I have been considering, trying a new dentist for quite a while because of previous experiences. Not that they were all bad, I just that I never felt like we had a place that appreciated their patients at the level that I would like.
I was so impressed with Dr. Parker and his staff that after one visit we have decided we definitely have a new dentist office to call home.
They were thoughtful and considerate, and Dr. Parker offered several different options for dental care. I was extremely impressed with the level of attention that they provide the patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone, considering looking for a dentist in the Grand Valley.

Such a cool place! Tons of Asian products, meat, seafood,and produce in the market. There are a variety of other shops and eateries that specialize in Asian apparel and food. The is a foot spa that has the best foot massage. However, be aware that they want you to tip minimum of $10 on a $35 service. No where does it say that, but we were told to tip that by the person at the register.
To do shopping and eating in a mall is much better than in plazas. Because central air is always surrounding you.

Receptionists/schedulers are always kind and friendly. Dental hygienist was very informative, concerned about my comfort, and explained what she was going to do next throughout the procedure. Excellent customer service. Was put on a waiting list and got an appointment quickly. Highly recommend this office.
This was a great place to buy seafood and health supplements unique in the Asian culture such as the lemon ginger and honey tea. The prices were very reasonable. You ought to know the products of your interest because reps and workers within the store hardly willing to offer any advising on products on sell.
Dr. Russell is great. Very professional and confident. Makes you feel at ease. And Roxanne, his assistant, is an artist with a very steady hand. My best dental experience ever! Highly recommended.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Russell is kind, thorough, and attentive. They made a flipper for me that looks wonderful and they were very patient and accurate with the adjustments for it. My first experience there was with a female dentist who no longer works there. It was unfavorable and made me hesitant to return,but I'm glad I did!
This was my first visit to Monumental Dental. I was impressed first with the friendly office staff and the pleasant waiting room. My hygienist, Maddie was very efficient and thorough. She explained everything she did and answered all my questions. She did a very comprehensive cleaning. Dr Parker is very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a way I could understand.
One of the best dental facilities I’ve even been to. The care was amazing as well as the staff. Professional, pain free and fast. The doctor was personable and kept me in the loop the entire time through the procedure. Not to mention the cleanliness was top notch. A very easy 5 star decision.
Very friendly staff! They were able to get me in to fix my filling 30 minutes after I called them. Excellent dentist!
These guys are life savers! Very professional and very comforting. I had an emergency extraction and was in a great deal of pain. They were very understanding and got me in quickly.

They were very professional & made sure I was comfortable & asked if I needed anything.They also did a good job cleaning my teeth & kept me informed about when as well as what work needs to be done to my teeth. I really appreciate the staff & their courtesy & concern.
IsuraCaid is AMAZING. They were able to get me in for same day service with a broken tooth and gum infection. We talked about all the options available with my insurance or out-of-pocket and we made a plan TOGETHER. Everyone in the office was kind; both the hygienist and dentist reassuring and great at what they do. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
My first visit was perfect, from the office staff to the dental care staff. Maddie performed her task of cleaning my teeth with stellar results! She was meticulous and careful in her execution of the scaling process. Professionalism to a tee! I believe I will continue to be in her great care as time goes by.
as somebody who was afraid of the dentist for years, i could not recommend this place enough. i’ve had a total of three visits in the last few months (with more scheduled) which is more times than i’ve been to a dentist in years. the entire staff is amazing. every single one of the receptionist ladies are so sweet, the hygienist i saw (her name started with a C i believe!) was so gentle and kind, same with the dr. it was a little embarrassing to come back to a dentist but nobody ever made me feel judged or bad about my teeth. absolutely adore the atmosphere they’ve created, their hard work & i’m so excited to continue improving my dental health because they make it feel so safe!❤️❤️
The dentist Parker is amazing and works with you, great personality. Does amazing work!! Ive had lots of work done. And yet still more. He has been helpfull and supportive through my whole process!!!!!!Will always go back and refer to them
Dr. Parker has been my dentist for about four years, and I have seen him and his dental hygienists several times. Every time I walk away more than pleased with their care, demeanor, and professionalism. Shout out to Maddie, the dental hygienist! She is thorough, gentle, skilled, and a joy to talk to during the procedure.
Although I've seen some bad reviews of this place, I will say to that I can agree with some of them but not all. So the downfalls would be.

I absolutely love Hong Kong City Mall. There is so much to see, buy and eat. There are many restaurants within the mall, and I've almost tried all of them. The people who work within the mall are inviting. They have a huge grocery store inside with good quality seafood at a fair price. Almost everything sold in the store is cheaper than if you were to get it somewhere else. Everytime I go I grab something new. My kids love it, so everytime we go to chinatown houston, we always make a stop here.

Awesome mall. Bigger than I expected. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries to grab a meal or a snack. Despite some of the reviews this mall was clean and in good condition. The outside was nice and kept up. The grocery store is huge and has everything. Large variety of fresh seafood. I enjoyed my visit and picked up some souvenirs.
My first time there. I went only to the supermarket inside. I did not have time to walk around and see the other little stores inside the mall. The market is very big and has a lot of products. The seafood area is big and they have some fishes a life to buy. Was a nice experience. I will come back. They have aisle with only teas and sauces.... Love it. Also the vegetables area is huge and you can find everything and more..... Candy section was very interesting too. Next time I will go with more time. Bit if you want to see and find exotic items I recommend a little tour here. I know there are more supermarket close but never visit yet so I can not compare with others.
I went here to browse around after a wedding at Ocean Palace. Overall the facility is clean but has a very strong smell to it. The smell is a combination of incense and fish. Very strange. I had a rice plate in one of the small restaurants in there and it was delicious. Overall it was an interesting experience but I wouldn’t take a a special trip to go here on a whim.
One of the Vietnamese trademark supermarket in Houston. Very popular. Located on Bellaire Blvd or Dai Lo Little Saigon Area. You can find literally everything imported from Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea and China. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats and fishes. They got fish tanks here. Cut and clean for you for free. Their main attraction is the natural homegrown flowers and plants from South East Asian. You have to come by and check out yourself. Highly recommend for any visitors. However the manager should always clean and keep the restrooms cleaned. This is Health Issue and official state and CDC law.
