was patient. I needed a large stack of papers spiral bound and he did it by hand. I appreciated having a helpful, knowledgeable, person assisting me.

Super unprofessional. Ordered an item online because it said they have multiple in stock and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up the item in 45 minutes and waited over 5 minutes at the order pickup section until someone asked did I need help. I was then directed to the other pickup order section where people’s online orders were laying on an open shelf for anyone to grab and run out with, which didn’t have my order either. After I physically went and looked around the store for my item I was then told by an older man that the item I came to pickup is no longer in stock. The man asked when I ordered the item. I told him the site for this store says it would be ready in 20 minutes and that they have multiple in stock. He then nonchalantly said well I can’t go by the message that my item would’ve been ready in 20 minutes (even tho this is what it says on their website) and that their inventory was off. I just left at that point. Super careless and nonchalant. Terrible customer service. I definitely understand why most of these stores are going out of business. If you can’t even keep up with your inventory it’s a problem.
Update: They’ve now cancelled my order and updated the website to say it’s out stock. I guess they find out what’s in and out of stock by customers wasting their time coming up there to pick orders up.

I stopped in this week to take a look at what they had to offer, and I was BLOWN away at their selection and pricing! I found this beautiful end table, and can’t believe how great of a deal I got on it! So many consignment stores have crazy markups, and everything is priced so fairly here. I had an amazing shopping experience, and they even brought it out to my car in the rain!!! I will absolutely be coming back :)

I have always been met with friendly, helpful staff, and 100% of the time when I walk in with a small job, they do it right then and there and have me out, in about 6 to 7 minutes.
So today when I was downtown, trying to take care of some business in Building & Zoning and I needed some printing did I went to the closest shop downtown as a matter fact I want to several.
And I was raised if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all, so I’m not gonna mention the names of the other three.BIG BIG box stores that do copying commercially, but not for me today I was met with no no no no no.
So I knew in my heart on the way home from work at 7 o’clock after everybody else is cut off for the day and won’t take any more jobs, and I knew if I walked into the counter, I’d be met with a smile and the answer “No Problem” to my request.

I purchased a couch and had it delivered to my apartment. They worked around my schedule to make sure I would be home when the couch was being delivered. John and Carlos were very professional and managed to get the couch up two flights up steps, (very tight) and into my apartment without a problem. I doubt other movers would have even attempted it. I highly recommend Affordable Consigned and their delivery service!

I’m torn about this place. I’ve gotten some great stools and pillows here, but sometimes stuff gets way overpriced. Ex. I’ve attached a picture of a pair of red, small ottomans. There is nothing special about these. They were used and priced at $120/each. They still had pet hair all over them and one had a spot. No storage, nothing exceptional. Way too much.

Word of caution: just thoroughly check functionality of pieces before purchasing.
Great/prompt service and delivery. We purchased two pieces of furniture: one beautiful kitchen island that was an absolute steal and one dresser, in my opinion, not the best decision on my part.
My suggestion when buying used furniture— especially a piece with drawers, test out the drawers and make sure they close all the way. Also, go one step further by placing something of substantial weight into the drawers and see if they close completely.
We paid $594 for a 6 drawer dresser. Three of the six drawers didn’t close completely. One wouldn’t close and creeped open to where it was half way open when there were (less than 6 towels) in it.
Turns out this wasn’t the first time this set was “fixed” when we took it apart. It took about an hour or two to properly realign all three drawers because when this dresser was put together they didn’t use a level which caused the drawers to tip forward.
Would’ve been 5 stars had we not had to fix the furniture we bought.
The delivery guys (John S. and other awesome gentleman) deserve 10 stars for all the hard work they accomplished. 3 flights of stairs with heavy furniture is immense work. Give these boys a raise!

Helpful staff, found what I needed. Always able to quickly find an answer to my questions. The selections are usually available when I need them, and if temporarily out of stock, they usually arrive within a day and before I need the supplies. Competitive prices and easy to shop & find what I need.

I have to admit it was pretty cool going here. I never know what I’m going to find antiquing but this was a welcomed surprise. I have to admit the place is huge and the staff is very friendly. They have some really great deals. I found this signed Secretariat horse print (LOVE it)!

I have a project for art and I have naturally shakey hands. I was up against the task of free handing cutting one big poster board into 4 EQUAL size pieces. I knew this was the impossible for me to achieve so I took it to OfficeMax in hopes that I could pay someone to ACCURATELY do it for me. NOPE! She cut my papers extremely crooked, I could even do better than this for free. I will most likely get a bad grade on my project now. Thank you OfficeMax.

Great service! I bought several items there, including two furnitures, and Steven helped me selecting them, and even walked me through the cashier and out to my car. He loaded the merchandise onto my car and made sure they were safely tightened. I definitely will come again for all my office needs.

This is a nice store BUT...they really NEED to MAINTAIN the bathroom's especially the handicapped and especially when there is a nasty virus around. Not just for us the customer but for the employees. Fortunately there was toilet paper but nothing else in the handicap area. There was soap and towels in the main area. Not trying to put down people or simply complain, this is important.You should check the bathrooms Regularly.
I think I will start bringing my own little bottle of soap and paper towels from now on. Otherwise this is a nice store.

In spite of the numerous negative reviews, I decided to check this place out. They do have some nice items, but the store is dirty and the staff is very unfriendly. The prices seem high to me and I’ve been shopping furniture consignment shops for decades. They do not acknowledge any customers when they come in and they do not offer assistance.
I recently purchased three items in this store a few minutes before they were closing (a brand-new ottoman, metal vertical locker, and metal basket).
The employee, seemed to be in a hurry, but still kindly offered to load the items in my car.
I told him I was concerned about all of the items fitting in my car in one load and he insisted it would be fine.
While I was moving items in my backseat to my trunk to make room, he loaded my car. I have attached photos showing how he loaded the items. The fabric underneath the Ottoman was torn and the legs were scratched up. In addition, the tint on my windows was damaged.
I called the store the next day and explained the situation to Jan and Jan said that they guarantee the loading of items and that she would either refund me the money or order another brand-new ottoman, but I had to email the photos to the manager, Kimberly.
Kimberly responded and was very rude and unprofessional. She stated that since I cannot prove that the damage was done by the employee loading my car, they weren't going to do anything. All of my photos were time stamped and taken in their parking lot. I could not go back inside the store to talk to them, because they were already closed. I am in honest and fair person and I am so disappointed in the service I received. If you buy anything here, do not let them load your car.
Also, they have a final sale policy on everything, but they don't tell you that. It is printed on your receipt AFTER you've already purchased the items.

Lots of variety here. This place is huge! I think the prices were a bit on the high side though. Example...a used electric chainsaw was going for 75 bucks without a chain. It's still worth a visit because you never know what you might find.

I never leave without a great find... The selection is wide as well as the prices. I was lucky enough to find some novelty accessories that I wasn't even looking for, but couldn't resist how inexpensive they we're. They always have something new. The furniture looks brand new and is priced so low, it makes u wish u needed more. The staff is friendly, not pushy and always ready to answer your questions. The exterior is misleading in that it looks like it's going out of business. Which is what had me initially go in. Once thru the door, the difference is mind blowing. A huge space that is comfortable to peruse at your own speed. Can't wait for my next visit.
